Addendum from this morning at 8:30
After waiting 5 minutes at the intercom at the drive-in, we drove back. Probably didn't want to sell anything.

The fries were soft pale and not great. They probably could have done something else. There is too much smoke flavor in the new veggiburger, the old one was better.
The way to the upper floor was difficult: the railing stuck almost more than the floor. The toilets matched - disgusting.
I haven't seen something like this at McDonald's in a long time.
You should be ashamed! McDonald's in Übach should be closed. The health department will be informed. I had food poisoning and vomited my heart out after eating a simple chili cheeseburger. A star is only there because you have to give it to rate it.
My last pickup order was missing fries and coleslaw when we got home. Of course you could have looked, but you unpack this big bag again and you can no longer trust anyone to do the job properly. We reported it via the feedback form but never received a response and that's not okay, as it was about €11. Don't think I want to go here again. Too bad the food is good.
Unfortunately, staff seems to be understaffed.
Incredibly long waiting times despite relatively low customer frequency that day. Only the possibility of ordering at the terminals.
Ordering at the counter is forbidden!
Brazen profit maximization by saving personnel while foregoing the last bit of service.
But the height was the way a customer was served after me.
While I was waiting for my food, already slightly annoyed by the long wait, another customer came in and asked what was already ready at the counter.
He was told he had to order at the terminal.
He said he knew that, he just wanted to see what was already ready so he could order it at the terminal and then pick it up quickly.
Good idea, I thought to myself.
But only until he came back with the receipt and was told he had to wait until his number was called.
Mind you.
The stuff was already there. Ready for sale. It didn't get any better if it stayed there any longer. It wasn't part of any order that came before him. He specifically asked for that.
It's hard to imagine less respect for the customer and more outrageous inflexibility!
Accordingly, the first look and then the reaction of the customer were incomprehensible.
However, it seemed to me that this was an order from above and not based on the employee's limitations. This one was actually quite friendly. I had spoken to him briefly beforehand when I let him know my dissatisfaction with only being able to order at the terminal.
I realized one thing that day.
Both “fast food” 😒 and customer loyalty are different. Also overpriced. Why should I do this to myself again?🤷🏽
Personally, life is too short for something like that 🤙🏽
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this Burger King location. Service is often unfriendly and slow, and cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. Tables and floors are often dirty and the restaurant overall appears unkempt. It would be nice if more emphasis was placed on hygiene and customer service here.
Very wild, I'm here every two weeks and it's often empty so you can order straight away. Unfortunately there is no display stand where you can order digitally, but the store is often empty so yeah, very wild
The food at this McDonalds is regular McDonalds stuff, so nothing special. Given that this branch has such a good location in the middle of the Ruhr Park, the branch could be much more advanced.
Instead, you get a branch that is always overcrowded and backwards and that you tend to avoid. Due to the often poor quality and cleanliness, unfortunately not even the last port of call, you are more likely to go hungry.
