Great! Unable to reach by phone, wanted to know whether there was a delivery service here, as advertised many times. To do this I first have to install the app, then after a long click I am directed to Lieferando, only to find out that Übach doesn't deliver. If you want to ask about it the old-fashioned way, by phone, hmmm, not reachable. Top service. Made out for 30 minutes and almost starved. Thanks for the lost time!

Since the renovation, this fast food restaurant is simply no longer worth visiting. The new system is confusing and only works to a limited extent, while the display board is far too small and hidden and the overview on the order display is more of a mess than clear, not to mention the two-lane design of the drive-in, which is more for me has a potential risk of accidents. The staff is also obviously overwhelmed by the innovations, and one employee recently said that she absolutely didn't like the changes and that they made everything more complicated rather than better. The food is getting worse and worse and no longer does justice to the price. For me there are a lot of good reasons to prefer going to Burgerking, at least the system works there and the employees seem friendlier and more motivated, probably because the working conditions are more pleasant.

The waiting times in MC Drive are an absolute disaster. I spent almost 45 minutes there yesterday until I finally left the place with almost cold food and the wrong food. Way too expensive to do that again!

I got something to eat there. 🍔 Burgers and chicken nuggets were quite good. As you know it from McDonalds. Everything inside was reasonably clean. Service was very friendly.

The food is absolutely average compared to other McDonald's branches. Long waiting times when ordering and when the food is served must be taken into account. The staff seems disinterested and not very presentable. The worst McDonald's in the area.

Underground unfriendly staff. I'm incredibly angry Announcement like “Roll up the windows” and then getting a completely mashed and bitten cheeseburger. What are these conditions? I have so much anger in me and I would like to write such incredibly unkind things. But in the end it's my own fault, who gets something to eat at McDonald's in Offenbach.
