Kentucky Fried Chicken in Saarbrücken

Ordered a burger and the kids' box today. The burgers were extremely salty, and the fries were very soft. The service was friendly. Unfortunately, we wouldn't recommend it.

The food is fresh and delicious. But it's nothing like fast food. You really should bring your time.

The chairs were very dirty full of fingerprints, the service was below par, I have never experienced anything like it before, the woman behind the counter argued with the employee in a way, well, we were there for the first time, another employee turned the chairs upside down on the table next to us while we were eating and fixed them, I thought I was at Verstehen Sie Spaß, I will never go there again

I waited a very long time for the order.

If you like chicken and soft drinks, and the uninspired decor doesn't bother you, then you can satisfy your hunger and/or thirst with one of the "deals." I can't understand the regular prices for the wings, for example, but the drinks are okay. So it's a deal or nothing!

What can I say? This KFC was unfortunately more than disappointing...we got our order quickly...but the fries were cold and soggy, the burgers were definitely not even worth €1 and were simply cold...and the chicken pieces were also questionable in places... It felt like we were given food that had been sitting there for hours.... On top of that, the atmosphere was simply unpleasant...sticky tables, and the employees were standing around at times, staring and watching you from behind the counter...unbelievably unpleasant.... Unfortunately, this KFC isn't worth another visit...I'd rather go to Kaiserslautern next time!

Drive-thru experience: 8:47 p.m., August 17, 2025 The man who served us spoke little German and English, but he understood everything. He had trouble understanding us over the intercom. At the counter, he understood us perfectly. From the car, we could see the employees, without gloves and hairnets, not really enjoying their work. We ordered a Family Bucket with two gravies for €38.97

I had lunch there, a colonel's menu with 2 salads, it was tender and crispy at the same time, the coleslaw salad is to die for.

Everything was perfect, the staff were friendly, the meal was very good and the cleanliness was excellent.

Overall, a good experience at KFC. The service was fast, the staff courteous, and the products were what you'd expect from a fast-food restaurant of this chain. 🍗🍟 The unlimited drinks are a real plus, especially when eating in. The restaurant was clean, the tables were regularly cleaned, and the atmosphere was rather calm even during peak hours. 🥤🧼 The portions were decent, the chicken was just right, and the sauces were readily available (which isn't always the case elsewhere). A good KFC, true to its promise, ideal for a quick and tasty meal.

Well, I have to be honest. I was there yesterday and they were so unfriendly when you ask a question. There's no such thing as customer service. The staff really needs training on how to treat customers. I would have preferred to give it zero stars. And just because we ordered from the McDrive and asked something about our order, we got a stupid answer. I don't think that's customer service. I can't recommend going there.

We arrived late, and there was a lot of trash outside the KFC and in the bins inside. Tables weren't clean. Not a great atmosphere for a KFC. There's a lot of room for improvement. Food has become expensive.

Way too salty, really not tasty!

Honestly, waiting more than 25 minutes for 2 sandwiches and 2 portions of fries. 😡 Very slow service, and you can see that they don't want to move. And the final sandwich is lukewarm😒

I'm told the drive-in is closed and drive out. Once inside, I saw that they were serving two other cars in the drive-in. That's unacceptable! Now we're even getting our turn after them. Long waits are standard here... KFC in Kaiserslautern or Liesdorf are 100 times better.

I went to the drive-thru at 3:00 PM on July 6th and had specifically ordered ahead to save time. There was only one other customer in front of me, but I still had to wait over 20 minutes. This was disappointing, and for me, it was probably my last visit.

First time back in 15 years. We wanted to give it another chance. Expensive, dirty place, lackluster service. The food is filling, but that's it. The Squid Game Burger is ultra-sweet. The crispy chicken is dry. The fries are cold. We won't be back.

Well, what can I say... As always, it's not that easy to navigate the menu. It certainly takes considerably longer than simply saying "the usual" at the checkout. The staff clearly doesn't care about the customers – they all prefer to stare boredly at their phones. Otherwise: clean, nothing broken, pleasantly quiet. People? Hardly. If I compare this KFC to others I've been to, I'd give it about 7 out of 10 stars. Pretty average. A "standard KFC" as you know it – and yes, there are definitely worse ones. At least: Here, unlike in some "fast-food restaurants," they don't ask you if you "want anything else" while you're still trying to decipher the menu. Progress!

Although it wasn't busy, the return tray was full. The burger was lightly topped. The fries weren't salted. It's a shame. I visited again after a long time and was disappointed.

It was good but honestly waiting twenty minutes for just a children's menu with a portion of fries and 6 nuggets is excessive when there were hardly any customers, plus it's incredibly expensive, €4 for half an ear of corn, €13 for 6 nuggets without a side dish.

The worst food we've had in a while. The burger looked great, but that was about it. The entire place was dirty... the ordering terminals were all greasy and sticky, the tables were dirty, the drink dispensers were sticky... unfortunately, there's no sign of hygiene here. We found the price to be far too high for the quality of the food. The staff seemed like they didn't want to work. We definitely won't be eating here again.

Yes and no. The value isn't the best, but that's less due to the location than to KFC itself. The crispies, filet bites, and hot wings are amazing, but you have to eat the fries right away, otherwise they turn into wobbly "starchy sticks" whose appearance is the only thing that resembles fries. The burgers are sparsely topped, but that's the franchise.

Extremely delicious food and very courteous staff. Fresh fries were specially prepared for my baby so that they were unsalted. I can highly recommend it.

If you want to eat here, make sure you have plenty of time. The speed of the staff can no longer be slower! Incredibly long waiting time for a “fast food” restaurant. The chickens are probably freshly caught and slaughtered. At least the food was fresh and warm. Luckily we were just passing through and will never have to come back here again!

Ordering at the counter is forbidden! Brazen profit maximization by saving personnel while foregoing the last bit of service. But the height was the way a customer was served after me. While I was waiting for my food, already slightly annoyed by the long wait, another customer came in and asked what was already ready at the counter. He was told he had to order at the terminal. He said he knew that, he just wanted to see what was already ready so he could order it at the terminal and then pick it up quickly. Good idea, I thought to myself. But only until he came back with the receipt and was told he had to wait until his number was called. Mind you. The stuff was already there. Ready for sale. It didn't get any better if it stayed there any longer. It wasn't part of any order that came before him. He specifically asked for that. It's hard to imagine less respect for the customer and more outrageous inflexibility! Accordingly, the first look and then the reaction of the customer were incomprehensible. However, it seemed to me that this was an order from above and not based on the employee's limitations. This one was actually quite friendly. I had spoken to him briefly beforehand when I let him know my dissatisfaction with only being able to order at the terminal. I realized one thing that day. Both “fast food” 😒 and customer loyalty are different. Also overpriced. Why should I do this to myself again?🤷🏽 Personally, life is too short for something like that 🤙🏽

Even though it wasn't very busy, our order took 15 minutes - I wouldn't call that "fast food". The lady behind the counter had little interest in putting our order together. The corn on the cob with butter for 4.50 euros is a joke, it is 8 cm long. What justifies this price? Will not visit KFC again

55 minutes of waiting for 3 extra menus. Customers who arrived after us were served before us. 👎🏻 A small extra fries isn't enough to satisfy people... it's supposed to be a fast food restaurant (fast = fast) but this KFC is more like slow food...

On my last visit I had to wait 20 minutes for a Zingerburger and a bucket - that's simply too long. Additionally, the fries were already cold as they were placed on the tray ten minutes before the burger. The staff responded rather irritably to the suggestion. The cleanliness in the guest room also leaves a lot to be desired. Of course, guests are responsible for their trays, but cleaning the tables is not one of them - even if the staff obviously sees it differently. Unfortunately, overfilled return carts are standard here, so you should have some skill when stacking them. Unfortunately there is little to highlight positively, which is a shame because other branches show that things can be done better. Why do I still come here? Due to lack of alternatives nearby. Two stars for the food, but service, friendliness and cleanliness are in urgent need of improvement. 2 out of 5 stars.

BETRUG und ABZOCKE !!!!!! Der letzte Laden, bestellt über Uber eats und per Kreditkarte gezahlt. Bei der Lieferung fehlte etwas, am Telefon dann ein Mann der sich kaum verständigen kann und einen auch kaum versteht. Nach langem hin und her sagte er ich oben Büro muss an Kasse fragen, anrufen wieder in 15 min. Darauf sagte ich , ich will es ersetzt haben dann legte er auf. 15 min später geht er nicht mehr ans Telefon, was ein Geschäftsgebaren , unfassbar. Ein richtiger ....... Laden 😡🤬

Drive in is a disaster. Waiting 20 minutes is bad

Good, fresh fast food, but the service is an absolute disaster, no forks available, coleslaw and chili fries have to be eaten with a spoon or fingers. We waited a good half hour for our food. And there are currently 20 open orders on the monitor, even though the restaurant is only lightly attended.

Food was warm and kept warm until I got back from the toilet. Clean and staff was fine. Food was visually just ok, packaging was good. Opinions differ when it comes to taste. You either like it or you don't.

Fast food restaurant specializing in chicken. Not cheap, but there are always some special promotions. Every now and then there is something to complain about - the fries weren't fresh this afternoon - but there is an immediate exchange without discussion. The toilets are sometimes so, sometimes so well maintained. The wall decorations inside were recently refreshed and the drinks machines were also replaced. Here, as in America, there is still 'all you can drink' once you have been given a cup.

I am really disappointed with my experience at KFC Saarbrücken. The staff doesn't even make the effort to listen to French customers, which is very frustrating. I first visited this location 2 years ago. Everything was great there, just like last year. Since this year there have been endless waiting times and now and then the food is almost cold or has been sitting for ages. The floor is sticky and the drinks machines are dirty. It feels like they aren't cleaning properly here, just spraying some disinfectant and then wiping it poorly. In addition, for a long time there has only been the “Zero” version of drinks. This is not at all the standard that one expects or is used to from KFC

Great atmosphere and nice employees

It was 10 p.m., a total of three tables were occupied, and two guests were standing at the ordering column. There were two employees behind the counter who only had to take care of the orders. So there was no need to collect. I had been standing at the drive-thru for ten minutes now, waiting. Since this wasn't the first time I had to wait so long in the drive-thru, I ended up driving to Burger King without a KFC order, where they kindly took my order. KFC is supposed to be fast food, but waiting ten minutes without a “just a moment please” at the drive-thru is an indictment. Unfortunately I can't give a negative star rating because that would be deserved. You should be ashamed of yourself: even after all the bad reviews from other guests, you don't think it's necessary to change anything about the service.

If you could give 0 stars I would. Under all hell. Opening hours until midnight. Just left it on the drive at 11:48 p.m. Zero reaction. When, after waiting several minutes, you go to the window to place your order, you are greeted with a very rude attitude that the kitchen closes at 11.30 p.m., even though while we were waiting on the drive there were still customers going into the store and getting their food at the same time!!!! A video of the whole thing was made, the main office was informed and the whole thing will be distributed via social media. I can only advise against the branch!!!!
