The KFC has been modernized, I don't like it as much as the old interior The food was freshly prepared, unfortunately I'm not a fan of the coating or the crunch. Top service.

I've never seen such a slow KFC. We waited almost an hour for TWO menus.

45 minutes of waiting to get 3 quarters of our order which for the most part was cold never again. And all this for 38 euros, a shame.

This restaurant, we pass several times up there, because they do not have the same thing as in France I recommend very well received since the terminals exist because before a little complicated but very good restaurant

Every now and then there is something to complain about - the fries weren't fresh this afternoon - but there is an immediate exchange without discussion. The toilets are sometimes so, sometimes so well maintained. The wall decorations inside were recently refreshed and the drinks machines were also replaced. Here, as in America, there is still 'all you can drink' once you have been given a cup.

I am really disappointed with my experience at KFC Saarbrücken. The staff doesn't even make the effort to listen to French customers, which is very frustrating. I first visited this location 2 years ago. Everything was great there, just like last year. Since this year there have been endless waiting times and now and then the food is almost cold or has been sitting for ages. The floor is sticky and the drinks machines are dirty. It feels like they aren't cleaning properly here, just spraying some disinfectant and then wiping it poorly. In addition, for a long time there has only been the “Zero” version of drinks. This is not at all the standard that one expects or is used to from KFC

Great atmosphere and nice employees

It was 10 p.m., a total of three tables were occupied, and two guests were standing at the ordering column. There were two employees behind the counter who only had to take care of the orders. So there was no need to collect. I had been standing at the drive-thru for ten minutes now, waiting. Since this wasn't the first time I had to wait so long in the drive-thru, I ended up driving to Burger King without a KFC order, where they kindly took my order. KFC is supposed to be fast food, but waiting ten minutes without a “just a moment please” at the drive-thru is an indictment. Unfortunately I can't give a negative star rating because that would be deserved. You should be ashamed of yourself: even after all the bad reviews from other guests, you don't think it's necessary to change anything about the service.

The butter for the corn on the cob could have been put in the bag with the cold stuff! But no, it liquefies much better if you put it at the bottom, under the hot things! Butter gone and a huge grease stain on the car seat! Thank you very much too.

If you could give 0 stars I would. Under all hell. Opening hours until midnight. Just left it on the drive at 11:48 p.m. Zero reaction. When, after waiting several minutes, you go to the window to place your order, you are greeted with a very rude attitude that the kitchen closes at 11.30 p.m., even though while we were waiting on the drive there were still customers going into the store and getting their food at the same time!!!! A video of the whole thing was made, the main office was informed and the whole thing will be distributed via social media. I can only advise against the branch!!!!

Slow and bad service. It took almost 10 minutes to make a classic burger. The bread was dry. Would never ever go there again . Stay away for the chilli cheese burger it's an absolute rip off

Location is really not nice, but the food is okay.

Of course, hot wings are still very tasty and the staff is friendly too. But the whole store seems pretty unkempt, especially the toilet facilities. And the fact that you have to be told what to drink (no more sugary drinks or light drinks) is not an option. This will no longer be an option for us in the future.

Things have improved a lot in the last few months. Today it tasted good and overall it was clean and pleasant.

The employee tried very hard and was friendly. Unfortunately, the food was cold and hygiene is unfortunately not a priority here. One or two employees could wash their hands every now and then, especially after sneezing.

Although only a few customers are there, the order is not prepared in 35 minutes! Turtles could be even faster!

Restaurant area is clean, but loudspeaker volume is like in a disco. At lunchtime there was only 1 person in the kitchen and only 1 person in the serving area. Ordering took forever. Toilet without cleaning plan, no tissues to dry off, no hand hairdryer, no soap

Fire everyone that works here, the food is amazing as always but you need to wait 2 hours to get it. This is not the first time that i visited and it's always the same thing.

That was horrible, we were three friends and at the same moment one ordered and got everything straight away, the other got everything after 25 minutes and the last one got everything after 35 minutes. It's a shame and the people really aren't super friendly and not stressed at all with Zich orders waiting. Best to avoid this KFC!!! 👎

We stopped by in the evening, everything would be fine, but it’s funny when they tell you that the coffee is out!!! Where is the basic control? As for me, if I keep the issue under control, then playing it safe in the nearest store with a purchase is exactly what I need!

Dirty tables, the floor sticks, leftover food on the floor. There was hardly anything going on, I don't want to know what it looks like when the store is full. We were there for 45 minutes and during that time no employee felt responsible for cleanliness, both dish trolleys were full... And to top it off, the food was lukewarm

I (over 60) have never been to KFC. After watching a TV report, I wanted to go there. The buckets were hot and juicy but crispy? - None. I was just looking forward to that. The fries weren't crispy either and were floury. When I had finished eating, I read on the paper on the tray that you are welcome to complain and the food will then be exchanged. - Too late. Finally I went to the toilet. The basket for the towels was so overflowing that there were already a lot of them lying around it. It didn't look recently cleaned. Conclusion: It can be done, but it is worlds away from what is promised.

The restaurant is located directly at the motorway exit. So it's very easy to reach. The parking lot is big enough. There wasn't much going on when we visited. The restaurant was very clean. Orders are placed via one of the terminals. Then pick it up at the checkout. Could have been a little quicker since there was nothing going on. But still within limits. Food was warm, fresh and tasty. You can refill drinks. Sanitary facilities were clean.

Food was tasty but good service is something else. I wanted to order at the counter. The employee said this voucher number does not exist. I repeated the whole thing. The employee didn't understand me so I spoke a little louder. The employee told me to stop yelling at him. Then he complained into his headset that he didn't feel like doing anything to me. I said I wanted to speak to a manager and I would drive up. There was no answer. The manager at the counter knew nothing. She called the employee and wanted to clarify it. However, he wasn't willing to listen, became cheeky and shouted that he wouldn't let me tell him anything. The manager just said she couldn't do anything to me. Apparently the gentleman there has freedom of fools and won't let women say anything to him. I find it outrageous to tolerate such behavior.

This KFC is ideally located opposite the Globus gas station and offers everything a KFC sells. I was there just before closing time and was shocked at how dirty the place was. All the tray stands were full and no employee took care of them. The tables, chairs and the floor were also littered with leftover food. My order was prepared quickly and the food was average. You are immediately greeted by the ordering terminals when you enter.

Alles nett und beim Drive ohne große Wartezeiten

War schon 2 mal Donnerstags zu und ich konnte meine Gutscheine nicht einlösen, ich war sehr aufgebracht deswegen. Warum habt ihr so oft ganztags zu?

Essen war heiß als ich es bekommen hab, allerdings musste ich trotzdem dass nicht viel Betrieb war im Drive-In verhältnismäßig zu lange warten. Die Atmosphäre im Laden ist jetzt auch nicht die beste, ist aber primär der Lage geschuldet.

Super Lecker, Grosse Auswahl an Produkte die man im Resteraunt Essen kann , aber auch für Zuhause mitgenommen werden kann .Die Umgestaltung ist klasse wenn Gruppen zum Essen kommen ist der grosse Tisch einfach genial wie zuhause alle an einem Tisch so schmeckt viel besser.

Diese KFC Filiale ist verkehrsgünstig an Autobahn A6, aber an einem wirklich hässlichen Ort gelegen. Eine schöne Aussicht hat man dort nicht. Innen ist die Wahl der Sitzplätze ausschlaggebend dafür, wieviel Zugluft man von der geöffneten Türe aus mitbekommt. Das Essen schmeckt gut, auch wenn die Preise m.E. nach zu hoch sind. Etwas abschwächen lässt sich dieser Effekt, wenn man Gutscheine von der KFC-App nutzt. Positiv ist das kostenlose Nachfüllen der Getränke am Zapfhahn. Ich finde das Bestellen an den Bestellautomaten nicht gut. So ist keine Beratung seitens des Personals bei der Auswahl möglich. Der "Service" beschränkt sich auf die Herausgabe der zusammengestellten Essensportionen und dem gelegentlichen Austausch der mit Müll gefüllten Tablettwägen.

Fast Food, daher ist ja kein super Ambiente zu erwarten. Die Hühnerteile sind ganz lecker, der Krautsalat war mal besser, das Püree lasst ihr besser links liegen.

War etwas unsauber auf den Tisch und Boden Mann sollte nicht immer am Personal sparen damit Mann sich noch mehr die Taschen voll machen kann

Na ja von vier Terminals waren nur 2 an die mitarbeiter sahen gelangweilt aus und alles ist immer ziemlich schmutzig

Die Bestellung hat etwas lange gedauert, da nur 2 Mitarbeiter anwesend waren, diese haben aber ihr bestes gegeben ;) Das Essen war ganz okay, die Pepsi hätte etwas weniger Sirup im Mischverhältnis vertragen können. Es gibt 4 Bestellterminals und ausreichend sitz und Parkplätze.

Food was on average level. I have been eating better at KFC in China. Service … well … just putting the meal on a plate and push it over the corner is not a benchmark. But I would also consider it as service, to have clean toilets, clean sinks and soap as well as paper towels available. All of this was not applicable.

Essen ist gut wie immer bei KFC, alles frisch zubereitet, und schmeckt immer gleich! Leider gab es keine, oder die Klimaanlage war kaputt, in dem Geschäft waren ca 40°C, und sehr viel andrang also war man gezwungen drinnen auf das Essen zu warten. Ebenso gab es keine Milchshakes, oder Eis.. Ansonsten war alles Super.

Ob das Ambiente passt konnte ich nicht wirklich feststellen da meine Frau sich nur rasch was für den Weg nach Köln mitnahm ging aber alles reibungslos danke dafür!

Samstag Abend, Laden gut besucht. Zwei jungs an der Theke zum bedienen. Das dauert schon mal etwas länger. Auf den Toiletten kein Handtuch Papier. Heißluftgebläse für die Hände defekt. Mülleimer in der Toilette übervoll. Das war der Erste und letzte Besuch bei KFC.

Essen gut aber teuer, bekomme ich ein schnitzel mit pommes und Salat

Früh da gewesen, noch nichts los. Da sind die Mitarbeiter noch etwas unmotiviert aber freundlich. Essen war frisch und lecker.

Lecker, aber nicht im Restaurant essen da ist nicht gemütlich Essen mit nach Hause nehmen

Leider greifen jetzt auch immer mehr Schnellrestaurants auf Bestellterminels zurück, Wir haben dann auch darüber bestellt, durch Unwissen weil wir nicht so oft ins KFC gehen, hat das nicht so geklappt, denn Angebote die vorne angezeigt wurden, haben wir im Terminal nicht gefunden. Wir hatten einmal die Chili Cheese Fries, die waren schon besser, Pommes labbrig, dann Lag ein Deckel eines Getränke Bechers auf der Soße, ratet mal wo der Käse hing, Auch von Chili war nix zu schmecken. Die Hähnchenfiletbites waren Sau gut.

Essen teuer und nicht frisch. Die Dame hatte auch nicht sonderlich viel Lust.
