Was in the drive in, everything was complete and warm.

I stood for almost 30 minutes to pay and I wasn't served (the employees insult each other)

My wife ordered food here. When the food arrived, half of it was missing, when she called she was treated very disrespectfully by a male person and was then told that if she had a problem she should come over and sort it out in private. It is also the case every time that my order is not complete. We absolutely cannot recommend this branch.

Clean toilets, nice staff, waiting times were okay. Ordering is now only possible via the electronic counters.

Flies landing on the food everywhere, loud fat children running and screaming throughout the restaurant, every meal tastes absolutely the same, no matter whether it's a Big Mac or a hamburger, no difference. but the Sprite with popcorn flavor was delicious, even though the flavor wasn't mixed and at the end it tasted like popcorn syrup

Great shop! I'm positively surprised. Order there from time to time or get food there. It hasn't happened in a long time that something was missing. Unfortunately today when ordering. Happens, they're all people and they can't do more than work! I called them and my fries were delivered to me straight away! As a small apology there was a free apple turnover. Great service really! After all, there are 8 kilometers that had to be driven again. I am very grateful and positively surprised! Keep it up!

It was just supposed to be ice cream, but then we left. Staff totally overwhelmed by the flood of drive-in restaurants both in and at the counter. Too few staff, prices too expensive for what you get and hungry guests that are too unfriendly and irritable. Respect for the people who work there.

Didn't understand definition of fast food restaurant. Drive In completely full. Cars were already on the street. Eternal waiting time, burgers partly cold and just clapped together. Order incomplete. Given the reviews, I'm surprised that this branch still exists. Seems normal there. If I want to wait a long time for food, I can go somewhere else. Plus it's expensive.

Boscheln was always one of the few good McDonald's. But that was cheeky. Loveless, mashed together burgers, for example a double cheeseburger without onions was ordered. They were hoping for a fresh burger, but it was strikingly obvious that the onions had been removed from a finished burger. The chicken burger looked like it had been put through a blender and you had to put it together first. What I don't understand at all is why do people always let the climate in the restaurants shoot like that? Cleanliness: I prefer to leave it...

You really have to check if you want to take food with you.... forgetting the extra chocolate sauce with the milkshake several times or just burgers or fries that aren't packed...

McDonald's......like everyone else

trend downwards, Eating took forever After what felt like an eternity, someone came to see if we would be sitting here (we had ordered via the app with a table number), then the food was apparently made and delivered a second time... Really time-consuming... Actually, that's exactly the reason why. you get here... It's quick... unfortunately not at all today...

McDonald's in Übach-Palenberg has been lagging a lot in terms of taste and customer service for a long time, in my opinion. Often very unfriendly employees.

Hard to believe but there was no cola as a drink. I've never experienced it at Mces. Plus pure chaos. Better somewhere else.

Forgot the nuggets about the vouchers. Things used to be much better there. And the toy with the Happy Meal too. You can absolutely forget a fries, a drink and a portion of nuggets, you might think they do it on purpose.

I've been there off and on for about 10 years, sometimes more and sometimes less, and the prices have skyrocketed, which is the case with all things now, but I can hardly explain the fact that the quality has deteriorated so much over time and it's inedible The food is cold, the taste is similar to the smell of an organic waste bin, the price/performance ratio is outrageous, sometimes twice the price for a citizen twice as small. I always advise against Übach as this is unfortunately not an isolated case but has happened several times. My conclusion is a clear no for this Mc

Really bad! You say that the ice cream was forgotten during delivery and you get the following answer: "You're a liar, you're just saying that so you can get another ice cream for free" 😂

At first glance it's a McDonald's like many others. But a bit rocky. The card payment is defective in half of the order terminals. Current staff provides zero service. Voucher for Big Mc was thrown out of the order during checkout “Product currently not available”. When I asked the manager about it, all I got was the phrase voucher can only be used once. All attempts to explain that this is not the case here were answered with the same sentence. Then the manager just turned around and left me standing there without a word... This is another lesson in never going to these fast food chains again.

Absolutely not recommended!! The staff is not in the mood (understandable), the food is becoming more and more expensive and tastes bad too! I get stomach problems every time I'm there and the hamburger breaks the €3 mark. Damn, it cost €1, what's the point??

For a McDonald's I think it's okay there, the atmosphere is nice and the order is ready quite quickly. The fries don't taste as good as elsewhere, but the chicken Mcnuggets are a plus point. Especially recommended for children because of the toys.

Understaffed at peak times, self-service card terminal not usable & unmanned queue at checkout. When you ask when someone is coming to check out, you get a stupid answer. Disgusting.

Ordered 2 cheeseburgers today after a long time because I was just in the mood for it!! But when I unpacked the burgers the ketchup came towards me and the whole bun was completely smeared with ketchup as if it had been dipped in ketchup and the taste wasn't tasty but the main thing was to charge €2.79 for it

Burgers were forgotten for the 5th time (3x McChicken & 2x BigMac). Are you serious? Today I complained on site and asked to get his food or the money back, both were rejected with “did you call” NO, who calls a Mecces? You can clarify your concerns on site! Ordered something after the conversation; arrives home and a Big Mac is missing again, instead of Curly Fries only normal fries & the Capri Sun is forgotten in the Happy Meal. I ordered an iced tea with it and how does it taste? After water, this is just the color, what's wrong with you?

The food is just as good as any McDonald's. However, an order terminal was broken and you couldn't pay there. It wasn't marked, so it's annoying when you want to order there and still have to go to the checkout...

I haven't been here for years and was very pleasantly surprised. Great atmosphere with nice furniture from McDonald's. We will come here more often now.

We waited a total of 10 minutes for our food, which ended up being cold and neither the burgers nor the fries tasted good. It's a shame, the MC Donalds in Kohlscheid is much better.

Food ok, customer service a disaster. The machine doesn't accept the vouchers that are advertised/incorrectly, and at the checkout you are then told “It's your bad luck, we have nothing to do with that”. Absolute juice shop when the employees don't even feel responsible for looking after their own equipment, which saves money by passing the adjustment process on to the customers. Given the already absurd prices, it's just an indictment. Treat yourself to my 4.5€ extra because the voucher didn't work, hopefully it was worth it, again I'm not leaving any money behind.

There's nothing to say about McDonald's except that it's a McDonald's fast food restaurant. You can treat yourself or leave it alone. Good food is available either at home or in better restaurants. Small, quick hunger can be satisfied, but for big hunger I recommend a more substantial meal in other establishments at reasonable prices and higher efficiency.

Drinnen gegessen. Es kam mir vor wie auf der Toilette. So viele Fliegen. Schon wieder da gewesen. Schnell zum mitnehmen aber wieder ekelhaft. Big Mac vergessen. Richtig schlimm.

McDonald's halt. Wie erwartet, schnell und freundlich. Heute, 16.1.2024, hat es am Autoschalter recht lang gedauert, obwohl nur 3 Autos da waren. Sonst ist es hier sehr fix.

Eine der vermutlich am schlechtesten organisierten Filialen. Endlose Wartezeiten am Drive Inn, oft Probleme mit dem Scanner, vertrocknet kalte Burger und dies schon seit langer Zeit ohne das sich etwas ändert.

Nach online Bestellung wollte ich das Essen abholen. Vor Ort sprang die App auf geschlossen. Das ist ärgerlich denn ich bin umsonst gefahren. Es wäre schön wenn man die Öffnungszeiten ändern das auch der App mitzuteilen.

Essen wie immer bei McDonalds. Leider sind die Preise derart hoch, dass ich künftige Besuche vermeiden werde!

Egal ob man 1 oder 5 Sterne vergibt. Mäcces ist halt Kult und manchmal muss es einfach sein. Preislich ist es inzwischen echt heavy. Da kann man auch schon was Richtiges essen. Und trotzdem, Samstag Nacht, die Tochter aus der Disco geholt, dann isset schon witzig. Royal Käse und Apfeltasche sind meine absoluten Favoriten, dicht gefolgt von Nuggets

Freundliches Personal, Restaurant war etwas weihnachtlich geschmückt. (23.12.23) Der Big Mac war leider nur lau warm. Der neue Big Mac kommt nicht an den originalen Big Mac ran .

Wir waren schon mehrmals hier. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle freundlich, die Zubereitung war extrem schnell und alle Produkte waren frisch und lecker. Die Sauberkeit war in Ordnung, aber beim Essen vor Ort war es ziemlich kühl. Seitdem holen wir lieber ab, was auch super unkompliziert ist. (Dezember 2023)

Am Essen gibt es nichts auszusetzen, aber die Filiale wird nicht beheizt, es ist sehr kalt drinnen.

Essen war wie immer. Man weiß ja, wie es bei McDonalds schmeckt :-) . Essen war auch sehr schnell am Platz. Aber der Laden war NICHT GEHEIZT!!!! Man war gezwungen, die Jacke beim Essen anzulassen. Geht gar nicht!!! Auch die Servicekräfte liefen in Winterjacken durch den Laden!!

Das Essen war typisch MC Donalds, am Service gab's nix zu meckern, wir bestellten am Terminal mit der Option das man unsere Bestellung zum Tisch bringt und das wurde so auch erledigt, also auch nix zu bemängeln. Einzige problem was wir hatten, die Klimatisierung des Lokals, es sind ja jetzt bei weitem keine warmen Temperaturen mehr also müsste man eigentlich nicht mehr die Innenräume kühlen, es lief aber die Klimaanlage und uns wurde recht schnell kalt sowie auch das Essen.

Leckere Burger, viel sauce, vielleicht bißchen kalt, aber das wird wohl daran liegen, daß er schon fertig da stand. Restaurant schönes Ambiente, aber bißchen ungepflegt

13 minuten genau an der Kasse gestanden bis mal jemand kam und mich geholfen hat.....auf jeden fall etwas eingetippt mit Ihrem unfreundlichen vorkommen. Wenn das meine mitarbeiterin war am 17.09.2023 und auch noch eine Managerin...dann würde sie direkt gefeuert werden...mega stress da auf dem arbeitsflur..... Danach sehe ich 9 minuten mein happy mean fertig stehen da bis jemand auf die idee komt es uns zu bringen....natürlich kalte pommes und kalten hamburger....was eine lächerliche unorganisierte bude....

Essen ist okay, normal belegt und warm. Leider heute nicht zum erstem Mal super unfreundliche Bedienung. Happy Meal bestellt, Spielzeug wurde vergessen, Luftballons haben die gerade keine und bei dem halben Liter Cola war der Deckel nicht fest drauf, alles ins Auto gekippt. Da warte ich lieber eine Minute länger aber dann stimmt alles.

Das Essen war lecker,muss aber leider die Hygiene bemängeln. Die Damen Toilette nicht sauber ein unangenehmer Geruch, der Toilettendeckel kaputt. Hoffentlich ist in der Küche alles sauber

Immer sehr gut besucht, teilweise zu gut besucht. Das mit dem Bestellen und Abholen klappt mal besser mal nicht so gut, kommt auf die Zeit an. Ist halt ein Schnellrestaurant dafür ist eigentlich alles okay.

Wenn man bar zahlen möchte muss man sehr lange warten , weil sich gut unterhalten wird . Fast 10 Minuten ignoriert. Toiletten sehr schmutzig und riechen echt übel.....werde wenn ich noch mal Lust darauf bekomme nur noch MC drive .....wenn....

immerwieder die falsche bestellung in der tüte ES NERVT zudem ist das essen auch oft kalt zahlt doch in eurer goldgrube ordentlichen lohn damit ich mal vernünftige arbeitnehmer bekommt

Trotz in Automaten eingegebenen Bestellungen und wenig Publikum an den Kassen, dauert es viel zu lange bis man seine Bestellung bekommt. Und das bei 2 Salaten ! Nicht nachvollziehbar. So lahm noch nirgendwo erlebt... Dann lieber woanders bei Lieferando bestellen.
