McDonald's in Übach-Palenberg

Waited 20 minutes for 2 cheeseburgers, there was almost nothing going on!

I ordered 3x McDouble Chilli Cheese and after about 90 minutes I received an “M” burger + sweet and sour sauce. Absolute impudence! Nobody can be reached by phone either! What a mess!

As we all know, the food is the same everywhere. Unfortunately, the sanitary facilities stand out negatively here. Smeared with graffiti and partially broken. Makeshift repairs with screws that stick out and could injure you.

Theoretically they are open until 4:00, but close at 3:30 Is not justifiable!!!

Nice staff who make an effort... BUT The store manager is unsuitable for the position! The tables are dirty and sticky, the toilet is smeared! When I pointed this out, I only received an annoyed look. No hairnets, let alone gloves. I watched as people wiped their noses with the back of their hands and continued to process food! While the store manager apparently confuses his workplace with Tinder! Even one star is too many, considering everything that's going wrong there.

She was upset, because the facility seems to be clean, but not cozy, it needs repair. Children are running and playing, and grown-up children are smoking next to them. The toilets were dirty.

With a few minor hiccups, it's a solid McDonald's restaurant. The furnishings could do with some work, glued seats are no longer up to date and unsightly. Service was friendly when it was provided, but unfortunately we had to sit for over 30 minutes when there was little traffic without the ordered service being provided. The order was issued at short notice at the service counter, but without an apology for the oversight. Well nobody is perfect.

You should be ashamed! McDonald's in Übach should be closed. The health department will be informed. I had food poisoning and vomited my heart out after eating a simple chili cheeseburger. A star is only there because you have to give it to rate it.

Dropped from 5 to 1 star. Where is the previous crew with the little gentleman (boss)? After 2 attempts it is clear that the store has been canceled. "I don't know", "I don't understand anything", long waiting times, whether in the drive or in the restaurant. It smells bad, like BurgerKing used to. It's a shame as it is now.

I just ordered a McSmart's meal with a double cheeseburger and spicy chicken nuggets. Instead, I received a plain chicken burger, cold, old fries, and undercooked chicken nuggets—so raw I'm afraid to eat them! When I called the store, the manager treated me rudely. He asked me to take a photo, but obviously didn't believe me and just hung up. He hasn't answered the phone since. This is pure fraud! They didn't even offer compensation!

Cleanliness leaves little to be desired. Tables smeared with ketchup and other leftovers, even the seating is long past its prime. You have to ask for service and it doesn't come automatically. This is how you drive a store like this into the wall.

First of all, it makes NO sense to me that the only person wearing a hairnet in the kitchen is a man with no hair. The food was cold and soggy. Forgot 2 burgers and 2 shakes... Unfriendly blonde lady at the front of the cash register. The shakes and ice cream had completely melted, so you only got pee slush.

We were there for dinner. Almost all the tables were dirty or it was uncomfortable to stay there because of the cold ventilation. When the food finally came, the next disappointment came. The burgers were as bad as we've ever had at McDonald's. We both felt sick after eating it and I had to throw up. Actually, one star is still too much for this McDonald's. I think it's a shame that you can't enjoy your food here because there's no heating. When you ask about it you just smile. Sad. And this doesn't just happen once, but regularly. I can also eat in the car.

We have now been treated miserably once again. We don't want to order from the machines but rather at the counter. This was also confirmed by the main headquarters that this is still possible. That doesn't work in Übach. The employee behind the counter, who had nothing to do, refused our order and referred to these machines several times. The boss explained to us that since there was so much to do now (5 people behind the counter, of which only one woman and the boss himself were serving), that would not be possible. Customer-centric is absolutely different. This is the third time this has happened to us. There were around 15 customers in the restaurant who were all already eating. This branch is absolutely not recommended. Thank you Kohlscheid McDonalds for your kindness (we went there afterwards). Highly recommended!!

I ordered a mc smart menu, i.e. a double cheeseburger without onions, without pickles, there were no pickles on it either, but the bread was scorched and completely black and that's what you get with your meal here? Very rude. I also ordered a cheeseburger WITHOUT ONIONS AND WITHOUT CUCUMBER SLICES. Of course the cucumber slices were gone but the onions weren't. I'm disappointed

I would like to rate my 4th visit to MC. I was there today with my family. We ordered food and ate it there. First of all we had to clean the table in order to be able to eat there, and of course we washed our hands in the toilets afterwards (very disgusting). The food arrived cold and we gave it back. On the second try it was warm but disgusting. The meat was spoiled and we all had to puke!

Always in order, nice and friendly staff. Sometimes it can be busy, but when the weather is nice you can also sit outside.

Bad service, I drove here especially for the children so that they could get their happy meal because of the Pokemon cards and then they don't tell you that the cards are sold out and you get crap from Tom and Jerry without any information, children are naturally disappointed.

We're rarely there but it's getting dirtier and dirtier there. Toilets are messy and dirty in every corner

Reasonable food for an ok price

Ordered fresh mint tea. Received cup of water with a bag of dried mint (with text on bag "fresh mint"). He bag conraibed other ingreduents as well, sonething I didnt expect from fresh mint tea. The water was not cooking (but pretty hot) and as such not as recommended on the bag of mint. Tasted good anyway however the name of the tea is confusing, now what I expected and paid for.

For the third time, goods paid for were not given at the drive-in. People still talk to me stupidly on the phone because it only happens to me……. impudence

The lane in the parking lot is an absolute disaster after I sustained significant damage by sitting down (my car isn't lowered!), so I won't be driving there anymore. The food and the staff are fine

All around good. The employees are friendly and you are served quickly. The food is typical fast food.

My husband ordered takeaway today using the app. At the end of the confusion of packing, I asked the young man if my Caesar salad was included, he just put the dressing on it. He still said yes. When I got home I had a snack salad instead. All the food was cold even though we only live 2 streets away. It was because it took them a long time to pack it up. The receipt was also missing from the bag, so you couldn't complain and get the credit. First and last time that I didn't check on site!

Terrible, table service available on the screens (monitor) does not work, you have to go to the counter to collect the order anyway. Cleaning of the bathrooms (bathroom) is terrible and smells bad, the benches or sofas at the tables are broken, torn or patched.

McDonald's just. Why “only” 4 stars? What is positive is that some employees have been working there for many years. This is evidence of a fundamentally good employer. The orders are also processed relatively quickly and are almost always complete and correct. Negative: the restaurant was renovated a few years ago. Before the renovation there was a McCafe and "free refill" for soft drinks. Since the renovation, the atmosphere is no longer as comfortable, some of the tables and benches are dirty and the "free refill" has been completely abolished.

Unfortunately, the tables and seating are often very dirty. We always clean our table and seats first.

Mcdrive is unusable…slow would be an understatement.

Deliver the order correctly! I'm Muslim and even though I order 20 spicy chicken + mc spicy chicken menu and bigmac menu I get big tasty bacon instead of the bicmacs or something like that!!!!!! + ordered coce light 2 times, once it came wrong... and sprite! + waited 1 hour!

Always highly motivated people at the start, but the large Ukrainian family only disturbs the whole restaurant. Really cozy here

I have no idea how I ended up here, but the burgers are pretty much the perfect post-drink breakfast.

I went to the drive-thru this morning and ordered a Big Mac. When I bit into my burger with extra cheese with pleasure, I realized that the Big Mac had no meat on it at all. The most important part of the burger was forgotten.

The store is clean, the food was well cooked (crispy fries), the staff could announce the numbers more clearly and loudly and take time to empty the tray cart

The food was cold. The staff barely spoke German. The seating was uncomfortable. The lady who was supposed to keep the room clean was busy rolling the dish cart back and forth. Overall a failure. Tried it again after a long abstinence, what can I say, ordered the BigMac WITHOUT CUCUMBER and what was served: with cucumber. Still the same. None of the people can read. It's a shame, you should ask yourself what you're doing there.

Great shop! I'm positively surprised. Order there from time to time or get food there. It hasn't happened in a long time that something was missing. Unfortunately today when ordering. Happens, they're all people and they can't do more than work! I called them and my fries were delivered to me straight away! As a small apology there was a free apple turnover. Great service really! After all, there are 8 kilometers that had to be driven again. I am very grateful and positively surprised! Keep it up!

It was just supposed to be ice cream, but then we left. Staff totally overwhelmed by the flood of drive-in restaurants both in and at the counter. Too few staff, prices too expensive for what you get and hungry guests that are too unfriendly and irritable. Respect for the people who work there.

Didn't understand definition of fast food restaurant. Drive In completely full. Cars were already on the street. Eternal waiting time, burgers partly cold and just clapped together. Order incomplete. Given the reviews, I'm surprised that this branch still exists. Seems normal there. If I want to wait a long time for food, I can go somewhere else. Plus it's expensive.

Boscheln was always one of the few good McDonald's. But that was cheeky. Loveless, mashed together burgers, for example a double cheeseburger without onions was ordered. They were hoping for a fresh burger, but it was strikingly obvious that the onions had been removed from a finished burger. The chicken burger looked like it had been put through a blender and you had to put it together first. What I don't understand at all is why do people always let the climate in the restaurants shoot like that? Cleanliness: I prefer to leave it...

You really have to check if you want to take food with you.... forgetting the extra chocolate sauce with the milkshake several times or just burgers or fries that aren't packed...
