McDonald's in Altötting

If I could I would give 0 stars for this mc in Neuötting!! The staff are rude, the toilets are dirty, no toilet paper and the tables are not wiped properly!!!!! Now comes the worst... >>> After eating a chicken burger I got a gastrointestinal infection that I've never had before in my life!!! Control your meat properly you lazy people!!!!!! Never again this disgusting restaurant!!!!

Unfortunately, things have gotten worse since the new owner took over. The employees seem frustrated and dissatisfied, which unfortunately also shows in their very unfriendly behavior. In addition, there are no longer any opportunities for the children to play inside, which shows how little child-friendliness there is under the new owner.

So after the renovation it's just chaos!!! I don't like it anymore! The interior used to look much better, especially downstairs! There were a lot more seats where you could eat comfortably! What a shame!

Unfortunately, my visit to this McDonald's was a big disappointment. We waited more than 15 minutes for our food and when it was finally served it was cold. There are also no toilets for people with reduced mobility and the existing toilets are upstairs. The toilets lacked basic hygiene supplies such as soap and towels and the state of cleanliness was worrying with rubbish littering the floor. It left a strong impression on me of the neglect of basic standards that every restaurant should adhere to.

We were there again today for a long time, the renovation went well, service was ok, food was also ok. But the cleanliness of the toilet is a disgrace, yes I know it's the customers who leave it like that, but then you have to check more often. There was no soap either! After using the toilet you no longer want to eat with your fingers. Even my niece said that when she was seven.

We were skeptical after our first visit. My suspicions were confirmed when we had to wait so long at the ordering counter that we began to close the windows of our vehicle and move backwards before the booming "Hello" echoed through the loudspeaker. But whatever. ordered paid and order received. In the end, we obviously annoyed the employees, which they expressed through rudeness and forgot the drink, which we only noticed twenty minutes later. The chicken burger came with sauce but no salad. - Cheeseburger was ordered without onions, which were also on it. - There were several dog hairs on our table

Since the renovation, this fast food restaurant is simply no longer worth visiting. The new system is confusing and only works to a limited extent, while the display board is far too small and hidden and the overview on the order display is more of a mess than clear, not to mention the two-lane design of the drive-in, which is more for me has a potential risk of accidents. The staff is also obviously overwhelmed by the innovations, and one employee recently said that she absolutely didn't like the changes and that they made everything more complicated rather than better. The food is getting worse and worse and no longer does justice to the price. For me there are a lot of good reasons to prefer going to Burgerking, at least the system works there and the employees seem friendlier and more motivated, probably because the working conditions are more pleasant.

I've now gotten used to the chilly atmosphere, although I'm still missing a cozy MC Cafe. Not only is the current one much too small, it is also far from a cozy, cold ambience and lit like an operating room. However, the staff are friendly and the food is brought to the table, what more could you want and you can deal with the rest!

Drinks (1x 0.4l, 1x 0.5l) were swapped, normal ones were delivered instead of plant nuggets, a disaster for a vegetarian/vegan. The fruit nonsense we ordered was also forgotten, as was a sauce. The ambience is okay, but rushing the employees up the stairs with every order is also morally questionable. I try to avoid the restaurant chain anyway, this visit reminded me why.

We had to wait 20 minutes for our food even though it wasn't really busy. The quality of the food has deteriorated a lot, sticky and cold! The employees are friendly but completely overwhelmed. For the high prices you can eat better, healthier and faster in a normal pub.

Since the renovation it has been a catastrophe, people are no longer served at the drive-in. Inside you get yelled at because you don't want to take away burgers that you didn't order or pay for. I could have cut it out like I used to made . Conclusion for me I will avoid it for a long time and hope you don't do the same to other customers.

As a result, some guests begin to constantly ask where their own order is, others speculate with the employees whether that is their own order with every tray that is filled by the staff. As a result, each additional order is delayed further and further, and the queue becomes larger rather than smaller. And when your order is ready, you can rarely read it on the screen; the number is usually called out by the employees. However, with the hustle and bustle that sometimes prevails, this reputation tends to get lost. Unfortunately, at the moment you are slowing yourself down with the work processes you are using and are unnecessarily putting more stress on yourself than necessary.

After several failed attempts to establish a connection, an employee finally picked up the tablet in her arms. Full of anticipation for the meal, I went upstairs and waited for the meal with my partner. After another 5 minutes of waiting due to the 800 steps to the first floor, the tray arrived at our table. I got frostburn on my burger because it had a temperature of almost 0 Calvin. However, one thing can be said: During the meal, due to the overall situation, we developed a curiosity to read the reviews, which contributed to the good entertainment while dining. Now I feel like I'm doing permanent damage from eating. The converted McDonalds is really nice, but unfortunately there isn't enough parking space. However, on our last visit we had to wait 40 minutes for our food. Order has to be checked, we were missing 2 things from 1 menu each. Lots of seating areas outside, inside it gets tight. Playhouse for kids is in full sun and heating up. Kids came out sweaty and with red faces after about 10 minutes.
