Order inside McDonald's: 1 hot chocolate, 3 Pops, and 1 muffin It wasn't processed. We waited over 35 minutes and then went to the register. Instead of an apology, we received disrespectful laughter. They marked the order, but didn't prepare it or bring it to our table.

No proper description of where the parking lot is! No waiting area for takeaway orders.

We ordered an iced tea via the app and then noticed 30 minutes later that it still hadn't arrived. After we complained, the employee stood by the fries and placed another order instead of giving us our overpriced iced tea. And then they didn't even have straws left. Never again!

I will never buy a shake there again... I ordered chocolate and got strawberry... unfortunately I only noticed it when I got home... I can only advise everyone to try their shake before leaving the restaurant... luckily I am not allergic to strawberries

I was at McDonald's in Altötting today. The interior design was really nice and the food was really good, but it was really expensive! I went in today and ordered my food at the counter. Everything was fine. Then I wanted to go to the checkout and had to wait 10 minutes until I could pay. And an employee asked me if I was waiting for Santa Claus. So, in my opinion, this McDonald's is not recommended. The one in Traunstein is much better, with better prices and good staff. (THIS IS MY OPINION)

A McDonald's restaurant stands or falls with its staff and their performance on the day. Today everything was perfect. It was very busy, and we waited about 10 minutes for the food. The order was complete, the burgers were plentiful and well-topped. That's how it should be. The only thing is that the floor in front of the counter is sticky; I can't imagine that's just because of today.

You don't get what you order. McDonald's should create a mystery menu, since you don't get what you order anyway. The customers are all the nicer, though, as they gave us two Cokes for free.

The women's restrooms are terrible, I've never experienced anything like it. In the men's restrooms, the faucet doesn't even work, and one of the urinals is even leaking. There are still chips, paper towels, etc. under the tables, even though there was hardly any activity. I think that's completely unacceptable.

Ketchup out of the bag, fries completely without salt, endless lines because the employees are overwhelmed. One of the worst restaurants in Bavaria!

NOTE: UPDATE BELOW! The worst McDonald's I know. 90% of the time is old, rancid burgers and fries, always cold, no matter what time of day. If you complain about something, you encounter absolutely unfriendly managers. I'm surprised this branch still sells anything. They won't see another cent from me. Ordering through Lieferando is also completely out of the question. Everything arrives cold. This stuff is no longer edible. UPDATE AUGUST 2025: ⭐️⭐️⭐️ (3 out of 5 stars) MC-DRIVE: It used to be an absolute disaster – cold food, old burgers, and unfriendly to boot. After the renovation, it's much better: The food comes out hot and fresh, and by McDonald's standards, even tasty. Unfortunately, mistakes still happen frequently with orders, so it remains chaotic. Better than before, but still far from perfect. At least you can now order from two lanes. My review primarily relates to the McDrive-Thru counter. If I receive old, rancid, and cold burgers there again, I will immediately lower my rating accordingly.

I go to this McDonald's quite often, and it's the only one where there's always no soap in the restroom. Unbelievable... Who's in charge of that? It's terrible! There's also an employee there whose name seems to be Eniko (that's what they called their colleagues). She's totally unfriendly—no idea why she's the manager. You really don't want to deal with someone like that.

The food isn't as tasty anymore. The workmanship leaves something to be desired, and so does the taste. I even had to wait 30 minutes for my food to be ready, even though I ordered via the app. Fries were lying on the floor, and people were still trampling on them. The food wasn't warm either, but really cold. The fish burger was really cold. And you couldn't eat it. I called and tried everything to clarify everything, but the excuse was, it can't be right. I ordered in the parking lot, and not even in 2 minutes at lunchtime, my order arrived. And that was a lot. And so one can only assume that everything had been sitting there for a while, and it must have been cold, because if it had been warm, it would have taken longer.

The food is cold😤. 🍔 getting smaller and smaller, sloppily prepared, the cheese not even remotely melted, and just a mess. I'd rather go to other chains that put more effort in, sorry.

Brand-new McDonald's, everything spotlessly clean. You can even order upstairs. Lovely outdoor area with plenty of seating, unfortunately only partially protected from the rain.

Reading a screen is apparently too difficult, as is counting nuggets. Appropriately, the incorrect burger also looks as if the box had been placed in the middle of the kitchen and each employee had thrown in an ingredient from a distance. I know this is McDonald's and not a three-star restaurant, but this time it was really disgusting. I'm not spending any more money on this. Next time I'll cook myself or go hungry. Children and adults really liked the place, the food was delicious... the downside was that there was no toilet paper and...

Not accessible for people with disabilities! No personal ordering possible, only on a touchscreen. Really annoying, especially when you only want one thing. We were there with a caravan and it was very difficult to park there. The restroom is upstairs and not wheelchair accessible. Blind people cannot use the touchscreen.

The parking situation is absolutely terrible. The Wegbins restaurant is also unacceptable; we almost got run over three times because there are no proper sidewalks. I've received incomplete orders several times. I have to check each time to make sure everything is there. Recently I ordered a burger menu with nuggets, and they asked for extra sauce for the nuggets. What's missing... the nuggets. The burgers couldn't have been put together much less carelessly.

One of the most disabled and rim-hostile drive-ins

Ordered via app and drove to one of the two MC Drive counters to pick up. For some reason only the left side was processed there without any indication of a defect or failure on the other order side. After a long discussion, I've been waiting for my order for 20 minutes. "Fast food" is different, I thought the renovation might have improved not only the appearance but also the service. Obviously the experience depends on the time of your visit. We were there on a weekday morning, so it was still very empty. The food was great, the staff were friendly and the food came in under 10 minutes. The toilet was clean and the furnishings were very modern.

It happened repeatedly that I either received a product that I had not ordered or that parts of my actual order were missing. Such mistakes are annoying because not only do they require extra effort, but they also give the impression of a lack of organization. As far as the food is concerned, it is up to the usual McDonald's standards. The quality of the food and drinks is generally okay and meets the expectations of a fast food chain. The staff seems to be trying to be friendly, but they often seem stressed and overwhelmed. Especially in busy times, it would be helpful to better support the team, be it through optimized processes or additional employees to reduce the pressure. In summary, it can be said that the McDonald's in Altötting has been visually modernized, but the organizational processes still have room for improvement. Optimized customer guidance, better order processing and a more relaxed working atmosphere for staff could significantly improve the experience.

The food was great, I can't complain at all.. it's very tasty and I can only recommend it to everyone... only the opening times lie a bit. I drove an extra 16 km to get something to eat because it says on the internet it's open until 3 a.m. I was there at 1:21 a.m. and it was closed. I only saw the cleaning lady cleaning.. either you update the opening times on the internet or it's really open that late. I'm a bit disappointed with McDonald's because of that

Absolutely incompetent and unmotivated staff. I ordered cake with milkshake at the terminal and waited for almost half an hour. The young man with a headset at the counter put a piece of cake in a box and suddenly disappeared. His colleagues didn't know where he went either. He didn't say anything. In the meantime, his colleague made the two shakes. Then he came back with a handful of boxes. He folds them, visibly angry, and slams the cake in there. Ich holte heute mal wieder etwas im DriveIn. Zwei Happy Meal für die Kinder und ein Menu für mich. Es wurden ein Hamburger und die Pommes von einem Happy Meal vergessen, ebenso die Spielzeuge. Mein Chickenburger ist offensichtlich ein paar mal runtergefallen, sah nicht appetitlich aus. Leider ist das kein Einzelfall, eher die Regel, ich habe nur noch nie eine Bewertung abgegeben, aber heute war das Maß wirklich voll. McDonald’s Altötting: NIE wieder! Lieber Burghausen oder Mühldorf, da können die Mitarbeiter wenigstens die Bestellungen lesen und ausführen.

Modern but very winding restaurant. Clean, tidy, friendly. Unfortunately there was no spicey sauce available, so I just put curry sauce in my burger, not nice. Otherwise everything is good.

In the drive I ordered the following: The Loud menu with a Spicy McCrispy and a Diet Coke without ice. I got: The Loud menu with a curry McCrispy (which tastes like crap), a normal cola with ice. Conclusion: McDonalds has made its internal processes idiot-proof and still some people can't get it right. PS: Even though there wasn't much going on, I waited alone in the drive for 10 minutes for my order, which was then completely wrong. Last visit here I'd rather take my time and go to Mühldorf or Waldkraiburg

Nice, that's how the waste can be regulated. Looks much cleaner than others where the trays are placed completely with their contents. The burgers were fresh and warm, the fries were fresh too. Gladly again!

When we told the employee this, he reacted immediately, exchanged the coffee without hesitation and was extremely friendly and accommodating. A really great service! The employee (tall, white shirt, headset) was simply great – super friendly, helpful and professional. You want such a dedicated employee everywhere! He definitely deserves praise from the manager. Unfortunately, things have gotten worse since the new owner took over. The employees seem frustrated and dissatisfied, which unfortunately also shows in their very unfriendly behavior. Unfortunately, my visit to this McDonald's was a big disappointment. We waited more than 15 minutes for our food and when it was finally served it was cold. There are also no toilets for people with reduced mobility and the existing toilets are upstairs. The toilets lacked basic hygiene supplies such as soap and towels and the state of cleanliness was worrying with rubbish littering the floor. It left a strong impression on me of the neglect of basic standards that every restaurant should adhere to.

It's been four full moons since our last visit to this tavern. Today we tried our luck in the McDrive of this restaurant and now I will briefly give my impression. We were skeptical after our first visit. My suspicions were confirmed when we had to wait so long at the ordering counter that we began to close the windows of our vehicle and move backwards before the booming "Hello" echoed through the loudspeaker. But whatever. ordered paid and order received. In the end, we obviously annoyed the employees, which they expressed through rudeness and forgot the drink, which we only noticed twenty minutes later. Bravo

+ Fries were good + Beautiful modern location with food elevator + Nice employee who asks if everything is OK (not a given at McDonald's) - Had to wait 20 minutes for my food. My friend got his food 10 minutes earlier, even though I ordered a few seconds earlier than him. The employee then asked in the kitchen and brought me the food. - Chicken burger was ordered without sweet chili sauce. The chicken burger came with sauce but no salad. - Cheeseburger was ordered without onions, which were also on it. - There were several dog hairs on our table
