I am vegetarian and Today i order plant base burger (vegetarian) in McDonald's near Munich hbf with order number #236. But they provided me Meat burger either chicken and beaf. This is unacceptable and not expected from Macdownland like brand. I will never and ever buy buger from this place and it destroy my trust with Macdowland. The service lady was unprofessional. I heard what she told her colleague when I asked where my order was. Totally unprofessional to say on foreign language (that i understand) in front of the customer "let him wait". She hands me the bag with no apology. Usually I don't ask but it was two tost sandwiches and I was waiting for over 15 minutes. They looked like they didn't want to be there. But that's not my problem. I hope your manager reads this. Craziness. You pay extra for ingredients etc. but you get nothing. Just added extra sauce and extra bacon (2x). And what do I get? A plain burger. I pay a few euros more for that. Great team.

McDonald's in Munich central station, somewhat hidden on the mezzanine that leads to the S-Bahn. It is relatively clean and modernly furnished, and the price is quite reasonable. The staff is friendly and the preparation is quick; on my two visits the food was as you would expect.

We asked for a cup of ice for our coffee (iced americano) and we got a cup woth 3 ice cubes. When we asked for more, the employee started yelling at us quite loudly and angry that she had no ice. If thats true, then they should make the iced drinks unavailable on the ordering screen. Very rude and clearly can't handle stress.

I ordered a cappucino and a breakfast burger via the app shortly after 9 a.m. There was something going on, but not too much. It takes a while for the food to come out, but as it is fast food, it comes out faster than other foods. I had a Mac Krispy Burger and it was delicious. (The sauce tastes different from the Korean Mac Krispy Burger). It was difficult to find the location at first. Unfortunately breakfast is just mediocre. Mini pancakes partially burnt and rock hard. Tables, seats and floor totally dirty. However, employees don't seem to care. Location is alright. Mostly busy being that it's in the major train station for Munich. It's located underground in the corridor between the main train area and the U subway trains. There are a lot of self order kiosks. They post when your order number is ready to have the food picked up from the counter. Quality is average for a Mc Donald's.
