Rude staff publicly bullying each other – burgers falling on the floor… no problem. "Eat here?": "No, there are no clean trays, only takeaway now." Flies everywhere. Sorry: Never again.

A super fun restaurant with lots of crazy employees! I felt like I was in the jungle, but it was a blast. This branch isn't for the faint of heart or the shy.

Machine didn't print the number. Nobody there would follow up (they look too busy anyway) so I didn't get my order. No reason to go back.

Normally, a McDonald's wouldn't deserve more than 3 stars anyway. But this one consistently falls short of even the regular McDonald's standard. Out of every four orders, half the food is missing twice, and it's always cold. I live three minutes away, but it's always cold. Also, they shouldn't put burgers upright in the bag. Sure, nobody works there because they're a genius. But there's no excuse for this level of service. Never again.

Allergens are listed, but individual dietary requirements are difficult to accommodate due to the fast pace of service. Price level: Standard McDonald's prices, though they feel slightly higher for the location at the train station. Atmosphere & Seating Area: Rather hectic, loud, and often overcrowded. Not suitable for lingering. Parking: No direct parking. Parking is only available in nearby parking garages or short-term parking zones. Best reached by public transport (direct S-Bahn and U-Bahn station). Child-friendliness: Less suitable for families due to limited space and a hectic atmosphere. Okay for a quick bite. Wheelchair Accessibility: Generally accessible, as the train station has elevators. However, the limited space can make it difficult to maneuver a wheelchair, especially during peak hours. Good for "to go", less so for staying.

I thought I was the only one whose order was almost always wrong 😅 but I was wrong! Incompetence par excellence, it's truly awful! The mistakes force you to come back two or three times until you get what you want! For example, when I bought Shaker Fries and Shaker Nuggets, a packet of seasoning was missing. I complained and received the missing seasoning and packet. However, at the office, I then discovered that instead of chili-lime, I had received the cheeseburger seasoning from the last promotion 🙈 How can something like that happen? This place is simply awful! And just today, I received the wrong Big Rösti; instead of the "Hüttengaudi" with onions, I got the regular one 🙄 Worst McDonald's in town!

It's just a McDonald's... Always packed at the main train station. Lots of people, always busy. I understand that the staff here are overwhelmed, but everyone should double-check their order. I ordered a Happy Meal and an extra drink with a burger. The staff included three incorrect items. I had two of the mistakes corrected... My drink was too weak for my liking.

I was just passing through…typical McDonald’s, but pleasantly surprised: The food arrived quickly, the order was correct, and the place was quite clean despite the crowds. The staff was friendly, even though it was really stressful. Only downside: Seating is limited and it's often quite noisy. Overall, though, a good place for a quick snack while waiting for your train.

Unfortunately, it's very dirty. You wouldn't want to eat at those tables...

Truly the worst McDonald's experience ever! Never again!

It is my last Mc Donalds. It was that bad that I decided I will never eat from McDonald’s again. Service was amazing though. Only the taste and general experience. The sauce, messy burger, tasteless meat in the crowd while touching other peoples shoulders, thanks never again. It is not worth for that amount of money.

Since the manager changed, the place has been a complete disaster. So few staff members, constantly working under pressure. It's a catastrophe. They need more staff so they can serve the customers better. I hope the complaints department reads the reviews and takes action!

Very bad service with orders just hung up

I am shocked. In my entire life I have never seen a McDonald's in such a bad condition. Let me start with the fact that there are no table tents at the ordering kiosks. I can understand that since it was very busy and other branches do it too. I don't think it's bad, I just wanted to point it out. Then you want to sit down and see that ALL the tables are extremely dirty. The floor resembled a garbage dump. After I sat down in the least dirty seat, I opened my bag and of course there was something wrong in it. Apart from that, my order was packed for takeaway even though I stated that I wanted to eat in and probably paid more tax for that. This branch doesn't even deserve a star. I don't understand how the company can allow this to happen.

Simply steer clear of this fast-food restaurant. The food is lukewarm and, in my opinion, not really freshly prepared. The cleanliness throughout the restaurant leaves much to be desired.

The food is completely cold, the burgers look completely old, the salad's best-before date is secretly replaced, the nuggets were inedible because they had been sautéed for too long, the cheeseburger was just old, so old that the cheese was just a piece, the McDonald's was cold, the salad was slightly warm, the burger was inedible, and everything was immediately thrown away. This unhygienic place is "unfortunately" not recommended!

Absolute disaster! I'm so angry. Every time, an order is incorrect. Incompetent employees! How can it be that you can't prepare/assemble a simple order?! I ordered a McSmart meal last night, and my portion of medium fries was only half full. Not only did I barely get any fries, I ordered chive sour cream with it and got mayonnaise. My friend, who ordered the same thing, also only got a half-full portion with mayo instead of mustard sauce. Considering they've raised their prices, it's incomprehensible to make such small portions – very disappointing.

You won't get less quality for your money. The burger wasn't assembled properly and it was ice cold. The wrap was clearly missing meat (chicken), but the space was filled with onions...also cold. The staff was completely unprofessional; it seemed more like a detention center for troubled youths.

Less than half of the terminals work, and the ones that do, the payment module doesn't work. This means you have to pay at the checkout, which defeats the entire purpose of the terminals.

Absolutely not recommended for vegetarians/vegans. I ordered a wrap with plant-based nuggets. Unfortunately, I didn't check right away, but waited until later, because the wrap contained chicken nuggets. So, it's a waste.

At the food counter, I could see that my burger had fallen out of its packaging and was falling apart. Even though it had touched all sorts of surfaces, three people collected it, reassembled it, wrapped it in paper, and placed it on my tray. It was a case for food inspectors, really. It got "even better": I had to wait in line separately for coffee with the tray for almost 10 minutes. By the time I got to my seat, the food was almost cold. The seat itself was crawling with flies; it felt like a barn.

I used to go there every morning for my coffee and breakfast, but now I just can't imagine going there at all. There are people sleeping on the seats, there are flies by the tables. I have also noticed that regardless if I order a big cappuccino, it only half filled. Very sad and disappointed that it went "down" like this as I really use to enjoy going there!

At a train station, it's disastrous if something is missing from your order. If you take something with you on the train, it's difficult to complain if something is missing. That's what happened to me, too.

Edit 2025: Just by comparing the advertising images, you can see that the burger is a disgrace. The burger keeps getting smaller, and I still paid full price... I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I even had to heat it up because it was lukewarm, and I live right nearby.

Well, I was actually used to better, but yeah. I know, Oktoberfest and the like are a lot of respect. I waited forever for my food because an employee thought it was her job or not, and then they charged me for waiting times, which also piled up everything. In the end, the burger was cold. I ordered takeout, got it on a tray, and when I asked, it was hot. They ordered it on a tray. And I had to pack it myself. Thanks to the clerk who helped me, it was really nice of you.

Cappuccinos should be made by professionals, burgers shouldn't be served cold, and drinks shouldn't be left standing at the counter for 10 minutes and then just handed to the next person...would you? The worst McDonald's I've ever been to. On my first visit, the employees mixed up my burger and sauce. It happens. But on my second visit, they got the wrong burger again, and even the wrong toy in my Happy Meal, even though I asked for a specific collection. Because I was in a hurry to catch the train, I didn't notice the mistake right away. It's just awful. This isn't McDonald's, it's an order lottery—you never know what you'll get this time.

The place was in absolutely terrible condition. There was trash everywhere, the tables were dirty, and more than ten flies were flying around the room, feasting on leftover food on the floor – it was truly disgusting. The place was completely overcrowded, and the noise level was horrific. One employee was using a floor mop that was "vacuuming" so loudly that you almost lost your hearing. At the other end of the room sat a group of people shouting and laughing so loudly that you couldn't hear your own voice – it felt like they were having a private family celebration. What was particularly unpleasant was that no one was considerate of anyone – especially not with luggage. Although the location is right next to the main train station, the aisles between the tables were so narrow that you could barely get through with suitcases. Other guests blocked the few narrow aisles with their luggage and didn't even think about making room – we ourselves had a lot of luggage and had to squeeze through with difficulty. Absolutely unacceptable for a transportation hub like this. They also showed no consideration for guests traveling alone, keeping tables for four free for larger groups and allowing them to sit at a table for two or an individual table. Even older people were completely ignored – no one stood up or offered help. The staff was visibly listless and unfriendly. And as if that weren't enough, one woman first put her dog on her lap and then even briefly on the table. Hygiene? None at all. We waited outside the store by two trash cans – and as sad as it sounds, it was more pleasant in there than inside. The food? Cold. The cheese on the burger was already sticking to the side of the wrapper, and the fries weren't fresh. The only bright spot: The McFlurry was actually tasty – but that was it.

I went to find the McDonald's after midnight since it was open and after arriving at the train station it wasnt there. There was no signs to say where it was and it wasnt until I read a review saying it was underground. The place it was referring to was closed for construction. I will go again to see if it was there during the day and confirm it is closed. Very strange there was no signs advertising it.

Those two slices of cucumber were bigger than fork. Service were more talking and laughing and I needed to stand 5 min waiting when they finish their gossips and pay attention to me while I was waiting to pay

Don't expect too much from a fast-food chain. The food arrives in 5 minutes, still warm, mostly precooked, and drained of oil. The chicken is overfried, dry, and doesn't taste like chicken. Simply convenient.

My colleague ordered his fries here late at night, and they came without any sauce. He also ordered the wrong kind of fries. The service was really bad and the place was very dirty. I wouldn't go here again.

Terrible food! Bun was really dry and they just gave old fried fries that were made maybe earlier. They were soggy and cold from the beginning. Understandable that it’s situated within the station but there’s lot of unused space which could possibly be made into seating space.

Zero stars – outrageousness at its highest level I ordered online from this McDonald's – and what I experienced was not only disappointing, but downright disrespectful. After placing my order, over three hours passed during which absolutely **nothing** happened. No info, no response, no update. And then, out of nowhere, I received an email: "Your order has been delivered." Delivered?! Where, please? In the trash? Nothing arrived for me. No ring, no food, no driver. Just an empty claim. I tried calling several times – but apparently the phone there is just a decorative object. No one answers. No hotline, no callback, no help. If you're going to offer delivery service, you should at least have the decency to be available. Or is this a gamble as to whether you'll get your food? This isn't just unprofessional, it's an insult to paying customers. I didn't order to wait hungry for hours and then be fobbed off with a fake email. I ordered because I thought I'd get service. Instead, I got... Ignorance, chaos, and zero responsibility. When you look at the organization here, you seriously wonder if anyone even has an overview. Or if the whole thing is just a self-service store with no control whatsoever. Never again. And I advise anyone who's hungry: Go somewhere else. At least you'll get food there—and no excuses.

A nice McDonald's, average food. Very clean.

A bottomless place. It says it's open 24 hours, but you get kicked out at 1 a.m. It's also really unhygienic, and the food, as you'd expect from McDonald's, is just not great, especially given the prices these days.

Apart from the food, this restaurant is not recommended. The staff were unfriendly and rather unmotivated, some items were forgotten from the order, and the restaurant was very dirty.

I bought a regular dua. I chose the one with cappuccino. I refused to take the cappuccino because there was a fly sitting in it. I don't want to take coffee where a fly sat and shits. The woman who made the cappuccino in advance. She was very angry and scolded me for refusing to take a cappuccino from flies. I kept silent at the provocation of her scolding. She would have at least covered it with a lid from flies. I will never come to McDonald's again. My family and I felt very disappointed with the food and rude service.

There are no restrooms! This is neither signposted nor do they cooperate with the restroom services at the beginning of the food court. In my opinion, this is unacceptable and constitutes a legal violation. So I have to pay extra to use the restroom. Furthermore, the staff wasn't very friendly. But not disproportionately unfriendly either. The food was okay, just like MCs.

Absolutely outrageous! The cheese on the burger had completely melted onto the packaging – there was barely any of the actual burger left. The fries? Really bad, even for McDonald's. It was pretty busy, so you'd think the food would be consumed and remade pretty quickly...no...The fries were cold and not tasty. The apple turnover I ordered was also sold out (their cash register system doesn't seem to know that). Instead, I got a pineapple turnover, which also tasted awful. The kiosks for ordering food at the entrance...are unfortunately so awkwardly spaced and close together that it gets very crowded. The only thing that deserves praise is the employees at the checkout counter; they worked efficiently and were reasonably friendly.

Due to a train cancellation, we stopped at this branch. We had to wait for seats to open because so many people were there just hanging out, some even sleeping. When we found a seat, we saw cockroaches under the tables. An employee who was supposed to clean the tables and floor at regular intervals didn't do it thoroughly. Flies were flying around the customers everywhere. By far the dirtiest branch we've ever been to.

Lots of flies!!! It's McDonald's. So I am not going to complain about the food and the service. But hygiene and sanitation should be taken seriously. There were so many flies around the table area, it was disgusting. You will not see them when ordering, but once you go to the table, you will regret it.

There was something really strange about the sauce – the packaging was really soft and looked somewhat unhygienic. The nugget box was also dented. And the worst part: There were a lot of flies in the restaurant. For such a busy place, we would have expected significantly more cleanliness and quality.

A truly awful Mac, the service is the worst. The workers really don't do their job, they forget to put something in, or their faces are terrible and angry. There's no need to even mention the unfinished fries. Since the establishment is located under the central station, the customers also leave much to be desired. I'm a foreigner. I ordered a large iced tea at the kiosk, and my card payment went through and the money was deducted, but my order didn't go through, I didn't get a receipt, and a long message appeared on the screen. When I translated it with a translator, it said, "You can't order here." Since I don't speak English or German, I didn't know what to do, so I left and came back to the kiosk. The message, "You can't order," was still on the screen. Then, an employee came and opened the kiosk box and replaced the receipt paper. Then, the message disappeared and the kiosk started working normally. I told the employee at the counter that my order didn't go through and that only the money was deducted from my card. Then, he asked me if it was iced tea. I thought he was saying that he would refund me or give me iced tea, so I said it was iced tea, and he asked me to pay "3.89 euros," which is the price of a large iced tea. How could he ask me if it was iced tea first and then ask me to pay 3.89 euros, which is the price of a large iced tea, when I didn't even say that it was a large iced tea? It's weird. When I said again, "The order wasn't placed, only the card amount was deducted, so cancel the payment," the employee called the person in charge, and the person in charge said something to me, and it seemed like they said that the refund wasn't possible. This wasn't my mistake or fault. I didn't have a receipt, so the order wasn't placed, but the card payment seems to have been made. I've ordered a lot from kiosks in my country and a few times in Germany, but this is the first time I've experienced something like this. I feel bad.

The food was of the usual quality (2 McFlurrys). The woman working at the order counter at 11:55 p.m. was very unfriendly. I felt a bit out of place as a customer, as she took my order in a very annoyed manner. If she doesn't want to work at the counter, she should work in the background.

In the morning, McCafe isn't served; instead, the coffee comes from the fully automatic machine for the same price. Much worse. Adjustments and syrup are often forgotten.
