Regretful, but the only option at the most regrettable station in Germany.

I would like to express my disappointment with the quality of a hamburger that I purchased from your store yesterday. During my break I ordered a hamburger, but unfortunately the hamburger's bread was old and not fresh. The meat was also of poor quality and unfortunately I had to throw the product away as it was inedible. I am very disappointed as I have always had good experiences with McDonald's and did not expect such incidents. I ask you to ensure that only fresh and high quality products are issued to customers in the future.

I recently visited the McDonald’s located beneath Munich’s main train station for a quick breakfast and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience. I ordered the bacon breakfast wrap, but upon unwrapping it, I discovered that it contained no bacon. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, they seemed reluctant to address the issue, making me feel as though my concern was unwarranted or that I was being dishonest. This lack of customer service left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a patron.

Unfortunately, my visit to the McDonald’s at Munich Central Station was anything but pleasant. The service was disastrous. I kindly and politely asked for two straws because it's simply impossible to drink from the cups without them - especially with ice cubes. The employee then shouted at me in an extremely unfriendly manner, saying that I didn't need a straw and that they didn't have any anyway. Her manner was absolutely disrespectful, and instead of offering a solution, I was told I could just drink straight from the cup. This kind of behavior towards customers is not acceptable. Of course I understand if there are no more straws, but the sound makes the music. A simple, polite explanation would have been enough. Unfortunately, the visit leaves a very negative impression.

I think food handlers should wear gloves.It is very important that even the person making the burger wears gloves. I am a person who eats this outlet food every weekend.

The POS machine failed to pay and had to be replaced. The take-out service staff left food on the table and did not help customers confirm which package belonged to whom. At the same time, when multiple people took meals, customers had to open the packages themselves to confirm the claim.

Got food poisoning after eating here 3 days ago and still have symptoms. So if you're up for something like that, you've come to the right place.

I must say that the menus were ok and tasty considering other McDonald’s in Europe but the people working there were not helpful and rude. They must not like their job.

Nowadays you only get cheeseburgers like this at Bahnhofsplatz, and they are cold! (I ate it straight away and didn't wait). How it works and why they are so crooked I have no idea, but it can't be. And when you bring it up, some young guys who work there tell you they won't replace it. I find friendliness non-existent more than a shame. The quality decreases from year to year

McDonald’s Hauptbahnhof Munich still shows Pokémon cards as an option for the Happy Meal, but they don’t actually have them. Some people buy the Happy Meal just for the cards, and getting a different toy instead is disappointing. If they’re out of stock, they should remove the option from the menu. This is false advertising.

Even if I starve, here again - never again! Ordered two simple burgers — cold. Complained - received cold return!!!! When asked to take the temperature, I was met with sheer aggression. And the money from the cash register is refunded. Instead of quality. It may be that the staff here has unruly guests. But that was below all cannon and wasn't 40 degrees Celsius. The regulators should care about how the minced meat is processed and sold here!!! A message to McD-Germany will follow. Good luck, shift manager. The service is not outstanding. I ordered a cappuccino but the employee gave me a very cold cappuccino. I paid €4 for a cappuccino.

I was at McCafé today and was unfortunately very disappointed. The coffee was cold and the cake was dry. The service from one of the employees was unfriendly and rude, she took my order incorrectly. I didn't feel comfortable and probably won't come back. However, I think the McCafé has potential. The location is very central and the ambience is actually quite nice. I hope that the quality of the coffee and cake will be improved in the future and that the service will be friendlier.

Nice place for a train station. The employee of the hall, Samir, was especially pleased; he quickly found a table for us, when almost everything was occupied, the food was prepared and brought quickly enough. The food was delicious. Thank you

Order regularly from the subway 2 minutes before arrival, paid directly via the app. NEVER wait longer than 2 minutes and you can continue straight away no matter what is going on. 🫶🏻🫶🏻 thank you, the employees looked young and well-groomed, appealing for fast food. I've rarely felt as sick as I did after eating at this McDonald's. But with this mass processing it is probably difficult to maintain hygienic standards.

It is always the case that they run out of sauce, literally every time, which demonstrates poor inventory management. If they run out of sauce, at the very least they should ask the customer if they would prefer an alternative. However, they do not. As well as being rude when we ask questions about that aspect. This was an absolutely infuriating experience. To wait 30 minutes for two simple drinks while the barista prioritised personal conversations and standing around over serving customers is unacceptable. The fact that she then discarded my receipt and walked away to do another task is a complete disregard for my time and a blatant display of incompetence. This level of unprofessionalism is simply inexcusable.

Ordered from McDonald's again for a long time. The service has never been so bad there. I wanted to get something to eat before the journey. But the machine didn't give me a receipt. I had number 207 because it was digital. then they wanted proof. at the output. even though 207 was ready to pick up. never this McDonald's again. I was in the McDonald's branch at Munich Central Station on December 20th, 2024 at 3:30 a.m. and I was extremely disappointed. Signage: The branch was difficult to find as there is no clear signage. Service: The self-service kiosk was broken, there was no option to eat on site as only "to-go" was offered, and table service was not possible as numbers were not issued. Hygiene: The branch was dirty overall. Food: The quality was poor: The fries were soft and had green edges (probably potato skins). The cola was barely carbonated. The cheeseburger didn't taste as usual. The chicken burger was extremely dry, the lettuce seemed wilted, and the meat was completely dry. Overall, this was by far the worst McDonald's branch I have ever visited. Unfortunately I can't recommend them to anyone. When I really think about it, the signage is actually a plus point, and I get a star for that

I visited McDonald's because it says it's open 24 hours. However, at 4 a.m. we were suddenly asked to leave the store because it was supposed to be closing. Why is 24-hour service advertised if that's not true? Very unprofessional and annoying, especially when you are out in the middle of the night and in need of food. Avoid eating here, considering better options for dining and hunger all around. A “stink” on the French fries - worth simply left alone, avoid potential health issues.

We were curious about the Big Rösti Raclette combo and it was a miss. The burger was okay with the Rosti patty (hash brown) and Raclette cheese. It would have been better if they had melted the cheese onto the burger. The bacon cheese bun was okay. The curley fries were good.

Chickenburger was so dry that it had been lying around for an hour and was warmed up. Fries were good and fresh and ordering was very quick.

Unbelievable, I had to wait 20 minutes and when I asked if the order had been lost, I had to be rudely told that the order had already been picked up and that I wanted to “sneak” the burger. Only after I shouted at the whole store did they sheepishly admit that the burger hadn't been served yet. Of course it was only lukewarm... once and never again. Edit: after what you read here, it seems normal that the goods you paid for are not handed over to you and are then rude when you complain.

I ordered just one toast with bacon for the breakfast. For the first time it came without bacon but there was a sticker on a bag “BACON”. I gave it back to them, they gave me a new one. Guess what, also without a bacon but with the sticker BACON on it… Seriously?

Re: Complaint about the lack of breakfast at McDonald’s Ladies and Gentlemen I went to McDonald's today and was unfortunately disappointed. I wanted to order a Big Rösti for breakfast, but this product was not available. Instead there was only the regular breakfast menu, which didn't appeal to me. Since I couldn't find anything suitable, I ended up just ordering a Coke. It's frustrating that McDonald's doesn't offer the option to offer popular items like a Big Rösti consistently during breakfast hours. I will continue to visit McDonald's, but I hope that the offer will be more flexible in the future. At the moment I can only give three stars based on this experience. Best regards Jacob

Extremely crowded, people occupied the tables for hours, the food was sickening, burnt, cold, just disgusting. Suddenly an employee shows up without warning, clears my table and throws my food in the trash so never again!!!!

Unfortunately, the check-in was full and the food was handed out wildly and then not everything was in the bag!

I ordered 20 chicken nuggets and 1 apple turnover. The apple turnover was missing. Unfortunately I only saw it on the train.

I ordered through Lieferando and paid straight away so far everything is ok but then after 50 minutes I get a message that McDonald's can't deliver. Then I ask myself why they accept the order. And the worst case scenario is that they want to transfer the money and I only get it In three days everyone is fully competent. It's clear to everyone that you don't have to expect the best food at the Golden Seagull. And even with moderate expectations, the McDonalds at Munich HBF is a disaster. Since we still had to wait for our train and there are hardly any other warm places to sit in this station in winter, we went to McDonalds and ordered cheeseburgers and cola. The bass-heavy music was playing relatively loudly in the restaurant (of course, it's a matter of taste, but regardless of taste it was too loud) so that conversations were difficult. The cola was massively watery and tasteless, the cheeseburgers were extremely dry and I don't just mean the bun, but also the petty, there wasn't even any relevant sauce. They would also have liked to receive a prize for modern art. Oh well. At least we were able to kill a good 45 minutes without sitting completely in the cold.

I was at MC Donalds at Munich main station today and got the MC wrap with scrambled eggs and bacon twice for €7.98 and what do I get? 2 MC wraps are very thin because there are almost no scrambled eggs in them. Bottomless impudence, sadly never again then, strangely enough, you can get a better MC wrap with lots of scrambled eggs at another location such as in Freimann

Average McDonalds food, the only reason that compelled me to write this review is: the employee wouldn't give me my coke. I paid €9.99 in the app for a burger, fries and a drink. The employee didn't want to give me the drink I paid for. I almost went crazy but it was 2am so just go home.

I was on a business trip in Munich and wanted to grab something from McDonald's before leaving. Unpacked on the train and bit off the chicken nuggets. What I got was everything but no chicken nuggets. The breadcrumbs were extremely crispy, as if the nugget wasn't in the frying pan for the first time. Then I took a closer look at the other nuggets and the inside was a tough and grayish color. I've never had a chicken nugget like this at a McDonalds. Of course I'm not a professional but in my opinion it wasn't fresh produce. I can't explain it any other way. The health department should at least take a very close look here. People just don't eat there. Can't recommend it.

Unfortunately, we were only treated unfriendly when my husband complained about the unfriendly behavior and was told that he could also leave. And while we were waiting for the food, people made fun of him and me in Albanian. Unfortunately, due to the gossip, we forgot a burger, which of course we didn't get when we came back because we took it out. So customer service is a foreign word. If you really need to gossip in another language, you should at least be intelligent enough to know who you shouldn't do it in front of.

I am vegetarian and Today i order plant base burger (vegetarian) in McDonald's near Munich hbf with order number #236. But they provided me Meat burger either chicken and beaf. This is unacceptable and not expected from Macdownland like brand. I will never and ever buy buger from this place and it destroy my trust with Macdowland. I am not happy with McDonald's service where they are breakibg trust of customer.

McDonald's in Munich central station, somewhat hidden on the mezzanine that leads to the S-Bahn. It is relatively clean and modernly furnished, and the price is quite reasonable. The staff is friendly and the preparation is quick; on my two visits the food was as you would expect.

Very close to the main station (directly below), very fast and very tasty. I would be happy to come back next time I visit Munich ☺️

After we got home we discovered that over half of the order was missing 😱, I wasn't handed over €22.45 worth of food and didn't receive it. The food 🍔🍟 was, among other things, lukewarm / cold (the fries were totally limp and flabby but you know that at McDonald's, that's nothing new 😒), the fries are a pleasure when eaten immediately >only hot<! You know that you should always check your order, especially at McDonald's... I usually do that because something is always missing. Bought 2 chicken burgers last night. The burgers were cold, probably sitting somewhere in the kitchen for an hour or more. Just disgusting. They obviously like to put this kind of filth on their nocturnal customers. What a disgrace 🤮

We asked for a cup of ice for our coffee (iced americano) and we got a cup woth 3 ice cubes. When we asked for more, the employee started yelling at us quite loudly and angry that she had no ice. If thats true, then they should make the iced drinks unavailable on the ordering screen. Very rude and clearly can't handle stress.
