Worst Burger King in Germany Only chicken available, and even on the second try the nuggets were still frozen inside.

Only chicken burgers. What a joke. A huge disappointment for all fans of these delicacies.

The food was as usual at Burger King. The branch seemed a bit dirty in the customer area, and the restrooms didn't smell very pleasant either. They were obviously trying to mask the urine stench with a lot of fresh scent, which didn't improve things.

Understaffed and slow; I waited over 20 minutes for my order. It's more like slow food than fast food. Definitely avoid this awful branch or bring lots and lots of time and patience.

Based on my recent experience at Burger King, I have to give a very negative review. I found mold on the bun of my burger, which is not only disgusting but can also pose a real health risk. Consuming mold can lead to food poisoning, allergic reactions, or stomach problems, and many customers often don't even realize they're eating something potentially harmful. The worst part, however, was the employee's behavior—when we returned the moldy bun, the server laughed right in our faces. Such behavior is completely unprofessional and shows a total lack of respect for the customer. After such an experience, it's difficult to trust this restaurant.

The food tastes like it does at other Burger King locations. The service at the drive-thru is catastrophic. We waited almost 15 minutes at the counter! No apology, no update in between. Furthermore, card payments haven't been accepted for months. The place is a disaster.

The food was awful. I thought McDonald's was for the lower classes until I walked into this Burger King. At least the staff were friendly and the food arrived quickly. However, that's no excuse for the terrible food and the stinking men's restroom that almost made me faint. There wasn't even a changing table.

The food arrived quickly. The children had fun because they got their faces painted. I'm completely satisfied and don't understand the criticism here.

Well, 9 minutes for a small order consisting of a single cheeseburger – that could be better...

Solid Burger King. Nice employees, but could be a bit faster. Too few staff; even if four people order at once, it takes longer (for fast food). Better than the Burger King on Triebstr., where they usually have ice cream :)

The Whoppers are getting smaller and smaller. The place is generally run down, ketchup packets are covered in cardboard, the staff is unfriendly. Few customers.

Things have improved. The staff are friendlier than before, and the quality is what you'd expect. Unfortunately, it's gotten more expensive, but that's not the fault of the local operators. 100x better than the BK on Triebstr.

I don't know how this place is even allowed to be open. The food was an absolute disaster. The bacon in the burger was raw—not lightly fried, not even halfway edible, but simply raw. The fries were limp, half-fried, and tasted like they'd been dropped into oil for a moment and then pulled right back out. The chili cheese nuggets are a bad joke: zero cheese flavor, just soggy and greasy. Even the nuggets, which are usually at least crispy everywhere, were just a soft, disgusting mush here. And then the place itself: The tables are so sticky that you feel like they haven't been properly cleaned in weeks. You don't even want to rest your arms, let alone eat anything there. After the "meal," I felt really sick—nausea at its finest. Honestly, I've never experienced such an outrage. The only positive thing in this whole tragedy is the scene in the stairwell. Yes, really: the picture on the wall was the best part of the entire visit. It's sad when the decor is more impressive than the food itself. Conclusion: Never again.

Only two people are running the place... so it's clear the store isn't in tip-top shape... Plan on a 35-minute wait. Note: The staff can't help it... I just feel sorry for them.

The ultimate dump... When there's nothing going on at a branch around the clock, it speaks volumes. Getting something at the drive-thru is a random process – sometimes no one answers, sometimes you can only pay in cash, sometimes the employee seems to have a wool blanket in their mouth, so you can't understand them...

The quality is much better than before. There are fewer customers ahead of you when you wait.

I've ordered food twice already. Both times, the burgers were forgotten to be wrapped. No one is reachable at the phone number provided. Some of the staff don't speak any German at all. It's best to avoid this place.

For me, restrooms are always a restaurant's calling card. I think the same importance of hygiene applies to the kitchen. I'm certainly not fussy or sensitive, but the restrooms were in terrible condition, and I didn't want to subject anyone to pictures of it. They're on the upper floor, and no one had been there in a long time. The tables were greasy and sticky. I've made it clear that I'll never return here again unless I find reviews here that indicate this has changed.

Update May 26, 2025 After a boycott since last year, I thought I'd try this branch again today due to time constraints. The Coke was really warm, and when I complained, the guy just said, "Ice is out today." No alternative offer, nothing at all. By the way, there were chilled Cokes in the fridge. BK -> you've seen the last of me today, I promise. My friend recently had to wait almost 45 minutes for an order for four children. The employees there seem to be only competent ones. Conclusion: -> The worst BK branch in Munich. By far. -------------------------------------------------- I ordered a Whopper meal from this branch and tried to pay with a 100-euro bill. The employee immediately declined with, "Sorry, we don't take that," without further explanation. For an amount between 10 and 15 euros, you can expect 100 euros to be accepted. Furthermore, it's illegal in Germany to refuse cash unless there's a clear sign outside the store informing customers. The week before, a friend of mine ate there with four children from a daycare center and had to wait almost 30 minutes for her food. I will therefore continue to avoid BK, and this branch in particular. Update: BK support then lied to me. According to the employee, I had paid 200 euros, which they didn't accept. There's no small compensation for loyal customers or anything like that.

The quality has been excellent since the reopening. There was probably a change in management a few years ago.

Super friendly staff, clean tables and restaurant, enough parking spaces but no serving people because they save money. I wasn't into plumbing.

Disgusting condition of the sanitary facilities. You don't want to imagine the kitchen! Tables not wiped, dirt on the floor, etc. Never again!

We stopped here on the way this afternoon. This Burger King is not the cleanest and the fries were cold and some of them smelled like sweat or something similar.

Food ok, even if there is hardly any sauce on the burgers. The horrible smell of urine in the toilet makes you sick. If it happens where the customer can see it, what is the hygiene in the kitchen where the customer can't see it?

Service extremely slow! Toilet soap hasn't been refilled for 3 weeks despite repeated reminders

The food is good but the service leaves something to be desired in my opinion. You cannot currently pay with card in the drive-in. This wouldn't be so bad if it was said politely with a small apology. It just said we had to come in then. Last week I wanted to order via drive-thru, but no one came. When I went in, the employee rudely told me that he was in the cold room and didn't hear the signal. That can happen, but can't you apologize politely? I won't buy anything from this store again?

The store is really going downhill. This is the third time that I have received an incorrect order - this time the bacon was missing from the Cheese Melt Beef. Most recently, instead of a crispy chicken burger, I just got a chicken nugget burger - what a disgrace! Of course, this only happens with take-away - I look in the bag before I go, but of course not the burgers themselves. Plus, you have to look for the patties now, they're so thin and dry - if I just want to eat boring white bread, I don't have to pay so much money!

11/16/24 2:35 p.m. the two most incompetent employees I have ever seen. 1x Whopper 1x fries 1x churros ordered, he disappears for 16 minutes, she puts the burgers in the display... he comes back and then wants to make the churros in the same deep fryer as the fries. Sorry, I'm in the restaurant myself and what the two of them are delivering doesn't work at all. In the end I had cold fries + burger and skipped the churros I paid for. With so many bad reviews I would close the store!!!

Not so great, had a very upset stomach and stomach cramps the next day.

Disgusting service. I waited nearly 20 minutes for my food. And when I got it, it was cold. The man serving me was rude and his behaviour was unacceptable, here in Germany you need to take customer service more seriously. I will not use this Burger King again because of the time I had to wait, the fact the food was cold and the fact your staff are very rude. I don't do not recommend that you eat here.

I was at this Burger King today and I have to say that I am extremely disgusted with the staff. The parking spaces were also very dirty (probably hadn't been cleaned in a while) In general, I can't recommend this Burger King at all.

Of course, when you go to BK, you shouldn't expect a culinary taste experience. Still, you could at least have the trash cans emptied... you wouldn't want to drive into the parking lot, let alone leave the car. Food was okay and warm, but fries were very salty. The lady at the counter was at least friendly.

Haven't had BK in a while but food was pretty bad even by fast food standards, it was a hot day and the place has no AC. Drive through was partly busted (which forced us to go inside). Service was slow.

Slow and untrained service, incomplete order. No air conditioning. Food not fully consumed. The bacon burger was missing bacon and after a complaint a “lump” of bacon was simply put in. Which wasn't particularly appetizing, see picture.

Unfortunately, in terms of hygiene and order, this is a clear case of unsatisfactory. I don't want to take a photo of the current view of the toilet I found and share it here. The company would be happy for you to visit the store often to try it out without prior notice. Thanks

I've been annoyed for years that you can't redeem vouchers from the app in the branch (even though it at least used to be displayed that way in the app). Would also have placed 3 orders with vouchers, reduced to 1 without vouchers. The coupons would be worth it for both sides. Been there again for a long time: tables dirty (see photo), I had to wipe them down myself. Tray was so greasy that my fingers were sticky even before I finished eating. The waiting time was really borderline, had nothing to do with fast food, but at least it was better fresh than kept warm in stock for ages. Soap and disinfectant (next to the cash register) were empty. Machines for direct orders (without employees) are both allegedly defective.

Food quite good for a fast food restaurant, lots of plant-based things to choose from, usually there isn't that much going on here and so you don't have to wait long for your food. The first floor near the large window panes is too hot to sit comfortably in the summer months, but it would be pointless to leave the air conditioning running all day as there is enough space downstairs and outside.

Really nice people work here & the service alone really makes a difference. The food is at Burger King level - delicious. I can really recommend this BK and really enjoy eating here.

It has a large car park, is easily accessible, has an internal external room and one on the upper floor.

The service was so-so, nice, but not very knowledgeable. They sold me a Hot Brownie without ice cream on top, not saying that there was no working machine, but rashly saying "kein eis?", as if it was a question and not a statement or information. Nice climate, finally Mossach, close to Dachau and Ludwigsfeld. 710 is easy to get everywhere, the place itself is also ok, it's clean. The food... well, one of the worst fast food I've eaten in a long time, and it's not that I have picky taste, but this is a 5-star restaurant. Even though the burgerking itself isn't the best, and the food is generally mediocre in burgerkings, this one was exceptionally nasty. The cheese sauce is sour, the chicken is rubbery, and the beef... stringy. Overall, because of the food, I cannot recommend the facility.

Der dreckigste Burger King den ich in meinem Leben gesehen habe Mitarbeiter kommen aus Indien und die arbeiten nicht mal mit Handschuhe einfach ekelhaft ich hab einfach Haare in mein essen gesehen und ich hab ja oft da die Mitarbeiter gesehen wie die ihre Nase gebort haben und dann noch das essen gemacht haben wo leben wir in Indien oder was wollte es wirklich schnell wie möglich alles wieder sauber gemacht werden und mit Hand schuhe gearbeitet werden und ein sauber Mitarbeiter soll in der Küche arbeiten

Ich kann die Bewertungen immer noch nicht nachvollziehen. Wir waren ca. 16 Uhr hier. Essen war alles Top. Pommes in die Tüte ganz unten und den Rest drauf war nicht so schlau aber sonst alles gut. Das Personal war nicht überfreundlich aber auch nicht unfreundlich. Eine glasschreibe war gesprungen aber grundsätzlich sauber.

Schmeckt wie jeder andere Burger King. Es ist hier meist recht wenig los. Um so ärgerlicher ist es, dass man beim Drive In so lange warten muss. Aber auch Restaurant muss man sehr lange warten. Ich kenne das anders.

War mit meinem Enkel dort. Burger und Pommes bei der Konkurrenz für uns besser. Wartezeiten bißchen lang. Gehen lieber zur Konkurrenz.

Świetne miejsce, oferujące; pyszny, niedrogi i szybki fast food, a także zimne napoje. Polecam burgery oraz coca-colę ;) 5 gwiazdek, czyli najwyższa ocena, moim zdaniem, jest adekwatna do atrakcyjności tego miejsca, i chętnie je polecam.

Der Burger (Warper) war ganz in Ordnung. Pommes waren lecker. Der Laden sieht leider immer bisschen ausgestorben und vernachlässigt aus.

Heute echt grausig. Sonntags, 14 Uhr, waren 3 Personale da, ich habe 25 Minuten von der Ankunft bis zum essen gewartet und dann war's maximal lauwarm.

Drive In gewesen. Whooper Menü warm und geschmacklich wie gewohnt. Weibliche Bedienung schlecht drauf, sollte man aber dem Gast nicht spüren lassen.

Ich habe bei meinem Besuch einen Whopper und einen Cheeseburger bestellt. Ersterer war dermaßen trocken und schlecht belegt, dass er nichts mehr von einem Whopper hatte. (2 winzige Salatblätter hab ich gefunden) Die 2 Damen am Tresen waren so mit ratschen beschäftigt, dass ich etwas unsanft darauf hinweisen musste, dass die 2 fertigen Burger bereits 1-2 Minuten fertig in der Auslage bereit standen. Dieser Burger King hat schon bessere Zeiten gesehen. Früher war ich oft hier, jetzt erst mal nicht mehr so schnell... 🙈
