McDonald's in München

At 7:30 PM, despite ordering food here, she simply gave me the name and a piece of paper, which was all made for takeout. When I asked, she told me they were doing it right away, and now I have to eat it like this. If I had known I would get the food like this, I wouldn't have ordered.

Fast food is one of the most popular restaurants.

Order was never delivered TWICE, didn't even cancel the last time, they just ignored and never delivered the order.

I picked up food today that was supposed to include 9 Chicken McNuggets in the bag. However, they were missing. So either the employees need to learn to read properly, or at least double-check the orders at the end to make sure everything the customer ordered is actually in the bag. Also, the food could have been a bit warmer.

The employees at this restaurant don't even know how to properly wrap a burger. I get home and have to put it back together myself. They show little care in what they do.

Bad food. The selection is very limited. There isn't even a Big Tasty available. The sauce in the Big Mac is sour. The burger falls apart in your hands—very poorly assembled. This is the first time I've seen anything like it.

You can sit comfortably outside to eat. There are several ordering kiosks and plenty of staff. I didn't have to wait long.

A regular McDonald's (never gotten anything wrong) is actually pretty fast considering it's in such a large mall. I ordered a McDonald's Smart Meal today, but is it new that it suddenly costs €7? Wasn't it €6 recently? (I could be wrong.)

Placed a standard MC takeout order. At home, opened the bag, took out the fries, and voila, there was a dead fly or other insect inside. Never again.

The food was extremely dry and simply thrown together (sauce only on one side and dripping out, patty hanging on for dear life). We ordered a burger without salad TWICE and got salad both times, aswell as the wrong/missing sauces multiples times. The toy inside my happy meal was not one of the collectibles even tho we selected to get one. (It was some unrelated, cheap looking puzzle.) The staff are rude (probably because they’re being paid minimum wage, so I can’t blame them for it) and barely speak German, my first language, (in a huge german city might I add) so it’s hard to understand what they’re saying. Overall my experience was not satisfactory. But it’s still only a fast food restaurant with underpaid workers and cheap meals, so you can judge it yourself.

They didn't add any potatoes, I only saw them when I got home. Very few positions. Not much space to sit down.

Cold fries after 15 minutes of waiting are great

I waited 2 hours for my food, literally 2 hours in a fast food restaurant. Are you trying to rip me off? Even one star is too much.

We were there today and ordered a Coca-Cola and iced tea for 25.86, but McDonald's doesn't have straws, which is funny!!! The manager stood in front of us so arrogantly and said, "We don't have straws," without saying sorry or "I'm sorry" that we don't have any today. So, if I could, I wouldn't even give it a star. We will never go there again!!

Simply unbelievable. Today I ordered a Happy Meal with a cheeseburger, and when I opened the package at home, it turned out that the cheeseburger wasn't there! I don't know if they forgot it or did it on purpose. Either way, this is unacceptable. I'm never coming here again.

This branch is amazing. You can eat here, but the fact that McDonald's employees take their smoking breaks at the table right next to the customers is unbelievable.

When we ordered 6 nuggets, they only made 4 nuggets. When the complaint was made, the four nuggets were simply thrown in the trash. We got 6 new nuggets but throwing away edible food is not an option... Otherwise the ice cream machine was broken ;-) and the Happy Meal was incomplete.

Food tastes very good but unfortunately they almost always give the wrong thing and they never have a smile on their face. I understand what kind of job they have but you can still smile and have a smile on your face. It still tastes great and that's why I can give a maximum of three stars.★★★☆☆

Worst McDonald's branch ever. Always working, no matter what time, no matter how busy, in slow motion and completely uncoordinated. Complete chaos. You ALWAYS have to check whether everything is in the bag because something is usually forgotten. There are never any specials, such as the Spicy Chicken Nuggets etc. Very often they no longer have essential things like paper cups in stock and you HAVE to use the reusable cup. Absolutely catastrophic. I can only recommend everyone not to go there.

After the renovation - which was admittedly some time ago - I also have to change my review. The quality of the goods hasn't changed, but anyone who knows McDonalds knows that it's relatively the same everywhere anyway. Therefore, I tend to review other circumstances. First of all, what has remained the same. The range is still reduced. You won't find a McRib or various promotions here. And if you feel a “human need” after your visit, you still have to use the Riem Arcaden toilets (basement and 2nd floor). There would still be no space for a toilet as this branch has not grown in size. That brings us to the changes. The few dedicated seats inside are gone. There is only the outdoor seating (depending on the weather) and the general indoor seating in the middle of the Schlemmer Arcaden. Instead of 4 cash registers, there are now 4 order terminals and 1 counter with a screen. But if you think that you can tell when the order is ready, you are very wrong! Often a whole list of orders that are marked "in preparation" is first set to "collect" and then removed - without the goods being there. Instead, the numbers must then be called out individually. In other branches that use the system correctly, this is only the case if a customer misses picking it up. Here for almost EVERY order - at least when I'm in line. Why do you fool customers like that??? In addition, a whole bunch of people are now standing in front of the counter in the way because no one wants to miss when they are called out. With the volume level in the Schlemmer Arcaden it becomes difficult 2 meters away. Customer service is different! At first I felt sorry for people when they had to call out a number three times. Since I realized why, I only think it's my own fault... The whole thing made my visit a lot more miserable, as it was even more comfortable to wait at the checkout.

Food: even after years, still not a full range. Ice cream machine ALWAYS broken. Sad. Service: Don't really know the employees. Today again TOTAL REFUSAL when they were supposed to scan the myCode. Directed to the self-service terminal. It doesn't work at all!

What's going on with this location? They consistently refuse to use the ad for orders. Some numbers are displayed there, but you don't know when your order is ready. Instead, this is announced. Then why have the ad at all? Theory: The employees are committed to processing orders as quickly as possible. Therefore, they are simply marked as finished in the system earlier. This behavior is not an exception but rather the rule. Any other McDonald's can do that. As a customer, it's annoying when the ad only shows incorrect information.

Since the renovation and the switch almost entirely to terminals, there is no longer any indoor seating, so instead you have to look for a place somewhere in the arcades. The range is now very thin, as is the friendliness and motivation of the staff. The food is like any McDonald's.

Small place, cramped, many people, few employees

Small restaurant, best for takeaway, as there are 2 digital kiosks, the food is prepared quickly, and the quality is the usual.

The worst McDonald's I've ever had to visit. 1. He is tiny. No possibility to enjoy your food inside. Choice is limited to the minimum. 2. Unfriendly people. You can hear Turkish music coming from the kitchen all the time, uncomfortably loud. 3. Of what I ordered, not a single dish was served correctly. None of my special requests were taken into account. 4. Food was cold, dry and sometimes not completely cooked through. It was just disgusting. I recommend that anyone who has the opportunity to eat somewhere else do so. And I offer my condolences to anyone who has the misfortune of having to eat here!

A catastrophe. I waited 17 minutes for 2 cheeseburgers. Employees walk around the store with pliers and pinch their faces. Order numbers are simply pressed away and the employees simply place the orders on the drawer with a piece of paper. The young lady at the checkout left her joy of life at home. Unfriendly, unmotivated, unsympathetic. In the future I will avoid.

The machines to order more than a month do not work well

It's very strange that the ice cream machine never works, when you order something it usually gets lost and nobody knows what belongs to whom, they speak bad German and are usually unfriendly when something is asked or ordered. Not recommended gets worse and worse.

The store is really good and the staff is nice. However, the store is completely crowded at any time of the day and they also have a limited selection. (Many products not available, you never see that at a McDonalds -> Big Tasty Bacon 🧐)

I write a reason for the McDonald's because employees are so not nice and when they want to order something they always say no or something is broken. Ice cream 🍦 machine or milkshake machine broken. So time I have gone there 5 times I want to buy ice cream 🍦 the employee always says something machine is broken

Happy meal came without toys despite the toys we paid for. Kids were very upset.

There were no curly fries instead normal fries that are hard as a rock and the nuggets are also too dark brown for the McDonald's standard as I know it.

15 minutes waiting time for 2x large fries because the colleagues would rather fix each other's make-up than work, 5 minutes every employee stood there without work even though the shop was full. Fries are served half raw and completely soaked in oil. The numbers are just held up without words and then turned off until customers finally ask where their orders are. Will be avoided from now on, 15 minutes of my break completely wasted

It's almost impossible to mess up a McDonald's burger so that's always a good thing, but my goodness what slow staff there are. Strolling with your order, it takes 5 minutes to get two milkshakes and grumpy girls in the service. The management should give those girls a kick in the ass because only the management is running the show.

Massive queue, huge long waiting time, the lady serving food deletes orders from the board without giving them, with an expression on her face as if she doesn't want to work, if she doesn't want to work, she should change her job and not spoil other people's mood, the food is cold, and the grill should be washed from time to time.

Again proof that you can't set the bar so low that someone doesn't fall under it. One star is still too many, but there is no other option. Ordering can only be done at the order terminal. I have nothing against that, it saves you having to deal with overwhelmed and unmotivated staff. There are ordering terminals inside during the Riem Arcaden's opening times and one accessible from outside with serving options at other times. Last summer I ordered ice cream at the terminal only to be told later that they didn't have any. The note that you then have to deactivate the ordering option was not understood at all. Ordered burgers yesterday at the terminal, which is accessible from the outside. After waiting for a while I was told I had to go inside to pick it up. There is no sign or other information about it. When I told the employee this, I was met with a labored shrug of the shoulders. Actually, I should have contacted the manager straight away, but I don't expect any more motivation from him. I know you're McDonalds, if you could do anything you wouldn't be there ("not working" anyway). But there is no such lack of interest in the catering industry. Clear warning: Do not order here.

A very crowded McDonald's. There were very long waiting times and you almost couldn't get a seat. People are lining up everywhere because they need something and can't get it. Unfortunately no recommendation. :(

By far the worst McDonald's you can imagine. The new system with the numbers is no use if they are not used because the staff is overwhelmed by them. They usually don't have half of it there anyway and if you have to replace something like a sauce then they don't wait for a moment so that you can think about it, they run away again and then wait another 5 minutes so that they give you 2 BBQ sauces instead of sweet and sour can pack up to eat, which is now cold. It only works because of its location otherwise it would have been bankrupt a long time ago and as a McDonald's

I had ordered 20 Chicken Mc Nuggets and, after having to wait over 15 minutes and my order was apparently lost, I finally got my nuggets, but unfortunately I got the vegan version. The staff was equally unfriendly and asked me what I was waiting for... Hmm, what could I be waiting for!? After I got my food, my colleagues were already finished. I don't know if the tables in front of the door belong to McDonald's, but they were also relatively dirty.

This new concept is NOT working. The small and "efficient " self service room is overfilled and it's just a terrible claustrophobic experience. Human service is very much needed here and they compensate for the stupid tablet display constantly. I miss the old Mc Donald's . Guys stop selling your soul

Das Essen schmeckt gut, jedoch sind die Pommes manchmal lasch, kalt oder nicht gesalzen. Das Service ist nicht besonders gut denn sie sind oft frech. Ich habe heute was bestellt und sie haben mir dass falsche eingepackt.

Die Pommes sind kalt,lätschik auf dem MC Chicken ist das Huhn weggelaufen aufgefüllt mit Salat,gerade recht für einen Veganer ,eigentlich alles kalt beim nächsten Mal eine Filiale dies kann,nie wieder

Das Essen ist okay. Ambiente und Atmosphäre sind in anderen Filialen besser, aber reicht aus wenn man Hunger hat. Auch hier ist es wichtig die Bestellung unmittelbar zu kontrollieren, es fehlt IMMER etwas (wie auch in anderen Filialen), gut ist, die Reklamation wird ohne Diskussion direkt korrigiert.

Die Leute arbeiten sehr schnell und effizient. Sitzplätze sind auch sehr schön.

Ich bin kein Gegner von McDonald’s, aber diese bestimmte Filiale finde ich nicht so toll. Erst mal ist sie winzig. Nicht nur die Sitzmöglichkeiten sind gering, manchmal gibt’s keinen Platz für die Schlange. Dann geht sie nach draußen. Drinnen kann man sitzen, aber nur neben den Kassen. Die Auswahl ist klein, von etwas mehr als Klassikern kann man hier wohl vergessen.

Bin hier öfters wegen der Location. Die Filiale akzeptiert (schon seit Jahren) weder McDonalds Gutscheine, noch Coupons. Zeitweise war nichtmal Kreditkartenzahlung möglich. Oft unfreundliches Personal und schlechter Service. Einziger Pluspunkt: fast immer geöffnet, auch an Sonn- und Feiertagen und nachts.

Das ist für mich eine der schlechtesten Filialen!!!! ever... Die Pommes waren kalt und matschig. Das Personal kam mir sehr hilflos und überfordert vor. Es sah dreckig und ungepflegt aus. Dies Filiale betrete ich nie wieder.!!!!
