Es ist eins der saubersten McDonald's dass ich kenne... Das Personal ist absolut freundlich und kompetent... Egal wie voll es ist es ist immer ein entspannter Atmosphäre.... Und der Cappuccino laktosefrei ist perfekt... Mehr Service geht nicht 😊 ich komme immer gerne wieder

Grosse Lob. Noch nie eine so saubere Toilette beim Schotten gesehen. Super sauber und wohlriechend.

Einer der sauberen MC Donald Läden. Jedoch auch wie in fast allen Läden sind die Bürger und Pommes fast kalt. Obwohl neueste Technik, die andauernd piept etwas professionelleres Food generieren sollte. Vielleicht einmal russischen und als einer der wenigen MC Donalds Läden neue Trends einschlagen. Die Kunden wären jedenfalls begeistert.

Haben über 30 Minuten für 3 Eis gewartet

Essen ist an sich lecker, allerdings hatten wir jetzt bei vielen Bestellungen etwas falsch oder es war einfach nicht vorhanden, und ich meine wirklich oft.

Sag ich selten bei Mcs… aber hier nun ab und zu gewesen und immer lecker, heiß und freundlich 👍

Die Bedienung war sehr witzig, leider konnte ich nicht viele Burger und ähnliches bestellen. Aber ansonsten war alles in Ordnung.

Der Burger war fast kalt und auf die "Schnelle" zusammengebaut. Mc Donald's hst scheinbar wieder mal die Rezepte optimiert - die Mayonnaise schmeckt nach nix und die Remoulade vom Filet o Fisch extrem säuerlich. Fazit für uns: macht keinen Sinn mehr...schade

Nichts hat geschmeckt und ich habe jede Menge Haare und Würmer in meinem Burger gefunden 🤮🤮🤢🤢

Das ist mit Abstand der langsamste, dreckigste und schlechteste Mdcondalds in dem ich jemals war, die Leute hinter der Kasse sind alle sichtlich überfordert und laufen ziellos herum oder stehen einfach nur da. Absolut unprofessionell und inakzeptabel. Nach rund 20 Minuten Wartezeit für ein simples McSmart Menü, habe ich mein Geld zurückgefordert was zunächst von einer stemmigen Blondine verweigert wurde, jedoch nach einer fünfminütigen Diskussion dann doch geschehen ist. In solchen Fällen frage ich mich, wer die verantwortlichen bei McDonalds sind, die solche Menschen überhaupt einstellen.

Habe essen über die App Bestellt, Haben das super mario menü genommen. es fehlten die soßen und im Happy meal das Spielzeug. ist echt eine absolute frechheit das alles an Soßen Fehlte und auch noch dazu das Spielzeug wo die Kids hinterher sind. Naja habe es auch nicht Kontrolliert. aber so viele Fehler. Ist mega scheiße

Wir haben etwas lange auf unsere Bestelllung gewartet. Es wurde sich aber dafür entschuldigt, also alles okay!

Zu oft lauwarme Pommes. Burger nicht fertig aber die Pommes warten fertig auf dem tablette. Wenn man das anspricht verzieht man Gesichter. Umbau wie eine Kantine unsympathisch

Es hat uns hier sehr gut geschmeckt. Essen war heiß und lecker. Service auf Zack.

Flotter Service, auch wenn es mal voll ist. Die Speisen sind zumeist noch heiß, also frisch zubereitet.

Alles war perfekt! Das Essen war heiß und köstlich und wunderschön auf unserem Tablett angerichtet. Man merkte, dass die Mitarbeiter mit viel Liebe zum Detail arbeiteten und Wert auf guten Kundenservice legten. Das Lokal war sauber und roch nicht fettig. Auch die Pommes waren perfekt gesalzen. Vielen Dank für dieses positive Erlebnis!

Unglaublich unzuverlässig. Waren jetzt schon mehrmals dort und haben kein einziges mal die vollständige Bestellung erhalten. Beim letzten mal haben wir sogar extra nochmal nachgefragt und ausdrücklich gesagt dass es öfter vorkommt dass essen fehlt. Uns wurde versichert dass diesmal alles da ist und TROTZDEM hat ein großer burger gefehlt. Lächerlich! Ich habe noch nie so unzuverlässige Mitarbeiter gesehen

Der Laden war voll und das Essen war trotzdem innerhalb von 3 Minuten fertig.

Der 1. Mc Donalds der so richtig schön sauber war, ruhig und freundlich. Ich war schon fast zu Tränen gerührt.

Bester Mc Donalds in der Umgebung! Sehr sauber, Ambiente angenehm, Parkplätze gut. Die Speisen kommen alle so, wie sie sein sollen. Heiss, frisch, alles top!

Eine wirklich beleidigende Erfahrung. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr unhöflich.

Das einzige MC Donalds das warme immer warmes essen an den Start bringt. Die pommes haben endlich mal Farbe und skommen heiß an, die Burger sind immer ordentlich gestapelt. Da macht es wirklich Spaß zi Essen. Kann ich nur jeden entpfehlen wenn ihr schon bei mc's essen geht. Guten Hunger

Sehr unfreundlich heute dazu war das Essen nicht warm.Bei der Reklamation wurde gesagt das.wäre so kann man nichts machen.Sehr schade !! Da wir sonst immer begeistert waren, und extra von außerhalb zum Essen hierher gefahren sind.Hat sich somit erledigt kann immer mal sein kein Problem aber die Reaktion war schon unterirdisch !!

Leider total überfordert. System zusammengebrochen und keiner kümmert sich um die Gäste. Dann auch noch die Hälfte falsch auf dem Tablett!!

Eigentlich ein vergleichsweise sauberer und „ruhiger“ McDonalds. Allerdings haben wir über 22 Minuten auf unsere Bestellung gewartet - und das hungrig!! Ich wurde hangry.

Sehr saubere Filliale, sehr guter Service

Hier gibt es kein gutes Essen. Die Pommes waren geschmacklos und kalt. Das Eis war okay, mit viel Soße. Allerdings war da noch eine andere Sorte drin, die ich nicht bestellt hatte. Der Burger meines Freundes war eine einzige Katastrophe.

Es war gemütlich , einzig das digitale Bestellen war leicht nervig 👀

Wir waren auf unserer Heimreise von Holland in die Pfalz und haben hier wegen der Tankstelle gehalten. Ich muss sagen, es war seit langem der sauberste und best organisierteste McDonald! Sehr zu empfehlen! Wir waren um halb 2 Mittags da und es war nicht zu stark besucht. Daumen hoch

Sehr enttäuschend! Wir haben über 30 Minuten im Restaurant auf unsere Bestellung gewartet – und als sie endlich kam, fehlten auch noch Teile des Essens. Kein Entgegenkommen, keine Entschuldigung. So etwas darf bei einer großen Kette wie McDonald's einfach nicht passiert.

Netter McDonalds, den man gut und gerne mal für auf die Schnelle nutzen kann. Ist nicht immer reinlich oder sauber da, aber sind wir mal ehrlich, welcher McDonalds ist das schon? Dafür sind die meisten Mitarbeiter vor Ort sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Auch wenn man am Tisch bestellt und die Mitarbeiter dann extra durch den gesamten Laden laufen müssen, habe ich noch kein Murren von diesen gehört.

Mc Flurry wurde mit Schoko Soße bestellt ist aber ohne gekommen. Am liebsten würde ich euch null Sterne geben aber weil Anton bei euch arbeitet gebe ich euch zwei!!! Unverschämtheit dieser McDonalds ich komm nie wieder zu euch

Ich bin einfach nur fassungslos! Wir haben hier komplett falsches Essen bekommen. Als wir dies bemerkten, haben wir direkt Bescheid gegeben, dass ein Burger fehlt und einer falsch war. Man sagte, der ist nur in einer falschen Verpackung. Also habe ich mich auf die Aussage verlassen und den Burger aus der Verpackung genommen. Es war wirklich der falsche Burger. Ich bin also wieder zur Theke. Man wollte sich dann ein Bild machen, ob ich nicht lüge und kontrollierte nochmal die Bestellung. Ich hatte recht. Man nahm mir den Burger, welchen ich ja schon in der Hand hatte, weil man sagte, es ist der richtige, wieder ab, was ja okay war, aber man legte diesen Burger zurück in die Schachtel und legte ihn wieder auf Band für den nächsten Kunden. Also war dieser Burger sowohl von mir als auch vom Mitarbeiter angefasst worden. Zudem waren die Pommes versalzen und es fehlte ein ChickenMcNugget. Ansonsten hab ich hier nur an positivem zu berichten, dass es immerhin eine Servicekraft gibt, die ab und zu mal den Boden abfegt. Das war es dann aber auch. Alles in allem sollte man sich zwei mal überlegen, ob man hier noch etwas essen will. Achja: und an Freundlichkeit wird hier mehr als gespart. Die Mitarbeiter untereinander haben aber auch schon einen sehr ekelhaften Ton drauf.

Habe ich was bestellt nach Wartezeit 20 Minuten die hat meine Bestellung verloren dann wieder bestellt 🙃🙃🙃🙃🙃

A very nice and pleasant McDonald's. It's not what you're used to! Very clean, tidy, and the staff even smiled and said hello. Simply great.

It happens again and again that parts of the order are missing when ordering takeout. It's truly outrageous! Employees stand there looking bored or walk around like counterfeit money. If you're reliable in waiting for your food, you should definitely check your order beforehand to make sure it's complete.

It was a good visit. The food was good and hot. Because we had to wait a while, we received a free Schleich animal. The service was great; our child was delighted.

It annoys me that they always press the pickup number immediately to "Ready for Pickup" and then prefer to shout throughout the store as soon as the food is ready. Why?! The pickup number concept is simple and straightforward, if it's used correctly.

This bald boss doesn't even fill half of my McFlurry with ice. It's outrageous!😡

I went there for food and drinks with my family for the second time and the food wasn't great, the fries were too salty and cold, the cheese on the burger wasn't even melted and the Coke was low in carbonation.

Everything's always broken. No ice cream, no coffee.

My caramel latte wasn't a latte, it was more like a milkshake, not tasty at all, no ice cubes, nothing, WAY too much caramel, no coffee taste, much too sweet, the milk was also pretty, not drinkable, everything looked like foam with sugar, not recommended, don't order it. The rest of the staff were fine, but I think it was the ones with black hair who weren't assigned to anything, they just ignored them, not engaged at all!

Such rubbish, always a long wait. Over 40 minutes and the food still wasn't there. When I asked for my money, he said, "Calm down, how am I supposed to calm down?" After 40 minutes, there was still no food.

A 30-minute wait on a Saturday night, and the staff were completely overwhelmed. It was an experience—but not a good one.

The ice cream machine is constantly broken, food is missing (sometimes a packet of mayonnaise, sometimes a burger or fries, etc.) and sometimes, as in this case, the burger is insufficiently topped. I have absolutely no understanding anymore that a burger is only served with bread and meat. At the end of last year I got a Big Rösti without meat from you... So it's no longer the exception, but has now become the rule for you. Furthermore, after we became very sick from eating, all three of us had upset stomachs and even mild diarrhea, we passed on this information editorially. I can't say whether the media will continue to take action; we, for our part, will no longer come to you. We have often complained and have been dumped with a voucher in the past. Things can happen, especially with new employees. However, it cannot be the case that these employees are suddenly asked to carry out their tasks alone on weekend days, are completely overwhelmed and lead to such major problems. Wir sind oft zum frühstücken hier, aber heute war echt unfassbar. Verzehr im Restaurant gewählt und Tisch service. Der Mitarbeiter sagte er ist alleine es gibt heute keinen Tischservice und er nahm uns die Bestellnummer am Bestellterminal aus der Hand. Alleine war er definitiv nicht! Auch müssen wir meistens immer sagen das wir den Kaffee aus der Tasse trinken möchten wenn dieser Mitarbeiter da ist. Sobald mehrere Kunden Vorort sind bekommt er Panik und es läuft meistens nicht rund.

Save yourself the experience! I was in the MC Drive... Of course I checked to see if the bag was complete. Nevertheless, the anger test came at home! 🤬 The meat from both burgers were clearly thrown into the deep fryer at least a second time! They were about as fresh as a 104 year old grandma who had been lying underground for 12 years🤬 Not even the dog showed any interest! He didn't even come to sniff and probably smelled something rotten from where he was sitting... There should also be chicken nuggets.... The fact that they weren't fresh was another thing.... But the normal ones were ordered and the spicy ones were delivered 🤦🏼‍♂️ Dumb, Dumber, MC Donalds Jüchen!! Shame about the coal! Every star here is one too many!!

This is one of the dirtiest shops ever. The tables and benches are not cleaned, luckily my girlfriend always has a small pack of disinfectant wipes with her, so we were able to wipe them ourselves. There are also various crumbs from weeks on the window sill and it looked really disgusting under the benches, crumbs and junk from back in the day! The table service was, as always, cautiously grumpy. If you don't want to work in service or with people, then you should consider whether the job is for you!!!!

Apart from what you expect at McDonald's, the food can at least be warm. I ate in the restaurant and was amazed that fries, burgers, etc. could be cold.

It's always been the worst fast food restaurant around. Always, but really always, something is missing from the order! Of course at the drive-in and you won't see it until you get home. Is it so difficult to put out a complete order? The children are always carelessly given something as a “toy” at the Happy Meal, even though something else was requested. Nowadays we only take books, but even here they just give out random stuff. You can tell the MA's lack of enthusiasm! To make matters worse, today the bags of chips on all menus were only half full, the water bottle was missing, but the prices are getting higher and higher! Just bad and disgraceful!

I tell the checkout which two toys I want, she enters them and gets two other toys, then I point it out to the woman and I'm being talked at stupidly. And this isn't the first time. Won't go there anymore. Absolutely incomprehensible.

Got a Happy Meal without nuggets even though I ordered them. There was sweet and sour sauce in it... We had left a long time before we noticed this problem and didn't turn back. Too bad.

You probably don't have to say much about the food, it was warm and everything was included. Employees were friendly. But the place was sometimes just dirty.
