Almost every time we order here, at least one item is forgotten. If we don't check immediately and complain, which then takes so long that the rest of the food gets cold, we come home and are disappointed. Incredibly crappy service.

This fast food restaurant is located in the immediate vicinity of the motorway and we often stop by to take a few snacks or a delicious ice cream with us on the journey. It's very clean here and the children can run around a bit on the playground equipment. The staff is also very friendly.

The food is almost always cold. I got cold old fries three times. When I asked, I was told that the fries were fresh, “yeah, yeah” every time I have to wait at least 20 minutes for my order. I got a free fries a week ago, which is what I wanted Then I picked it up and had to wait 25 minutes for a small fries, something like that is incomprehensible. Employees were sometimes totally rude about the cleanliness of the shop. I don't need to say much. Too bad!

Kann man mal machen. Klassischer McDonalds. Essen ist normalerweise schnell fertig und schmeckt ok. Arbeiter sind teils höflich und kompetent aber manchmal sind sie echt ungeeignet für den Job und Meckern nur. Außerdem schaffen die Mitarbeitenden es immer noch nicht, Ketchup und Mayo zu unterscheiden😂

The worst performance I've ever seen! Completely littered, whether inside or outside. Everything full of garbage. We ordered for inside and still got everything in doors because there was simply no tray left. We waited over 30 minutes for the order, so the food was cold and the service staff was also unfriendly, seemed unstructured and completely overwhelmed. This is definitely beyond anything and not something to recommend.

As a rule, something is missing from every order, whether in the drive or in a restaurant. One time all the sauces, the other time some fries and a burger…. If everything is there, which rarely happens, then the wrong things are in there. Hamburger instead of cheeseburger, Mc Egg instead of fresh chicken etc. What can you say about the rest, the tables inside are often dirty. Sometimes the burgers look okay, sometimes carelessly thrown together. But these are general MCs problems.

Not happy at all today. I ordered a regular dark chocolate oat drink and a latte macchiato grande with oat drink for myself and my daughter. The dark chocolate came with normal milk and instead of the latte macchiato there was also a dark chocolate with at least oat milk. So both drinks are wrong. Annoying because we only noticed it on the highway. But you don't actually look in your cup! On the way back I complained and the male employee was very nice and apologized and gave me new goods. That would actually settle the matter for me. Why do I still write? A woman with short blonde hair called over from the other counter that I hadn't ordered the chocolate with oat milk. She probably doesn't know her own app. The dark chocolate is already available to order there as an oat milk version and I ordered that and that's what it says on the bill. I was very annoyed that she shouted at me from the other counter instead of just speaking to me normally. Actually one of my absolute favorite McDonalds, but that's not possible.

This is the third time that we have forgotten something that we ordered and took home... The first time 2 big macs, then 1 mc chicken classic and this time a large fries... I don't expect much but you should pay more attention to the prices! And luckily we noticed it two more times.

There is a slightly older gentleman working here in this restaurant who is a bit unfriendly to all the guests... first a lady in front of me was brushed off who had paid with an EC card at the machine and there was no receipt of money in his booking. Instead of helping the lady, she was left standing....a burger was missing from my order and when I pointed this out, I was told that it wasn't my order and turned around....I then had to get the part in a somewhat unfriendly manner !! This nice gentleman is out of place... we customers pay his salary and there has to be a nursery... I say bon appetit!!

We bought an mc rib on May 21st, 2024, inedible, the meat ended up in the trash can, I wrote an email, didn't get an answer, didn't deserve a star

Stopped by MC D. again after a long time. Visited by numerous guests on a Friday evening. Food ok Unfortunately the service and cleanliness left a lot to be desired! Tables that hadn't been wiped down and trays that had been left at the table by guests. It can happen that the chicken nuggets were missing when they were delivered to the table. On the way back, the service staff should see dirty tables and clear away trays at the latest.

The burgers were put in the bag and stood at the drinks machine for 4 minutes and then were put back under the lamp, 3 Happy Meals stood on the counter for 6 minutes until the Curly's were finally made. The entire order wasn't even lukewarm, except for the Curly's. Bottomless answer: this is normal and can happen Toilet stinks endlessly, soap is empty. The tables were not really clean, everything was wiped down with a cloth, very hygienic.

Longer waiting time than World War II

Even though the restaurant was not crowded, our order was incomplete. After waiting 15 minutes for our fries to arrive, they were still not cooked. We waited 10 minutes for the fries to cook and then we went and bought them. While paying for our order, we could not find the table numbers and had to ask for them at the cash register. If the restaurant was crowded and busy, it would be somewhat understanding, but I think the employees here were inexperienced.

The service has always been friendly and prompt. I think it's better here than in some other branches.

Ordered two menus for 2 people at 2:37 p.m.; Paid €25; Almost 30 minutes later there were cold fries and burgers

We ordered food and it took them 20 minutes until it was ready. There were maybe 10 people with us at McDonald's.

One evening about 2 weeks ago around 9 p.m. I ordered 2 small burgers in the drive in. When it was finally my turn to pick up my order from the window after a long wait, I just wanted to know why I had to wait in line so long for 2 people. The somewhat corpulent man in a light shirt with glasses, I think little hair on his head, light skin, reacted unfriendly and replied "there is a lot to do" I think the store was empty and so was the drive-thru. Then a discussion started and in the end he didn't want to give me my order so I left without eating. So such staff should terminate their employment contract so that other people who really want to work have a chance. After this action, we will no longer go to this MC's. Such an unfriendly condition should be warned and I hope one day the top boss will notice this so that he can sort out such employees.. and I refuse to pay such employees income, which in the end, for which is the wage at the end of the month. He was probably the shift manager on the night shift and thinks he should be the boss. Bon appetit, keep your burgers.. you really lose your appetite :(

Not recommendable. Difficult communication when ordering. It seems as if the employee didn't know the product range or the language. That wouldn't be too bad, but McDrive would be handing over another customer's order. The correct order was already on its way with the other customer. The employees' reaction wasn't too friendly.

At the order. Forgot the chili cheese nuggets, no more straws, cold and soft fries, ordered MC bacon with additional bacon... got it completely without bacon. Never again!

Quality significantly reduced, new "specialist" constantly picked his nose and still prepared the orders... that wasn't the McDonalds I knew!!!!

We were there early this Sunday at 4:30 in the morning. The male employee was so outrageously unfriendly, shouting various insults and comments throughout the store that I don't even want to mention here, directed at us personally (for about 30 minutes). We also had hair in our fries, we definitely didn't feel comfortable and the employee shouldn't be allowed to work with customers

Interesting that it works to hire friendly staff and at the same time ensure that the orders are always complete. I like to know things differently from Neuss and Cologne. Certainly one of the reasons why we now prefer Jüchen and prefer to drive a little further than order in Neuss. Keep it up. :) - And it's nice that it's always like that.

Small mecces a bit off to the side. Service was very friendly, food was fresh and tasty. Due to the location, less frequented and therefore quiet. Were in transit and had a positive experience. Thanks and keep it up!

Very unsympathetic, unfriendly, the burger is just a piece of *******, they can't even stack a cheeseburger properly, I haven't really seen such a bad branch in a long time. Not recommended.

You probably don't have to say much about the food, it was warm and everything was included. Employees were friendly. But the place was sometimes just dirty. Some dirty tables and benches, so we decided to eat in the car. However, toilets were acceptable.

We waited 20 minutes in front of the drive trough without being served and had to be satisfied with the words "please wait a moment" when asked and decided not to spend a minute at this "fast food" restaurant

In this demolished tire building there is a man who blubbers in the McDonald's men's toilet for €2.

Always nice staff, anyone who claims otherwise should think about its appearance, the quality and appearance are the best compared to other Mcs.

Unclean, not tasty at all, never again

Was very satisfied. Food was hot. Service was very friendly.

Today I made the mistake again with the children and went to mcs! Drinks were simply completely forgotten during table service…. When asked, the employee reacted rudely and it was no longer possible for him to understand what still needed to be delivered! 6 pieces of chicken mc nuggets immediately seemed strange to us 🫠 tasted plastic and looked strange ...... when we asked whether the employees had made a mistake, the colleague mentioned above said no and pointed out that what was in it was written on the package!! ! Until another employee intervened who apparently had a clue and identified our nuggets as a “plant base”!! Which you simply can't eat when you're sober 🤢 But it has what it says on it 😒 I would like to experience that you go there and there is no disaster! My fries were only half full. My complaint was met with incomprehension but I got a new one, they were even emptier than the original fries. I then reversed the entire order. Food returned and almost 46 euros returned. I can also spend my money elsewhere. The stuff is totally overpriced anyway, so I expect at least decent portions!

Orders are processed very quickly without anything missing. Food is always freshly prepared (including fries) ☺️

Something is always missing... For example: Extra fries or cheeseburger. Which were ordered with the menu. The last 2 orders were completely missing mayonnaise, ketchup and barbecue sauce. Since we usually take the food with us, this is very annoying!

Ein sauberer und gepflegter McDonalds. Es ist aber sehr viel los dort, also auf längere Wartezeit einstellen.

Leider ist es hier sehr oft sehr dreckig. Tische sind oft klebrig und die Tabletts stapeln sich. Die Burger sind oft sehr lieblos "zusammengestellt". Bestellungen auch nicht immer fehlerfrei... Extras werden berechnet aber dann bei der Zubereitung vergessen. Es fehlen Sachen oder sind falsch.

Gehe nicht so oft zu McDonald's da mein Magen da streikt. Hatte dieses Mal einen Vegetarischen Burger und Pommes. Der Burger und die Pommes waren gut aber die Pommes kalt. Service hatte ich nicht, da wir ja nicht mehr persönlich bestellen. Aber sauber war es.

Dieser Steak hatte einen exquisiten Geschmack. Stark zu empfehlen!

Ich finde es gut, dass sie für Afrika Spenden sammeln und nicht für irgendwelche Merts.

MC Donalds denke überall gleich Parkplätze vor der Tür oder drive in

Zuerst einmal ist es eine McDonald’s Filiale. Aber es gibt nichts zu meckern, wie vielleicht in anderen Filialen. Es ist sauber, freundliches Personal und sie sind flink. Das schöne an der Filiale ist die Lage gleich an der Autobahn. Dazu gibt es gleich eine Tankstelle. Ein paar hundert Meter weiter ist eine der günstigsten Tankstellen der Gegend und auf der anderen Straßenseite ist ein großer POLO-Store, ein POLO-Outlet und dazwischen ein Restaurant. Im Sommer immer gut frequentiert.

Ein sehr sauberes McDonalds. Mit sehr freundlichem zuvorkommendem Personal. Da kann sich der Markt in Grevenbroich Wevelinghoven eine Scheibe von abschneiden.

Im Vergleich zu anderen ist es hier absolut sauber... ein sehr freundlicher Service... Und das Ambiente stimmt auch.... Bin immer wieder mal hier .. Sehr zu empfehlen

Ich mag das Essen von McDonalds. Leider wird es im Durchschnitt immer kälter und älter... Ich hätte zum Beispiel gerne noch mal frische heisse Pommes, und nicht warm.

Hat sich stark gebessert in letzter Zeit. Produkte sind leidlich frisch, zu den Mitarbeitern kann man dank Bestellmonitor nicht mehr viel sagen.

Leider fehlt bei der Bestellung schon wieder etwas. Aber es wurde kulant und freundlich gelöst.

Waren lange nicht mehr da weil wir die letzten Male immer unzufrieden waren ...leider hat uns auch diesmal das geschmacks glück nicht zugelächelt ...war viel zu tun und leider nicht Mal für einen lächelnden Kunden ein lächeln zurück über gehabt ...nach einer wahnsinnig langen Autofahrt hab ich mir nur schnell mein bestelltes essen geschnappt und bin nachhause Zuhause haben wir dann festgestellt das der Orangensaft aus dem Happy meal zwar da war aber leider der Rest davon nicht 2 Cheeseburger waren an derln rändern verhärtet und schon kalt wobei der Rest der Cheeseburger warm und frisch war ...der Ts war auch ganz gut der MC rib dagegen ....wie ich das Desaster nett ausdrücken soll ....keine Ahnung wie lange der da gelegen hat ...die soße komplett ins brötchen eingesogen...daher das Fleisch dann wieder so gut wie trocken ...die soße war so sauer das es absolut nicht genießbar war ...nach einem bissen landete dieser dann auch schon im müll ... Wenn man bedenkt wasan einfach mittlerweile bezahlt um alle satt zubekommen ...dann fehlt ein Teil und die andere hälfte ist ungenießbar ...damit man dann Zuhause sitzt und immer noch alle Kohldampf schieben ? Dann kann ich fürs gleiche Geld zum dönermann des Vertrauens Sehr sehr schade

Ich bin jetzt kein Mc Donnalds Fan, aber was tut man nicht alles für die Kinder... Aber nichtsdestotrotz war das ausgesuchte Essen ganz ok., aber die Filiale war ungepflegt. Sämtliche Tische verschmutzt und der Müll quoll nur so über. Also saubere Tische kann man doch schon erwarten..

Ein typischer McDonald's mit den obligatorischen Produkten. Das bestellte Essen war recht schnell zubereitet und wurde durch das Personal sehr freundlich an den Tisch gebracht. Die Atmosphäre war sehr angenehm und die Klimaanlage auch sehr schön bei dem warmen Wetter. Parkplätze gibt's hier genügend. Weiter so.

Überfordertes Personal, lange warten, Toiletten nicht sauber, Müll quoll über, desorganisiert, vergessene Speisen Hab ich noch nicht erleben müssen. Wenn wir nicht so hungrig und es sehr spät gewesen wäre, wären wir gegangen.

Schnelle, freundliche Bedienung. Trotzdem der Laden brechend voll war, schnelle Zubereitung. Alles frisch und heiss.

Eins der richtigen guten McDonald's Restaurant die ich persönlich kenne. Man musste nicht lange warten auf sein Essen war alles richtig lecker wie man es erwartet und wenn man dann doch Mal was hat helfen die Mitarbeiter auch richtig gerne weiter. Tischservice möglich. Empfehle aber je nachdem wie ausgelastet es ist den Drive-in zu nutzen

Der Service lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Schlechte Organisation. Beim Abholen ganz dringend die Tüten kontrollieren. ich hatte bisher mindestens genau so viele falsch gepackte Tüten, wie korrekte Bestellungen. Auch beim Essen im Restaurant kann man gut beobachten, wie Mitarbeiter regelrecht durch das Lokal irren, um Speisen an den Tisch zu bringen, die dann auch oft noch falsch sind.

Jedes mal wieder das reinste Disaster. Die sind dort so unorganisiert und keiner weiß was der andere tut. Wenn jeder eine Bestellung machen würde dann wäre es bestimmt besser. Wenn viel dort los ist dann kommen die überhaupt nicht mehr zurecht und man wartet sehr sehr lange. Vielleicht mal was am zusammen arbeiten der Mitarbeiter ändern,als Tipp.

Prinzipiell ist dieses MC Donalds genauso aufgebaut, wie alle anderen auch, logisch ist auch eine Kette. Man muss denke ich nicht viel sagen. Seitdem der Einzug des MC Cafe's in MC Donalds stattgefunden hat, sieht alles etwas hochwertiger aus. Das Essen ist gut, Sitzmöglichkeiten draußen gibt es auch. Das MC Donalds ist im perfekten Kreuz zu den Autobahnen und dem Red Hot Restaurant, was sich eine Kreuzung weiter befindet.

Wir haben schon viele Mc. Restaurants besucht. Aber hier macht die rote Laterne wohl Urlaub. Es ändert sich nicht viel. Kundschaft steht an der Theke, aber Personal macht weiter Small-Talk in der Küche. Wenn dann jemand kommt immer die gleiche Prozedur: 1. Aufstöhnen 2. genervtes Augen rollen 3. aufgesetztes verzerrtes Lächeln Leute, wenn Euch Kundschaft stört, dann arbeitet woanders. Zum Standard gehört hier wohl auch, das die Speisen nur lauwarm serviert werden. Eine Reklamation wird nur wiederwillig bearbeitet, sprich wenn man etwas lauter wird. Zu einer vernüftigen Mahlzeit gehört nunmal eine Kerntemperatur von min. 60 Grad. Die Burger werden teilweise zusammen gekloppt, das es nicht mehr schön ist. Wenn man die Verpackung öffnet, ein Durcheinander jagt das nächste. Patty liegt halb daneben, Salat und Soße in der Schachtel verteilt. Das ist nicht im mindesten der Qualitätsstandard von Mc. Donalds. Auch wenn es sich um Ko-Unternehmer handelt, sie schaden dem Konzern mehr, als sie nützen. Überdenkt bitte Eure Politik, euren Service und die Pflege des Gastraumes. Ich war manchesmal kurz davor, eine Mail an die Gewerbeaufsicht zu schicken. Aber was nicht ist, kann ja noch werden. Wer weiß.

...of all the McDo´s around. The worst used to be the one in Grevenbroich but they somewhat got their act together. This place here has taken over...totally disorganised, staff running around like headless chicken as if they´ve never received any training nor ever had a look at any handbook...incredible queues inside and at the drive through, moving at a snails pace when the place is busy...avoid if you can.
