I'm simply stunned! We received completely wrong food here. When we noticed this, we immediately reported that one burger was missing and one was incorrect. They said it was just in the wrong packaging. So I trusted their advice and took the burger out of the packaging. It really was the wrong burger. So I went back to the counter. They wanted to see if I wasn't lying and checked the order again. I was right. They took the burger I already had in my hand because they said it was the right one, which was fine, but they put that burger back in the box and put it back on the conveyor belt for the next customer. So this burger had been touched by both me and the employee. Also, the fries were too salty and a Chicken McNugget was missing. Otherwise, the only positive thing I have to report is that at least there's a server who sweeps the floor every now and then. But that's about it. All in all, you should think twice about whether you want to eat anything here. Oh, and the friendliness is more than lacking here. The employees also have a very nasty tone towards each other.

It happens again and again that parts of the order are missing when ordering takeout. It's truly outrageous! Employees stand there looking bored or walk around like counterfeit money. If you're reliable in waiting for your food, you should definitely check your order beforehand to make sure it's complete.

It was a good visit. The food was good and hot. Because we had to wait a while, we received a free Schleich animal. The service was great; our child was delighted.

It annoys me that they always press the pickup number immediately to "Ready for Pickup" and then prefer to shout throughout the store as soon as the food is ready. Why?! The pickup number concept is simple and straightforward, if it's used correctly.

My caramel latte wasn't a latte, it was more like a milkshake, not tasty at all, no ice cubes, nothing, WAY too much caramel, no coffee taste, much too sweet, the milk was also pretty, not drinkable, everything looked like foam with sugar, not recommended, don't order it. The rest of the staff were fine, but I think it was the ones with black hair who weren't assigned to anything, they just ignored them, not engaged at all!

Such rubbish, always a long wait. Over 40 minutes and the food still wasn't there. When I asked for my money, he said, "Calm down, how am I supposed to calm down?" After 40 minutes, there was still no food.

The ice cream machine is constantly broken, food is missing (sometimes a packet of mayonnaise, sometimes a burger or fries, etc.) and sometimes, as in this case, the burger is insufficiently topped. I have absolutely no understanding anymore that a burger is only served with bread and meat. At the end of last year I got a Big Rösti without meat from you... So it's no longer the exception, but has now become the rule for you. Furthermore, after we became very sick from eating, all three of us had upset stomachs and even mild diarrhea, we passed on this information editorially. I can't say whether the media will continue to take action; we, for our part, will no longer come to you. We have often complained and have been dumped with a voucher in the past. Things can happen, especially with new employees. However, it cannot be the case that these employees are suddenly asked to carry out their tasks alone on weekend days, are completely overwhelmed and lead to such major problems. And it is not the young employees who are responsible, but you. For our part, we want to warn and protect future visitors. The list of defects is long and starts at the base with inadequate hygiene measures, which we could constantly observe (employee takes out the trash with heavy gloves and 1 minute later is standing at the fries dispenser for the drive in???!!!, unbelievable). For us, it is considered settled at this point. However, this should be a warning for you to take a closer look at your restaurant, send in your own testers and have everything checked once and, above all, regularly in the future. This cannot and should not be the standard. Sometimes things are missing! The crowning achievement was a big rösti without rösti, but with chicken and beef?! We check the bags regularly and 7 out of 10 orders are sometimes more, sometimes less wrong... It's a shame for such a good business

Wir sind oft zum frühstücken hier, aber heute war echt unfassbar. Verzehr im Restaurant gewählt und Tisch service. Der Mitarbeiter sagte er ist alleine es gibt heute keinen Tischservice und er nahm uns die Bestellnummer am Bestellterminal aus der Hand. Alleine war er definitiv nicht! Auch müssen wir meistens immer sagen das wir den Kaffee aus der Tasse trinken möchten wenn dieser Mitarbeiter da ist. Sobald mehrere Kunden Vorort sind bekommt er Panik und es läuft meistens nicht rund.

Save yourself the experience! I was in the MC Drive... Of course I checked to see if the bag was complete. Nevertheless, the anger test came at home! 🤬 The meat from both burgers were clearly thrown into the deep fryer at least a second time! They were about as fresh as a 104 year old grandma who had been lying underground for 12 years🤬 Not even the dog showed any interest! He didn't even come to sniff and probably smelled something rotten from where he was sitting... There should also be chicken nuggets.... The fact that they weren't fresh was another thing.... This is one of the dirtiest shops ever. The tables and benches are not cleaned, luckily my girlfriend always has a small pack of disinfectant wipes with her, so we were able to wipe them ourselves. There are also various crumbs from weeks on the window sill and it looked really disgusting under the benches, crumbs and junk from back in the day! The table service was, as always, cautiously grumpy. If you don't want to work in service or with people, then you should consider whether the job is for you!!!!

It's always been the worst fast food restaurant around. Always, but really always, something is missing from the order! Of course at the drive-in and you won't see it until you get home. This fast food restaurant is located in the immediate vicinity of the motorway and we often stop by to take a few snacks or a delicious ice cream with us on the journey. It's very clean here and the children can run around a bit on the playground equipment. The staff is also very friendly.

Kann man mal machen. Klassischer McDonalds. Essen ist normalerweise schnell fertig und schmeckt ok. Arbeiter sind teils höflich und kompetent aber manchmal sind sie echt ungeeignet für den Job und Meckern nur. Außerdem schaffen die Mitarbeitenden es immer noch nicht, Ketchup und Mayo zu unterscheiden😂

The worst performance I've ever seen! Completely littered, whether inside or outside. Everything full of garbage. We ordered for inside and still got everything in doors because there was simply no tray left. We waited over 30 minutes for the order, so the food was cold and the service staff was also unfriendly, seemed unstructured and completely overwhelmed. This is definitely beyond anything and not something to recommend.

As a rule, something is missing from every order, whether in the drive or in a restaurant. One time all the sauces, the other time some fries and a burger…. If everything is there, which rarely happens, then the wrong things are in there. Hamburger instead of cheeseburger, Mc Egg instead of fresh chicken etc. What can you say about the rest, the tables inside are often dirty. Sometimes the burgers look okay, sometimes carelessly thrown together. But these are general MCs problems.

Not happy at all today. I ordered a regular dark chocolate oat drink and a latte macchiato grande with oat drink for myself and my daughter. The dark chocolate came with normal milk and instead of the latte macchiato there was also a dark chocolate with at least oat milk. So both drinks are wrong. Annoying because we only noticed it on the highway. But you don't actually look in your cup! On the way back I complained and the male employee was very nice and apologized and gave me new goods. That would actually settle the matter for me. Why do I still write? A woman with short blonde hair called over from the other counter that I hadn't ordered the chocolate with oat milk. She probably doesn't know her own app. The dark chocolate is already available to order there as an oat milk version and I ordered that and that's what it says on the bill. I was very annoyed that she shouted at me from the other counter instead of just speaking to me normally. Actually one of my absolute favorite McDonalds, but that's not possible.

This is the third time that we have forgotten something that we ordered and took home... The first time 2 big macs, then 1 mc chicken classic and this time a large fries... I don't expect much but you should pay more attention to the prices! And luckily we noticed it two more times.

There is a slightly older gentleman working here in this restaurant who is a bit unfriendly to all the guests... first a lady in front of me was brushed off who had paid with an EC card at the machine and there was no receipt of money in his booking. Instead of helping the lady, she was left standing....a burger was missing from my order and when I pointed this out, I was told that it wasn't my order and turned around....I then had to get the part in a somewhat unfriendly manner !! This nice gentleman is out of place... we customers pay his salary and there has to be a nursery... I say bon appetit!!

We bought an mc rib on May 21st, 2024, inedible, the meat ended up in the trash can, I wrote an email, didn't get an answer, didn't deserve a star

The burgers were put in the bag and stood at the drinks machine for 4 minutes and then were put back under the lamp, 3 Happy Meals stood on the counter for 6 minutes until the Curly's were finally made. The entire order wasn't even lukewarm, except for the Curly's. Bottomless answer: this is normal and can happen Toilet stinks endlessly, soap is empty. The tables were not really clean, everything was wiped down with a cloth, very hygienic.

Stopped by MC D. again after a long time. Visited by numerous guests on a Friday evening. Food ok Unfortunately the service and cleanliness left a lot to be desired! Tables that hadn't been wiped down and trays that had been left at the table by guests. It can happen that the chicken nuggets were missing when they were delivered to the table. On the way back, the service staff should see dirty tables and clear away trays at the latest.

Longer waiting time than World War II

Even though the restaurant was not crowded, our order was incomplete. After waiting 15 minutes for our fries to arrive, they were still not cooked. We waited 10 minutes for the fries to cook and then we went and bought them. While paying for our order, we could not find the table numbers and had to ask for them at the cash register. If the restaurant was crowded and busy, it would be somewhat understanding, but I think the employees here were inexperienced.

The service has always been friendly and prompt. I think it's better here than in some other branches.

We ordered food and it took them 20 minutes until it was ready. There were maybe 10 people with us at McDonald's.

One evening about 2 weeks ago around 9 p.m. I ordered 2 small burgers in the drive in. When it was finally my turn to pick up my order from the window after a long wait, I just wanted to know why I had to wait in line so long for 2 people. The somewhat corpulent man in a light shirt with glasses, I think little hair on his head, light skin, reacted unfriendly and replied "there is a lot to do" I think the store was empty and so was the drive-thru. Then a discussion started and in the end he didn't want to give me my order so I left without eating. So such staff should terminate their employment contract so that other people who really want to work have a chance. After this action, we will no longer go to this MC's. Such an unfriendly condition should be warned and I hope one day the top boss will notice this so that he can sort out such employees.. and I refuse to pay such employees income, which in the end, for which is the wage at the end of the month. He was probably the shift manager on the night shift and thinks he should be the boss. Bon appetit, keep your burgers.. you really lose your appetite :(

Not recommendable. Difficult communication when ordering. It seems as if the employee didn't know the product range or the language. That wouldn't be too bad, but McDrive would be handing over another customer's order. The correct order was already on its way with the other customer. The employees' reaction wasn't too friendly.

At the order. Forgot the chili cheese nuggets, no more straws, cold and soft fries, ordered MC bacon with additional bacon... got it completely without bacon. Never again!
