Quite good for in between times, but the food wasn't really hot and too dry!!

I stood there for 20 minutes and my food was prepared and I only got it when it was cold. Incredibly bad service. It's a wonder they even speak German. From now on I'll only go to McDonald's

It was very busy, but the fries and burgers were hot and everything was on the tray as ordered.

I like to visit a fast food restaurant every now and then to have a quick bite to eat and of course enjoy it. I like food (chicken hamburger, chicken nugits, milkshake, special ice cream). Price is what you would buy in any other fast food.

Stood in the drive-thru for almost 7 minutes. The only communication took place when the order was placed. At the pickup window, there was no hello, thank you, please, goodbye or anything else. Sry but you can also expect some friendliness from you

Disgusting this shop, you can't even get fries there, they're like a sponge, then you save electricity, they're not cooked through, everything else was crappy too, the whole food was soggy. Was here with my girlfriend on the way home. The food was actually okay, as you would expect from Burger King, but apparently the hygiene wasn't taken too seriously or something wasn't good anymore, in any case, unfortunately we both felt it a day later... We then wanted to take a coffee with us for the onward journey. When we saw at the terminal that there was a cappuccino with oat milk, we were happy at first because neither of us can tolerate milk. After ordering, two different employees (or a boss perhaps?) asked several times what we ordered and ran into the refrigerator and to the coffee machine several times. On the last walk from the cold storage room, I could hear the employee telling his colleague "make a normal one." We got it with the note that everything on the counter was "milk, oats (points to coffee creamer 🤦🏻‍♂️), sugar." When we pointed out that neither of us could tolerate milk, there was only a half-hearted apology. We were not offered an alternative. If the employees don't understand what oat milk is or there isn't any in stock, then enter it into the system that you can't order it at all. It works in other branches too. But then reacting like that is just cheeky.

I could puke, I actually liked this burger king. is the next best thing around. I ordered chilli cheese fries and they don't work at all. totally dry and muddy. They taste like they are 3 days old. never ever again

We stopped here briefly on our way to Frankfurt and I'm really happy that there are still Burger King restaurants - where hygiene is very important! Toilets super clean and every table was cleaned. Incredibly great :) We'd love to come back again! One point deducted for the food because my iced tea didn't taste that great 😅

I prefer to go to this restaurant because, in contrast to some other branches, you can notice the hygiene regulations here!!definitely!! must be followed...because the restaurant is clean and the food is easy to digest, has exactly the right temperature and it simply tastes best here! Big praise from me to the Wilnsdorf team! Keep it up!

Burgers weren't warm and card payment wasn't possible. Otherwise everything is the same as with other BKs.

Waited 17 minutes for a quick snack on a 7:30h car ride. “Almost” is different.

Redeeming coupons here means paying extra. If you want to order at the checkout, no one feels responsible. Deep fryers for meat and plant-based are mixed, even though two shift managers were present.

The “food” is steadily getting worse. I haven't been there for over 6 months and tried again 3-4 days ago. I would have left it better.

A typical Burger King. Well located at a Tesla Supercharger. Toilets were clean. The food could be ordered quickly and was served quickly. There was plenty of space to sit inside. The food was typical Burger King. Overall recommended

Waited forever for the fries, then all the sauces and a burger were completely missing. Unfortunately I only noticed it when I got home. It is better to hold employee meetings in your staff room and not near the drive-in window.

Actually everything is fine. You rarely have it. The only things that were negative: Order terminals didn't accept coupons. Note monitor for the order did not "jump" to "Done".

We were here because we filled up at the Tesla charging station nearby. The service was very good, one employee gave us a little advance notice because we only ordered two ice creams. The store is tidy, well air-conditioned.

Please always be careful what you put in your bag. We were missing the nuggets and wings with sauce today. Unfortunately I mistrusted it and only noticed it when I got home. It's no longer worth going back.

From placing the order to receiving the order, the waiting time was over 15 minutes. The order was only processed upon request (unfriendly employee). Food was cold (freshly prepared according to the email). According to the motto the last will be first. Ridiculous standard email received after we complained. The problem was not addressed in any way. Customer service is zero. Put 6!

Grabbed a quick meal at the drive-thru. Unfortunately, hours later there was still an aftertaste in my mouth. I'm obviously not a "fast foodie" (anymore). The employee at the counter spoke German very well, was friendly and funny.

Very, very nice and funny team, who even got everything ready shortly before closing time without any problems and in a good mood. Food was freshly prepared and very tasty!

By far the best Burger King in Siegen and the surrounding area. Always friendly and especially the drive-in always quick. Nothing is ever forgotten or too little change is given out. If BK, then Wilnsdorf :)

One star is still too many. Ordering machines don't work, so when you go to the checkout and want to order, the staff completely ignores you. Then we left again without eating anything.

First of all, the positive: the toilets are always clean Now the negative... last night my buddy and I unfortunately had to wait 30-40 minutes for our 20 nuggets... Another guest waited 1 hour for his food... when he asked, the waitress told him ' Brother, you have to wait... well, I would have gotten up and left a long time ago in a restaurant... but since we paid, we had to wait... The waitress could have had her shoes resoled while working... the colleague at the window had his orders out and also those from inside... If the small, narrow service will be back soon, I/we will go straight back...

Good branch. The food is served hot (yes, I got hot fries, but way too much salt). Easy location. Minus points are the dirty tables and the broken tap in the gentleman’s toilet.

I was at Burger King recently and unfortunately it wasn't what I was hoping for. The burger I received was not the one I ordered. The fries were also kind of soggy, not the crispy ones I was expecting. And unfortunately the plant-based nuggets were far from crispy. All in all it was pretty disappointing and will avoid this Burger King.

Were there again for a long time... well, we were very disappointed. I find €7.5 for a Whopper with cheese extremely expensive. I can also eat a rotisserie pocket and be full. The burger was “freshly” prepared and wasn’t even lukewarm. Some of the salad had the hard inside of the lettuce, which was difficult to chew. The ambience is just terribly loud and everything sounds extremely loud. All in all, we will not eat at this chain again. Would have liked to give zero stars, which unfortunately isn't possible.

BK answers - At least! 1. The store was too cold! There was a heater standing around! However, I have no knowledge of whether your heating was temporarily out of order. 2. The toilet solution is more than unsatisfactory! Access, ambience, cleanliness and control are clearly neglected! I know the station environment contributes a lot to this. Nevertheless - get in the way of your landlord right away. You can't always just take without keeping everything at a decent level. The main reason why I never considered doing business as a franchisee with these systems. I am a chef/hotel clerk/self-employed, retired for 5 years now. It's always the incompetence of those doing it/those involved - even if the idea behind it makes perfect sense.

War heute im Drive gegen 20:40 Uhr. Selten erlebt das ein Mitarbeiter so freundlich war wie der junge Mann heute dort. Nach einen anstrengendem Tag tat es unglaublich gut so ein freundliches Auftreten erleben zu dürfen. Bestellung war auch richtig. Und der Humor und die Freundlichkeit habens einfach nur noch besser gemacht. Danke.

Nochmal da gewesen und diesmal war alles super

Männertoilletten seit Tagen abgeklebt. Wie wahrscheinlich ist es, daß beide gleichzeitig kaputt gehen und würde man nicht am gleichen Tag den Installateur rufen um das mit höchster Priorität zu reparieren? Es ist ein Imbiss und weit von Ansprüchen, die ein richtiges Restaurant an sich stellen würde entfernt. Ein Hinweisschild könnte über Grund und Reparaturdauer Auskunft geben, ist aber nicht vorhanden. Becken sind auch nicht defekt. Die Toilettenkontrolle wird anscheinend auch nicht stündlich durchgeführt sondern mehrere Prüfungen zusammengefasst und nachträglich abgezeichnet. Bestellung wurde ohne Servietten und ohne das bestellte Eis im Getränk geliefert. Viel Luft nach oben. Ich gehe jetzt bei der Tankstelle aufs WC. Restaurant spärlich ausgestattet, Steckdosen für Ladegeräte sucht man leider vergeblich. Gesamteindruck nicht so toll. Aber die ältere Dame im Service glänzt durch herzliche zuvorkommende Freundlichkeit.

Die Terminals zum Bestellen waren leider bis auf einen defekt! Der Mitarbeiter, der unsere Bestellung aufnahm, wirkte genervt. Natürlich hat jeder Mal einen schlechten Tag, aber im Kundenkontakt sollte man sich zusammen reißen. Der Laden war sehr laut und warm! Man hatte etwas das Gefühl in einer Sauna zu sitzen. Sind zum Essen dann nach draußen gegangen!

Heller Gastraum mit guter Einrichtung. Servicepersonal freundlich, Essen ok, Pommes könnten für mich ein bisschen knuspriger sein.

Ab und zu kaufen wir was bei Burger King. Hauptsächlich wegen unseres Kindes. Leider ist dieser Laden einer der schlechteren. Sehr oft fehlt etwas in der Bestellung. Das habe ich woanders so noch nie erlebt. Also prüft eure Bestellung wenn ihr DriveIn macht!!

Wochenende, Mittagszeit - viel Kundschaft, dennoch sehr sauber im Innen- und Außenbereich. Freundliche und schnell Bedienung. Wir haben für 6 Personen verschiedene Speisen bestellt und waren sehr zufrieden. Knuspriges und gut gewürztes Fleisch, frischer Belag und gute Pommes. Fast Food - so soll es sein. Wenn die Bedienung besser deutsch verstehen könnte, ging bei der Bestellung nicht so vieles schief. Leider habe ich nicht das bekommen, was ich bestellt habe.

Ein schöner Fast Food am Autohof. Gutscheine werden akzeptiert. Toiletten sind ohne Nummerncode zugänglich. Außenbereich ansehnlich,es gibt für Kinder einen Spielebereich. Bedienung war freundlich und half sogar bei den Gutscheinen. Das Essen schmeckt standardmäßig wie überall.

Unkompetente Mitarbeiter. Da bestellt man Essen zum mitnehmen und die packen nur die Hälfte ein. Merkt man natürlich erst wenn man zuhause ist. Hauptsache ich habe Burger King Wilnsdorf jetzt Geld im Wert von 9 Chicken Nuggets geschenkt.

Never reviewed a BK before, but this one was too good to not leave a good word. Great, friendly staff and super quick service - everything you ever wanted from a fast food restaurant. The staff even handed out a small toy to my 9 month old daughter - what an amazing gesture.

Ich war mal dort, als ich alleine im Laden stand, nächster Tag war ein flüssiger Lauf ins Loch. Und ich war öfter mal da, als da einige Leute drinnen waren. Da war alles okay. Keine Probleme, Burger gut. Den BK kann man noch mit wenig Bedenken nutzen, wenn andere drin sind oder vorher waren.

A regular Burger King with lots of options for vegetarians and non-vegetarians. Staff was friendly and service was fast. Enough parking space.
