Ordered with a coupon, still billed normally. Answer from the presumably market management Apologies but still no credit etc... Sorry no go... Unfortunately never again... The communication in the MC Drive is also really bad... Well I know the MC very well from the past and there is no comparison today. Too bad

The last load... All the tables are dirty, the air conditioning is way too cold, half the ads are off. A way to escape.

Instead of oat drink as ordered, my cappuccino was made with cow's milk. I only found out about this when I picked it up after asking several times. Then you looked again and there was no oat drink there at all. Thanks for nothing. 👍🏻

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to, last time there was hardly any sauce on the burger but today they've taken it to the extreme. Waiting time was 30 minutes and then I actually forgot almost the entire order... then it was time to wait, wait, wait again. I showed my order and listed what was missing and thought everything was in there... my food was cold, not even anything to apologize for and the shocker was when I got home there were actually net potatoes missing again and the crispy chicken too. I've never experienced anything like that, how much stupidity can one possess! It should be clear that you don't go back again after a strenuous day. Thanks for nothing... complete snot what's going on.

It's just McDonald's. Long waiting time despite self-service terminals for ordering. The air conditioning was set way too cold.

It is and will never be anything like what it once was. No innovation, just boring apart from the fact that something generally doesn't exist and is sold out

I think McDonald's is great!! Large selection of delicious burgers and many vegetarian dishes!! Very good WiFi even in front of the branch!! Clean toilets and a friendly staff!!

What can you say? You know it's bad food and you still go there again and again. After I was there I always think to myself why I went back 🤣

Unfortunately we received the wrong order and had to go back to the store. The friendly employee helped us immediately and prepared the correct order for us. 5 stars for the service and the uncomplicated transaction, the food is good as usual. Ambience only 4 stars because of the narrow entrance/exit in the parking lot. The branch is clean and tidy. Gladly again!

I was there with my grandson and 20 euros were already gone for what the little one ordered, so I'd rather go to a restaurant.

Underground! Non-carbonated Cola, undercooked fries, 2 BicMacs without a second patty and instead of Royal TS Cheese there was a cheeseburger. Incredible!!!

Unfortunately, I keep receiving an incomplete order. Today there is no 9 nuggets menu. I specifically asked whether it was possible to pack everything up this time. "naturally". NO, FAIL AGAIN!

Had problems ordering via the app, the answer from the shift manager was not our problem... We then asked for the branch manager, who was also called... His statement was that if there was a double debit, he would transfer the amount back to me. .. Incompetent / overwhelmed staff... There was a black thread in the cheeseburger of the table neighbors... The floor was extremely slippery... Chairs are pushed neatly to the table, the plate with leftover food is ignored by the employees... There Unfortunately we won't be eating out anymore...

Actually deserves zero stars. The displays for ordering are totally stuck, the staff is very unfriendly and snippy. The burgers were no longer fresh and had been on display for a long time. The cheese was hard and the burger was ice cold. The fries were still raw on the inside and also cold. We ordered one drink with ice and one without ice. Both were without, although ICE was even written on one lid. You would have to close this shop or hire more motivated employees. Definitely not recommended. I will never eat there again.

It doesn't have to be a star! Ordered to take away. Cheeseburger was at least half an hour old when we got it, so we couldn't enjoy it at home despite briefly putting it in the hot air fryer. And when it came to drinks, the employees showed that even the smallest task was too much for them. Two ice teas, one was supposed to have ice cubes, but it wasn't one of them and yet one of the lids said ICE. Really fascinating. Hey, for that money I'll go to the Greek restaurant and treat myself to a plate of gyros, so you don't have to get angry and throw €20 into the trash can. Please people don't go there anymore it's just a disappointment and a waste of your hard earned money. Let it go!

We're just trying to call because something wasn't included in the order. No chance, no one answers the phone.

I had completely forgotten why I avoided McDonald's. Today we got slimy brown lettuce on our burger. The women's toilet has no hand paper or toilet paper. When you ask, you are handed napkins with the statement: "Don't throw them in the toilet, just throw them next to it." We don't have toilet paper. I looked at the lady and asked, puzzled, if she was serious. My daughter and her friend look at me questioningly. We went to the toilet and noticed that there were already napkins next to the toilet and forgot how to go to the toilet. The ordering screens were stuck and dirty. Sorry, word has already gotten around that the store leaves such an impression. That was our last visit

Even though it was busy, the staff seemed friendlier than we've seen in other stores, and things went pretty quickly. Others can follow this as an example.

Incredible!!! Sunday waiting time about 30 minutes which wouldn't be so tragic...Order 30, - that's no problem either! ...not the first time, just this time it's really the last time!!! Call Mc Donalds Neukirchen-Vluyn to report errors in the order. ...but what goes too far is that the employee complains to the customer "yes, they should have come immediately to complain about the order!" ...but the statement is very bold. Customer service is very important here!!! =) Drive 15 km back and wait another 30 minutes...sure! Ordered a total of 2 menus with 4 Big Macs WITHOUT CUCUMBER and what did we get??? Of course with cucumber!!! ...then the colleague kicks you out again!!! ...you could have just downed the cucumber, no problem. ...but as a gesture of goodwill he would store a normal Bic Mac menu! ...Requiring the 4 Bic Macs in the menu wouldn't be realistic (which I didn't mention in a tone) =) ...Mc Donald Neukirchen-Vluyn 👍🏼

Chaos Squad. As soon as something is going on, it feels like everything is going wrong. Ordered 2 mc rib... got 2 wrabs. Customers' receipts aren't even checked. I suggest you only choose the mc drive.

The burgers have become very small everywhere. the staff here are friendly. NFC cashless payment at the kiosk unfortunately doesn't work, you have to pay at the checkout.

The best branch in the Düsseldorf area for years. The staff is always very friendly and in a good mood, the products are always very fresh and tasty. The coffee always tastes great too...

Unfortunately too expensive. The food neither tasted good nor was it warm. The toilets weren't clean either

The food is thrown together in an increasingly unappetizing way🤢 Prepared would really be too flattering. The service is forced to be friendly, if at all. The burgers are sparsely topped to almost nothing at all. The price-performance ratio hasn't been right for a long time.

Da Essen hat wie nach McDonalds geschmeckt. Ich hatte mit der APP bestellt, um von den Rabatten Gebrauch zu machen. Ich hatte 2 Pommes für den Preis von 1er mit 1 mal Mayonnaise, sowie eine Hühnchen und Garnelen Box mit einmal Süßsauer- und Chilisoße bestellt. Erhalten habe ich zwar die Pommes und die Hühnchen Garnelen Box aber nur mit der Süssauersoße und eine Currysoße. Leider habe ich nicht meine bestellte Mayonnaise oder Chilisoße erhalten, obwohl die korrekte Bestellung auf der Rechnung angegeben war. Insgesamt kann ich verstehen, dass in einem so schnell ablaufenden und anstrengenden Job Fehler passieren, dennoch war ich ein bisschen enttäuscht.

Ich verweile 2 - 3 x in der Woche hier und trinke den gut zubereiteten Kaffee. Jemandem welche Teamleitung hier tätig ist wird man freundlich u. zuvorkommend bedient. Einige männlichen Teamleiter scheinen morgens den Schlaf noch nicht aus zuhaben. Im großen und ganzen, bin ich mit der Filiale zufrieden.

Ich ärgere mich jedes Mal über kaltes Essen. Selbst Cheeseburger sind gruselig kalt. Die Pommes waren grottig wie immer. Da lohnt sich die Fahrt zwei Dörfer weiter zu Burger King., Einfach nur Absturz in Vluyn.

Mittlerweile leider unter Durchschnitt. Ich habe selten ein Restaurant gesehen, welches echt sehr unorgansiert ist. Am Drive in sollte man meistens also viel Zeit mitnehmen Im Lokal ist es sauber und eine Spielecke für Kinder ist vorhanden. Genauso wie viele Parkplätze

Der glatzköpfige Mitarbeiter (Nachtschicht) an der Kasse hat meine Monopoly Coupons nicht gegeben. Wahrscheinlich selbst eingesteckt. Sonst alles ok.

Nachts um 2 Uhr meinen ersten HEIßEN Cheeseburger in einem McDonalds bekommen. Es hat noch nie so gut geschmeckt 😅

Das Essen schmeckt nicht besser oder schlechter als in anderen Filialen. Es nervt aber sehr wie oft Sachen bei den Bestellungen vergessen werden. Bei uns ist gefühlt bei jeder zweiten Bestellung so, dass ich im MCDrive rechts auf den Halteplatz fahren muss um an die Tür zu klopfen weil etwas fehlt.

Burgerfleisch zu trocken. Die Twister-Pommes nur lauwarm. Viel Luft nach oben...

Es ist halt ein Fastfood Restaurant. Das Essen war schnell fertig und sah auch im gut aus. Service top. Leider die Geräuschkullisse wie in jedem anderen Schnellrestaurant.

Mitarbeiter sind nett und freundlich die burger schmecken auch aber in dem mc donalds war ein so unangenehmer Geruch, dass man am liebsten sofort raus gehen möchte. Die Gäste neben uns haben auch schlechte Milch getippt aber das kann ich nicht bestätigen leider war es auch nicht gerade sauber. Wir waren abends gegen 23 Uhr da und es gab keinen Parkplatz mehr

Essen ist halt wie es isst, die Pommes sind hier immer(!!!) lauschigen, nicht kross, m.M.n. nicht kang genug frittiert. Kassiererin nicht freundlich, nicht lächelnd, sprach selbst undeutlich und leise, kein Bitte, Danke, schönen Tag. Das Essen wurde zeitig an den Tisch gebracht, diese Damen viel freundlicher. Ambiente ist ok. Tische sauber und Boden ebenfalls (schon dreckiger gesehen(, viele Junge Menschen, Lautstärke entsprechend.

Also in meinem Alter spricht mich das Essen nicht mehr so an. Für Jugendliche ist es okay.

Die Inneneinrichtung ist mächtig "abgerockt". Hab nur einen Kaffee getrunken. Liegt an der A 40. Internationales Publikum. Ansonsten Mc Donalds Standard.

War erstaunt wie lecker es war. Die Kunden dort und die Leute auf dem Parkplatz sind jedoch sehr seltsam.

Vorzügliches essen in einem hochmodernen Restaurant. Service ist an der Spitze angekommen. Es lässt sich nichts bemängeln bis auf die Blicke der neidischen Passanten. Preise sind außerdem mit Rücksicht der Inflation mehr als angemessen und die Wartezeit trotz hoher Besucherzahlen minimal.

Ewige Zeiten vergingen, seit dem ich in einem so exquisiten Etablissement Speisen konnte. Gerne wieder!!!

Das Essen war normales McDonalds-Essen, alles heiß und frisch. Die Zubereitung hat nicht lange gedauert. Alles sehr sauber, das wurde auch immer schön beigehalten. Besonders die Sauberkeit auf den Toiletten hat mich beeindruckt, auch kein Gestank! Dafür gäbe ich einen Extrastern, wenn ich könnte...

Ewig lange wartezeit am mc drive Bei der übergabe des essens hat der mitarbeiter die tüte fallen lassen! Die komplette bestellung musste neu gemacht werden - ob es nur umgepackt wurde ist nicht nachvollziehbar Essen war nämlich nicht mehr warm!

Bei Außentemperaturen von 30°, ist es hier doch richtig angenehm! Echt gut, deren Klimaanlage!

Leider häufig technische Störungen am Terminal. Gutscheine können nicht eingelöst werden. Personal kann nicht helfen.

Heute mit einem Mandanten aus der Nähe auf einen Espresso und Latte Maciato bei Mac Do gewesen. Leider war diese Filiale unterbesetzt und so war trotz leerem Restaurant um 11:00 eine sehr lange Wartezeit zu verzeichnen.

Was kann man zu dieser Fastfood - Kette schreiben? Mein persönlicher Geschmack ist das nicht. Da gibt es mittlerweile woanders viel bessere Burger & Co. Diese Filiale glänzte durch ihr Personal (ironisch gemeint)! Da wir nicht gerne über diese mittlerweile üblichen Tablets bestellen, erfolgte unsere Bestellung von Mensch zu Mensch. Zu dieser Zeit befand sich kaum Kundschaft im Restaurant, trotzdem mussten wir für unser "Fastfood" lange warten. Als das Essen dann endlich da war, mussten wir feststellen, dass von unserer Bestellung 3 Sachen fehlten, die auf unserer Rechnung standen. Dreimal musste einer von uns zum Counter gehen um das Fehlende nachzuvordern. Service geht anders!

McDonald's Neukirchen-Vluyn komplett renoviert. Mit Bestellautomaten. Überall auf der Welt die gleichen Burger und der gleiche Geschmack. Nicht gesund aber wenn man mal unterwegs oder in unbekanntem Terrain ist, weiss man immer wo man hingehen kann. Wie gesagt schmeckt überall auf der Welt gleich.

Wie so oft werden auch hier die "Haltezeiten" (10min/ Burger) nicht eingehalten. Dementsprechend lauwarm und schlabberig. Auch das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist eher unverschämt. Habe mich vom Chickenburger, 2,50€/Coupon hinreissen lassen und es wieder bereut. Zudem scheint mir das die Produkte immer kleiner und geschmacksneutral werden. Fazit: Nächstes mal nicht mehr Drive sondern direkt am Tresen prüfen und meckern oder was ehrliches beim Drönermann des Vertrauens !

Schwachmaten und saudummer Saftladen. Nie wieder. Die sind so doof die die die Schweine beissen. Endweder wenn man bestellt dann wird falsch die Ware razsgegeben. Oder man bestellt beim drive in, in den Rabattwochen hab online eine Speise gesehen, bin zu drive in und wollte es bestellen. Da kommt die Antwort, haben wir nicht, kenn ich nicht. Oh man, die wissen nicht einmal was die verkaufen. Unglaublich.

We stopped in on a mid morning weekend coffee break. This McDonalds is not far from the motorway. but, far enough not to be inundated. It was not a busy time for the restaurant so, there was no problem parking, no queuing to order, and no problem finding a seat. The food and drinks were as expected. The toilets were clean. By the time we were ready to leave, it started getting busier for lunch.

This is usefully situated off the motorway and is not too busy, Clean and up to the standard you expect.
