McDonald's Restaurant in Parchim

Positive: The branch seemed clean, the toilets were easy to use, the food was ready super quickly. But when I commented positively on this fact with a smile, the young man at the counter looked at me as if I had just insulted him and handed me my order quite apathetically. Negative: The food was cold. The burgers might have been fine, but the fries were simply no longer edible. So I went to the counter and kindly asked the same young man there if I could get the fries warm. He then stuck his fingers into the pack of fries, shrugged his shoulders without saying a word and then, without comment, filled me with another pack of the fries that had obviously been there for too long. He didn't want to talk and I didn't feel like dealing with such a character. Needless to say, the fries were just as cold and soggy as the first portion he bagged me from this batch 🙄 Conclusion: We probably won't be visiting this branch again any time soon, as we can easily find something better.

Unfortunately, there are no standing aids in the value range. The seating groups come directly to eat. There is also no real separation from the dining area. Other restaurants have solved this better.

It's just McDonalds, ice cream always tastes good, but the rest is just the rest. The new hot Double Choc bags are awesome, but have nothing to do with this exact McDonalds.

You often get the wrong food or they forget to make what you ordered, it's usually cold, the bread roll is sticky, rude staff

Paypal payment via the app apparently doesn't work, so I had to pay for the meal again in cash. Now the money has been debited from my PayPal account and I can take care of it being credited back again. I didn't get a receipt as proof because there were also problems here.

Really every time you try to give yourself another chance in Parchim you will be disappointed again. My order is constantly processed incorrectly, people are always missing or drinking, you wait forever, the wrong number is shouted into the room because the employee cannot pass on the numbers in German. Guys, what's going on, I've never seen such a bad mc. You're lucky that you're the only ones in the area and your competitors haven't noticed it yet.

Very tasty food, always happy, sometimes unfortunately overcrowded and long waiting times.

Today around 7 p.m. total chaos at the drive-in: staff completely overwhelmed, P1+P2 were no longer enough to wait, people switched to the disabled parking spaces because so many people had to wait. Food was ok, it doesn't make much sense to get the ice cream first if you then have to wait another 20 minutes. It's a shame, there are better branches where it's quick.

A terrible restaurant. Dirty. It took too long for a fast food restaurant to get my food. It didn't taste good. There was also loud music from foreign immigrants' smartphones. The next morning I had stomach pain and nausea.

Food actually tasted like it always does, if it had been complete...2x fries were missing like toys for the child and the meat on the cheeseburger was even missing in the junior bag...man man man, good staff is probably getting harder and harder to find :(

I just go to McDonald's to get ice cream 🙈 I love it, it tastes really delicious!!! , sometimes with strawberry sauce, sometimes without. The ice cream wasn't really solid today 😔, so it quickly became liquid!

Cozy and clean branch. Orders are freshly prepared and are always complete. There is also a slide for children :)

So now the third time!!! Something was written a few years ago, unfortunately it wasn't posted!? But the excitement remains the same, either the wrong products have been ripped off again or something is always missing, today I ordered ketchup mayo and sweet and sour sauce for 90 euros and it wasn't there, chicken nuggets counter-rent with salad!? Curly half with fries!? Happy meal just small fries and 4 chicken nuggets without a drink and a bag of apples!? It's not the first time!!! We've obviously checked everything but no one takes out two bags to check everything!? We also wanted to eat it at home before it got ice cold! The service, products and prices are currently a disaster!!! Everything used to be better, no matter what, everyone can make mistakes from time to time, but not as much or as often as now! We only did it for the sake of the children, who were also very often disappointed!!! Now it was the very last time!!!

In short, every 7th grade cake bazaar has better organization and structure. Food didn't taste good, the burgers didn't look good, salad was brown in places & parts of the order were missing. Also, no toilet paper in the women's toilet. It wasn't even that good!

After 60 minutes we canceled our order. Absolutely chaotic organization, the team had no plan, weak team leadership. Several tables around us waited forever for their orders. Never again!!

If you don't feel like spending your retirement on Mc Drive, I would advise against this store. Expect to wait 10-15 minutes for each car in Mc Drive. Waiting 1 hour for food is no longer uncommon. Accordingly, the food is sometimes cold and something is often missing. This has been going on for a year now. Better go somewhere else.

It seems to be normal here to have to wait over 30 minutes for the order.

The food is good, the waiting time is often bad. Every time I go to McDrive I have to go to the parking lot and wait there, even though I order standard products. The atmosphere inside is sometimes a bit dirty because there are/were too many people there. If you can afford to wait, you are definitely well advised here.

I had been to McDonald's Parchim several times back then, but had only had problems there for a long time. Long waiting times, 30-45 minutes are not uncommon, even though sometimes you only ordered one thing and the restaurant is almost empty. I wouldn't recommend milkshakes to anyone here either ..for me it was always liquid like water. Relatively dirty in the restaurant. (Men's) toilets aren't necessarily the most pleasant either.

Ordered in the app, then waited 45 for the food. Great feeling when you have to stand in the disabled parking space. Once the food is there, all the drinks were forgotten and we had to run after it, then it tastes like it has been warmed up three times. It doesn't matter, your stomach was already upset because you got the ice cream straight away at the counter... or should you drink it later???

If you want to go to a really dirty restaurant, do it here between 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. The staff was hopelessly overwhelmed. In the kitchen one person was routing and 5 were waiting for something to come forward. But at least the runner was happy that his statistics were correct even if the kitchen couldn't keep up. The runner might have taken out the rubbish from the guest room and wiped the tables every now and then. The toilet was a highlight. Especially if you are traveling with a small child. Paper everywhere and the toilet.... Well. Summary: Dear Mc-Donald Management, don't just line your own pockets, but invest in your staff.

We were again unlucky enough to stand on Mc Drive for 55 minutes even though there were only four cars in front of us! I think there is an urgent need to work on the processes and the staff!

In fact, every other McDonald's in the area is 10 times better. In order to place my order I had to go through the drive in because I wasn't served and I wasn't impatient but after 20 minutes standing at the checkout you should actually get to it orders come and that's not all. I have to check orders more often because half of them are missing or there is something completely different in them. I order with extra becon and pay an additional 1 euro for half the strip and then it's completely missing. You should throw the branch manager out, how can you Only leave 1 person at the checkout who also has to operate the cars and he or she sits in the back of the office and chills, crazy rotten liver, disgusting if you see something like that, the cashier is probably underpaid, at least I wouldn't be surprised stink mad and paid so much money for it that I now had so much stress

Waiting half an hour for something to eat is not possible

I've known McDonald's for ages (I just saw that I gave it 5 stars 4 years ago). Now all I can say is that they don't clean it anymore, the disposal containers aren't emptied either, it takes over 1/2 an hour The food is ready but it's not what you ordered, so you have to go back to the counter and wait another 1/4 hour, so the food on the table is cold again, there is no more table service, no digital display no bonuses toys for the kids are just as good... They have seen us for the last time

Der Käse auf meinen zwei Burger war eiskalt, nicht geschmolzen. Der Außenbereich, super unsauber und der Tablettwagen, total überfüllt. Dementsprechend ist der ganze Müll durch die Gegend geflogen. Qualität lässt echt nach. War früher alles viel besser. Ich finde Sauberkeit und Ordnung sollte schon sein.

Absolute disaster in Parchim for about a month. Employees who are completely overwhelmed. For me, FAST FOOD doesn't mean that I have to wait half an hour for my food. Then I can enjoy my food in a relaxed atmosphere of a restaurant. Breakfast on Sundays is only served until 10.30 a.m., which is completely incomprehensible as, in my opinion, there are uniform times in this regard. Parchim needs to work hard on its time management and employee motivation.

The food is really good... the only thing that bothers me personally is that it is prepared without gloves or headgear...

I would have liked to give no stars at all. It has been happening for a long time that you have to wait a long time for food and as a family we are already adapting to it. But the fact that we have to wait over an hour for the food even though we've already pointed it out is a complete disgrace and the answer is a colleague who says what's the point of that. About a month ago my salad was already expired then 2 weeks ago I ordered another salad and it expired again then I look at the dressing expired on April 19th / expired on April 14th something like that doesn't work. I hope this dressing doesn't eat any other balsamic dressing. So unfortunately I'm not happy with this store and yes, I was the woman who shouted loudly in the store about her food. And if there is such a shortage of staff then please bring them in from other fils. Staff on hand when you know that there is always a lot going on on Sundays. Have fun in this shed

Digga waiting more than an hour for my burger? What is that supposed to mean???

I was very relaxed after going to the cinema and just wanted to eat something relaxed. I only ordered a burger, the store was completely empty and the employees were immediately annoyed. My burger as you can see in the picture was prepared with a lot of love.

No matter what you order at McDrive, you are always directed to P1 or P2. If there are more than 4 cars, the employees run with the orders and can't find the car. Waited 21 minutes again today for a double pack menu. A pity …. Not recommended the MC Drive

But: -Unfortunately I didn't get a milkshake at SOT -Wait 20 minutes for 1xMc Smart Menu + 1Big Mac even though there was no rush of customers, the staff just worked very slowly -There was no shortage of staff. One person walked from A to B to wait for burgers -The TVs for the customers' queue numbers were unplugged -Staff goes out to bring orders to the car, then continues to work twice without washing their hands -Meanwhile there were no more straws and napkins at the service station so I had to ask the staff to give me some -the dirty toilets had no more toilet paper in both women's toilets

Unfriendly. Terrible. Ordered a large coffee, received a small coffee. Despite commenting that I ordered a large one, the nice woman said that's a large coffee... I think they just had small cups to take away. But it was still cashed in full.

Staff always seems overwhelmed. You wait ages for your food every time, it has nothing to do with fast food. Wrong orders are given out and in the MC Drive you are constantly asked what you ordered because the employees can't manage to process 7 cars. MC stupid in PCH is absolutely not recommended if you want to chew something quickly.

I worked for 9 years at McDonald's Italy and having a restaurant in these conditions wasn't allowed even when looking at it with a telescope. The staff are mostly listless and have no idea about the brand's concepts of hygiene, hospitality and customer service. The chips were cold and possessed, the quantity was incorrect, the sandwich had more wrapping than ingredients. If I had been a supervisor I wouldn't have let you pass the visit by a hair's breadth. Ordered 2 menus with nuggets of 6 also missing from the order. Dirty and unstocked place.

Auf das Essen von Bestellung am Terminal bis zum Service am Tisch, 20 Minuten gewartet. Dann haben die Saucen ( Ketchup, süß sauer dip und Majo) gefehlt. Falsche Nuggets bekommen, Spielzeug im Happy Meal hat auch gefehlt. Sauberkeit der Toiletten lässt zu wünschen übrig, Papier zum Hände abtrocknen auch nicht da gewesen. Für kleinere Kinder auch nichts zum spielen im Restaurant gewesen, wie zb in Dummerstorf. Lädt nicht zum wohlfühlen ein

Bei hohen Betrieb ist es leider echt schwierig wenn zwei Terminals mit Kartenzahlung ausfallen. Nachtrag: Heute 20.08. Haben wir zwar 20 min gewartet. Dann wurden Nuggets vergessen aber... es war heute verdammt voll und unfassbar viel Betrieb. 🍦

Essen ist bekannt, Service unterdurchschnittlich, langsam und unfreundlich. Ambiente: irgendwie ist es immer schmutzig wenn ich da bin. Immer liegt im Außenbereich Verpackungsmüll herum.

Am Terminal war Hafermilch für den Cappuccino erhältlich und ich habe auch dafür bei der Bestellung dafür bezahlt. An der Theke sagte man mir dann, dass es keine Hafermilch gibt, nur laktosefreie Milch. So habe ich einfach einen doppelten Espresso genommen, der weniger kostet... Es konnte mir nicht gut geschrieben werden oder auch kein Geld zurück gebucht werden. Das ein Produkt nicht da ist, ist völlig okay. Aber dann muss das im System vermerkt sein oder das Geld zurück gebucht werden können. So war es einfach schlecht.

Soweit alles gut, nur die Holz Löffel zum Eis gehen gar nicht haben den Geschmack total versaut.

Aufmerksames Personal, saubere Tische.

Bei Bestellungen mit + 2 Beef heißt das dass extra 2x Fleisch dazu kommt. Nicht dass es nur 2 stück insgesamt sind. McDonalds hat auf diese Weise schon ordentlich geld an mir verdient. KP was daran so schwer is. 1+2=3 immerhin zahlt man ja auch 2x extra

Sehr enttäuscht 😞. Haben ne halbe bis dreiviertel Stunde warten müssen. Musste ca 5 mal rein laufen weil was vergessen wurde oder alle die nach uns kamen ihre Bestellung sofort bekommen hatten während wir warten mussten. Zu wenig Personal und nicht kundenfreundlich.

Der langsamste MC Drive im MD Universum. Niemand bekommt seine Bestellung sofort, einfach jeder wird auf einen Parkplatz gelotst, selbst wenn man das einzige Auto im Drive ist. Bevor man überhaupt zum Schalter kommt vergeht schon so viel Zeit, dass man bereut sich überhaupt angestellt zu haben. Slow Food! Dann wartet man noch 10 min im Auto. Die Bestellung ist dann meistens noch falsch. Bei der Wartezeit sollte man in irgendeiner Form entschädigt werden. Wir reden über durchschnittlich 30 min.
