I would like to say a big thank you to one of the employees at the checkout at McDonald's! I don't speak German or English that well, but he was very friendly, patient and still understood me well. He helped me get the Minecraft toys I wanted and my order was exactly right. The food was also very tasty. I am really happy with the service – thank you very much!🤗
You put in a lot of effort. Regarding friendliness etc.
It just doesn't help. Because it has nothing to do with fast food. Unfortunately, waiting times of up to 20 minutes are common. We recommend ordering a pizza.
This branch definitely has the most incompetent employees in the world. We ordered vegan, plant-based burgers from a delivery service. When they arrived, they had cheese on them. So we had to call and complain. The employee on the phone was very nice and accommodating, but we had to come by ourselves to get our replacement burgers, as there was no delivery service available. When we arrived at the branch, new burgers were prepared. This time, there was no cheese on them, but they did have the sandwich sauce, which we also had removed during the configuration process. So they had to prepare these four burgers a third time. I honestly can't believe the kind of people who work there. 🤣
Waited 30 minutes for the food and it still doesn't come. Although I asked again. After 40 minutes the food came, but you couldn't eat in peace because a McDonald's employee swept under my table twice and wanted me to lift my legs for a moment.
The food was very good. The service was very friendly and quick. The restaurant, the restrooms, and the surrounding area were well-maintained and clean. The tables were wiped down regularly. Our MD in Emden should learn a thing or two from their example.
We were just there to eat. The lady called out the number 265. I said yes and showed the piece of paper with the number 265 on it. I sat down at the table and noticed that the food was wrong. So I went over and asked if I had received the wrong food. After speaking to the manager, it turned out that I really had the wrong food and then nothing more was said to me. I waited a few minutes and just when I was about to say that this is too stupid and I want my money back, the food was suddenly ready. In short, I didn't want to spend any money and had a little argument so that I could get the right food. McDonald's is over for me.
Had dinner there last Saturday. Forgot to give us three portions of fries. Otherwise everything was OK. At least until I had a stomach ache in three hours. Next day hospital with poisoning! Thinking it was the arugula!
Four of us went to this Burger King, and unfortunately, the visit was anything but satisfactory. Something was made wrong with every single order. Three times, these were minor errors – for example, the sweet and sour sauce we ordered wasn't included, the Whopper was missing ketchup, and the chili cheese fries had jalapeños on them even though we had specifically requested them.
The most serious error, however, was with my order: I ordered a plant-based burger, and it actually had meat on it! I got a new one, and they confirmed that it really did have meat on it – how could something like that happen? This is not only annoying, but also absolutely unacceptable.
We also had to wait half an hour for our food. The staff were generally very slow. Overall, a very disappointing experience – something like that simply shouldn't happen in a restaurant, especially with mistakes like that.
