Completely renovated! Great place, clean, well-lit, and good music!! I'll definitely be back!!

They've renovated, it's now super modern and offers fast food.

While passing through for a business meeting in Augsburg, we ordered a small breakfast (3 coffees + muffins) to go at 9:00 a.m. in a completely empty restaurant. The wait was 17 minutes, and it was one of three orders. We were mistakenly told to eat in instead of takeout. What was supposed to be a relaxed arrival 15 minutes before the meeting turned into a late arrival. The staff were rude and overwhelmed (three employees in an otherwise empty restaurant). The worst McDonald's experience in the last decade.

Where did the vegetarian burger go? McDonald's never had much choice for vegetarians, but not even a burger is weak.

Everything is new since the renovation and reopening on October 23, 2025. Many new impressions.

I ordered a Coke at the McDrive and only got water, and they also forgot to give me the extra sauce. However, everything was charged and listed correctly on the receipt, as ordered.

No app, slow, and unfortunately not outstanding in terms of quality. "Fast" isn't really an option here, so it's better to wait until you get to Langenbruck near the A9, where you can order more via the app, select vouchers, and everything is up to date.

Coupons from the app aren't accepted, so you can't redeem points. It's basically a 2005 McDonald's.

I've been a customer at this McDonald's for years, and honestly, it's unbelievable how often things go wrong here. I've experienced as many incorrect orders at almost no other branch in Germany as here. As soon as you order something other than the standard (e.g., without onions), it's a gamble as to what you'll end up getting. Sometimes there are onions, sometimes not – regardless of whether you ask repeatedly and explicitly point this out. On top of that, sauces like ketchup or mayo are regularly missing, and sometimes entire burgers are forgotten. I've visited many McDonald's branches in Germany, but this is by far the most unreliable. For a company of this size, that's a disgrace!

Walking into this McDonald's brings you back to the 90s. They have no machines, orders are taken old style and you wait for your food. This would have been OK if the staff understood what they even had available. One of the workers didn't know the difference between BBQ sauce and sweet sour sauce. Because they have no automated machines they do not participant with the app even though they are listed on the app.

Very friendly staff, and unlike other restaurants, the burgers are neatly assembled.

They don't have displays, and you can't order via app.

I often pass this McDonald's on the B300 on Tuesday evenings. I keep making the mistake of stopping at this one instead of driving on and getting something to eat at the one on the A9... It's an old shop that hasn't switched to the terminal ordering system. That might not even be so bad if orders were at least processed quickly. I was there on Tuesday, and there was a family (4 people) and another customer in front of me. There were also 3 customers at the second checkout... That's not really a big deal for a fast food restaurant... But I waited forever... The line behind me stretched all the way to the entrance. When it was my turn, I got one of the 3 burgers I ordered, and the rest arrived. One of them was even wrong, so I didn't care because the price was the same and I didn't feel like running around again... That wasn't the first time it took forever. The food was okay this time; I've had worse there. The staff are friendly and helpful, but somehow things aren't running quite smoothly. Overall, though, it's not what you'd expect. It's simply much better to order your food at the terminal and have it delivered to your table complete and usually fresh. I've come to expect that little bit of service even at McDonald's, because the prices are premium these days! €6.19, by the way, for a single Big McVitie's... Officially, it's a "better Leberkäse sandwich."

Very friendly staff, the food as good as any other Meccanica, nothing to complain about. Ordering is still done the old-school way at the counter, but they're probably converting to ordering kiosks in the next few weeks.

The McDonald's in Schrobenhausen is conveniently located directly on the B300, making it perfect for a quick stop while traveling. Access is easy, parking is plentiful, and the restaurant is wheelchair accessible. The dining area is clean and tidy, with a typically modern McDonald's ambiance. Orders are processed quickly, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The food meets the usual McDonald's standards: burgers freshly prepared, fries hot and crispy, and drinks well chilled. The free Wi-Fi and the good view of the play area are also practical, making a visit with children relaxing. For a quick snack, a leisurely coffee, or a simple lunch, this branch is a reliable stop. In conclusion: Friendly service, clean premises, and easy accessibility make the McDonald's in Schrobenhausen a recommendable option for on-the-go dining or during your lunch break.

Another old-school McDonald's. It was really nice to be able to order my food from friendly people. I prefer this personal experience so much more than those ordering machines.

Unfriendly service at the checkout. Example: Which sauce do you want? The regular or the new one? No explanation of what's what. No idea what's going wrong. Sorry, never again 😕

Unfortunately, this is truly the worst McDonald's for miles around. For example, you order a drink without ice cubes (because otherwise it just tastes like water), and then the team/service trainee tells you that it's too hot. They argue instead of processing your order properly. Unfriendly service. The food is cold, the fries are either unsalted or oversalted, and the cleanliness of the restaurant leaves a lot to be desired. Leftover food on tables and benches... they avoid confronting you about it.

No "fast" food. Wait times like in a real restaurant. Prices like in a real restaurant. Quality like McDonald's.

The worst McDonald's in Germany. You can't redeem points there, and on top of that, you have to wait forever for the food – about 10 minutes – and either the ice cream machine doesn't work or there's no cookie dough. I'd love to give this McDonald's 0 stars, but unfortunately, I have to give it 1. I recommend taking the longer trip to Schweitenkirchen, where at least everything works the way it should at a McDonald's.

Horrible. Cold burgers and half the order forgotten.

Damn mess! About every second order I make at the drive-thru is missing something I paid for.

The counter staff was terrible. My kids don't want to go back :-( There are, of course, some nice exceptions. Now I have to write again. I tried the new Chicken Big Mac, but what I found in the box was more like a cold puzzle for the price. The service staff weren't very motivated again.

Well, in a pinch and in a hurry, that's fine.

Worst service for miles around. The manager/shift supervisor CHATS (in English) with the employees while you have to wait 15 minutes for fries. No apology or information that it will be a minute. There are eight people standing behind the counter, working in slow motion. By far the worst McDonald's we've ever been to, and that's quite a few. They can only survive there because of the "walk-in" customers from the main road; I can't imagine locals going there. Better to drive the few meters to Dasing!

Excellent, fast and friendly service! The cleanliness is at a good level, and the sandwiches are fresh and crisp. The staff is smiling and friendly!

A good McDonald's, unfortunately not included in the app.

Unfortunately, one of the worst McDs in the area. I regularly go to various McDs. I'll never go here again. No table service. No ordering kiosks. With a maximum of 10 cars in the parking lot, you'd have to wait 15 minutes to order. The biggest downside is the restrooms. The men's restroom is barely usable because it smells so bad.

What can you say? It's just fast food! When it comes to food, everyone likes to cook, but you can eat it. My wife and I wanted a mcFlurry minecraft edition for dessert. With vanilla flavor, pistachio sauce and some chocolate pieces. The ice cream was definitely NOT worth the 3.99!! It's actually a shame to sell something like that. The pistachio sauce was only visible in tiny streaks and tasted like nothing! Looked more like it was nasal mucus from an extremely sick person. My wife even said "Slimer" goo (the ghost from Ghostbusters, for those who don't know who or what Slimer is). The vanilla ice cream tasted more like simple milk ice cream with a lot of water added. And those chocolate chips were way too much. It wasn't worth the money! After three spoonfuls of snacks, I gave it back and complained. Got the money back. Rarely have I had such bad ice cream

Not modernized or only economy version of MC D as far as the selection is concerned.

The town of Schrobenhausen does, but the quality of the food is not at McDonalds. Fries 5mm thin and lukewarm, cheeseburger soggy and rolls getting smaller and smaller, ketchup sachets almost a luxury at €0.50.

Absolutely a shame, I ordered a cheeseburger with the hope that the cheese would be melted at this branch this time. At least it wasn't, just like with my crispy chicken burger! It's absolutely disappointing when you go ahead and order a new burger at the checkout (saying you'd like a warm one with melted cheese), it's also disappointing when it doesn't correspond to what you ordered again. 18 degrees cheese temperature is too low and you still can't make burgers for a burger restaurant😂

Hello, I totally advise against stopping here! The staff treats consumers with contempt... The ladies seem to work there as punishment. The breakfast offer is the so-called cold plate ☺️, wraps, sandwiches are served cold.. after asking the lady serving the place, she replied that the tomato is cold, therefore the entire sandwich/wrap is also cold... Overall, I don't recommend it! It's better to go to the store next door and grab a plain roll to eat!

We called there because we wanted to order a Happy Meal, and an employee called again a short time later and told us that it was ready for pickup. We entered the McDonald's branch just a few minutes later and the same employee told us that the order hadn't even been accepted.

The usual McDonald's standard. The individual parts of my Mcrib were so dislocated within the box that my fingers were full of sauce when I took them out. Just the usual standard. My menu only included one of these ultra-thin napkins. The trolley for the trays was packed, despite the restaurant being moderately busy at 11:30 a.m. The toilet is well below McDonald's standards. One of the urinals seemed to have been blocked for a long time. There was at least liters of urine in it. Funnily enough, the second urinal is located directly in front of the inward-opening door. So anyone who stands here to urinate will have it rammed into their side every time they open the door. Potentially causes wet trouser legs or shoes.

If you want to be ignored when ordering and at the checkout, this is the place for you. This shop has nothing to do with fast food. There are three of the cast standing in the kitchen making small talk. The furnishings are also a bit old and don't look very appealing. A little more cleanliness would be desirable. I will definitely not let go of my money here anymore.

Unfortunately it gets worse from time to time, it's a real shame. They have always been friendly so far and they always put in a lot of effort, including the heart...❤️ But...🫣 There are peak times when they are simply overwhelmed in the store. The waste system could also be changed, where the customer can dispose of it themselves. All the cars are full and of course they stay where they are. No indoor play area for the little ones. Drive in could be staffed twice, third checkout could be staffed... too few staff. Or you could finally order everything digitally. Then there would be no cash register and everything would go much faster. Delivery is also not yet possible.

The food was cold but was remade upon request. That's what the stars are for. Otherwise the whole shop was disgustingly dirty, with grease and food residue everywhere (both on and under the tables). Since it was already late, some people were already sitting up, of course on the tables that hadn't been cleaned... I don't think it's so bad that the technology hasn't arrived in the Bavarian hinterland yet (orders are ordered at the counter, there are no terminals) but there has to be a certain level of basic cleanliness. MC DONALDS should keep an eye on the franchisee here...

A cozy McDonalds branch, unfortunately at least one missing item in almost every order 😞 Update: Today we drive through McDrive, check immediately after receiving the goods and "of course" one of four burgers is missing. We received this without any problems after complaining about it in the branch. Unfortunately, my check wasn't precise enough - neither the Chicken McNuggets sauces nor sour cream and ketchup were there - and last but not least, a napkin for four people. I don't blame the poor people behind the counter, they're probably under enough stress...

Completely overwhelmed staff, wanted to order, not possible due to the extreme language barrier of the non-German speaking service employee, were just misunderstood, you could only pay with card at 1 checkout, which was not written anywhere! We ended up leaving without ordering! There are also no ordering machines.

Just disgusting. I was there today for the second time in four weeks. The first time I thought they might have had a bad day. A few weeks later, exactly the same picture: tables and benches greasy and dirty, as well as the floor, nothing had been cleaned for a long time. We were there for about 45 minutes, and no one cleaned the tables or anything else during that time. The toilet looked totally disgusting, and of course the soap dispenser was empty. Who knows how long. No indication of when the toilet was last cleaned. Probably not at all today. It is not possible to redeem rewards via the app, answer: “we still have the old system”. How much longer? By the way, the fries were drowned in fat and cold. Sorry, but that just doesn't work at all! 😡

No order machines? Can't order with the app? Welcome to Germany 2024! Ridiculous! The first McDonald's in 3 years that is at the same level as 1990...

When you walk into this McDonald's you feel like you've been catapulted 20 years into the past. Unfortunately, this also applies to the entire offer. Even the work steps were never modernized... APP usage? None. The store doesn't even appear in the app. McDelivery? None... Food, well... cold fries... and how many years have I not had ice in my drinks at all the other McDonalds? Here the cup is full of ice cream again... IN DECEMBER! This McDonalds needs to be modernized from the ground up!

I live in the immediate vicinity of this McDonald's. Unfortunately, I will only ever go to Langenbruck to McDonald's or to Sulzemoos because the McDonald's is simply old and run down. The franchisee should urgently renovate its branches in Schrobenhausen and Dasing and bring them up to date with vending machines and mc Café. The food doesn't taste particularly good in this branch either. The salad in the burger and the nuggets usually feel a little older and the burger bread usually feels a little harder. In MC Drive you often wait for ages because of a small order and you think the staff will be overwhelmed. It's a shame that they aren't finally rebuilding here in Schrobenhausen and Dasing because it's been overdue for years. I think sales would increase again after a renovation.

this place is not a modern mc donald’s where you can order on the giant screens but the workers are incredibly nice and it generally has a great atmosphere!

One of the best McDonald's I've ever been to. Nice staff, the burger was really freshly made and even left out the onions (which many others can't do). You feel like you've been transported back to your childhood when you sit down and it's just great

This branch is actually like the others. Unfortunately, no requests for orders can be taken into account here. I just wanted bacon with the burger, but they only sell standard dishes! I have no idea what wasn't feasible about it... What a shame.

An employee at the mci with red hair shouted at her employees in front of all the customers, which was very rude as there were a lot of customers standing behind and and in our opinion the employee didn't do anything wrong and was unsettled by it.

Were in the drive in, were served quickly and didn't have to wait. The only thing, as with almost all Drivrs, is the speaker, which is incomprehensible.

Worst McDonalds in the surrounding area. I live almost next door, but I'm more drawn to Sulzemoos (Top Mci!). SOB is simply run down and at an old level. The franchisee should urgently upgrade to the current Mci level (screens, McCafe, etc).

Another one of the older Mc Dos. Food was good. Service was very friendly

Went to the “Drive In” and waited 45 minutes, and then the food was no longer warm. Our order was 4 cheeseburgers. During that time, 8 customers have already driven past.

No digital order system! No panels, no phone order, only one coupon per order and you also don‘t get any points. The food is just like every other McDonalds, but the missing digital ordering makes this one a lot worse.

1. Staff completely overwhelmed with coupons 2. Staff annoyed by everyone and everything (there were at most 10 people inside with us) 3. Burgers were still lukewarm and cheese was already hard again 4. Completely oversalt the fries 5. Very unkempt inside (trash can overflowing, fries everywhere on the floor.....) Ordered in the drive and got fries that were at least 3 hours old, hard, shriveled and lukewarm. Mc Flurry was just room temperature milk broth. Unfortunately we only noticed it when we were on the street. I disposed of everything in the nearest trash can. That was the first and last time, just disgusting. Spent a lot of money on inedible things. I was surprised that everything started so quickly and that the Mc Flurry cup didn't feel cold. I'm really really mad!!!!

I wanted to have breakfast here, which I did. Unfortunately, even though I was alone in the restaurant, the staff was completely overwhelmed. I had a menu with an additional drink, but unfortunately the lady didn't manage to put together the right menu for me. Unfortunately, it seems to be really difficult to find specialist staff.

No order terminal. No socket. Not recommendable. I just left again. Needed electricity for my power banks but didn't have a socket.

Very nice and hardworking staff. I don't go to McDonald's that often, but I enjoyed the restaurant. Everything very clean.

Went here again today and it was pure chaos again. Apart from the fact that there is neither a Mc Cafe here nor screens for ordering, I find it really audacious that the coupons haven't worked here twice. Either you didn't order or you were unlucky. This urgently needs to be renovated and improved. Today there was actually a heater (electric) in here and it was cold as hell!

drive in works well, never forgotten anything so far. My visits to the restaurant were less marked by fame. It felt like the service took 20 years to record my order correctly. and it was just a royal ts menu with coke zero... and she forgot it 5 times and had to ask 5 times... and then took a seat... then comes the food... and forgot the drink... and it was really not much going on... there were maybe... 5-6 people in the restaurant... she was also visibly embarrassed and apparently she wasn't new...

A surprise... In this McDonalds restaurant you actually have to stand in line and look at the board at the top to see what you want while ordering. Otherwise there is no other chance to get something to eat 😅 😅. But the staff is really nice and friendly. In terms of taste, it's just like McDonald's.
