Ordered McPlant but didn't get one. Employees simply forgot

Were in the drive in, were served quickly and didn't have to wait. The only thing, as with almost all Drivrs, is the speaker, which is incomprehensible.

I love this little McDonald's alke, they are super fun and not so crowded and you can still order old fashioned

Here we found another classic MC. With service counter and staff.

Unfortunately, when we were there in the afternoon, the staff was hopelessly overwhelmed. We also couldn't bring our tablets back because everything was already piled up here.

Not a single person got what they wanted and there were 5 of us! Next time I'll go to Burger King! 🍔👑

Worst McDonalds in the surrounding area. I live almost next door, but I'm more drawn to Sulzemoos (Top Mci!). SOB is simply run down and at an old level. The franchisee should urgently upgrade to the current Mci level (screens, McCafe, etc).

Food was good. Staff and service also top. Overall I have nothing to complain about

Went to the “Drive In” and waited 45 minutes, and then the food was no longer warm. Our order was 4 cheeseburgers. During that time, 8 customers have already driven past.

No digital order system! No panels, no phone order, only one coupon per order and you also don‘t get any points. The food is just like every other McDonalds, but the missing digital ordering makes this one a lot worse.

1. Staff completely overwhelmed with coupons 2. Staff annoyed by everyone and everything (there were at most 10 people inside with us) 3. Burgers were still lukewarm and cheese was already hard again 4. Completely oversalt the fries 5. Very unkempt inside (trash can overflowing, fries everywhere on the floor.....) Conclusion Never again . I'd rather continue to be hungry

Ordered in the drive and got fries that were at least 3 hours old, hard, shriveled and lukewarm. Mc Flurry was just room temperature milk broth. Unfortunately we only noticed it when we were on the street. I disposed of everything in the nearest trash can. That was the first and last time, just disgusting. Spent a lot of money on inedible things. I was surprised that everything started so quickly and that the Mc Flurry cup didn't feel cold. I'm really really mad!!!!

Yeah, um... Cherry bag has been over for over 45 minutes... Waiting in line for 30 minutes, no MC coffee, no slide, no burgers, still sitting outside after 30 minutes with no burger... What's going on here... Simple no...

Not particularly, just McDonald's.

I wanted to have breakfast here, which I did. Unfortunately, even though I was alone in the restaurant, the staff was completely overwhelmed. I had a menu with an additional drink, but unfortunately the lady didn't manage to put together the right menu for me. Unfortunately, it seems to be really difficult to find specialist staff.

No order terminal. No socket. Not recommendable. I just left again. Needed electricity for my power banks but didn't have a socket.

Very nice and hardworking staff. I don't go to McDonald's that often, but I enjoyed the restaurant. Everything very clean.

Went here again today and it was pure chaos again. Apart from the fact that there is neither a Mc Cafe here nor screens for ordering, I find it really audacious that the coupons haven't worked here twice. Either you didn't order or you were unlucky. This urgently needs to be renovated and improved. Today there was actually a heater (electric) in here and it was cold as hell!

drive in works well, never forgotten anything so far. My visits to the restaurant were less marked by fame. It felt like the service took 20 years to record my order correctly. and it was just a royal ts menu with coke zero... and she forgot it 5 times and had to ask 5 times... and then took a seat... then comes the food... and forgot the drink... and it was really not much going on... there were maybe... 5-6 people in the restaurant... she was also visibly embarrassed and apparently she wasn't new...

A surprise... In this McDonalds restaurant you actually have to stand in line and look at the board at the top to see what you want while ordering. Otherwise there is no other chance to get something to eat 😅 😅. But the staff is really nice and friendly. In terms of taste, it's just like McDonald's.

So very disappointing. The fact that there is no breakfast is one thing, but the fact that you work so listlessly is another. The tables are dirty and the floor is also really disgusting. Even the benches are dirty. We were the only guests so we had time to clean up, but people don't think much of that here. I have no idea what they are doing, we waited forever for our order

Food is ok. Just McDonald's. Employees really rude, tell you to just sit somewhere else. Tablets? There are none. Why even if no one wants to come over anyway? And with that, have a nice Saturday evening.

Very friendly and approachable staff, quick and efficient. Small and quiet, well-kept parking lot with charging station for electric cars. Here, like in the old days, people order and pay directly at the counter and maintain personal contact with the guest. No order panels… The selection of classic dishes is extensive. Even though there is no McCafe here, the coffee is, as usual, very digestible and good. Large, modern outdoor area.

It takes forever at the ordering machine. My colleagues were already drinking coffee until I clicked through all the menu suggestions and new options suggested in the box. You just go to the counter. Like the last 50 years

Worst McDonald's experience in a long time. The burgers were pre-produced in the warming display and were unfortunately hard and dried out. The boss also grooms the employees in front of the guests.

A modern and stylish restaurant from the "McDonalds" chain with a good and easy location near B 300. Smiling and friendly staff - fast and quality service! There is an indoor children's corner - there is no children's slide outside. Fresh and delicious food. There is a large free parking lot in a large shopping area with many shops and services. It works every day from 09:00. Until 23.00 Saturday and Sunday open until later.

Actually not bad, but mobile ordering via cell phone or screens would make a lot of things easier and would also be more contemporary.

It's always a good option to grab a quick bite to eat on the way. I have never been and never will be a fan of burgers, but the food was okay.

Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter sind wirklich unfreundlich. Sie lassen einen eine halbe Stunde auf das fertige Essen warten, weil sie die ganze Zeit miteinander flirten. So etwas sollte privat passieren und nicht während der Arbeit, besonders wenn Ihr keine Lust auf Arbeit habt. Es gibt Gehalt für Burger. Bitte ruiniert nicht den Ruf von McDonald's.

Ein McDonalds der der Zeit extrem hinterher ist. Im Vergleich zu anderen Filialen fällt diese leider durch. Keine Terminals und damit nicht in der App zu finden. Schade.

Endlich mal wieder ein Mac Donald, in dem man noch analog bestellt. Sehr freundliche Bedienung!

Gutes Essen , schnell,preiswert, sauber , freundlich...was will man mehr. Gerne wieder

Essen ist immer sehr gut gemacht, besser als bei anderen. War 3 mal dort und die Mitarbeiter haben obwohl ich perfekt Hochdeutsch gesprochen habe, meine Bestellung nicht am Drive In verstanden und mir dann was anderes gegeben.

Klo's erinnern an Bahnhof Waren leider schon öfters hier, Essen ist immer kalt. Personal ist aber freundlich, sofern es deutsch spricht/versteht.

Burgerbrötchen von gestern oder vorgestern

Das Essen ist wie immer, die Mitarbeiter sind auch alle sehr fleißig und freundlich aber, der Laden ist sehr schlecht geplant und es dauert recht lange bis man mal dran kommt, wenn mal paar Leute mehr da sind. Hier werden die Mitarbeiter richtig ausgepresst statt 1, 2 Leute mehr einzuplanen. Ausserdem wird man ausgegrenzt wenn man die App nicht herunterlädt. Hast du die App nicht, hast du Nachteile. Gutscheine funktioniert nur in Kombination mit der App, ohne bekommst du keine. Sonderwünsche können ebenfalls nicht umgesetzt werden. Es gibt auch kein Doppelpack Menü, wie sonst üblich. Alles in allem ist es einer der schlechtesten McDonald's in der Region. Würde jedem empfehlen einen alternativen McDonald's zu besuchen.

Pommes waren kalt, fettig und labbrig und die Prämien aus der McDonalds App können in dieser Filiale nicht eingelöst werden. War das letzte Mal, dass ich dort was gegessen hab.

Die Thekenkraft war unheimlich. Meine Kinder wollen nicht mehr hin :-( Es gibt natürlich nette Ausnahmen.

Wir wissen nicht, warum die Filiale technisch so hinterher ist. Auch ist es sehr dunkel. Man kann nicht online bestellen bzw. muss man jeden App Coupon einzeln bezahlen. Bei 4 Coupon kann das schon eine gefühlte Ewigkeit dauern. Das ist schon sehr merkwürdig, warum da vom Betreiber nicht investiert wird.

Kleiner McDonald`s in nicht Deutscher Hand. Funktioniert reibungslos, immer alles bekommen, keine Beschwerden. Selbst am Drive-in Schalter alles top.

Mega heut top personal alles frisch ind schnell

Keine Strohhalme und Deckel. Restaurant sehr schmutzig. (Tische, Bänke, Boden, ...) Toiletten auch ... übler gestank. Sogar Kinder wollten schnell wieder raus aus dem Laden. Traurig, da ich ihnen damit eigentlich eine Freude machen wollte.

So wie es sein soll, nettes Personal und sauberes Restaurant.

Personal ist freundlich und bemüht. Die Männertoiletten haben nach Urin gestunken, selten so erlebt. Die Atmosphäre beim Essen im Restaurant wurde getrübt vom ununterbrochenen lauten Piepsen von allen möglich Geräten in der Küche. Wirklich dauerhaft und sehr laut. Der Chickenburger war "OK", nicht super aber passt. Der Hamburger war komplett trocken, kalt und hat nach Nichts geschmeckt. Schade. Hätte ich Zeit gehabt, hätte ich den Hamburger zurückgegeben. Die Pommes waren allerdings ganz gut.

Freundliche Mitarbeiter , ansonsten MC Donalds

Dieser McDonald’s nimmt nicht am Punkteprogramm teil und akzeptiert auch keine Coupons. Frühstück gibt es auch nicht, obwohl schon um 9 Uhr geöffnet wird. Preislich deutlich teurer als viele andere McDonald’s Filialen. Dafür waren der Cheeseburger und die Pommes frisch.

Burger ohne Geschmack. Ein bisschen Salz würde schon mal helfen

Sauberer mc. Ohne bestellautomaten und ohne app Anbindung. Mitarbeiter auf zack aber schnell genervt. Jeder Gutschein muss separat gezahlt werden und amex geht hier auch nicht. Essen wie üblich aber zumindest eher frisch und warm.

Waren am Sonntag da, sehr viel los

Leider war es diesmal nicht so, wie ich es von anderen McDonald‘s gewohnt bin🤨 Mein BIC Cheeseburger mit Bacon und Pommes Frites war leider nichts . Die Fritten waren kalt, der Bic Cheeseburger mit Bacon 🥓 war auch kalt 🫢 Ich habe reklamiert, da sagte man mir, ob ich vielleicht so lange gewartet hätte. Dies war wohl ein Scherzfrage 🫢Ich habe mich in diesem Restaurant auf den nächstmöglichsten Platz gesetzt, direkt neben der Bediener Theke und habe angefangen zu essen. Die Fritten waren nicht warm und der Burger auch nicht . Nach kurzem hin und her hat man es zurückgenommen und hat mir einen neuen gegeben. Doch dieser neue war fast schon das Fleisch verbrannt und den Bacon 🥓 musste man suchen ☹️ Ich bin davon überzeugt, dass wenn man etwas heißer serviert, nicht so hart , dunkel und trocken sein muss, wie man mir es zum 2. Versuch gegeben hat. I Außer der Limonade , ging alles zurück 😞 Ich bin überzeugt, dass ich das letzte Mal bei diesem McDonald’s halt gemacht habe , auf der Strecke von Ingolstadt nach Augsburg B3000. Der Junge Mann und die junge Frau an der bedienerthekeTheke waren freundlich, aber alles, was hinten aus der Küche kam, ließ zu wünschen über !!! Wenn ich vielleicht zum ersten Mal dieses verzerrt hätte, könnte man sagen ich hab keine Ahnung oder keinen Geschmack , doch habe es schon öfter gegessen und sogar schon auf dem Weg mit nach Hause genommen !! Allerdings von einem anderen Macdonald und es hat super geschmeckt. Vielleicht hat man bei dieser Stelle Von McDonald’s die Einstellung, was hier vorbei fährt kommt so schnell nicht wieder, da es an einer Durchgangsstrecke liegt ! Doch wie ich nun hier in den Rezessionen entnehmen konnte, bin ich nicht die Einzige, welche leider nichts gutes Schreiben kann!!! Für Kunden zu gewinnen, muss man schon eine andere Einstellung haben!! Ich finde es sehr schade ☹️
