Unfortunately, things have deteriorated considerably... We've ordered here many times, including today... The apple fritters have no flavor anymore; they just taste like flour and water fried in fat :(... Our meat wasn't good either... Dear Burger King:)

So where do I even begin, we ordered and the food arrived but when we opened it it was a disaster, we ordered fried noodles with vegetables twice, we asked for no chicken and we got it and on top of that it was spicy and with far too much meat, the rice with vegetables and chicken was also a disaster, the spring rolls had no vegetables in them and the sauce was far too runny and not good at all, we were extremely disappointed today

The delivery service insulted us. The food was tasteless. It was still warm, but the rest of the food was below par.

I've been ordering here frequently for four years and I don't understand the bad reviews. I order pizzas, burgers, wraps, appetizers, and desserts and I've never had a reason to complain—not even my guests! The food is hot and always arrives pretty quickly, despite notices of delays. And my review wasn't bought!! ✌️I'm really always very satisfied! 😃

Order placed through Lieferando. Family pizza ordered with extra cheese, but there was no extra cheese to be seen. We also ordered tiramisu for dessert, which smelled like stale milk and tasted sour. Never again.

Used to be great, but has been a flop for a while now 👎 I haven't ordered from here for a long time. The pizza is more like pizza bread; very dry, the dough is so thin you can see through it, very, very, very little topping, the material used is very minimal, and it's nowhere near worth the money... any frozen pizza is a winner here, definitely the last time, a shame.

We ordered a salad with yogurt dressing, and everything was perfect. The dressing was in a plastic bag rather than in the salad. We also had a hot dog with it, but unfortunately, it was more like a mustard with a bit of hot dog than a hot dog with mustard. The bun was way too hard. We usually love ordering there, but this was awful.

Recently, there's been almost no cheese on pizzas anymore! Pizza toppings are generally being cut back. This wasn't the case until a few weeks ago.

The food was just not good, the pizza was like it was frozen and the spaghetti was just disgusting, no real minced meat and it tasted like it was made days before

If I could give it 0 stars, I would! We wanted to try something new and ordered from Lieferando. We had rigaroni with cream sauce, where I had written "please also with ham." Of course, there was no ham, and the sauce was just tasteless, unseasoned cream. For €12, that's truly outrageous! It probably cost €1 to make. My husband had the BBQ burger. Everything was just frozen and supermarket stuff. We definitely could have done better ourselves. He also had the country potatoes with chicken, which we're not sure if it was shredded chicken or minced meat slapped into a pan with peppers and other ingredients. Simply mush! (See pictures) The worst meal we've ever had! Definitely NEVER again!!!!!

Partly horrible, partly fantastic. Ordered via Lieferando. The supplier was very friendly and accommodating and the delivery came quickly and on time. My crispy chicken burger was to die for! The onion rings were also very tasty and you could see that they didn't come from a package, but were cut and breaded yourself. Now for the bad points. Take a look at the pictures. The gyro with tzatziki was something else without tzatziki and disgusting. The dressing on the salad didn't taste good and wasn't seasoned. The “baked banana” consists of unseasoned lumps of dough with a minimal amount of banana. You really had to look for the banana (see pictures) and it was inedible. I would say that some things you can eat with appetite, other dishes are better given to the pigs. I don't want to try it again. Addendum: After eating, make sure there is a toilet nearby or stay seated. Affects 2 out of 3 people who ate it. We washed a few lettuce leaves and removed the disgusting dressing to give to the rabbits. Even they didn't want to eat it, even though they usually love salad.

We ordered several burgers & nuggets & fries to try. The meat patties are frozen goods of average quality. The buns are probably frozen or at least packed goods. Sauces are ready-made sauces. Cucumbers, lettuce, etc. appear fresh. Unfortunately not really warm. The nuggets are poor quality, probably molded meat. Unfortunately, the fries were already soft upon arrival. All in all, you can do this if you really want to eat something but don't want to go out. However, in my opinion the prices are actually too high for the performance. Not recommended with a clear conscience, sorry.

After another attempt, a new peak was reached today. Imagine, you place the order and you are promised a 5 euro tip if the order is delivered in 30 minutes, and 3 euros if it is delivered within 45 minutes and then unfortunately no tip from minute 46... that was just a thing small incentive, not a must, just an offer, a motivation... Another delivery service recently took advantage of the offer and was very happy about it and said "that was very creative and something new" and for both of them the reception at the door was very amusing because the food was delivered within 20 minutes... And now imagine... today, strangely enough, the meal at Hot Burger only took 22 minutes... and that's why the driver got the 5 euros... and do you know what he said at the end?!?!?! ? "I don't need to do that again" .... 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 And I asked why and he came back defiant and said it was just because you don't do something like that and on a Sunday, for example, when there's a lot going on, that will never be possible... then I first had to explain to him that it was just an offer and that it was meant in a nice way and that they don't have to accept it. Well, then it just takes 60-90 minutes as usual, and then there's no tip - based on the average to poor delivery times and experiences... It really makes you wonder what this is all about and why was the order delivered so quickly today? The driver pocketed the 5 euros very quickly... that's just disappointing... and your food isn't that good either. The pizza is OK. The wraps too. The service... well just read the other reviews here and on Lieferando... for me that was final after today. From now on it's better to go to the big M... ----‐----------‐--------------------‐----------- ---------‐------------------------------------- ---‐----- The next disappointment didn't take long to arrive... you call after 90 minutes to find out where the food is... Answer: it's right there...then you set a deadline, if the food isn't there in 15 minutes, then you can Keep it and I'll get the money back via Lieferando... Answer: then don't order, always the same thing with you and hung up.... 😂😂😂😂😂 Always the same with me? More like always the same with you. Not having the store and delivery times under control and then reacting like this when you complain... you just have to look at the reviews from me and the others... This is the third time I've revised my rating... Why? Because I often give myself another chance... the last time I said: No, never again... some time has passed and then you're kind enough to try again... and have your first orders It also worked... until... then a wrap was ordered, which came out like this (see photo)... Something like that MUST be noticeable... and something like that shouldn't be allowed out... when I received the food, I didn't notice it right away (wrapped in aluminum foil). When I was in the apartment and the wrap was lying next to me... you could slowly smell that something was burning... no fun! ...you could smell it... and then you're hungry, you unpack the food and then something like that... It's fair to say that an exchange was offered after the phone call. But that would have taken another 20-30 minutes... and then you don't feel like it anymore. Instead, I was offered that next time I should order by phone and then I would be invited and not have to pay anything for it. That's a nice offer that I haven't taken advantage of yet... because after careful consideration it's hard to ignore something like that... and that's not the first mistake... Forgotten drinks or brought the wrong drink, forever delivery time, forgotten extras for which you pay €5 (cheese crust)... All in all it just makes a very bad impression...

Horrible food. I have never had such bad food delivered. Tasteless with gastrointestinal disease. Cheap crap. The shop should be closed.

First of all, 1 * is actually still too much. I can't remember the last time I ate so badly. And that's not an exaggeration. We ordered several dishes: Gorgonzola burgers A burger that costs €17 with extras. The bread is definitely from the supermarket around the corner. The patty from the frozen food compartment. The bacon looks like the ham from the Chef salad. The only thing that really tasted good was the Gorgonzola. It was also cold, at most lukewarm. Pizza Hawaii We looked for the pineapple with a magnifying glass. The dough had a bit of cardboard to it. Pizza with ham and mushrooms We would have said yes, the mushrooms were forgotten. But there were actually a few to be found... Pizza bread A piece of cardboard smeared with a little tomato paste. I don't want to go into the rest anymore. Hunger drives it in and disgust pushes it down.

Incredibly outrageous!!!! Food was terrible. Almost raw potatoes that I didn't want but rather fries. Salad without sauce. Driver brings the food... The food is coming. My fingers burnt. No thanks, you really slacked off. We enjoyed ordering from you often. But that was the last time!!!!

I ordered a burger with cheese, there was no cheese on it. Wasn't my cup of tea, the burger was lukewarm. Fries were limp and cold. I didn't like it that much.

I've never eaten so bad before, just ordered. The driver came on time but the food was terrible. On the two burgers there was only very thick mayonnaise, a tomato and half a head of lettuce that was already brown. Everything just lukewarm. Fries fried in old fat. Not recommended.

Time indication. 35 - 60 mins. Finally there after over 90 minutes. Pizza somewhat OK Burger somewhat OK Wrap disaster. Burnt on the outside and everything drowned in sauce on the inside. Very bad.

We've ordered something before, including today. Today was the third time in a row that something was missing, and then you were spoken to stupidly, and when I wanted my money back for the salad that wasn't delivered, the man on the phone became rude. After we had finished eating and no one wanted the salad anymore and I tried again to get my money back, the delivery man threw the salad in his trunk and drove off. I didn't get my money back. Sad.

Had ordered to pick up ourselves. As always, delicious food and friendly staff.

The prices are really a disgrace for what is delivered. Sorry, that's nothing.

I have ordered here several times and the waiting times have always been relatively long compared to other delivery services (approx. 1 hour). This evening around 7:45 p.m. we ordered 2 pizzas and at 8:40 p.m. the first call came from the delivery person that he couldn't find our house. I tried to explain to him where he had to go and often said he just had to drive straight (I saw the car from the balcony). However, he simply didn't want to do this and said the road doesn't go any further and we should run to him. I tried to explain to him several times that he just had to drive straight, but he just stopped. After a 10-minute discussion, we ran off to pick up the pizzas and were then (loudly) accused of being late to see the other customers because of us. I tried to explain to him again that he just had to drive straight ahead, but again without success. Shortly after 9 we were home with our pizza, which thank God was still warm.

We have ordered from hot Burger many times. The food was always ok. (burgers and pizza) Today we thought it was time to try something different. Unfortunately we were bitterly disappointed. The calamari were in the deep fryer for far too long and literally crumbled into dust. And the gyros really wasn't edible for me. It's a shame, but maybe you should put less on the menu and still be good. Pizza and burgers are really okay so far.

Called and placed the order. After asking, the order was repeated 3 times. Driver was sent in the wrong direction... Waited 2 hours 15 minutes, 1 pizza was missing and the rest of the food was cold. Thanks but never again... Greetings from Langenmosen

We have ordered here many times and have always had very tasty food. The price is really okay for the amount of food you get. When something was delivered incorrectly, the correct dish was quickly delivered after a phone call. Keep it up!

Ich habe mein Abendessen telefonisch bestellt und das Personal war professionell und hat dafür gesorgt, dass sie meine Bedürfnisse verstanden haben, die Preise und die Lieferzeit waren ausgezeichnet. Sehr zu empfehlen

Wir haben uns liefern lassen. 4 Burger, davon einer Veggi, und 2x Pommes/ Gitterkartoffeln. Die Lieferung wurde angekündigt für 60min, und kam sogar einige Minuten früher. Da kann man wirklich nicht meckern. Die Burger waren warm, die Pommes ebenso. Die Pommes ein bisschen wobbelig, allerdings ist das sicherlich der Lieferung geschuldet. Das ist schon ok. Die Burger waren super lecker, auch der Veggi. Und sehr reichhaltig. Einen "Star Burger" oder gar "XXL Burger" muss man erst mal schaffen! Auch wenn es etwas teurer ist, wird man davon 3x so satt wie von Mäcces oder so.

Wir bestellen gerne hier. Das Essen ist jedes Mal heiß und frisch. Die Salate sind durchwegs alle gut. Pizza ist mega! Der Knüller sind aber die Burger. Einfach super! Auf Sonderwünsche wird immer eingegangen und Preis Leistung ist echt passend. Leider einen Stern Abzug, da die Lieferzeit leider manchmal etwas meine Schmerzgrenze überschreitet. Aber dennoch würde ich immer wieder bestellen.

Die Thunfisch Pizza war wie immer super und die Nudeln ebenfalls. Zu empfehlen.

Bester Burger in sob. Hier 5 sterne... Pizzen gut. Gyros unterirdisch schlecht. Lieferung teils sehr lange..

War überrascht voll lecker Burger und Nudeln immer wieder

Geschmacklich nichts besonderes. Lieferzeit von 2 Stunden geht absolut nicht in Ordnung.

Preis/Leistung ist super. Klar gibt es besseres, aber für dieses Geld eigentlich unschlagbar. Da gibt's wo anders schlechtere Pizzen für mehr geld

Drei Sterne. Nudeln waren ok. Salat konnte man garnicht essen da die Soße echt ungenießbar war. Hätte man auch Wasser drüber schütten können.
