We had two meals and four hamburgers. There was no business and the restaurant was almost empty. Nevertheless, cheeseburgers were delivered instead of hamburgers. Since he didn't like cheese, we had to go there again. It's always the same in this branch, there's little to do and yet there's always something wrong.

Went to the Burger King in Idar-Oberstein to test it. As you walk in, there are payment machines (order terminals) on the right side. Order terminals very unclean and cobwebs and dust everywhere over the machines. Toilets very unclean. Smell of urine all over the toilet and paper all over the floor. Ordered food and while waiting saw an employee fill up the fat from the plant-based products with the normal fryer fat for meat and other things. An absolute no-go! The counter is covered in greasy fingerprints and several smoke detectors on the ceiling are broken and have no cover. Children's play area very worn and torn ropes and open metal parts everywhere. Service > Preparation of the kitchen No employees were seen blowing their noses and no hands were washed or disinfected. Employees with beards or long hair, neither hats nor hairnets nor beard nets in a kitchen. It's a matter of time before something ends up in the food. Waited 20 minutes for 2 menus. Many people who came after us were served earlier. Food was really very bad. Fries tasted and looked like old grease. Inedible! Burger chicken pepper meat was completely tough and dry. The meat had probably been there for a long time or had been fried or warmed up twice. An absolute chaos behind the counter. Nobody understood you properly or could only speak broken German. Ambiance > greasy, uncleaned tables, I don't really need to add anything else, it's just catastrophic.

1 hour before the store closed, the cashier didn't want to sell me anything because, according to him, he didn't have any money left in the cash register.

Started strong, faded even more. That could be the slogan of this branch. The always sticky floor offers good grip, but is more than questionable in all other aspects. Tables are probably only cleared once a day and if you ate everything that was on the seat cushions you would probably be full. The monitor at the DriveIn has been broken and not in use for how many years? 5-7-10 or more? The scenery at the DriveIn with the broken speaker and the tattered microphone is shameful. A crazy tip to the employees: Warm salted fries are delicious, cold fries without salt are not. And no, I don't want extra bacon and cheese on my KingShake Choclate. If you drive into McDrive in the same city, you won't just see a small difference, it's simply a different level. How much does it cost to repair 2 screens, a speaker and a microphone? 500€? Clean fast food restaurant and very friendly staff

Most of it was forgotten and wrong and not even the coupon was redeemed even though it was still valid and everything was charged even more

Like every burger king This has a play area which is super cool, but the cleanliness is a bit sloppy. We had to clean the tables ourselves so we could eat properly.

Food ok Toilets are often dirty and the soap is often empty, just as the outside area looks old and unkempt.

A much better Burger King branch in Idar Oberstein. High-quality and modern furnishings inside, comfortable seating, with play options for children and this is repeated outside. Everything was very clean, the staff were friendly and attentive. Sufficient parking spaces in front of the entrance.

Fantastic, healthy American cuisine, great selection, open cooking, food is freshly prepared. At some point, yes at some point... There will be stars from the Michelin Guide. And not too close 💪

Always forgot something last 5 times. Onion Rings in particular seem to like to keep themselves to themselves.

I cannot recommend this Burger King. There was nothing going on and the order was made wrong twice and something was missing. Fries were still almost raw. The mixing ratio of the cola wasn't right either, it was totally watery.

The young girl at the checkout forgets to put the things you ordered in the bag (that can happen) and speaks very unkindly to the guests. I can't complain about the food except that the fries are cold and soggy every time

The guys are very friendly and the burgers are very good!!!! I had a large wopper with cheese and jalapeños, simply great!!!! Gladly again !!!!

Nice cashiers and good service. The place always looks a bit on the dirty side. It's clean enough to eat in, but I always take my order and have it in the car, instead. Food is definitely good in comparison to other Burger Kings I've been to. Seems clean and fresh for a fast food restaurant. It's wheelchair accessible. Parking space is always free and sufficient. Conveniently located right across from a well-priced gas station. This Burger King is pretty much the only good fast food restaurant in the area so don't skip it!

Staff totally rude... And says quite cheekily, that would be normal size, mc-Furry ice cream is 3 times as much at Megges. Picture attached Make up your own mind... half empty... We came here to eat delicious ice cream but their ice cream machine was broken ;(. Everything would be well and good if you had gotten your money back. It's unbelievable how people try to take money out of their pockets. We'll think twice about eating here. Also, two people were making out here, which is why I couldn't concentrate on eating

Good BK with friendly staff. We were in Idar-Oberstein, when we got hungry we went to the BK there. The BK is located outside in the industrial area of ​​Idar-Oberstein. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food as a menu, as always for a BK, was well prepared and tasty. We are happy to recommend this BK.

It's always amazing how often it's difficult to count, especially with coupons with two burgers or 2 drinks, it often happens that 1 burger/drink is missing. One time I probably got a colleague's lunch, a chopped burger patty, sold as chili cheese nuggets.

Leider war der Service nicht gut. Es gab keine Sauberkeit auf den Tischen und das Eis war geschmolzen. Es gibt Filialen in Mainz und Frankfurt, die viel besser sind.

Wenn man Nachst um halb 2 noch schnell was Fastfood essen will,sehr zu empfehlen. Ist glaube auch der einzige Fastfood Anbieter der noch 0uhr noch die Gelüste auf schnelles/ fettiges Essen befriedigt ....

Mitarbeiter vergessen das Essen und es dauert etwas länger.Das Essen ist akzeptabel, weil die Pommes meistens matschig ist Bürger sind sehr weich aber das ist auch noch okay.An sich ist alles mittelmäßige.

Da wir nur etwas getrunken haben, möchte ich derzeit keine genau Bewertung abgeben

Manche Bedienungen sind sehr freundlich, aber eine unangenehm gestresste Grundstimmung hinter der Theke. Die Tische werden sehr unregelmäßig abgeräumt oder, wenn die Gäste ihr Tablett selber weggetragen haben, wird die Tischplatte praktisch nicht abgewischt.

Am Sonntag Waren zwei sehr nette junge Herren da A K es war sehr schön da und wir waren sehr zufrieden

Ab und zu gehen wir da mal hin und es wird immer schlimmer. Unfreundlicher Servic, schmuddeliges Resturant, Tische waren nicht sauber, oberfläschliches gewische, Boden war mit Lebensmitteln verschiert, die schon festgetreten waren. Schade aber wir werden vorerst nicht wiederkommen

Das Essen ist wie in jedem Burger King nicht gerade berauschend. Das Personal ist etwas langsam und vergisst gerne auch mal ein Teil der Bestellung zu bringen.

Nach einem zweiten Besuch kann dieses Burger King Restaurant als gewohnt und gut beschrieben werden. Man erhält hier die typischen Speisen und wird freundlich bedient.

Wir waren in Idar-Oberstein unterwegs, als wir hunger bekamen suchten wir den Burger King mit sehr freundlichem Team im Industriegebiet von Idar-Oberstein gelegen auf. Das Essen, King des Monats war frisch zubereitet und sehr lecker. Das Preis-Leistungsverhltnis für das Essen und die Getränke ist ok. Sehr gerne empfehlen wir diesen BK deshalb weiter

Nach langer Zeit probobierten wir mal wieder den BurgerKing. Die Bedienung war zwar freundlich, roch aber weit über den Tresen nach Schweiß und meiner Meinung nach sollte man sich in der Gastronomie die Hände waschen nachdem man sich an die Nase fasste.... Weiter hatte ich das Gefühl dass der Bruger wesentlich fettiger ist als ich es z.B. von McDonalds gewohnt bin. Wer einen Imbiss such sollte mal Stützels Imbiss probieren.

Vergleicht man den Preis des Angebotes, ist es preiswerter einen Original Idar-Obersteiner Spießbraten (ca 350gr.Fleisch mit Kartoffel und Rettichsalat zu verzehren, als ein Burger Menue mit 80 gr. Burgerfleisch
