McDonald's in Neuburg a.d.Donau

Eigentlich wollte ich keine schlechte Bewertung mehr schreiben. Aber so langsam wirds Routine das am Drive Schalter immer was vergessen wird. Heute ausnahmsweise mal nicht nachgeschaut. Und daheim gemerkt das wieder mal was fehlt. Sorry aber ich zahle dafür.

Ich finde diesen McDonald's sehr gemütlich und die Angestellten waren alle sehr nett

Ich dachte probieren musst mal wieder, aber meine Nummer eins ist es nicht. Ist aber nicht meins.

Mc Donalds, historische lecker.

Haben mit Tischservice bestellt, aber relativ lange dafür gebraucht. Jemand hatte sogar gefragt, ob wir schon auf essen warten (ob wir also vergessen worden sein könnten) - das war nicht der Fall, wir waren nur langsam, weil wir die neuen Getränke angesehen haben. Als wir dann bestellt hatten, kam es recht schnell, Strohhalme wurden auf Nachfrage noch nachgereicht (schneller als ich schauen konnte, fast buchstäblich!). Sie sind sehr serviceorientiert, will ich damit sagen. Sehr gut dort drin. Am richtigen Sitzplatz kann man an manchen Tagen auch den Eurofightern zusehen... Für Essen, Getränke und Ambiente kann ich ohne Einschränkungen 5* vergeben. Danke an alle dort!

Wir haben an den Tisch bestellt. Die Bestellung kam schnell und korrekt an. Das Personal ist freundlich. Die Filiale wurde vor Kurzem erst umgebaut und renoviert und sieht ganz anders aus als früher. Positiv gemeint.

Sehr schade... Nach langer Wartezeit im MCDrive, fehlt etwas von unserer Bestellung dafür war ein ganz anderer Burger in der Tüte der im Müll landet da ihn keiner von uns isst bzw mag. Essen wird auch immer schlechter, matschig, Verpackungen schon total durchgeweicht und teilweise kalt. Sehr enttäuschend wie der Mc Donalds in Neuburg nachlässt. Da nehme ich lieber den Weg auf mich und fahre zur Konkurenz 👑

Zum wiederholten Mal geht es mir richtig schlecht nach einem Cheeseburger. Seit der neue Pächter drauf ist, haben Qualität und Service merklich nachgelassen.

So sollte jede McDonalds Filiale aussehen, die Tische sind sauber und glänzen. Das ganze Lokal macht einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck. Das Serviceteam ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Weiter so...

Wir haben das Tutti-Frutti Menü bestellt es gab jedoch keine Tuttifrutti Fanta mehr wir wollten als Ersatz einen Chickenburger für 2€ , dieser wurde uns verweigert als Ersatz wurde uns ein MCFlurry für 4€ serviert. TOP SERVICE

Mc Drive mega unfreundlich. Und am Ende fehlt die Hälfte.

Ich bin richtig enttäuscht vom Personal, und Allgemein vom Drive in. Immer wenn wir uns ein Mcflurry holen ust es immer das falsche, bzw etwas mit drin was nicht rein sollte. Zum beispiel heute, habe ich gesagt ich hätte gern ein Mcflurry ohne Soße, dann habe ich zuerst einen mit Karamell soße bekommen und danach einen mit schokosoße, welches ich aber erst zuhaue gesehen habe, das die soße unten am Boden war. Das ist echt oft passiert. Langsam möchte ich gar nicht mehr kommen, da irgendwas anderes ist.

Nach dem Umbau zwar besser, aber ungewohnt aber das gibt sich. Der Bürger war (ka wie verbrannt), und der Herr an der Kasse sehr unfreundlich

Toll modernisiert Bemühungen vor Ort gut. Essen war nicht gut hatten 2 Tage später noch das Gefühl schlechte Ware gegessen zu haben. Patty schmeckte absolut schlecht und die Zutaten auf dem Burger gingen soweit Das Fleisch war dann wieder trocken als wäre es Schuhsohle. Getränke einmal eis ohne ende drin im anderen nichts. Warum fügt man im Winter eis zu? Unser nächster stopp garantiert nicht mehr dort. Ü 30€ für magenschmerzen ausgegeben.

Ganz neuer MC Donalds. Einfach und schlicht aber sehr sauber. Sehr nettes Personal.

Habe einen klassischen Double Cheesburger bestellt und bekam einen Chilli Cheesburger. Reklamation ging in die Hose, da einige der Servicekräfte nicht der Deutschen Sprache gewachsen sind. Der Burger lieblos zusammengeklatscht und das Brötchen total verbrannt. Ach ja Pommes gab es auch noch, die aber mehr kalt wie warm waren. Hole hier bestimmt nix mehr.

Gelungener Umbau und nettes Personal

Nachdem Umbau wirklich schönes Restaurant. Das Essen allerdings.. puhh Der Neue Veggiburger wurde per Homepage mit Gemüse Patty beworben... im Restaurant allerdings das böse erwachen, ein Blant Base Patty trocken und wirklich nicht lecker. Wir haben auch den Royal Käse und einen Bic Tasty probiert... die Burger sahen schön aus allerdings zu salzig und leider alles viel zu kühl . Pommes labbrig . Personal freundlich. Restaurant sauber und ordentlich. Preise sind auch wirklich nicht mehr ansatzweise gerechtfertigt. Für uns ist Burger King einfach um einiges besser.

Der Laden ist eine einzige Katastrophe. Ständig Softwareabstürze, überforderte Mitarbeiter - die Pommes sind ungenießbar und im McDrive bekommst du Bestellungen, die dir nicht gehören. Ich kann doch nicht jedes Mal im McDrive meine ganze Bestellung kontrollieren.

Das Personal ist unglaublich aufmerksam und herzlich. Mein Sohn ist von einem Stuhl gefallen, und ohne dass ich überhaupt etwas sagen musste, kam sofort jemand mit einem Handschuh voller Eis als Kühlersatz und hat ihn mir direkt gebracht. Diese Hilfsbereitschaft und Aufmerksamkeit habe ich so noch nie erlebt. Wirklich außergewöhnlich nett – vielen Dank dafür!

Ambiente 1 von 10. Davor hat man etwas Privatsphäre gehabt - jetzt garkeine. Wir fragen uns: Wer kam auf die Idee diesen McDonalds so zu versauen?

Nach dem Umbau muss ich leider kritisieren. Die Küche ist jetzt gar nicht mehr einsehbar. Ehrlich gesagt taugt mir das gar nicht.

I ate here today with my daughter for the first time since the renovation. Unfortunately, because of the many guests, we had a table near the door. Eating with a jacket was necessary. It was cold because the door kept opening. The radiator above the door wasn't blowing any warm air. A complete planning disaster! How can you renovate something and make it worse?

The apple turnover was over a day old according to the sticker and tasted like it too.

After the renovation, zero stars for the ambiance. There's no longer a vestibule. You sit in a draft, with waiting people breathing down your neck. Privacy is completely gone. It now feels like a train station. We'll be coming much less often. The staff's friendliness varies depending on the shift. The older gentleman who serves the food is particularly friendly and popular. We need more people like him.

Oh man, they've just renovated and thrown all the coziness into the container. The food is only lukewarm. The toilets are absolutely disgusting. Why weren't they renovated? It's unacceptable. Dirty tables and chairs. Nobody wipes anything down. Trash and filth everywhere – nothing has improved. Prices keep going up, and it's just junk!

Unfortunately, I've been extremely disappointed the last two times since the renovation. Once, I waited 40 minutes for a forgotten order. After pointing it out, I was served soggy, cold fries and a burger swimming in grease, without any apology or anything else. A truly poor performance. The second time, the fries were again extremely soggy and definitely could have used a few more minutes in the fryer. I'd rather drive 20 minutes to Schrobenhausen and get food that isn't half-frozen. 🫡

Although I swore they'd never see me again, I checked out the newly renovated restaurant last night and, since I was already there, ordered some takeout. 😂 The cheeseburgers were delicious, and the chicken nuggets were of a quality that hasn't been seen at the Neuburg restaurant in a very, very long time. It was just the staff and the new atmosphere that were off. One of the employees was incredibly rude, while the cashier was very friendly. Anyone familiar with the old McDonald's will have trouble finding the entrance; they've turned it into a window. I find the new premises strange. The decor is too cold for my taste, but that's a matter of personal preference; others will love it. If the food maintains the same standard, I'll definitely be ordering takeout more often.

Currently closed for renovations and expected to reopen on December 11, 2025. That's what the sign outside says.

A very friendly team! We were there with our children on Halloween after they had been out trick-or-treating in town for a long time and hadn't gotten much candy. At McDonald's in Neuburg, however, they received such a warm welcome; each child even got their own bag of candy. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. This small gesture saved our children's evening and brought huge smiles to their faces. Thank you so much! 🎃✨

If the burgers weren't in a box, they would fall apart completely. It has nothing to do with the appetizing pictures in the advertisements, which is a shame. The restroom is in dire need of renovation, not to mention the cleanliness. It makes you wonder if you really need to go to the bathroom. Yesterday, I had an employee who was friendly and understood my language! The restaurant's decor is dated, which wouldn't be a problem if a certain level of order and cleanliness were evident.

I'm disappointed with the new, environmentally friendly packaging at the McDrive. In practice, the changes lead to unnecessary problems. For one thing, there are no longer any lids for the ice cream – even upon request, none are provided. This makes enjoying it in the car very impractical, as the ice cream easily spills while driving. Furthermore, the paper cups lack a waterproof coating, so they get soggy after a short time. This compromises their stability and makes them cumbersome to use. I had a similar experience with the paper straws: They become soft after just a short time and break easily, which significantly reduces the enjoyment of a drink. Under these circumstances, I will avoid ice cream at the McDrive. I hope McDonald's finds a solution that considers the environment but doesn't completely ignore the needs of its customers.

It was terrible! Why are there so many flies?! It's impossible to eat! The quality of the food is good, but the staff was very slow. The flies ruined the whole experience!

After a 20-minute wait, I was told that the power was out. My question as to why the guests weren't actively informed was met with a rude, "Didn't you hear? We're having a power outage!" The lady was extremely unfriendly and even raised her voice at me. When I asked her, she identified herself as the restaurant manager. Especially in her position, I would have expected a completely different way of dealing with customers. That was completely unacceptable.

The lady at the microphone seemed brisk and frustrated. Whether she's rethinking her life decisions or not isn't something I'd like to presume. However, friendly and courteous service doesn't look like that. My family and I didn't do anything to the lady that would justify such unfriendly treatment. I would, however, like to commend the employee at the first counter. She was friendly and greeted us with a smile. The food was as expected. But at least our order was complete. All in all, the McDrive is probably not recommended at the moment.

Very fast and friendly service. I think it's an unfair personnel decision to relegate McRib to the second division. He was a regular starter for decades, not a top player, but he always delivered solid performances. I hope he can continue to delight his fans in the McSnack League.

When you order from Mc Drive, something's always missing. The employees aren't exactly friendly either. If you complain, no one cares.

It's important to remember that McDonald's is a fast-food restaurant, not a Michelin-starred restaurant; mistakes happen. All I can say about the staff is that they are very helpful and always friendly. When it's not busy, it's very clean, better than some in Ingolstadt (the restrooms need renovation).

The food is of course good! Ordering is quick and table service is very prompt. When we visited after 11 p.m., unfortunately very few tables were wiped down and the toilet was in a dilapidated state.

You put in a lot of effort. Regarding friendliness etc. It just doesn't help. Because it has nothing to do with fast food. Unfortunately, waiting times of up to 20 minutes are common. We recommend ordering a pizza.

Everything was fine. Every now and then something was missing from the Mc Drive, but if you check beforehand whether everything is really there, it's fine.

Absolute disaster!!! The day before yesterday I ordered 3 burgers, what was missing was 1 burger.. Today I ordered 2 burgers and 6 nuggets, what's missing nuggets... Just annoying... of course I paid, what else... the store is simply unbelievable!

We order regularly, both via the app and locally. The cleanliness of the pitches and sanitary facilities is often not optimal, but acceptable. But what's really a problem is that most orders placed via the app (8 out of 10) are either incomplete or incorrect. Wrong sauces, missing fries, burgers with certain ingredients even though they were specifically deselected and almost always wrong toys. It can't be the case that you have to manually check every single order to make sure everything is there. And I don't even want to start talking about the long faces on the kids' faces when they had the wrong toy (or none at all!).

My order at the drive-thru was taken three times without any feedback as to whether I had been understood. When checking out, the lady couldn't concentrate on the payment process because she had to take the next order at the same time. I basically had to snatch the EC card machine out of her hand in order to be able to put my card on it. I received my cold drink in a coffee mug (without a straw), my fries in the to-go bag (without salt), and two burgers that were smeared all over with ketchup/mustard. The franchisee relies a little too much on the brand name, and the franchisor will probably look the other way anyway. Addendum from September 15, 2023: The email traffic with McDonalds Germany went as expected. “The operator is responsible, we don’t really care.” Sure, franchise fees come on the billing date. With the price level now inflated, the franchisor should think more about how it wants to retain customers in the long term. Run-down franchisee branches really don't fit into the concept. Addendum from January 11, 2025: A year later I tried to give this branch another chance. Requests for changes were ignored after the order was accepted and we waited 20 minutes for our order. I was probably too good-natured.

Foreign-language employees at the drive-in have problems accepting a German-language order, as a result they book twice and incorrectly, and the food served is lukewarm, mushy... that was the last time I ordered there.

Very disappointing! I went to the drive-thru at this McDonald's today and I'm speechless at how bad the service is here. Several items were ordered, but when I got home half of them were missing! This isn't the first time that something wasn't given to me here. I seriously wonder if the staff are incapable of putting together a simple order correctly. Absolutely unprofessional and annoying. When I pay for something, I expect it to be delivered in full. Neither the processes nor the staff seem to work here. Drive-thru? More like “drive disappointment”! Conclusion: If you want to save time, money and stress, you should go to another location. Never again!

It was total chaos today. My Mc Sundays was half full, chocolate sauce at the bottom that belongs on top. I didn't even get straws for my two milkshakes, so I was redirected twice. What's the point because there isn't that much going on at the checkout? I asked the person who takes the orders and was simply forwarded instead of giving me the straws directly.

The order was wrong 3 times in a row. Every time I wanted the lattice potatoes in the menu, I was then told that these were only available in the small menu. Not once did I get the lattice potatoes, even though I explained it so many times at the drive-in counter. Ordered burger without salad, it said so, but the salad was still there. ..Apparently not a word of German is understood, so it's completely wrong for the job in the drive in.

Food is good, atmosphere is good enough and service is nice. The main and the only one problem is missing gloves on cooks. I had never seen they wear them, and that's kinda terrifying.

A very outdated branch. Some lamps don't work, some flicker, ceiling tiles don't work, the white on the vents turns black. Speaker covers are missing. Inventory partly damaged and partly dirty There is no return cart, there is still ketchup or dip hanging there. Fries like normal crap at Mcces. Food OK so far. Rattling ventilation grilles.

Burger was totally discarded in the packaging. It was dirty everywhere (tables dirty, floors) Nobody understands you in there... I needed a cloth/tea towel and people looked at me questioningly. When I went to the toilet there was no toilet paper and the soap was empty there too. This branch is not recommended!

Ate on site, the food was fresh and warm. The only thing was the fries where the fat in the deep fryer should be replaced. The floor was partly already dirty, I can't say anything about the staff because we ordered via the app. Otherwise just a normal McDonald's.

Normal MC. If you like food, you've come to the right place. It is fairly new and there is usually enough seating.

If you buy an ice cream for 4€ you get 50% air, 48% ice cream and 2% chocolate sauce. I have never experienced that I get so little ice cream and I often eat MC

They are rude and they make ice cream half full at other branches that are completely full. We have a photo of Neuburg and also of other branches and there is always something missing when we eat and the boss is rude.

I'm used to eating freshly fried and crispy fries, but the ones we got were limp, which means they spent most of their time in the warmer. The cheeseburgers probably stayed in the warmer for a long time because the cheese was not melted. The toilet was dirty, the worst MC Donalds I've ever been to, the food wasn't very tasty. The waiting time is very short, but this means that the food is not prepared on a regular basis.

The recent not insignificant price increase has not gone unnoticed. But the products become significantly worse. The majority of employees do not speak German. McDonald's is no longer what it used to be, so unfortunately it's no longer worth visiting. .

Driven back and forth 4 times this week because I was given normal chicken nuggets instead of mc plant nuggets. But the box was still labeled “mc plant”? That's not possible, sorry!

Every time when ordering things are missing and something is wrong, today I paid for a reusable cup and didn't get it, Cola Mixit got the wrong flavor instead of passion fruit popcorn flavor, unfortunately it was so bad that we threw it away, never again!!!!

The store is now so run down. I don't understand why so many people still go there. Floor dirty. Staff makes fun of customers in the local language. Seat covers ripped. Uncomfortable atmosphere. Loud. Things were completely different under the previous owner.

Very, very often something is forgotten when placing an order! You have to check every time! Something is always missing! Meat is often too dry! Some of the employees/team leaders speak German or English quite poorly, which quickly leads to misunderstandings when there are complaints.
