Today is October 20th, we were at McDonald's, we liked everything, the staff was polite, it was clean and they cleaned the tables. Great establishment 👍

Tables were very dirty. Toilets could have been cleaned.

Unfortunately, the staff is always unfriendly, I've never experienced anything different in this MCD. The food is slapped together carelessly, so that you get your burger in a modular system and can put it together yourself. The McRib is really catastrophic anyway, you only see the sauce! There were times when you couldn't get the burger out of the pack without getting dirty.

Hey, I usually don't leave feedback anywhere. But it has now made me very angry. I just ordered a Bigmag and nuggets with CURRY to take away. I was really looking forward to these crappy nuggets with curry. What is it, no curry sauce there🤬🤬🤬 SO PEOPLE ALWAYS CHECK IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!

Phew, unfortunately one of the dirtiest McDonalds branches I have ever visited. Here the dining room was just dirty, you didn't even dare sit down, the floor was completely sticky.

Food cold, only one patty on the double cheeseburger... that's a shame. Not even McDonald's is McDonald's anymore

Completely disappointed. The drink was initially mixed without enough syrup, but they kindly replaced it. Burgers were prepared rancid, nuggets were more brickets and rock hard and there were apparently leftovers from the last ice cream order in the chocolate ice cream.

4 people paid in cash and each got 1 cent in change, but we didn't get this. It was very obvious not to give this.

I had to pay the bill twice. Should I get it back? a bit unclean and untidy, dishes in the corner, table sticky. Not one of the best shops.

Food cold, wraps not well made, poor service, lots of rubbish and dirty

Well the food was McDonalds as you would expect. The Cola Zero is non-carbonated, too watery and warm. So by McDonald's standards it works like this. Ventilation in the store set too high. So much too cool

I wanted to have my receipt to give the store feedback and collect my 50cent product. I didn't get it. Waited an additional 15 minutes for 3 cheeseburgers which were then cold...great. Would like some compensation :)

Underground! It started with a language barrier when ordering in the drive-thru, the employee's German was pretty bad, and maybe the intercom system made it even worse than it already is. We ordered and paid for 9 chicken nuggets with sweet and sour sauce in the menu with Cola Zero, fries with ketchup. There was no cola and the sweet and sour sauce became curry sauce. How little desire can you actually have.........

Food was good as always. When I wanted an extra drinking straw for the children, it was refused because drinks served in the restaurant do not come with straws. What weak behavior. A bucket or something else should be provided in the outdoor area so that the seating can be wiped down. The last empty table was completely smeared.

Unfortunately one star has to be awarded. I am shocked at the uncleanliness. I don't understand why the M logo isn't removed. Sorry, but I won't be coming here again. Very unfortunate. It can all be old - no problem at all. But cleanliness is easy! Water, wiper and rag. And just clean it. Many Ms have already visited, but the - doesn't work at all.

Unpleasant visit to the branch today. I was sitting inside and had to listen loudly to an employee loudly reprimanding two other employees and loudly pointing out mistakes and thus demonstrating them in front of all the customers. Very unpleasant even for an uninvolved customer!!

Most of the employees there can't get the orders out correctly.

The floor was dirty, I didn't think anything of it. After I ate an MC menu, everything was okay. After 2 hours the burger came out. It was food poisoning.

Very small and not very nice shop. Too narrow and too many people, so it gets dirty quickly. But the freshness of the food is top compared to many other branches.

We made a quick stop on the way home and I actually don't have a good opinion of McDonalds in general, but I would be pleasantly surprised. My menu was quite acceptable and the BigMac was also a surprise in terms of taste. Unfortunately, there seem to be very big differences regionally. I liked it very much. Service was incredibly fast. Good little McDonald's. However, the floor is sticky. The facility is good, parking space is sometimes too tight.

Simply good, it's simply good at McDonalds. Because McDonalds has the kind that I like, all set for the day, McDonalds is just good.

I wanted to have a nice breakfast here with my wife, and we ordered everything. When the order came we realized we had forgotten to order without cheese on the roll, my wife went ahead to the checkout. There she was told in a very unfriendly tone that she had ordered it and should the saleswoman throw it away now!? So we ordered again, the second order was again with cheese! This time it was taken back and thrown away! Why not the first time??? Customer service is something else! As if the saleswoman had to pay for it out of her own pocket or the McDonald’s would go bankrupt! That was our last visit here.

I would be forced to take a Plantbase Burger on my double pack Big Mäc menu instead of the second Big Mäc. The woman was actually totally aggressive and didn't feel like dealing with the stress. She was on her way through and wanted to move on. Since I was warned about this McDonald's, I'd rather go 5 minutes to the next one.

I don't normally write reviews, but here today I was speechless. I have never experienced such a dirty branch of McDonald's. Around 6:30 p.m., six employees, three of whom are working behind the counter as the others say, and none of them are able to wipe down the dirty tables and chairs. The staff doesn't even care what it looks like. The food is on the floor and is stuck to the tables and friendliness is not to be expected.

Something is regularly forgotten with the MCDrive. Not checked once and then the surprise AGAIN at home. This time it was a McChicken and 2x ketchup and napkins. When you call the branch you have to hear that you should check straight away and the whole thing is downplayed with "well, because of an mc chicken" 😡 I'll continue the list of missing things here next time.. 04/30/23 very unfriendly employee at the DriveIn. You should probably tell her that "hello, good evening, goodbye, thank you, please" are appropriate when dealing with customers. 09/30/23 Order picked up at DriveIn. As always, something was missing. 👋 Unfortunately I only noticed it at home. Great, you did a great job again. This time it was 1x large fries and the sauces for the nuggets. May 23, 2024 Order via the app, pick up at the “restaurant”. Of course something was missing again, as always. Ordered 4 menus, one McChicken was missing. Unfortunately I only noticed it at home. Got meat nuggets instead of plain nuggets and the staff didn't really care.

Dirty (toilet, floor, tables), ventilation blows your neck, it smells like a toilet and last but not least, absolutely unfriendly!!

The food was like always at McDonalds. However, the employees were extremely unfriendly and simply locked all the doors at 1:00 a.m. while there were still people in the restaurant. It was only after we asked several times that the door was opened again and we were literally driven out of the restaurant... Better go to another McDonalds. It's not my first experience in this direction...

Order wasn't given out correctly, chili cheese nuggets were forgotten, and that's not the first time. How about you don't hire disabled students who just want stupid money because Dad doesn't donate anymore? Why isn't this something paid more attention to? And the machines suck just as much.

It's sad that MC is now telling us what to eat. When it comes to a double burger, it's mandatory that the first one is vegan, even if you don't want it. So what's the point.

Every time something was wrong or forgotten - you have to check every time - in the past you at least got something as an apology...

A completely normal McD, there is a play area for the little ones and a play tower outside. Food was warm and the fries weren't too salty 😀 The staff were also very relaxed and friendly.

Nos gusto mucho es pequeño pero hay una zona para niños sirven a la mesa y los baños estaban muy limpios

Hatten die Bestellung schon vorher über die App getätigt...aber die Filiale war anscheinend stark unterbesetzt die Drive In Parkplätze waren leider nicht ausreichend als "Warteplätze" so das sich alles nach hinten staute und selbst die Autos mit Kleiner Bestellung nicht mehr vorbeikamen... Und meine persönliche Meinung der Big Mäc war früher mit den alten Brötchen besser🤔😘

Leider ist es immer wieder mal sehr schmutzig an den Tischen. Sonnst soweit alles top. Wenn Essen falsch ausgeliefert oder eingepackt wurde, kann man anrufen alles kein Problem.

Kompliment! Das ist die erste McDonald Filiale, in der ich die Toilette mit fünf Sternen beurteilen kann. Sauber und nichts ist defekt. Ich habe das glaube ich noch nirgends in Deutschland so schön gesehen.

Unmöglich! Den dreckigsten und versifftesten Mc Donalds den ich je gesehen habe! Der Franchise Unternehmer sollte sich was schämen! Pommes waren entweder ausgetrocknet oder nach Reklamation und Ersatz dann noch roh!!! Der Löffel im Eis war auch voller getrockneter Schokosoße, obwohl ich ohne Soße bestellt hatte! Der Boden im Restaurant war so fettig und verdreckt dass ich fast ausgerutscht wäre. Die Spielecke auch nicht sauber! ( siehe Fotos) Nach Ansprache des Personals wurde nur gesagt dass sie nichts dafür können weil sie unterbesetzt sind, aber anscheinend bestehen diese Probleme mit Hygiene und Sauberkeit schon länger. Ich jedenfalls werde hier nichts mehr kaufen und auf jeden Fall sollte sich mal das Gesundheitsamt hier umsehen!

Schneller McDonald's, höfliche Mitarbeiter

Ich habe gerade ein Big Mac mit Chicken Nuggets und einer Cola als Menu bestellt. Als ich jetzt zu Hause angekommen bin hab ich gesehen das ich keinen Big Mac sondern einen Big Rösti bekommen habe. Was ich als eine Frechheit empfinde weil es nicht mal eine ähnlichkeit der beiden Burger gibt außer das "Big" im Namen. Das war dann heute für mich das letzte mal das ich hier etwas gegessen habe.

Na ja, für Freunde des Fast Foods vielleicht ganz gut. Nachhaltigkeit bei den Lebensmitteln darf man, so denke ich, nicht erwarten.

Also da ist eine Mitarbeiterin die denkt sie ist der Boss von dort vllt ist sie es auch aber trotzdem g8bt es ihr nicht das recht so frech mit ihren Kunden zu sprechen ich hab sowas eingebildetes noch nie gesehen so unfreundlich eine kleine blonde deutsche oder Russin alter zwischen 30-35 unmögliches Verhalten möchtegern komm lieber mal da runter wo du bist

Hatte an der Kasse eine Frage bezüglich der Soße wegen Allergie. Die junge Dame ließ mich einfach stehen, bediente andere Kunden weiter ohne ein Wort. Dann lästert sie mit der Kollegin. Ist fragen verboten?

Mc Donalds ist ja immer gut. Hier in diesem Mc ist immer was los. Gute Lage, alles ok

McDonald halt. Tut hin und wieder einfach mal gut :-)

Mäcces halt. Gummigeier mit Pommes. Mal fehlt was, mal klappts. Man kennt's.

Leider war es nicht so sauber, vor allem die Toilette.

Wir sind mega zufrieden, Bedienung sehr nett. Essen wie in MC aber Bedienung 😎

Der Boden ist durch die Bedienung der Mitarbeiter aus der Küche dermaßen rutschig das es schon fast fahrlässig ist dort Kunden laufen zu lassen. Der Boden muss definitiv häufiger gereinigt werden.

Ein Stern ist schon zu viel! Ich habe 3 Cheeseburger im Drive in gekauft um auf der Autobahn festzustellen dass ich eine Pommes und ein Chickenburger bekommen habe.... Eine Frechheit....

Klassischer McDonald's. Nichts besonderes. Mussten lange auf das Essen warten. Das war dafür dann "frisch". Die Sitzgruppen auf der Terrasse finde ich komplett unbequem. Bänke sind viel zu nah am Tisch.

Burger kalt und ohne Soße, im Mc drive geholt und nach 1 min probiert. Käse nicht geschmolzen… eig null Sterne

Service und Essen in gewohnter Qualität. Extrem nervige Hinweisgeräusche (Pieptöne in verschiedenen Arten) die ziemlich stark im Verzehrraum zu hören waren.

Boden fettig und rutschig obwohl nix los war. Tische nicht gereinigt. Ekelhaft

Essen war sehr lecker, Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich, aber die Filiale ist viel zu klein

Toiletten versifft, Klimaanlage auf höchster Stufe bei 14 Grad Aussentemperatur, wir mussten uns umsetzen so kalt war es. Am Bacon & Egg Mc Muffin war Eierschale im Ei und die heisse Schokolade war eiskalt! Achja und mein Ellenbogen ist einmal am Tisch abgerutscht und er war vorher nicht eingecremt oder so...Vielleicht wird der Laden mit Frittenfett geputzt. Nie wieder!

Ich habe noch nie soooo einen dreckigen McDonald's betreten.Handtuchpapier lag auf dem WC auf dem Boden.Es war auch keines mehr vorhanden.Tische wurden nicht gereinigt.Nun der Oberknaller.Der Fußboden glänzte vor Fett aus der Küche.Rutsch und Sturzgefahr war vorhanden.Die Bedienung schien sehr Demotiviert und nicht Kommunikativ.Eine wirklich ungepflegte McDonald's Filiale. Und es wirkt viel zu klein für so viel Kundschaft.Nicht empfehlenswert.Nein Danke und nie wieder.

Der Laden ist ein Graus, aber das Personal ist klasse und macht einiges wett. Weiter so. Vielleicht Mal ein bisschen investieren 😉

Wenn man elektronische Anzeigen hat, sollte man sie auch nutzen. Dann müsste man nicht anstehen, wenn etwas aus ist.

Unterirdisch, das fängt bei der Sauberkeit an und hört bei den unfreundlichen Mitarbeitern auf.

Es ist halt McDonalds und immer viel los aber es ist an einer Schnellstraße gebaut.

Das Essen war nicht heiß. Die Leute, die dort arbeiten, es scheint, als ob Sie sie stören, wenn Sie eine Bestellung aufgeben.

Normaler MCD-Standart. Leider alles etwas schmuddelig und Tische/ Boden dreckig.

Es gehört dringend mal geputzt, der Boden war total verschmutzt und die Toilette ganz schlimm 👎

McRib hatte kaum Soße drauf, Pommes knatschig, unsere 2 Gläser wurden nicht eingepackt… alle Parkplätze voll, deswegen sind wir durch den McDrive, dort standen wir ewig an, ging nichts voran. Das war am 21.5.23, gegen 18.30 Uhr…. Sehr schade…

Zum 2. Mal beim Doppelpack Menü nur ein Burger dabei gewesen. Einfach nur nervig und ärgerlich!!!
