McDonald's in Aschaffenburg

Tischservice online bestellt - Ware wurde einfach in ein Regal gestellt. Nach 20 min nachgefragt - jetzt wollte man mir die lauwarme Wäre einfach in die Hand drücken. Sorry, aber das ist Managementversagen!

Lecker, aber nicht sehr sauber, und der Service war nicht sehr freundlich.

Obwohl mäßig besucht, Rückgabestation voll. Bei der Bestellung Ketchup und Majo vergessen. Toiletten sehr dreckig, keine Seife im Spender.

So dreckig hier man kann sich nicht mal draußen hinsetzen weil es übel klebt und eckelhaft ist

Anfahrt etwas schwierig. McDonalds der neuen Generation mit Bestellterminals und Tischservice. Leider ist es etwas zu klein und hat kein seperates McCafe. Ansonsten das übliche...Aussenplätze und Spielplatz. Essen ist gut.

Essen und Ambiente wie alle MacDonald. Alles war gut 👍

Für einen Maccas echt in Ordnung gewesen. Essen ging super schnell, war aber frisch und heiß. Auswahl gut und auch abends gabs Eis und Milkshakes.

Die Cola war nicht kalt, der Burger war komplett kalt，ich habe bestellt auch Ketchup aber keine, und der männliche Kellner sah so aus, als ob er keine Lust zum Arbeiten hätte.

Wir hatten über die App bestellt und wurden freundlich und zuvorkommend behandelt. Was mir aber wirklich imponiert hat war die Ruhe, die der Mitarbeiter bewahrte, als er den extrem schwierigen Kunden nach uns bediente. Wir konnten zwar nicht hören, was dieser gesagt hat, aber man hört selten mal einen Mitarbeiter gefühlt sämtliche Burger und Menüs zu erklären.

Waren hier zum Frühstück mussten 15 Minuten auf einen Kaffee und zwei Burger warten. Die Mitarbeiter haben hier leider wirklich die ruhe weg. Ein Kollege von mir hat einen Burger bestellt, der war ich wurde einfach wortlos das Geld wiedergegeben, ohne eine Alternative oder irgendetwas ähnliches anzubieten.

Unfreundliches Personal, Dame mit Brille gibt patzige Antworten, Bestellung dauert länger wie 15 Minuten, bei leeren Geschäft

Ich bestelle ein Burger ohne Burger Kräuterbuttersoße bei beiden Burger stand dann auch auf dem Zettel drauf ohne Soße aber auf beiden Burger war die Soße drauf wie Unfähig kann man eigentlich sein

Wollten ganz chill Plant Nuggets verspeisen, jedoch wurden uns TOTE TIER nuggets gegeben. Hey, wenn ich allergisch wäre dann wäre ich actually gestorben. 😭😭😭😭😭😭🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏 hunde🐶

Sauberkeit Toilette und Fußboden unterirdisch. Boden klebte voller Fett usw.

Ein sehr toller McDonald’s das Essen war gut nur der Abfall Wagen war nicht vorhanden

mit der Bestellung zum dort essen hat alles gepasst ( Pommes waren auch frisch) aber in Kinderbereich könnte man die Hygiene schon verbessern, nicht schön wenn man direkt gegenüber das zu sehen hat während man was isst.

Wir waren heute nach langer Fahrt ca 10min vor Ladenschluss am Drive in - das Personal war äußert freundlich und unsere Bestellung ganz frisch und sah aus wie auf einem Werbefoto. Ganz großes Lob und einen schönen Feierabend an die Nachtschicht. Vielen Dank nochmal

Also, Personal vorhanden, aber warum ist der Laden so verdreckt bitte. Kann sein, dass viel zu tun war, ist keine Ausrede, dass Tabletts und Essensreste auf dem Boden liegen. Ich wollte was essen, mir ist der Appetit vergangen. Leute, das geht einfach nicht, es bleibt nur bei einem Café.

Ganz oke aber ich fande es eine Frechheit, dass das Gesundheitsamt plötzlich beim vernaschen eines Hühnchenhodens die Hütte dicht gemacht hat. Fand ich und meine 6-7 Köpfige Familie garnicht okay! LG aus Americaaaa

Es sind nette Menschen und Mitarbeiter, Mitarbeiterinnen, dort, leckeres Essen, viele Angebote, Aktionen usw....

Als erstes ein sehr sehr unfreundliches Personal. Wird sauer wenn man ihn darauf hinweist das etwas vergessen worden ist. Zusätzlich gibt es kaum Platz zum Essen. Ich empfehle diesen Standort auszuweichen und den nächsten Mc Donalds zu suchen!!!!

Am 20.03.2026 um 12:30 Uhr haben wir bei McDonald’s in Aschaffenburg (Schönbornstraße 50) vier Chicken Wraps mit Honig-Senf-Sauce bestellt. Leider waren alle vier Bestellungen falsch und enthielten stattdessen Sandwich-Sauce. Nachdem wir den Fehler festgestellt hatten, haben wir telefonisch Kontakt aufgenommen. Die Mitarbeiterin am Telefon reagierte jedoch wenig einsichtig, unhöflich und nicht kundenorientiert. Statt eine Lösung anzubieten, wurde uns die Schuld zugeschoben. Zudem wurden wir aufgefordert, von der Autobahn zurückzukehren, um die falschen Wraps vorzuzeigen. Dies ist das erste Mal, dass ich – auch international – eine derart negative Erfahrung bei McDonald’s gemacht habe. Ich finde dieses Verhalten sehr schade und auch kontraproduktiv für das Unternehmensimage, da ich davon ausgehe, dass andere Kunden ähnlich behandelt werden. Ich hoffe, dass dieser Vorfall intern geprüft wird und zukünftig mehr Wert auf Kundenservice gelegt wird.

Der Boden war dreckig , dachte mir nix dabei . Nach dem ich ein MC Menü verzehrt habe , war alles okay. Nach 2 Stunden ist der Burger wieder rausgekommen. Es war eine Lebensmittelvergiftung .

Jedes Mal fehlt was im mcdrive. Wirklich jedes Mal. Warum bekommt ihr das nicht auf die Reihe. In der Berliner Straße läuft es besser.

Klassischer McDonald. Habe nur eine Pommes mit Getränk genommen, während mein Auto an der Ladestation auftanken. Die Kombi mit EWEGo ist super.

Bestellung war ein Big Mac Menü mit Pommes und ein Big Tasty Bacon Menü, 2 Mc Chicken Classic.. Pommes und Curly Fries haben gefehlt .... absolut kein Problem... angerufen ( nicht weil wir dafür bezahlt haben) sondern weil es eben Kinder gibt, die sich darauf freuen 😐 Die Antwort von dem Mitarbeiter war : es ist viel los, rufen sie bitte Lieferando an.... Damit sie dass Geld wieder gut geschrieben bekommen..... WAS BITTE INTERESIERT MICH LIEFERANDO????? Was interessiert mich die Rückerstattung???? SIE ARBEITEN DORT PUNKT AUS.... Was für eine Aussage 🤬 eine Entschuldigung und ein, WIR LIEFERN IHNEN IHR BEZAHLTES ESSEN noch mal aus, wäre höflich gewesen Unfassbar .... Ich werde einen Teufel tun und noch einmal bei euch bestellen ...

Mc ist maximal ne Notlösung. Jedes Mal wenn ich dort war ärgere ich mich dass ich für so viel Geld so schnell essen bekommen habe

Dirty, not yummy at all, TOO MANY people around, crowded space. Just like most of McDonalds in Germany. Plus they don’t have vegetarian burgers in menu. Shame!

It was very cold. The air conditioning was working. Very loud and cramped.

The cookies taste like sugar and flour and are hard. The burgers are extremely small. But the staff is friendly.

The quality was excellent, but the space capacity was insufficient due to the limited size of the building.

All the tables were dirty, the staff were unfriendly, and the food was missing, only to be kindly served with rolling eyes. The highlight, however, was the cold but unwrapped apple turnover, which someone had already taken a bite of! We will never visit this McDonald's again!

I was there on Thursday, August 28th. I'd been wanting to eat at McDonald's for a while, but I'd been avoiding it for a while due to the general hygiene and the unfriendly staff. The food was very good, but that was the only positive thing. The atmosphere was once again abysmal. The floor was dirty and sticky, the chairs pretty dirty too. The employee who brought the food first spilled Coke on my pants (it happens sometimes, but it shouldn't), especially since you can at least apologize. When I asked him about it, his only response was, "I shouldn't be so fussy. Yeah, of course, Coke sticks completely to my white sweatpants, and the stains aren't easy to get out anymore..." McDonald's has declined significantly in recent years!

There's no oat milk for coffee, and nothing is being done about the wasps. The toilets are filthy, even on Sunday mornings.

For me it's only worth a visit if necessary.

Breakfast isn't what it used to be either. There's no scrambled eggs anymore, but instead there's a scrambled egg wrap with all sorts of things in it, like a disgusting sauce or cheese you didn't want when you ordered. Guys, your scrambled eggs were good the way they used to be. I'm not going to McDonald's for breakfast anytime soon, no thanks, that's enough for me today.

There was no ice for the drinks, allegedly the ice machine was overloaded

Evil the juice shop, ordered via Ubereats. Drinks weren't provided, there was no salad on the chicken burger and the fries were disgusting... Don't go there, save your money.

For me the best McDonalds in and around Aschaffenburg. +Friendly employees +Clean branch +DriveIn has always worked so far and goods have never been missing or anything like that +Food was always fresh and warm Conclusion: for me the best McD. in the greater AB area. There's no need to say anything about the food when it comes to McDonald's, but at least it's freshly prepared here.

Absolutely bad, I ordered a latte macchiato with oat milk. The milk was so hot it scalded me, and the coffee was undrinkable and way too bitter. Never again.

Wanted to eat there with the children on the weekend. Was a disaster. Three 0.5l drinks with ice cubes were accidentally poured over me, which can happen to anyone. But instead of apologizing, the employee rescued a packet of ketchup from the tray. The two burgers on top were floating in the drinks and he just gives us the napkins from the tray and goes back to work. It wasn't until my friend complained that our place was cleaned. This has never happened to me before, you should at least say “sorry” or offer new food. Our trip was over and we had to return home.

We come in and the first thing I see is a crowded McDonald’s. We think nothing of it and order our food in the app. 30 minutes later we ask ourselves how an employee can be so unfunny, incompetent and stupid. After I gave him the order he replied that it was 400€ and at that point I lost faith in humanity. I told him that we wanted to take away and this intelligent allergy sufferer gave us it to eat here. to the correction that we wanted to take it with us, he proudly replied: “big mistake”. In my head I thought the only mistake here was them. I think he could read my mind because when we got home. I found an MC instead of a big Mac, I got a little upset but it was limited. When I wanted to eat our nuggets I saw 5 nuggets in one package and 4 nuggets in the other. With a simple calculation I was able to check that a total of 3 nuggets were missing. Today is October 20th, we were at McDonald's, we liked everything, the staff was polite, it was clean and they cleaned the tables. Great establishment 👍

Unfortunately, the staff is always unfriendly, I've never experienced anything different in this MCD. The food is slapped together carelessly, so that you get your burger in a modular system and can put it together yourself. The McRib is really catastrophic anyway, you only see the sauce! There were times when you couldn't get the burger out of the pack without getting dirty.

Phew, unfortunately one of the dirtiest McDonalds branches I have ever visited. Here the dining room was just dirty, you didn't even dare sit down, the floor was completely sticky.

Completely disappointed. The drink was initially mixed without enough syrup, but they kindly replaced it. Burgers were prepared rancid, nuggets were more brickets and rock hard and there were apparently leftovers from the last ice cream order in the chocolate ice cream.

4 people paid in cash and each got 1 cent in change, but we didn't get this. It was very obvious not to give this.

Well the food was McDonalds as you would expect. The Cola Zero is non-carbonated, too watery and warm. So by McDonald's standards it works like this. Ventilation in the store set too high. So much too cool

I wanted to have my receipt to give the store feedback and collect my 50cent product. I didn't get it. Waited an additional 15 minutes for 3 cheeseburgers which were then cold...great. Would like some compensation :)

Underground! It started with a language barrier when ordering in the drive-thru, the employee's German was pretty bad, and maybe the intercom system made it even worse than it already is. We ordered and paid for 9 chicken nuggets with sweet and sour sauce in the menu with Cola Zero, fries with ketchup. There was no cola and the sweet and sour sauce became curry sauce. How little desire can you actually have.........

Food was good as always. When I wanted an extra drinking straw for the children, it was refused because drinks served in the restaurant do not come with straws. What weak behavior. A bucket or something else should be provided in the outdoor area so that the seating can be wiped down. The last empty table was completely smeared.

Unfortunately one star has to be awarded. I am shocked at the uncleanliness. I don't understand why the M logo isn't removed. Sorry, but I won't be coming here again. Very unfortunate. Unpleasant visit to the branch today. I was sitting inside and had to listen loudly to an employee loudly reprimanding two other employees and loudly pointing out mistakes and thus demonstrating them in front of all the customers. Very unpleasant even for an uninvolved customer!!

Very small and not very nice shop. Too narrow and too many people, so it gets dirty quickly. But the freshness of the food is top compared to many other branches.

We made a quick stop on the way home and I actually don't have a good opinion of McDonalds in general, but I would be pleasantly surprised. My menu was quite acceptable and the BigMac was also a surprise in terms of taste. Unfortunately, there seem to be very big differences regionally. I liked it very much. Service was incredibly fast. I wanted to have a nice breakfast here with my wife, and we ordered everything. When the order came we realized we had forgotten to order without cheese on the roll, my wife went ahead to the checkout. There she was told in a very unfriendly tone that she had ordered it and should the saleswoman throw it away now!? So we ordered again, the second order was again with cheese! This time it was taken back and thrown away! Why not the first time??? Customer service is something else! As if the saleswoman had to pay for it out of her own pocket or the McDonald’s would go bankrupt! That was our last visit here.

I would be forced to take a Plantbase Burger on my double pack Big Mäc menu instead of the second Big Mäc. The woman was actually totally aggressive and didn't feel like dealing with the stress. She was on her way through and wanted to move on. Since I was warned about this McDonald's, I'd rather go 5 minutes to the next one.

I don't normally write reviews, but here today I was speechless. I have never experienced such a dirty branch of McDonald's. Around 6:30 p.m., six employees, three of whom are working behind the counter as the others say, and none of them are able to wipe down the dirty tables and chairs. The staff doesn't even care what it looks like. The food is on the floor and is stuck to the tables and friendliness is not to be expected.
