That was absolutely rude and unprofessional. Especially the man at the cash register.

Like all Burger King restaurants, you can still order at the cash register. The biggest drawback is the lack of air conditioning.

I highly recommend this place. Clean and tidy. Nice atmosphere, with a different layout. Friendly, helpful staff. I'll stop by again when I'm in the area. 👍👍👍🍀

I was at Burger King today and first of all, I'd like to emphasize: The service staff was absolutely top-notch – very friendly, attentive, and fast. The food was also fresh and delicious. However, I find the conditions the employees have to work in here unacceptable. It was extremely hot inside – significantly warmer than outside – and apparently the air conditioning isn't working. While this is certainly unpleasant for guests, it's truly borderline unpleasant for the employees who have to work here for hours. I sincerely hope Burger King acts quickly and provides a pleasant, air-conditioned working environment – the fantastic team here definitely deserves it!

Well, it's not my first choice, but if there's nothing else nearby, it's pretty solid. The prices are too high for me personally, and the food is bland.

I think the air conditioning is broken, because it's boiling hot inside. The Wi-Fi isn't working either, and the playground equipment is closed. The food was served quickly and well, though.

So Burger King should be like it used to be. They played techno music inside, which was really unpleasant for my child. The cashiers were completely unfriendly and couldn't even say hello. The restrooms were absolutely filthy and stank.

We got a total of three meals from the Naruto Edition. Instead of the two selected figures, we got a... dragon? (or whatever that was), which meant we had to go back and somehow explain to the employees what was going on. In the car, we roughly checked the burgers and, as marked on the packaging, everything was correct. However, we had some minor issues with the contents when we got home. My plant-based Whopper, which was also labeled plant-based, came with a beef patty. Not only is it morally questionable to simply give out meat instead of vegetarian food...I ordered plant-based because I can't tolerate beef and it gives me terrible stomach pains! So, in the end, all I could "enjoy" with the money I spent was my unsalted fries. Guess that's what happens when people constantly chatter at work. At this point: Thanks for nothing

I have to be honest, none of this is food for me! McDonald's, Burger King, and the like. Especially since the new ordering process alone is completely suspect and pointless to me. Which means the service is completely abysmal, as I completely lack personality. It's like an assembly line, following a number. Nutritionally, it's absolutely at its lowest. I try my best to avoid "eating" there!

The food is good depending on the time of day. Otherwise, the restaurant is quite dirty. The vending machine is a plus.

The processing of our order was delayed. It appears that there were staff shortages. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the tables was unsatisfactory. The quality of the food was acceptable.

I was there on Monday, June 30, 2025. The service was great, but the working conditions for the restaurant employees were unacceptable. 🫤 The temperatures were beyond extreme for someone who was only there for a short time, but terrible for the employees. No air conditioning or any other means of cooling down. I highly doubt that this is even permissible under labor law. 🤔

Oh man, oh man... the only person for miles around at 3:04 p.m. (number 879 / June 25, 2025) was the only person ordering, and yet (repeatedly!!! Aschaffenburg, Hanauer Str.) instead of 6 nuggets, they only put 4 in the box. A NO GO. Unfortunately, I ordered the stuff to go and didn't see it until 15 minutes later when I unpacked it. As a customer, you're supposed to be able to rely on reliability. That's apparently not the case. Conclusion: Don't order anything at the drive-up or to go; you won't get what you ordered. A shame.

Nice, fresh Burger King, a little overwhelmed at peak times. But overall, great! Unfortunately, it's been a complete decline since the last review.

Waiting 17 minutes for an order is not fast food. Especially when almost the main reason was to go to this store. When asked about getting my money back, only excuses are made. I'm healed.

We were a group of 11 people to visit our new location nearby, we were all hungry and short on time. The person responsible for the location personally took our order. On April 5th, 2025 I wanted to redeem my crowns at the branch. The coupons were scanned, I received a confirmation - but nothing was visible at the checkout anymore. Instead of help, I was turned away, but the crowns were still gone. The branch manager was extremely unfriendly, made fun of me and offered me “1000 cardboard crowns”. No apology, no solution – just disrespectful. That's not how you treat customers.

I ordered two menus and a wings bucket today. What was forgotten was of course the most expensive part of the order, the wings bucket. As if it were too difficult to remember three things, even though a screen shows everything that needs to be packed. This store is really the worst, dingy, dirty, disorganized. Ordered two menus and a Jr. Meal to take away, luckily I took a look. Gastrointestinal upset after eating is inevitable

The food is as always, but unfortunately just as expensive when you go out to eat! The four of us spent €92 on 4 meals, chili cheese nuggets, onion rings and king wings. But the worst thing of all was that the floor on the first floor was completely stuck like chewing gum, you're welcome to clean the floor! Today during the lunch break I waited a whole 25 minutes for 2 cheeseburgers and an extra long chilli cheese menu to see that the employees (who hardly speak German at all) had put pickles on the burger instead of jalapeños. I know that this is not a posh restaurant, but there are more than enough experiences that you have had in fast food restaurants in your life and this restaurant almost always manages to disappoint you again and again.

Unfortunately, I'm too lazy to cook myself, so I'm constantly getting shitty here at Burger King, every time I forget a burger or fries. Please hire people with math skills, thanks Burger King, I'll come back tomorrow

Please don't misunderstand, this is my PERSONAL impression of this Burger King. Service/Order: The employees are always trying (sarcasm off). For a fast food restaurant the waiting time is bearable. Ambiance: As a customer you have to point out to the staff how dirty the self-service drinks are and that one device doesn't work. Eat: After receiving the tablet with the ordered food, the food was ONLY LOW WARM, and it didn't take a minute to receive my tablet and carry it to my table. Employees: After complaining, I was treated rudely, condescendingly and harshly by the male cashier, with the ARGUMENT that I should pick up my tablet quicker??? Just NAUGHTY I am a CUSTOMER and not a supplicant.

When we came in and ordered, we and another family of two were the only customers. Then we stood there waiting waiting waiting for the food. Everyone else who came after us had their meal before us. We went there as a child on 22.09.2024. Even though it's not very crowded The staff is very rude and disinterested. They have no information about the job. They also said that the beverage machine was empty or defective every time. I had to repeat my order at the drive in 5 times, then order again at the counter, got a cheeseburger instead of Fanta Cola, and a cheeseburger instead of a hamburger. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend the Bürgerkind branch in Aschaffenburg-Hanauerstraße. The quality of the food leaves a lot to be desired.
