Super freundliches Personal, das Essen kam sehr schnell und war frisch zubereitet. Ich komme sehr gerne in diese BK Filiale.

Außergewöhnlich freundliches Personal. Ich war früher eher der McDonalds Typ aber seit dem King des Monats gehe ich am liebsten zu Burger King.

Alles perfekt die Bedienung hat und Burger und trinken gratis gegeben das ist heutzutage wirklich selten muss man mal sagen

Ich fand es nicht gut. Die Atmosphäre ist okay, aber das Essen ist verkocht.

Können die ganzen negativen Bewertungen nicht bestätigen, bisher war bei uns immer alles ok, wenn etwas nicht in Ordnung war , wurde es direkt reklamiert ob telefonisch (Drive abgeholt) oder im Geschäft, da gab es keine Probleme

Bestellungen mit mehreren Menüs regelmäßig falsch zusammengestellt. Kann man quasi nicht vor Ort prüfen. Deshalb sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung!

Wie kann es sein das jedesmal bei der Bestellung etwas fehlt.. da muss man schon fast 10€ für einen Burger bezahlen und dann bekommt man ihn nicht.. auch eine Art Geld zu machen..

Die Erfahrung in dieser Filiale war sehr enttäuschend. Wir haben keine komplizierte Bestellung aufgegeben, trotzdem war fast alles falsch. Zunächst hatten wir einen plant-based Hamburger ohne Käse bestellt, bekamen jedoch einen mit Käse. Außerdem wollten wir über einen Coupon Chili-Cheese-Nuggets bestellen. Diese haben wir überhaupt nicht erhalten. Stattdessen bekamen wir normale Nuggets und davon nicht einmal die bestellten 6 Stück, sondern nur 4 Wie so etwas passieren kann, ist für mich nicht nachvollziehbar. Zusätzlich war das Essen nicht frisch, sondern schmeckte eher so, als wäre es längere Zeit warmgehalten worden. In dieser Filiale werde ich definitiv nichts mehr bestellen.

Pommes waren heiß, Burger frisch gemacht und vollständig. Personal (Herr Shipley) sehr freundlich, hat uns das Essen sogar an den Tisch gebracht. Kam mir vor als würde versucht werden die vielen negativen Bewertungen mal in Angriff zu nehmen. Sauberkeit wie in den meisten FastFood Restaurants.

Bestes Team überhaupt! Ich gehe super gerne in diese Filiale, weil die Mitarbeiter hier einfach unfassbar cool drauf sind. Trotz Stress haben die immer einen lockeren Spruch auf den Lippen, sind mega gut gelaunt und stecken einen mit ihrer positiven Energie richtig an. Man merkt einfach, dass das Team Bock hat und harmoniert. Essen war natürlich auch top, aber der Service schießt hier den Vogel ab. Danke für die gute Laune!

Schlechteste Burger King ever, warum der noch in Betrieb ist? Burger fleisch patis alt, mindestens 5std liegen die in dem fach rum, pommes alte und neue gemischt. Diese Frau die den laden leitet, komplett unseriös und unfreundlich. War das letze mal das ich hier gegessen habe. Für das hart erarbeitete geld bekommt man hier eindeutig nur noch Müll...

Warum keinen Lieferservice zum ,😈 ? Veraltet, Kundenufreundlich, sonst würde man auch denen was verkaufen die kein Auto haben. Nichtmal Lieferabdo oder Uber Eats, wenn man denen etwas vom Geld abgibt, verdient man trotzdem mehr. Echt mies Mr Burger King Aschaffenburg!!!!!!!!

Als regelmäßiger Gast bei Burger King in der Würzburger Straße, Aschaffenburg, bin ich immer wieder aufs Neue begeistert. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Mitarbeiterin am 20.03.2023 gegen 18:00 Uhr, sie war nicht nur äußerst freundlich, sondern auch beeindruckend schnell. Ein großes Lob an das gesamte Team vor Ort, hier fühlt man sich jederzeit gut aufgehoben und der Besuch wird stets zu einem angenehmen Erlebnis. Freundlicher und effizienter Service wird hier wirklich großgeschrieben!

Ich wollte telefonisch etwas bestellen, aber die Mitarbeiter haben einfach aufgelegt, bevor ich überhaupt etwas sagen konnte. Ich finde das sehr frech.

Wow was rür ein erlebnis... ich fahre jetzt zum, zum glück nur 5 min entfernten, mc donalds, da ich blöd angemacht werde wenn ich nach 5 minuten in denen kein mitarbeiter zu sehen ist laut rufe ob hier jemand arbeite, und die 2 angestellten damen lieber ihr privat gespräch in ruhe weiterführen anstatt mal an der theke zu schauen ob jemand etwas essen möchte! Ich bin mega angepisst davon dass diese damen 2 sehr faule individuen zu seien scheinen die mich dann quasi an mc donald empfohlen haben, bei denen ich dann mein essen schneller bekam, als der burgerking, angestelltentechnisch, leer zu seien schien! Ganz toll!!! Was man alles falsch machen kann wenn man einfach nur burger verkaufen muss!!! Wow richtig skill burgerking danke! Gut dass die filiale in der hanauerstraße nicht von solchen unfreundlichen individuen betrieben wird.

Bestellung war falsch nach Ansprache mehrfach Diskussionen nur das Papier wäre falsch sie machen keine Fehler als ich sagte ich hab rein geschaut ging die Vorarbeiterin zur Angestellten die super nett war und alles richtig gemacht hat zerrte sie am Arm in die Küche und gab ihr einen schubser worauf die Angestellte einige Schritte zurück stolperte.. den falschen Bürger kam wieder in die Auslage und die angestellte wurde gekündigt als wir gingen brüllte die vorarbeiterin laut an der Kasse rum was uns eigentlich einfallen würde uns auch noch zu beschweren das es das ganze burger King Restaurant hörte... Niiieee wwiiieeddeerr!!!

Ich bin inzwischen zum wiederholten Mal extrem enttäuscht. Das Essen ist viel zu wenig, vor allem bei neuen Produkten wie den Soßen — die Becher sind nicht einmal halb voll. Nach den letzten zwei Besuchen reicht es mir endgültig. Entweder versteht dort niemand die Beschwerden oder es ist einfach egal. Wir hatten Essen für die Kinder mitgenommen, aber es fehlt ständig etwas. Die Chili-Cheese-Bällchen waren bereits zum zweiten Mal komplett überfrittiert, trocken und praktisch tot. Schon im Auto fing das Essen so unangenehm an zu riechen, dass es wirklich widerlich war. Ich bin extra zurückgefahren und habe den Burger zurückgegeben. Die Reaktion darauf: keine Entschuldigung, kein Entgegenkommen, kein Ersatz. Nach dieser Erfahrung werde ich dort ganz sicher nicht mehr hingehen und ich kann auch niemandem empfehlen, dort Essen zu holen.

Es dauert lange, bis man bedient wird.

Wir haben chili cheese Nuggets gekauft die waren definitiv alt und wurden mehrfach fritiert die waren einfach ekelhaft Die Burger waren staubtrocken die konnte man nur mit einen Getränk runter bekommen

Worst Burger King by far. I gave the place a second chance after I got an old, dried-out burger patty on my Long Chicken, but I regret it now.

Ms. Grund is incredibly caring and dedicated. Burger King needs more people who work like her. I have immense respect for her; even at 10 p.m., she greeted us with a smile and offered her advice with open arms. Other Burger King restaurants could learn a thing or two from her! We'll definitely be back! I'm from Stuttgart, but I'm happy to drive to Aschaffenburg for Ms. Grund.

I ordered a cheeseburger, but got one with bacon instead. No idea if that was on purpose because we don't eat pork! Never again!

Those were the worst fries ever. Soggy with grease and cold.

We were just at the branch on Würzburger Straße. We were the only customers at the drive-thru. The burgers were okay, but what really bothered us was the manager, who belittled and condescendingly treated her employees at the open counter. I've never experienced anything like it. "What I say goes," "Nobody tells me what to do." Dear Tarik, we respect you for putting up with that woman for more than 10 minutes. Hope you find a new job soon! Nobody deserves that. Her leadership skills should be questioned. If you don't have any employees, you can't sell any burgers.

I was just at the drive-thru... I've never received such bad service from such an employee. If you hate your job, you should find something else and not take your frustration out on other people. This has happened several times now, so I'm rightfully disappointed and angry. I thought I'd give the place another chance, but this was one too many. If you like bad service, this is the place for you. 🤝🏻

Chaos seems to be the norm at this Burger King. There are problems with almost every visit – broken cash registers, long waits, and incorrect orders. This time, too, it was the same: the regular cash register in the sales area wasn't working, was shut down several times, and in the end, I was even asked to go to the kitchen area to pay at the drive-thru register. Only there, after several attempts, did it finally work. On top of that, there were incorrect orders: instead of large fries, they offered small ones, and the curly fries consisted of just 33 rings – a bad joke for that price. In total, we paid €52 and once again had more trouble than pleasure. If you want to experience slapstick, this is the place for you – but this has nothing to do with serious chain restaurants. This was definitely our last visit.

We were just there and the takeout order was completely wrong. Three burgers and one fries were missing.

I ate here with my family today, July 25, 2025, around 6:30 p.m. Unfortunately, it wasn't a good experience... Even taking our order was very unpleasant. I asked the lady what the difference was between the regular chicken burger and the new version, and she simply walked away, exasperated, even though she was standing at the counter. Throughout the entire order-taking and preparation process, she showed that she wasn't in the mood at all. She didn't even ask us if we wanted our food in or takeout. The absolute highlight was that she actually slammed the food onto the tray and half-threw it at us. I will definitely avoid this place and would advise anyone not to visit. The competition treats you more like a human being -.-

It was closed for lunch, with no indication of how long it would be open. It's supposed to be a quick bite to eat...

I was there today, July 19, 2025, around 11 p.m. Both the lady behind the counter and the man in the kitchen were playing with their cell phones. The lady behind the counter carried on calmly... after 5 minutes, I allowed myself to briefly interrupt my private cell phone conversation and ask if the branch was still open and if I could/should I still order. My order was taken in a listless and visibly annoyed manner. I know that you can't expect service like you'd find in a gourmet temple here... but I've never experienced anything like this before.

Among other things, I had a chicken nugget burger that was inedible. The nuggets on the burger were so tough and old that you could barely chew them. Unfortunately, they ended up in the trash. I won't buy anything from you anymore, and I sincerely wish for a food inspection.

Visited the drive-thru. Display broken. Ordering only possible at the counter. No card payment, only cash, and last but not least, I didn't even get an official receipt. Cheers to the tax office 😂

Anyone who buys a burger with onion rings there should make sure they have dental insurance. Those things are harder than brass knuckles; it's an absolute disgrace to sell them! But luckily, that's only the case here on Würzburgerstrasse.

Never again. Ordered Sprite and got a Coke. Fries were cold. The lady at the checkout was absolutely unfriendly; no wonder there are no customers there.

As I was taking the tray, my Coke spilled. A friendly young saleswoman gave me a new one. Shortly afterwards, the so-called manager came out and angrily shouted at the saleswoman. While I was still eating, she came over to me and demanded that I pay for the second Coke – otherwise she would call the police or deduct the amount from the saleswoman's wages. When I told her that I hadn't even finished the Coke and that she was welcome to take it back, the insolent manager became even angrier and told me never to eat there again. Of course I won't. Now I understand why there isn't a single customer there, even on a Saturday lunchtime.

Und wieder eine schlechte Erfahrung im Burger King in der Würzburger Str. Hier ist seit Jahrzehnten ein und die selbe Bedienung an der Kasse. Wir hatten schon Chillis auf einem Cheeseburger statt Gurke. Dieser war für die Frau offensichtlich für ein Kind. Statt einem Getränk und einer Entschuldigung, wurde diskutiert. Heute hatten wir eine Haare auf dem Burger. Es hieß das haben wir uns nur eingebildet, da niemand schwarze Haare hat, jedoch hat sie zb genau diese Haarfarbe. Weiterhin waren die Chicken Nuggets steinhart und alt. Kommt besser nicht hierher.

Well, I'm not like that, but the lady at the checkout was incredibly rude and disrespectful towards her customers. If there were 0 stars for service this would be true. No eyes rolling, hello, nothing. You should still have a little decency. If you don't feel like doing your job you should just leave it alone or maybe consider taking a different path where you don't have to work with people with the grimace you make. I'm angry, sorry. I was at Burger King today and ordered my food with my qr code. When I showed it to the saleswoman, she didn't order using my qr code but simply entered the coupon. I went to her twice and asked her to scan the QR code, but she didn't, and now I'm missing 110 crowns. I just wanted to get a whopper

The whole place smells like chip fat. Service staff are friendly and the tables are clean.

The staff is unfriendly & not willing to work. If you arrive 15 minutes before midnight you will be shouted at that she could have already made it and the order was reluctantly taken.

After a long time I thought a visit to Burger King would be nice again. Was probably a mistake. The burger paddies were more like shoe soles and possibly from the day before. In any case, they were hard and not particularly hot. So I went back and complained. I probably should have looked in the bag straight away... When I unpacked them, I noticed that one of the two burgers was black and bone-hard again. That was the last visit to this juice shop.

We always make a special trip to the other Burger King in the a-burg city center (Hanauer str.) Because the food in this one (spiced burger) is really not good, whenever you pick out any burger with lettuce on it and unwrap it, the lettuce is completely yellow, brown and falling apart. That's really disgusting, especially because the food is overpriced anyway and then you get scarce goods for the high price. So we avoid this place completely. But the employees are very nice

Ambiance dingy!! Waiting time was incredibly long even though there was nothing going on. I took the Whopper menu. Food totally sloppy, non-carbonated cola. I had a stomach ache after the burger, in my opinion there was something wrong with the food. I can't recommend it. Dear Mc...

One star is still too many. The fries were scraped out of the serving container and thrown back into the deep fryer, and they were correspondingly crispy and dried out. You could just barely see the cheese sauce on the chilli cheese fries. 2 veggie burgers totally burnt. The meat burger was borderline burnt. The service was non-existent, unfriendly lady, listless and cheeky. There is no terminal to order yourself and no refill station. When we were there there was apparently no heating and the outside temperature was just under 6 degrees and it was freezing cold. We cannot recommend this branch, there is nothing royal about it.

Guys, seriously now.... Ordered 2x to take away within a few days for around €40... 5 minutes to Haibach.... Unpacked and whooper, x long chilli cheese, ice cold fries.....😡 😡 Why do you, like others, just manage that the food is at least warm... Is that asking too much? Would you like to have a cold meal for 40 euros (people... 80 marks). If I hadn't been too lazy, I would have brought the food back to you... I know you don't care about my opinion at all... But it's a cheek to give out a meal like that and at least I'm feeling better about my opinion If I were to do a job like that, I would definitely have been thrown out... We live in the 21st century and you are not in a position to offer a warm meal again...

It's getting worse and worse. This time all the ice was cold. The lady at the counter had zero desire and you could really tell. It didn't taste good either. :/ 🤔

We were just there and didn't check once to see if everything was in the bag........ Of course the sauces were missing! I don't understand that! They have everything in writing and are apparently too stupid to work through the list! Minimum wage is too much for people like this!

Unfortunately, the service here is often underwhelming, the waiting time after ordering is long, sauces etc. are often missing - you always have to check your order as soon as you receive it, that could definitely be better. The friendliness of the employees also still has a lot of room for improvement; As far as cleanliness is concerned, it is okay.

The service is very bad. The woman at the checkout sat with a stony face, her hair down, without a headdress, without gloves, without a smile or a hint of politeness. The food leaves much to be desired. This was the second time I was in this restaurant and nothing has changed for the better. In other restaurants of this chain that I have been to, the service is better. Why this is so here is unclear.

Today I ordered everything twice, 2 x burgers, 2 x fries, 2 x nuggets + promo as points, free fries, points were deducted, at home I discovered the felt, fries and nuggets, children were sad because I promised something for both, the worst is what happened next with a man also complaining about the conditions, ah there was still no sose for the one nuggets

Absolutely crazy!!! At peak times there are far too few staff in the store and they are totally unfriendly and incompetent!!

It's just a local fast food shop. If you expect 7 stars or the service of a house butler, you have to go to the appropriate stores. The food itself is good. Most of the time very hot. The vegetarian dishes don't come to you completely dead and the hygiene is ok. I didn't notice anything particularly negative (as I said, it's a fast food shop.) The decor is typical Burger King. It's very quiet in the evenings, which is probably due to the location on the outskirts of the city. I haven't had any order mix-ups yet. Even if the staff speaks broken German, they understand you much better than in other stores in the chain. Anyone who expects friendliness from employees in such jobs is lost and can happily be left behind. They greet you with a friendly but also friendly demeanor. So normal.
