Ordered a Big King menu, not good, fries were cold, burgers were overcooked 🍔 Not recommended 😬

I was just at the drive-thru... I've never received such bad service from such an employee. If you hate your job, you should find something else and not take your frustration out on other people. This has happened several times now, so I'm rightfully disappointed and angry. I thought I'd give the place another chance, but this was one too many. If you like bad service, this is the place for you. 🤝🏻

Some of the seating has seen better days, directions were a bit unclear the first time, but the staff were friendly.

Chaos seems to be the norm at this Burger King. There are problems with almost every visit – broken cash registers, long waits, and incorrect orders. This time, too, it was the same: the regular cash register in the sales area wasn't working, was shut down several times, and in the end, I was even asked to go to the kitchen area to pay at the drive-thru register. Only there, after several attempts, did it finally work. On top of that, there were incorrect orders: instead of large fries, they offered small ones, and the curly fries consisted of just 33 rings – a bad joke for that price. In total, we paid €52 and once again had more trouble than pleasure. If you want to experience slapstick, this is the place for you – but this has nothing to do with serious chain restaurants. This was definitely our last visit.

We were just there and the takeout order was completely wrong. Three burgers and one fries were missing.

I ate here with my family today, July 25, 2025, around 6:30 p.m. Unfortunately, it wasn't a good experience... Even taking our order was very unpleasant. I asked the lady what the difference was between the regular chicken burger and the new version, and she simply walked away, exasperated, even though she was standing at the counter. Throughout the entire order-taking and preparation process, she showed that she wasn't in the mood at all. She didn't even ask us if we wanted our food in or takeout. The absolute highlight was that she actually slammed the food onto the tray and half-threw it at us. I will definitely avoid this place and would advise anyone not to visit. The competition treats you more like a human being -.-

It was closed for lunch, with no indication of how long it would be open. It's supposed to be a quick bite to eat...

Among other things, I had a chicken nugget burger that was inedible. The nuggets on the burger were so tough and old that you could barely chew them. Unfortunately, they ended up in the trash. I won't buy anything from you anymore, and I sincerely wish for a food inspection.

I was there today, July 19, 2025, around 11 p.m. Both the lady behind the counter and the man in the kitchen were playing with their cell phones. The lady behind the counter carried on calmly... after 5 minutes, I allowed myself to briefly interrupt my private cell phone conversation and ask if the branch was still open and if I could/should I still order. My order was taken in a listless and visibly annoyed manner. I know that you can't expect service like you'd find in a gourmet temple here... but I've never experienced anything like this before.

Visited the drive-thru. Display broken. Ordering only possible at the counter. No card payment, only cash, and last but not least, I didn't even get an official receipt. Cheers to the tax office 😂

Anyone who buys a burger with onion rings there should make sure they have dental insurance. Those things are harder than brass knuckles; it's an absolute disgrace to sell them! But luckily, that's only the case here on Würzburgerstrasse.

Never again. Ordered Sprite and got a Coke. Fries were cold. The lady at the checkout was absolutely unfriendly; no wonder there are no customers there.

As I was taking the tray, my Coke spilled. A friendly young saleswoman gave me a new one. Shortly afterwards, the so-called manager came out and angrily shouted at the saleswoman. While I was still eating, she came over to me and demanded that I pay for the second Coke – otherwise she would call the police or deduct the amount from the saleswoman's wages. When I told her that I hadn't even finished the Coke and that she was welcome to take it back, the insolent manager became even angrier and told me never to eat there again. Of course I won't. Now I understand why there isn't a single customer there, even on a Saturday lunchtime.

Und wieder eine schlechte Erfahrung im Burger King in der Würzburger Str. Hier ist seit Jahrzehnten ein und die selbe Bedienung an der Kasse. Wir hatten schon Chillis auf einem Cheeseburger statt Gurke. Dieser war für die Frau offensichtlich für ein Kind. Statt einem Getränk und einer Entschuldigung, wurde diskutiert. Heute hatten wir eine Haare auf dem Burger. Es hieß das haben wir uns nur eingebildet, da niemand schwarze Haare hat, jedoch hat sie zb genau diese Haarfarbe. Weiterhin waren die Chicken Nuggets steinhart und alt. Kommt besser nicht hierher.

Well, I'm not like that, but the lady at the checkout was incredibly rude and disrespectful towards her customers. If there were 0 stars for service this would be true. No eyes rolling, hello, nothing. You should still have a little decency. If you don't feel like doing your job you should just leave it alone or maybe consider taking a different path where you don't have to work with people with the grimace you make. I'm angry, sorry. Bye not recommended but food was delicious hehe

I was at Burger King today and ordered my food with my qr code. When I showed it to the saleswoman, she didn't order using my qr code but simply entered the coupon. I went to her twice and asked her to scan the QR code, but she didn't, and now I'm missing 110 crowns. I just wanted to get a whopper

The whole place smells like chip fat. Service staff are friendly and the tables are clean.

The clearly better run Burger King in Aschaffenburg. The order is always correct and the food is always fresh.

The staff is unfriendly & not willing to work. If you arrive 15 minutes before midnight you will be shouted at that she could have already made it and the order was reluctantly taken.

After a long time I thought a visit to Burger King would be nice again. Was probably a mistake. The burger paddies were more like shoe soles and possibly from the day before. In any case, they were hard and not particularly hot. So I went back and complained. I probably should have looked in the bag straight away... When I unpacked them, I noticed that one of the two burgers was black and bone-hard again. That was the last visit to this juice shop.

Was there again after a long time. There will be another longer break.

We always make a special trip to the other Burger King in the a-burg city center (Hanauer str.) Because the food in this one (spiced burger) is really not good, whenever you pick out any burger with lettuce on it and unwrap it, the lettuce is completely yellow, brown and falling apart. That's really disgusting, especially because the food is overpriced anyway and then you get scarce goods for the high price. So we avoid this place completely. But the employees are very nice

Ambiance dingy!! Waiting time was incredibly long even though there was nothing going on. I took the Whopper menu. Food totally sloppy, non-carbonated cola. I had a stomach ache after the burger, in my opinion there was something wrong with the food. I can't recommend it. Dear Mc...

One star is still too many. The fries were scraped out of the serving container and thrown back into the deep fryer, and they were correspondingly crispy and dried out. You could just barely see the cheese sauce on the chilli cheese fries. 2 veggie burgers totally burnt. The meat burger was borderline burnt. The service was non-existent, unfriendly lady, listless and cheeky. There is no terminal to order yourself and no refill station. When we were there there was apparently no heating and the outside temperature was just under 6 degrees and it was freezing cold. We cannot recommend this branch, there is nothing royal about it.

Huge big crap shop! Maybe you should teach your employees how to fry a burger! Then not every big King XXL would have burned! Really, under all... now for the 3rd time... I'd rather go to Mc'es!

Guys, seriously now.... Ordered 2x to take away within a few days for around €40... 5 minutes to Haibach.... Unpacked and whooper, x long chilli cheese, ice cold fries.....😡 😡 Why do you, like others, just manage that the food is at least warm... Is that asking too much? Would you like to have a cold meal for 40 euros (people... 80 marks). If I hadn't been too lazy, I would have brought the food back to you... I know you don't care about my opinion at all... But it's a cheek to give out a meal like that and at least I'm feeling better about my opinion If I were to do a job like that, I would definitely have been thrown out... We live in the 21st century and you are not in a position to offer a warm meal again...

We were just there and didn't check once to see if everything was in the bag........ Of course the sauces were missing! I don't understand that! They have everything in writing and are apparently too stupid to work through the list! Minimum wage is too much for people like this!

Unfortunately, the service here is often underwhelming, the waiting time after ordering is long, sauces etc. are often missing - you always have to check your order as soon as you receive it, that could definitely be better. The friendliness of the employees also still has a lot of room for improvement; As far as cleanliness is concerned, it is okay.

The service is very bad. The woman at the checkout sat with a stony face, her hair down, without a headdress, without gloves, without a smile or a hint of politeness. Today I ordered everything twice, 2 x burgers, 2 x fries, 2 x nuggets + promo as points, free fries, points were deducted, at home I discovered the felt, fries and nuggets, children were sad because I promised something for both, the worst is what happened next with a man also complaining about the conditions, ah there was still no sose for the one nuggets

It's just a local fast food shop. If you expect 7 stars or the service of a house butler, you have to go to the appropriate stores. The food itself is good. Most of the time very hot. The vegetarian dishes don't come to you completely dead and the hygiene is ok. I didn't notice anything particularly negative (as I said, it's a fast food shop.) The decor is typical Burger King. It's very quiet in the evenings, which is probably due to the location on the outskirts of the city. I haven't had any order mix-ups yet. Even if the staff speaks broken German, they understand you much better than in other stores in the chain. Anyone who expects friendliness from employees in such jobs is lost and can happily be left behind. They greet you with a friendly but also friendly demeanor. So normal.

Absolutely terrible and disastrous service. We ordered 4 citizens, and at a slow pace so that everything could be accommodated. Two citizens were missing, we pointed this out to the cashier and were then told that she had forgotten to include it, even though we saw her typing away on her terminal after we had ordered these two citizens. We were in the middle of eating and we told her to make the burgers and we would pay as soon as we finished eating. Unfortunately it didn't work. Next time we'll go to MCs down the street

Restaurant is rarely busy. Vegetarian/plant based burgers are plentiful. However, I think the price for the menus is a bit high for what you get. The cleanliness of the restaurant also leaves something to be desired, as the seating and tables are often very greasy/greasy. I only had a King Fusion ice cream with cookie dough and chocolate sauce. The base ice cream was watery, crystallized and not at all creamy, the chocolate sauce was just sweet, not chocolaty. The cookie dough pieces dried out and layered. Apparently my husband's burger wasn't up to snuff either. He didn't finish it, and that's rare.

Drive-in counter broken, order placed at the window, processed there more or less disinterestedly. Special request forgot cheese on two of three burgers. The chicken patties were so old that they were already hard and only tasted like cardboard, lettuce leaves were brown all over the edges. Honestly BK: If you don't feel like it, then please don't do it!

Every time something was wrong or forgotten - you have to check every time - in the past you at least got something as an apology...

Unable to put three menus together correctly...I'll never go there again. In the end I found that fries were missing and the wrong burger was packaged and that's a joke for the money honestly...I'm disappointed

Würde man vorne abschließen, wäre es für die BurgerKing Kette eher ein Gewinn. Das Essen war überwiegend kalt. Die Bestellung schon eine Katastrophe und fehlerhaft in der Ausführung. Wer keine Lust auf den Job hat, sollte es besser lassen und wie man mit den Angestellten umgeht bleibt auch dem Gast nicht verborgen. Schade, aber hier muss man nicht hin gehen. Dann kann man auch 200m weiter zu Mc Donalds fahren.

ACHTUNG GESUNDHEITSAMT!!! Reklamierte, angefasste Burger landeten unverändert im Verkaufsregal. Mangelnde Hygiene und Qualitätskontrolle, Mitarbeiter zeigen Unwilligkeit und offene Unmotiviertheit. Fehlende Bestellung, unfreundliches Personal. Nie wieder.

Eben 1 Whopper Menü mit grosse Pommes, Big King und Danish King bestellt. Knapp 20 Euro gelatzt. Bekommen habe ich 1 Whopper, kleine Pommes, Danish King und ein Double Cheese Burger. Habe es daheim erst gemerkt und gegessen. In Zukunft wird direkt vor Ort kontrolliert!!

Feels like a lost place even though it is still open. Seems run down and probably had much better days when the US Army was still in town. Now it's somehow depressing when you're ready there. Should do a whole revamp and refresh.

War heute hier gewesen und muss sagen, selten so schlechten BK gesehen. Früher war das mal hier anders. Der eine Burger war fast kalt und der Salat schon halb vergammelt, die Pommes ebenfalls fast kalt. Lediglich der Burger der "frisch" gemacht wurde, war etwas wärmer, aber auch nicht heiß. Habe ich aber auch schon besser gegessen.

Dieser BK gehört geschlossen, oder von einem anständigen Betreiber übernommen!! Man wird selten so unfreundlich und lustlos bedient wie hier. Auch ich habe mein Getränk von einer offenen (keine Ahnung wie lange) Plastikflasche abgefüllt bekommen. Das Essen war kalt und die allgemeinen Zustände sind schlecht. Ich hoffe das Burgerking Deutschland dort etwas unternimmt, sonst haben sie mit Sicherheit einig Kunden auch für die Zukunft verloren. Schade das man keine 0 Sterne auswählen kann...

Die Mitarbeiter sind unhöflich lustlos Die Getränke sind mit Flasche in becher nachgefüllt. Essen wahr schnell zubereitet aber da für etwas kalt. Die rutsche musste de man Wartungen gemacht werden da mein Kind sich bei manche Stellen Mit der jacke hängen geblieben is. Obere Stock spiele sind zu alt system is manchmal bei fußball überlastet.

Alles kalt, Coca-Cola wird berechnet, aber nicht angeboten, katastrofa...

Unterirdisch! Erstmal niemand zu sehen, trotz rufen und bemerkbar machen keine Reaktion. Dann kam eine Bedienung, die sich erst um Pommes gekümmert hat und dann eine Kollegin zum bedienen holte... diese war sehr nett. Das Eis (zum Mitnehmen) war völlig wässrig und nicht genießbar! Letzte Chance leider vermasselt...

Das Essen ist sehr gut, aber die alte frau die abends an der kasse arbeitet ist sehr schlimm. Ihr deutsch ist null und sie ist richtig unfreundlich, deshalb gehe ich da nur morgens 🙃

Die Kassiererin hat mir mein Rückgeld auf den Tisch geballert (2 cent) 😂 ein wort -antworten und -fragen bei der bedienung, aber sehr witzig. Viel besser als eine langweilige freundliche Kassererin. Donnerstags nachts haette ich aber auch kein Bock mehr

Haben ua ein Crispy Chicken Menü bestellt.. was kam? Ein King Nugget(?) Burger mit verdammt scharfer Sauce und echt ekelhaft, labbrigen Salat. Die restlichen Burger waren alle kalt obwohl sie (hoffentlich) frisch zubereitet wurden. Die Pommes sind bei BK grundsätzlich kalt und knatschig. Echt ekelhaft…

Einfach nur schlecht!!!! Verkauft werden ernsthaft warme Softdrinks ohne Kohlensäure, das ist den Verkäufern hinter der Theke sogar bewusst. Haben die Verkäufer darauf angesprochen, es wurde mit Schulterzucken reagiert. Habe die Bedienung hinter der Theke beobachtet wie er geronnene Milch aus der dem Kanister der Kaffeemaschine weggetragen hat. Eismaschine kaputt, wird ohne Handschuh drin rumgefummelt und alles ohne abspülen wieder in die Maschine gesteckt. Was soll ich sagen, Burger King macht seinem Ruf alle Ehre. Kinder enttäuscht, nie wieder! Eklig… spart euch das Geld!

Sry das es nur ein Stern ist null währen treffender Fleisch wurde in der Fritteuse zubereitet anstatt gegrillt womit ja geworben wird Burger waren kalt und Pommes haben in Fett geschwommen sitze seid 4 Stunden auf dem Klo fest nie wieder

Unsere Hamburger Patties wurden in der Friteuse aufgewärmt, entsprechend fettig waren dann die Burger. Der Laden machte an diesem Abend einen eher ungepflegten Eindruck. Die anwesende Teamchefin war nicht besonders freundlich. Vielleicht kann man zur Entschuldigung sagen, dass es schon spät war.. Trotzdem nicht so prickelnd.

Ich war jetzt schon zweimal mit meinen Kindern da, aber jetzt ist es genug. Das Essen ist immer schlecht. Die Brötchen labbrig, ein Druck und der whopper fällt auseinander. Sauber ist es auch nicht wirklich. Echt unterirdisch.

Hier gibt's als Sonderangebot einmal gratis Erbrechen zum Menü dazu! Als wir zuletzt dort waren, bestellte meine Partnerin den Kings Harissa. Darauf musste Sie einen ganzen Tag lang Erbrechen. Nachdem wir Burger King den Vorfall geschildert und einen ewig unnötig langen Fragebogen ausgefüllt haben, wurde unser Vorfall einfach mit der Begründung es sei nach Rücksprache mit dem Franchisenehmer vor Ort alles gut, es kam nicht von dort, abgelehnt. Allerdings habe ich schon öfters mitbekommen, dass Leute sich übergeben mussten, nachdem sie dort gegessen hatten. Traurig, wie man sich hier der Verantwortung entzieht und ohne jegliches Gewissen einen Schimmelladen führt!

Die Bedienungen sind meist sehr freundlich und nett, schneller Service wie auch ein sauberes erscheinungsbild des Ladens machen einen positiven Eindruck

Die Dame war sehr unfreundlich, man hat richtig gemerkt das Sie keine Lust zum arbeiten hat, und das ist sogar Kunden aufgefallen die später nach uns kamen, Klimaanlage gab es wohl auch keine. Genauso wie es keine Eiswürfel gab, wo man immer Sommer doch gerne mal ein Getränk mit Eiswürfel hat. Würde für den Service gerne Minus Sterne geben, aber die gibt es leider nicht.

"Flame grilled" schneckt man leider nicht so raus. Außer man hat einen Whopper der einen fast angebrannten Patty enthält - "Röstaromen", ansonsten geschmacklich nichts besonderes, aber das gibt es bei BK kaum noch. Pommes sind knusprig, zum Glück. Personal war freundlich. Der Laden ist ganz ok. Hat noch keinen modernen Schnickschnack wie Bedientafeln etc.

Nie zu voll und hier sind unsere Lieblings-BK-Mitarbeitenden. Grüße gehen raus an unsere Beste!

Wohne hier in der Nähe und war deshalb zwei, drei Mal da. Jedes Mal dachte ich mir: kann ja mal passieren.. Die Burger haben einen ganz merkwürdigen Geschmack und ich dachte zunächst dass ich mir das nur einbilde, jedoch machten diese Erfahrung auch noch andere hier in den Kommentaren. Der Service ist eine Katastrophe.. Man wird nicht verstanden und fühlt sich hier einfach nicht wohl. So schade, dass sich hier nicht mal was ändert
