Unfortunately it has been extremely cold in the store for several weeks. Guests sit there with jackets to eat!

I was just going to the toilet to wash my hands when an employee came into the toilet. He then went out again without washing his hands. That's not very hygienic.

After 8 years I am re-evaluating the McDonald's on Berlin Allee and the rating is significantly worse. The restaurant feels unheated and therefore very uncomfortable. The coffee machine in the MC Cafe is no longer in use and you get coffee in a paper cup. The milk-coffee-foam mixture is not optimal. The cake offering has also been reduced, so we currently see little reason to go to McDonals for a coffee. There are now much better alternatives here."

The heating wasn't on and the music was too loud

I've been there for the second time now, I've ordered food to take away and each time it's missing something that was there about an hour ago and never again the food is dry and who knows how long it's been there and I think it tastes really sad and it doesn't taste like anything and the cola only tastes like water, nothing else, load juice, that was my last time there

Every time we go to Drive something is missing from the order. We come here less often, but it's enough for now. The Quetschi is missing from the Happy meal. The chicken burger is hard (the meat). The nuggets in the happy meal are as slippery as rubber. (Order: a filet o fish, a chicken burger and a happy meal - so not so much that you could say the order was confusing). In addition, the cars that are supposed to wait in the drive are not sent to the waiting lane on the right, but directly in such a way that they block the exit.

Tried again and disappointed again. Extremely dodgy staff. Only in the drive, parts of the order are always missing. What is there is half hard, old and cold. Invoice is something that is not included in the drive. Every time I am disgusted by the service and quality and every two years I try again, maybe I should just leave it alone... Well, the last time I was here was in 1996...

The shop is really dirty, the rubbish is piling up, the toilets are really dirty, the roll of towels to dry your hands is put on the wet sink instead of in the device intended for it. Even the toilet is full of rubbish and as soon as you walk towards the toilet there is a massive smell of vomit. Simply disgusting.

As usual good quality, service is becoming more and more contactless. The parking lot has something of a maze. It's good that people are already thinking about taking a break with e-cars and there are already some charging stations.

Very helpful and friendly staff. The food is always warm or hot. The tables are wiped down after each guest. The toilets are also very clean.

Seit Jahren nicht mehr bei McDonald’s gewesen, dachte hole mal im mcdrive den vegetarischen Burger. Personal war auch nett. Daheim waren einfach nichts als Pommes in der Tasche und die auch noch kalt. Absolut unfassbar.

You can argue about the food, the store is neat and well maintained. What really bothers me personally is the very, very loud music - unfortunately the McD feedback system via receipt is nothing... speak to the store manager? I will do it too

It's just the usual burger fast food restaurant. Everyone should know what you get there. If you are aware of this, you can get something there. I think this is definitely the most visited MCs in Aschaffenburg. That's why it gets crowded quickly and the staff is a little unfocused.

It's best if you order food at the counter in the restaurant. Via Drive In you either get the wrong product, part of your order is missing or even worse. McSundae would be sold today August (around 8:15 p.m.) as McFlurry in a McFlurry cup and at the McFlurry price. We asked why McSundae frozen yogurt costs more than €1.99. The answer from the employee (male) perhaps the board shows the wrong prices. I downloaded and installed the McDonald's app at home to see the prices. The app still says €1.99. We have €8.58 for two McSundae frozen yoghurt. I cannot recommend this branch.

Hi, so McDonald's is once again of the opinion of telling the customer what he eats. What's the point of that, he did that months ago and then dropped it again. But apparently he has learned not only to generate sales from his plant stuff, but it's mandatory to take one of them on the double MC menu without being able to defend yourself. It really can't be the list of ingredients for that stuff that makes you dizzy. So stop patronizing customers.

The food was once again cold, I had three children with me today. The children's area was closed at 8.30 p.m. as was the terrace. Even though it's 30 degrees outside. We weren't allowed to sit outside! The toilets were totally unhygienic, no toilet paper, no soap, no dry cloth, not even an air blower... The toilets themselves were dirty and messed up. Never again in Aschaffenburg, especially at this branch

Ordered takeaway for 3 people, 3 employees were busy putting it together, but the pizza bags were still missing. What's particularly annoying is that no one answers the phone!

Mistakes were made on half of the order. When I asked why this and that was missing, I got snippy answers. The iced coffee came in a completely filthy glass. I then left. It was just too disgusting.

Today, May 14, 24, I got food there for €30, including a menu for which, according to the display at the checkout, there was actually supposed to be a glass with it. I didn't get any glass and when I asked if I would at least get a bag of fries with it, the answer was "no."

Very comfortable and nice and the food is delivered quickly. Me and my friends often eat there without any problems and always enjoy the atmosphere. Taste is just the taste of MCs, it never changes.

That was a very bad experience. Completely cold and old.

Language is still a problem otherwise ok

I went to the restaurant today to have a quick lunch. I noticed a very hard-working and friendly service. The woman had short blonde hair and did a really good job. She brought the ordered food to the guests at the table. I'm not sure if it was her boss, but in any case a woman with long curly hair and a yellow jacket didn't treat the waitress in a proper manner at all. IN FRONT OF THE GUESTS who are waiting for their food to be picked up! She told her to finally walk a step faster, not to ask stupid questions and constantly asked her questions. It was really unpleasant to watch and hear! Treat your staff properly!

Lemke Abi wasn't there and didn't taste good. Food was cold, fries were hard and unsalted. I only go out to eat when Lemke is there!

With three Happy Meals, the three of them forget to pack toys and one pair of fries. It's not an isolated case, I check my order every time and something is missing every time. You also have to ask twice for a receipt.

We're talking about fast food and sometimes I feel like I'm in a restaurant, given the "quickness" of the service... At Mc Drive I waited twice for almost 30 minutes, once for 5. Rarely under 5-8 minutes indoors. This should be a no go at a McDonalds! Absolutely delicious but very lame.... The employees, some of whom are very sweet, don't help either... Therefore only 3 stars Addendum, today (03/24) we had to wait about 7 minutes to place our order, then 25 minutes for the food... Actually a no-go.

Hello, four of us were in the “restaurant” this evening. A disgrace... I wonder if the management also eats the hamburgers/cheeseburgers? Taste insufficient and still lukewarm. Clapped together carelessly. That's where joy comes in...... and the price now, no thanks, without us!! The best were the French fries and the chicken nuggets.

I would prefer not to leave any stars at all. I waited 20 minutes for 5 burgers and in the end I only got 4. Half of my order arrived wrong after the long wait. The only thing that brought it to 2 stars was the location of the McDonald. Not recommended

Leider ist es immer wieder mal sehr schmutzig an den Tischen. Sonnst soweit alles top. Wenn Essen falsch ausgeliefert oder eingepackt wurde, kann man anrufen alles kein Problem.

Following situation. I wanted to take my order on the order tablet. But then the receipt was empty. I now had to pay at the checkout. Schlechte Bewertung nur ,da ich McDonald's nicht wirklich unterstütze und ich nicht weiß wie billiges essen gut sein kann ,außer mit Geschmacksverstärkern . Die Leute sind immer gut am arbeiten . Toiletten , Spielplätze und Drive in sind meist immer gegeben und Unmengen an Angeboten .

Kürzlich abends dort gegessen. Schnell, sehr zuvorkommend. Ein Fehler bei der letzten Lieferung wurde kulant wieder gutgemacht. Einziger Wermutstropfen war, dass es kalt und der Boden komplett rutschig war, was auch andere festgestellt haben. Vllt falsches Pflegemittel verwendet? Nachtrag 28.11.2023 die Heizung scheint nun komplett ausgeschaltet. Nicht nur ich, auch andere frieren und sitzen in dicken Jacken vor dem Essen. Was läuft hier schief?!

13.09.23 später Vormittag. Es war relativ ruhig im Lokal. Essen kam nur lauwarm an. Am Bestellterminal hingen keine Nummern für den Tischservice. Entweder haben die keinen, oder wollen keine Arbeit damit? Sauberkeit war nicht optimal. Auf der Toilette waren Zweidrittel der Pissoir außer Betrieb und es hat gestunken. Muss man nicht wiederholen. Update am späten Nachmittag: Jetzt auch noch Magen-Darm Probleme. Die Ursache kann man schlecht beweisen, aber seitdem habe ich nichts anderes mehr gegessen…

Ich sage nur Herrentoilette kommt sehr einer Zugtoilette nahe.

Im gesamten Restaurant schmutzig, keine Seife an den Handwaschbecken im WC, weder bei den Herren noch bei dem Damen. Mitarbeiter lustlos, waren definitiv das letzte mal dort.

Erfahrungen der letzten Monate. Das Essen dort ist noch Ok. Der Service ist bemüht. Jetzt das Aber: Die Hygiene lässt zu wünschen übrig. Warum? Früher war dort immer alles Piko. In den Ecken ist eigentlich immer Schmutz, Staub. Der Boden jedesmal schmierig. Die Tische werden zu wenig gereinigt sind klebrig und verschmiert. Stühle schmierig, klebrig. Die Tabletwagen laufen stellweise über, man weiß nicht wohin mit dem Tablet. Bis jetzt kann man aber noch damit leben. Aber die Sanitäreinrichtung (Herrenklo) ist katastrophal. Seit mehreren Monaten ist immer was Kaputt. Man kommt rein und es stinkt. Immer was Defekt. Bei meinem letzten Besuch am 17.05.23 Die Toiletten beide verstopft, Klobrille braun verschmiert, kurz vorm überlaufen. Bis das behoben ist, gehe ich nicht mehr dort essen.

Als wir bei einer kleinen Spritztur Lust auf ein Eis hatten haben wir gedacht wir halten mal an und holen uns eins. Allerdings war malwieder die Eismaschiene kaputt also haben wir Nuggets und Salat geholt, (9er Plant Nuggets die eindeutig keine Plant Nuggets wahren sondern reguläre Nuggets…… zudem kommt dazu das bei dem Salat der bei den Nuggets dabei war keine gabel mit Eingepackt wurde bedeutet man musste ihn mit den Fingernessen also nicht das optimalste.

Unfreundliche Bedienung, Bestellungen müssen von Kollegen übersetzt werden. Bei technischen Problemen stehen 6 Mitarbeiter um den Drucker herum und lassen das Eis 10 Minuten auf dem Tresen stehen und bereiten erst nach Hinweis die restliche Bestellung zu. Quittungen werden bei der Kontrolle zerknüllt und weggeworfen anstatt bis zum Ende der Bestellung zu warten und zu sehen das alles stimmt.... Unmöglich...🙈

Also normalerweise geht es Ratz fatz beim abholen. Als ich mit meinen Freunden am Sonntag etwas zum abholen bestellt habe, haben wir (ungelogen) 45 Minuten für ein paar Pommes, Chickenburger und Cheeseburger gewartet. Die Leute vor uns haben sogar noch länger gewartet. Ein wirklich schlechter Service. Die Bestellung war außerdem dann auch noch falsch zusammengestellt.

Wir haben 25 Minuten auf unsere Bestellung gewartet. Die Tische waren dreckig, die Regale voller Müll, in der Toilette gab es weder Flüssigseife noch Papierhandtücher. Ungewöhnliche Schlamperei für McDonald’s

Dieser McDonalds war mal echt super, aber mittlerweile wird bei jeder Bestellung etwas vergessen. Dieses mal war es das Happy Meal .... anstelle einer Kirschtasche war eine Apfeltasche drinnen.... unfreundlich ist das Personal auch noch...

Ursprünglich hatte dieser McDonald's mal 5 Sterne von mir bekommen. Seit einigen Monaten jedoch stetige Verschlechterung. Die letzten Male war es überhaupt nicht sauber, die Toiletten sind eine Zumutung, das Personal nicht freundlich und das Essen lauwarm. Tatsächlich war das für mich immer der beste McDonald's in der Stadt. Zwar immer noch nicht so ein Desaster wie der am Hauptbahnhof aber schon näher dran.. Schade!

Keine servierten, keine Strohhalme, das Essen lauwarm und auch die Pommes waren nicht sonderlich frisch. Personal ist vollkommen überfordert. Schade

Grundsätzlich ein vernünftiges Lokal, aber seit gefühlt Jahren sind die Toiletten so dreckig und stinken das man von dem Besuch auf dem stillen Örtchen nur abraten kann

Leider ist essen in den Sommer Monaten in der Filiale untragbar da anscheinend an der Klimaanlage gespart wird. Mitarbeiter mit guter Laune sieht man auch kaum. Ebenso ist die Sauberkeit im Außenbereich furchtbar und lockt natürlich wahnsinnig viele Wespen an im Kinder Bereich .

Bedienung schmeißt Essen einfach hin und geben sich beim belegen keine Mühe, außerdem habe ich meinen Kassebon für ein gratis Getränk benutzt und die Bedienung hat mich und meinen Freund ausgelacht und meinte es Funktioniert nicht weil es ein Screenshot war, obwohl es die PDF zu Download war, er sagte ich solle es nochmal machen hat es dann nicht richtig gescannt mich wieder ausgelacht und wir haben den Mcs verlassen. Absolut respektlos!

ist jetzt natürlich nicht die beste Qualität, ist ja nur ein einfacher McDonals. Arbeiter sind aber recht nett und hilfreich!
