McDonald's in Aschaffenburg

Die Toiletten stinken erbärmlich..... da kommt es einem hoch... und der wasserhahn ist auf ein Liter die stunde eingestellt.... lässt sich leider nicht verstellen

Tische, Bänke und Stühle sind klebrig von verschütteten Getränken und dem Schweiß der vorherigen Gäste. Hälfte der Bestellung wurde vergessen an den Tisch zu liefern und nur nach Diskussionen und der Hilfe des Kassenzettel kam es dann an. Bei 38 Grad Außentemperatur war eine große Hitze im Inneren weil die Klima auf Sparflamme lief. War froh nach 15 Minuten wieder draußen gewesen zu sein. Kein Vergleich zu früher, weder Service, Sauberkeit noch Qualität können da mithalten

Leckeres Essen, ansprechend serviert , selbst wenn es voll ist geht es zügig . Man kann auch vom Tisch aus mit qr Code bestellen und muss nicht anstehen .

Ich habe noch nie in meinem Leben so lange mit meinem Auto in eine Schlange gewartet wie heute oder des Öfteren bei diesem McDonald’s Das ist unter aller Sau Halbe Stunde bis 40 Minuten Wartezeit Da komme ich in einem normalen Restaurant ja schneller dran. Nie wieder komme ich hierher.

Der Manager war sehr wütend und unfreundlich. Er schien Probleme mit seinen Angestellten zu haben. Das Essen war gut.

Ich bin gerade im McDonald’s. Es ist unerträglich warm. Keine Klimaanlage, stickige Luft, das Essens macht keinen Spaß, beim Essen schwitzt man.

Tischbedienung super aufmerksam, freundlich und auf Sauberkeit bedacht. Essen war heiß, schnell und alles frisch zubereitet

Sehr nettes Personal, essen wie überall bei McDonalds nur ein bisschen besser, da es sogar heiß war als wir es serviert bekamen

Ich muss sagen ich hab noch niiieee so freundliches Personal erlebt, danke dafür!!! Sonst habe ich auch nichts zu bemängeln.

Insgesamt ist alles gut, aber es gibt zwei Nachteile: die schlechte Belüftung und die nicht funktionierende Klimaanlage während der heißen Jahreszeit.

Ich esse gerne McFlurry aber in dieser Filiale NIE WIEDER. Man wird verarsch, einfach die Hälfte serviert und laut Personal "es ist normal"

Dreckig, alt und nicht behindertengerecht. Personal unfreundlich, Bestelldisplays defekt. Publikum teilweise auch echt eklig

Die Mitarbeiter sind unfreundlich.Verarschen die Kunden geben keine Gläser obwohl im Menü eins dabei sein sollte und sagen sie hätten keine aber geben danach anderen Kunden Gläser.

Standard McDonald's dafür aber zu hohe Wartezeit

Wer einen McDonalds kennt, kennt sie alle. Aber weder Service noch Sauberkeit ließen zu wünschen übrig. Also hier einer der guten Standorte erwischt

Leider ein nicht so kinderfreundlicher McD. Wir waren dort mit unserem Enkelin und haben auf schöne Momente gehofft. Leider war das einzige Kinderspielzeug (Rutsche) durch den Regen nass. Wir haben gefragt ob es möglich wäre die restlichen Regentropfen abzuwischen, da die Sonne schien und die Enkelin wollte dort spielen und die Rutsche benutzen. Darauf hin, hatt der Lokalverantwortlicher die Tür zum Aussenberreich abgeschlossen. :-(( Zum Mc Menü... leider waren auch alle 3 Portionen sehr kalt (lauwarm) Leider keine Reaktion der Bedienung. Zusammengefasst: kein gemütliches Erlebnis und sehr enttäuschend. Ich werde keine Mc Donald mehr besuchen, den die Qualität und Kinderfreundlichkeit nicht mehr vorhanden ist. Empfehlen andere Kinderfreundliche Restaurants aufzusuchen.

Sehr nette Mitarbeiter. Das Essen war sehr schnell fertig und auch warm.

Wir kommen nun schon seit etwa 12 Jahren hierher und es ist immer noch einer unserer Lieblingsorte, besonders wenn wir Lust auf leckeres Eis haben. Oft kommen wir mit der ganzen Familie, manchmal aber auch nur, um mit den Kindern eine Kleinigkeit zu essen. Das Eis ist immer frisch und köstlich, und die Kinder lieben es besonders. Wir freuen uns auch über den schnellen Service und darüber, dass es in der Regel sauber und gemütlich ist. Die Qualität ist über die Jahre gleichbleibend hoch, deshalb kommen wir immer wieder gerne hierher. 🍦😊

Um 12.40 Uhr Mittwoch wurde ich nicht mehr bedient, obwohl auf der Internet Seite steht geöffnet bis 1 Uhr nachts unter der Woche. Lohnt sich nicht dort hin zu fahren. Personal total unfreundlich selbst der Manager hatte nur drei Zähne und konnte kein deutsch. Sorry mc doff geh liber zu BK

Hier wird hervorragend bedient, die Durchfahrt ist unkompliziert und es gibt ausreichend Parkplätze.

I've picked up from McDonald's countless times, and every time, but really every other time, something was missing. Once the sauce, sometimes a portion of fries, and even a burger. It's very annoying. You always have to check. Otherwise, it's a McDonald's!

Ich habe schon das x mal mc Donalds zum abholen gemacht und bei jedem aber echt bei jedem zweiten mal fehlte was. Einmal die Soße und mal eine Portion Pommes und sogar mal ein Burger. Ist sehr ärgerlich. Man muß es immer kontrollieren. Ansonsten ist es ein MC Donalds !

It took way too long, even though I ordered through the app beforehand and paid online. Unfortunately, I missed out on my 5-star Groudon Crypto Raid because of it. VERY ANNOYING! (That would have been my crypto shundo, I'm sure of it :(

I was here early in the morning for a semi-healthy breakfast. The shift manager is extremely friendly. Thank you for the delicious breakfast.

After waiting 20 minutes, we were rudely dismissed with the statement, "I don't have an order," even though the employee herself showed us the order receipt at the same moment. Presumably, they meant that no products had arrived from the kitchen yet. Only after we spoke to another employee did we receive our order after a total of 25 minutes of waiting. The next surprise came at home. Instead of vegetarian nuggets, there were real chicken nuggets in the plant-based packaging. Unfortunately, we only noticed this after we had already tried them. That's really unpleasant when you consider that people eat vegetarian food for years and then suddenly start eating meat products just because the work isn't done properly. If it were possible, I would give this place 0 stars.

The strongest grease smell I've ever experienced at McDonald's. My clothes reeked of grease afterward.

No satisfaction, Burgers are very bad, worst experience. I literally hated burgers after trying from here. Spended huge amount for this bad food.

Horrible, they forgot half of it. They were totally rude. They told my sister, because she wanted something else, "Look at them again," and made her wait 30 minutes. Simply terrible. I'm never going there again!!!!!!😡😡😡

This place is simply terrible. I've already complained to McDonald's, but it's no use because this McDonald's is run as a franchise. Unbelievably, every time a dish that you paid for is missing. I really don't know what's going on at McDonald's on Berliner Allee... I've been there three times this year, and each time they've forgotten something, and with a lot of luck, they've even packed the wrong thing... The waitress who served me the food, a young man, was also unenthusiastic despite her hard work. It's a shame, but it was my last visit there.

Average Mecces. Restrooms, like everywhere else, weren't clean, and soap and paper towels were empty. The staff was friendly despite the late hour. The drive-thru was clearly visible, as was the parking lot.

Good morning everyone (except for the foreigners), I was at the stupid McDonald's yesterday and they gave me the wrong hamburger rolls six times, and then I was given three packs of frozen potato sticks. The McDonald's employee was then too incompetent to give me my food or apologize. I THINK THIS IS DISGRACEFUL. If I were you, I would avoid going there!!!!!!!!!!

The food was very fresh and delicious. Everything was top-notch.

We were there at the McDrive on a Friday 10 minutes before closing time, and a very polite and friendly employee surprised us. Despite the late hour of 2:50 a.m., we were treated very respectfully and kindly. He was blond and had tattoos; he'd give us a raise.

Ordered the mozzarella balsamic wrap in the app, picked it up, and took a hearty bite at home. Turned out to be a chicken wrap - of course very cool if you've been a vegetarian for 17 years. McDonald's, you really can't bring something like that! 😡 Something always goes wrong in this branch, sometimes the sauces are missing, sometimes the fries are missing... But after today's incident it was definitely the last time I was there.

Unfortunately, my visit to this McDonald's was disappointing. The wait was extremely long even though there wasn't much going on. The staff seemed overwhelmed and my order was only processed after repeated requests. In addition, the ice cream machine was broken – again – which is really getting annoying. The tables were not clean and the entire store seemed unkempt. Overall not a pleasant experience.

Unfortunately, something is always forgotten or mixed up when ordering.... It's usually the nugget sauces that are usually forgotten... The service and food was better in this McDonald's..... It's not that bad that something is forgotten once, but with several orders it's already poor...

Biggest garbage you can shovel into yourself

Unfortunately it has been extremely cold in the store for several weeks. Guests sit there with jackets to eat!

After 8 years I am re-evaluating the McDonald's on Berlin Allee and the rating is significantly worse. The restaurant feels unheated and therefore very uncomfortable. The coffee machine in the MC Cafe is no longer in use and you get coffee in a paper cup. The milk-coffee-foam mixture is not optimal. The cake offering has also been reduced, so we currently see little reason to go to McDonals for a coffee. There are now much better alternatives here."

I was just going to the toilet to wash my hands when an employee came into the toilet. He then went out again without washing his hands. That's not very hygienic.

The heating wasn't on and the music was too loud

Every time we go to Drive something is missing from the order. We come here less often, but it's enough for now. The Quetschi is missing from the Happy meal. The chicken burger is hard (the meat). The nuggets in the happy meal are as slippery as rubber. (Order: a filet o fish, a chicken burger and a happy meal - so not so much that you could say the order was confusing). In addition, the cars that are supposed to wait in the drive are not sent to the waiting lane on the right, but directly in such a way that they block the exit.

Tried again and disappointed again. Extremely dodgy staff. Only in the drive, parts of the order are always missing. What is there is half hard, old and cold. The shop is really dirty, the rubbish is piling up, the toilets are really dirty, the roll of towels to dry your hands is put on the wet sink instead of in the device intended for it. Even the toilet is full of rubbish and as soon as you walk towards the toilet there is a massive smell of vomit. Simply disgusting.

As usual good quality, service is becoming more and more contactless. The parking lot has something of a maze. It's good that people are already thinking about taking a break with e-cars and there are already some charging stations.

Very helpful and friendly staff. The food is always warm or hot. The tables are wiped down after each guest. The toilets are also very clean.

Seit Jahren nicht mehr bei McDonald’s gewesen, dachte hole mal im mcdrive den vegetarischen Burger. Personal war auch nett. Daheim waren einfach nichts als Pommes in der Tasche und die auch noch kalt. Absolut unfassbar.

It's just the usual burger fast food restaurant. Everyone should know what you get there. If you are aware of this, you can get something there. I think this is definitely the most visited MCs in Aschaffenburg. That's why it gets crowded quickly and the staff is a little unfocused.

It's best if you order food at the counter in the restaurant. Via Drive In you either get the wrong product, part of your order is missing or even worse. McSundae would be sold today August (around 8:15 p.m.) as McFlurry in a McFlurry cup and at the McFlurry price. We asked why McSundae frozen yogurt costs more than €1.99. The answer from the employee (male) perhaps the board shows the wrong prices. I downloaded and installed the McDonald's app at home to see the prices. The app still says €1.99. We have €8.58 for two McSundae frozen yoghurt. I cannot recommend this branch.

Hi, so McDonald's is once again of the opinion of telling the customer what he eats. What's the point of that, he did that months ago and then dropped it again. But apparently he has learned not only to generate sales from his plant stuff, but it's mandatory to take one of them on the double MC menu without being able to defend yourself. It really can't be the list of ingredients for that stuff that makes you dizzy. So stop patronizing customers.

The food was once again cold, I had three children with me today. The children's area was closed at 8.30 p.m. as was the terrace. Even though it's 30 degrees outside. We weren't allowed to sit outside! The toilets were totally unhygienic, no toilet paper, no soap, no dry cloth, not even an air blower... The toilets themselves were dirty and messed up. Never again in Aschaffenburg, especially at this branch

Ordered takeaway for 3 people, 3 employees were busy putting it together, but the pizza bags were still missing. What's particularly annoying is that no one answers the phone!

Mistakes were made on half of the order. When I asked why this and that was missing, I got snippy answers. The iced coffee came in a completely filthy glass. I then left. It was just too disgusting.

I ordered a milkshake with chocolate sauce and it arrived without chocolate sauce

Today, May 14, 24, I got food there for €30, including a menu for which, according to the display at the checkout, there was actually supposed to be a glass with it. I didn't get any glass and when I asked if I would at least get a bag of fries with it, the answer was "no."

Very comfortable and nice and the food is delivered quickly. Me and my friends often eat there without any problems and always enjoy the atmosphere. Taste is just the taste of MCs, it never changes.

That was a very bad experience. Completely cold and old.

Language is still a problem otherwise ok

I went to the restaurant today to have a quick lunch. I noticed a very hard-working and friendly service. The woman had short blonde hair and did a really good job. She brought the ordered food to the guests at the table. I'm not sure if it was her boss, but in any case a woman with long curly hair and a yellow jacket didn't treat the waitress in a proper manner at all. IN FRONT OF THE GUESTS who are waiting for their food to be picked up! She told her to finally walk a step faster, not to ask stupid questions and constantly asked her questions. It was really unpleasant to watch and hear! Treat your staff properly!

Lemke Abi wasn't there and didn't taste good. Food was cold, fries were hard and unsalted. I only go out to eat when Lemke is there!
