The employees were friendly, the burgers and fries were cold, the toilets need to be renovated, there were only two people there and a couple on MC Drive, I can't remember the last time I had a warm fast food meal, everything is just miserable, apparently the bosses don't care what's going on.
Unfortunately, the language barrier is once again the problem. Ordered a cappuccino and got coffee. Unfortunately, this has been the problem at many McDonald’s lately.
It's the very last fast food joint in the country. I've never had such a bad burger meal. The fries were almost cold, the drink was too sweet, and the Big King was the worst. It must have been sitting there for a while or was very poorly prepared.
I will definitely never go to a Burger King again.
There were only two people in the shop, so no stress about my meal. And yet they still couldn't make a hot meal.

I had the same problem, ordered at 8:30 p.m. via Lieferando.
Nothing happens 10:00 p.m. I call the BK Karlsruhe Kaiserstr on the recommendation of Lieferando.
The result of 3 calls: a totally annoyed lady answers the phone with an Indian accent.
I explain my situation to her, she rudely interrupts me and says no order here, no order received, problems from Lieferando, it would be completely normal at this time that there would be no drivers available.
I explain to her again that I ordered at 8:30 p.m. not just 10 minutes ago...
I can't get to the end again, she interrupts me again and asks if I don't understand you and she doesn't have time for it, it's Lieferando's problem and insults/curses me in a language I don't know.
I told her clearly that I understood you better than she probably did and that I would like to speak to management or a superior.
The answer is again a stupid answer and the lady hangs up on me coldly.
Now everyone can explain to themselves what else is available at this time: nothing!
I will never donate just one cent to this club again!
This lady needs a supervisor to retrain her in dealing with customers very urgently, what a shame!
The food doesn't taste like other KFC restaurants.
I have a feeling something isn't right here. The quality of the food is substandard. The chicken pieces are tiny, dry, and inedible.
This has nothing to do with KFC.
One of the few Burger Kings where we really consciously and enjoy going.
I've never had cold food like in Marburg. The staff is friendly, the branch manager is willing to make sure everyone has a good time and even asks how you like it. If something does happen, something is given as a replacement without much discussion. My burger was also freshly made again. Great attention is paid to cleanliness here, even when there is a lot going on. Things look really different in Giessen in high times.
So we really enjoy going here. Personally, I don't have a drink dispenser to refill. :) otherwise everything is great.
The shop itself is nicely designed, but incredibly dirty. There are crumbs from yesterday's meal all over the tables, and they're dirty. The employees seem very dissatisfied and unmotivated. You don't even want to sit down at a table because of the hygiene issues, because every table is so dirty. What a shame!
