Food is for fans of course, coffee is not good, deserts are not fresh, and there is a lack of service...

It's just a Burger King so don't expect anything

No toilets. Even if you sit down, which I've never seen before. You then have to pay an additional euro for toilets outside. And the food, well, McDonald’s is a disaster and not really cheap

I've been waiting in the drive-in for my order for 30 minutes. In total I stood for 40 minutes... I thought that meant fast food and not slow food... Of course I was late for my appointment... Definitely won't come back!!!

I ordered a few hamburgers, nothing special, unfortunately my order accidentally went to another group of customers who then brought them back. I then pointed out that I had ordered them but no longer wanted to eat them because they were from other customers It was unpacked for hygiene reasons, the cashier agreed with this and then put the hamburgers back and ordered 2 new ones, then I just heard 2 annoyed people in the kitchen complaining “loudly” about the hamburgers and then made a new one . While I was standing at the front, I saw a cook secretly put the used burger back on top so that I could get it. Again, I pointed out to the cashier that the cook had put the burger back there and then finally also got two new hamburgers accordingly. To the cashier, thank you for understanding, but unimaginable to the kitchen. That doesn't work at all!!

Worst burger king I know, buns are not toasted, cheese cold in the burger burgwr itself and only lukewarm. Very bad

Unfortunately there was no hand disinfection left after you had to open the entrance door. Apparently using the toilet is no longer desired. Prices feel more expensive than the competitor with the golden M. Quality is rather mediocre, staff is always kind of annoyed, and it's rare to see a friendly face. The displays for ordering are also a half-hearted story - you can only use them if you pay by card. No matter how rarely we go there, it's always a disappointing experience.
