Beim Burger kein Grill- Geschmack mehr wie früher ‼️‼️‼️Propiere in meiner Stadt München nochmal Burger King und wenns wieder so schmeckt ist BK für mi Geschichte ‼️‼️‼️😛😛😛

Schade, dass Payback nicht mehr genommen wird. Das neue Auswahl- und Bezahl-System ist super, wenn man nicht unter Zeitdruck ist. Toll, dass es zumindest für die Becher ein Mehrweg-System gibt, aber der Rest wird immer noch meist in Papier verpackt. Zum Verzehr im Restaurant absolut unnötig und zum Mitnehmen schnell durchgeweicht, so dass man es besser zusätzlich in eine Plastiktüte oder einen Beutel packt. Hier wäre ein Mehrwegsystem oder selbst mitgebrachte Boxen viel besser.

Hallo ich bins marli ich habe mal burger king probiert weil mein Sohn hunger hatte als ich mir essen bestellte hatte es 10 Minuten gedauert es war kalt und als ich nach Hause ging bekam ich Bauchschmerzen und schwindelkeit ich musste ins Krankenhaus weil es mir so schlecht war das ich unbewusst umfill (was ich bestellte Ware diese neuen chicken tenders und Pommes) diese tinders waren auch beim Essen schon verbrannt und komisch der Service war frech ich würde generell kein burger king probieren und diese Preise sind viel zu teuer ich würde lieber blut drinken als sowas essen und mein Sohn hat sich übergeben und musste unnormal weinen

Ich war das erste Mal in bärstadt Garten habe Burger King probiert diese neuen Sticker tenders haben mich so krank gemacht dass ich dreimal kotzen muss und ganz schlecht geht und überall Schmerzen habe einen Stern ich empfehle euch nie wieder dahin zu gehen es ist sehr schlecht bei Burger King

Typisches Bahnhofs-Fastfood. Die Sandwiches sehen nicht so aus wie auf den Bildern. :( Aber für den kleinen Hunger zwischendurch ist es gut.

Pommes halb roh, Essen zum in Restaurant essen statt zum mitnehmen bekommen, keine Gabel für Chili Cheese Fries + halb roh. Spielzeug im Kids Menü auch nicht das gewählte

Einer der weniger guten Burger Kings, aufgrund des Betreibers. An Sauberkeit mangelt es. Manche Mitarbeiter die Qualität beim Essen oder Service nicht gut umsetzen. Manche schon, aber das geht leider etwas unter. - nicht klimatisiert, im Sommer sehr warm Wenn man bei der Aktion der Bewertung für Burger King teilnimmt, bekommt man hier kein Kaffee oder Pommes gratis. Zufall, dass man hier keine Bewertung abgeben soll? Burger Kings im Umland sind besser strukturiert. + Lademöglichkeit für Handy + Getränke kann man selbst auffüllen

Ich komme sehr gerne hierher. Die Atmosphäre ist schön und das Essen köstlich!

Meiden Sie diesen Laden! Die Wartezeit ist ewig. Der Bus mit den Kindern kam an und wurde bevorzugt behandelt. Unsere Bestellung wurde fast 100 Artikel später geliefert (siehe Fotos). Wir hatten nur einen Artikel bestellt, die Auswahl war aber anders. (TRADEDIA)

Ich finde, das ist das beste Fast Food, das ich in Europa gegessen habe. Die anderen Bewertungen wundern mich. Sowas kommt wohl vor. Es liegt direkt am Bahnhof, Parken ist bequem und die Toiletten sind kostenlos und sauber.

1 Stern. Einer der schlechtesten Besuche, die ich je bei Burger King hatte. Mein Essen wurde etwa 15 Minuten zubereitet, obwohl das Restaurant nicht voll war. Als ich höflich an der Kasse fragte: „Entschuldigung, wo ist meine Bestellung?“, antwortete der Mitarbeiter nur: „Keine Entschuldigung“ und ging einfach weg. Kein Interesse zu helfen, keine Erklärung und kein respektvoller Umgang mit dem Kunden. Danach griff er in seine Tasche, holte eine 1-Euro-Münze heraus und sagte etwas in seiner Sprache. Ich habe überhaupt nicht verstanden, was das bedeuten sollte. Dieses Verhalten war sehr seltsam und völlig unprofessionell. Auch das Essen war enttäuschend. Der Burger schmeckte schlecht und die Pommes waren offensichtlich nicht frisch. Schlechter Service, schlechtes Essen und ein respektloser Umgang mit Kunden. Ich werde dieses Burger-King-Restaurant nicht noch einmal besuchen und kann es nicht empfehlen.

Getränkeautomat wie in den USA, Essen gut.

Essen war gut. Inzwischen preislich etwas abgehoben. Ambiente etwas eie auf dem Bahnhof, aber gut liegt ja auch direkt am Bahnhof. Wasserhahn suf der Toilette ziemlich schräg der ballert einem den Seifenschaum direkt weg weil er gleichzeitig Wasserhahn und Lüfter ist.

Die hälfte der Bestellung hat gefehlt wie meine Freundin darauf aufmerksam gemacht hat ist sie angepöbelt worden, jedes mal wenn der „Geschäftsführer“ an uns vorbei gegangen ist wurden wir auf ausländisch beschimpft, wir wurden nicht bedient obwohl das Personal zeit hatte, da wir zu diesen zeit Punkt die einzigen Kunden waren, selbstverständlich haben wir unseren Tisch selbst abgeräumt. Die Rechnung blieb liegen, wofür wir angeschrien wurden! Wir werden diesen lokal nicht mehr betreten und Anderen ist es auch nicht zu empfehlen. Eigentlich sollte man sich für so ein benehmen in Grund und Boden schämen. GROßES PFUI!!!!🤢

Ich habe bestellt am Abend und habe das falsche Essen bekommen und der Service sagt das st nicht deine Schuld gehe nie wider hin und verstehe kaum deutsch

Das Essen schmeckt, wie es halt schmecken sollte. Es hat ne ganze Weile gedauert, bis wir es hatten. Ansonsten war es extremst laut, wie in einem Kindergarten. Kaum auszuhalten. Es gibt drinnen, draußen und in einem Kinderbereich Sitzplätze. Für Kinder gibt es eine Art Spielbereich. Das Personal scheint heillos überfordert, aufgeräumt oder Tische gewischt wird hier vermutlich auch nie. Pluspunkt für Bestellterminals, bei denen eins kaputt war.

Meine Bestellung verschwand 15 Minuten nach Aufgabe aus dem System. Man versuchte zwar, den Fehler wiedergutzumachen, aber der Service entsprach bei Weitem nicht dem deutschen Standard, den man erwartet.

Vorsicht bei mehrteiligen Bestellungen! Immer vor Ort kontrollieren, es fehlt immer ein Burger oder Nuggets etc... Das Personal ist sehr nett, aber bei grossen Bestellungen muss man damit rechnen, dass jemand ohne Essen ausgeht... (Drive in)

Ich war gegen 15:40 Uhr zum ersten Mal im Burger King in Berchtesgaden und habe ein absolut schockierendes Verhalten erlebt. Eine Mitarbeiterin mittleren Alters hat ein Kind regelrecht angeschrien, nur weil es versuchte, seinen Becher nachzufüllen obwohl es bereits etwas bestellt hatte. Die Art und Weise, wie sie geschrien hat, war extrem aggressiv und voller Hass, als würde sie nicht mit einem Kind, sondern mit einem Tier sprechen. In diesem Moment wurde es im ganzen Restaurant still. Mehrere Gäste waren anwesend und genauso fassungslos wie ich. Ein derartiges Verhalten ist völlig inakzeptabel. Jemand, der im Kundenservice arbeitet, sollte ein Mindestmaß an Respekt, Professionalität und Menschlichkeit zeigen. Diese Person ist offensichtlich völlig ungeeignet für einen Job, bei dem man täglich mit Menschen umgehen muss.

Ich werde diesen Ort voller Erinnerungen ganz bestimmt wieder besuchen.

Wir haben Essen zum Mitnehmen bestellt. Ich war total genervt, wie wir abgezockt wurden. Ich bereue es, die Tüte nicht vorher kontrolliert zu haben. Wir hatten XXL-Pommes bestellt, aber es waren nur 5 Gramm drin. Wir hatten einen Cappuccino und einen Latte bestellt. Sie haben uns das Essen gegeben, und jetzt müssen wir selbst herausfinden, wo alles ist. Es wirkt so, als hätten sie einfach nur eine Kasse installiert und wollen nur Geld kassieren, ohne ihren Angestellten Manieren beizubringen. Sie denken wohl, das reicht schon... Ehrlich gesagt, ich will da nicht mehr hin...

Du liebe Güte , was ist nur aus dem Bahnhof Burger King geworden, wir haben Essen zum mitnehmen bestellt und das war schon kompliziert genug am Automaten . Dann unpersönlich und nur so nebenbei abkassiert , nur das wir dann zu Hause feststellen durften das eine komplettes Menü fehlt, in dem lieblos eingepackten Durcheinander, --gut das es wenigstens auf der Rechnung dabei war!!!! - am Telefon wurde uns versprochen das wir es noch abholen können, da wir aber nicht um die Ecke wohnen werden wir sehen ob wir es die nächsten Tage noch kriegen, also dann mal Danke für garnichts!

Das Essen ist wie überall bei BK normal. Aber leider gibt's auch nicht so schönes. Die Mitarbeiter sind nicht in der Lage bei wenig Kundschaft mal sauber zu machen. In der Herrentoilette stank es nur nach Urin🤮. Da ist definitiv Luft nach oben.

Dieser Burger-King-Standort hat leider keinen guten Eindruck hinterlassen. Das Personal wirkte unhöflich und wenig engagiert, stellenweise entstand der Eindruck, dass die Anwesenheit von Kundschaft kaum Beachtung fand. Zudem empfanden wir die Preise für das angebotene Essen als deutlich überzogen. Insgesamt entsprach der Besuch leider nicht unseren Erwartungen.

Die haben akiras Nuggets nicht vollständig geliefert. Es fehlte ein nugget und Akira ging geknickt aus dem Laden und war den ganzen Tag Traurig da sie mit großem Hunger durch den Ort pilgern musste.

Ich bin heute den 27.11. zwischen 13:30-14:00 an den wohl freundlichsten Burger King Mitarbeiter begegnet von dem ich jemals bedient worden bin. Und durch meine Arbeit bin ich in ganz Österreich unterwegs (ich war also bereits an so mancher Filiale (sieht man mir auch an >_>)). Durch den Promotions Wechsel (so vermute ich) habe ich beim Drivethru etwas länger warten müssen (waren zirka 5-maximal 10 min), er hat sich mehrmals entschuldigt dass ich habe warten müssen und hat mir sogar als Entschuldigung Pommes bei gelegt UND mich sogar auf ein Getränk drinnen eingeladen. Ich habe bisher nur 4mal die Situation gehabt das sich ein Burger King Mitarbeiter u.o. McDonalds Mitarbeiter sich so um einen Kunden gekümmert hat. Da es meistens in ein bitte/danke/Entschuldigung/verpiss dich mündet wenn etwas nicht passt (verstehe ich auch irgendwo >_>). Also wirklich großes Lob an den Herren für die unerwartete Kundenfreundlichkeit. ദ്ദി(｡•̀ ,<)

Angesichts der Lage am Bahnhof und der Tatsache, dass es in der Gegend praktisch keine Schnellimbisse gibt, vergebe ich eine 4. An einem anderen Ort würde ich eine 3 geben. Der Essbereich riecht nach Abwasser, und der Eingang ist nicht sehr sauber.

Sehr kalt.. die Einrichtung, die Temperatur und das Essen... Das einzig Positive war der junge Mann was mich bedient hat.

Waren am 4.4.26 und es war nicht nur draußen Sau kalt sondern auch im Burger King. Essen war wie immer sehr gut 😋

I'm still disappointed that products like the Christmas Whopper or the Kebab Style Liver are no longer available at 7:00 PM! Furthermore, something is always missing when ordering at the counter! I can no longer recommend this service!

Freezing cold in the restaurant in December. Even the burgers and fries weren't exactly warm.

I forgot my bag there, my money was stolen, and when I asked for video footage, they denied it. 😞 You don't even know if you can trust the employees anymore.

Free parking is available outside the store. The fries inside come in small bags, but they're packed full. The fries are delicious! I haven't tried anything else yet, but the fries are so good that I'm leaving a review first. The environment looks clean, but it's a bit of a shame that the floor is sticky. Overall, it's pretty good!

I visited Burger King Berchtesgaden about an hour ago with my children and family, and we had a very pleasant experience. The food was well-prepared, delicious, and served quickly. The shift manager and the cashier were both highly professional and friendly, which made our visit even more enjoyable. A big compliment to the team for the excellent service!

Disappointing every time, they can't even manage to create one thing, and they certainly don't offer the free coffee even though it's on the receipt. It's always disappointing to have to wait 15 minutes for one thing.

The quality was mediocre, as expected. The receipt stated that you would receive a free coffee or fries if you left a review on bk-feedback. The restaurant declined the offer after receiving the feedback.

One of the worst Burger Kings I've ever been to. The staff is incompetent and unfriendly. Paying by card at the drive-thru is impossible, like something out of the Stone Age.

The restroom smells of ammonia; it's not cleaned. We had to wait about 20 minutes for our order; the Arab employees go out to smoke every 10 minutes. Paying for the order with cash took another 10 minutes. The trash cans were all overflowing.

I find it strange when you wait at the counter for 10 minutes and no one takes your order. Then you drive to the window and hear loud laughter and chatter in the background. Only when we honk does someone come and take our order (we're up to the window by then). And then it takes at least another 10 minutes for the food to arrive. At least there's an apology. And then: the difficult order of chili cheese nuggets and fries... and the fries are missing. Time: 10:13 PM on 4/10/25

Check your food at the drive-thru after you leave your door! They forgot something for me again, and when you get home and only realize it when you open the door, it's very frustrating!

After traipsing through Bavaria, this was the single best fast food burger and fries that I've ever eaten, much better than my corner McDs or Burger King. Burger King should be proud.

Service was okay, as someone kindly helped me with my order from the boards. The food was just about okay, but the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. There were three or four employees there, and all the tray racks (carts) were completely overflowing, even though there were only three customers.

Probably the only place to get decent food near the bahnhof. Unless you are willing to cross the road which takes 15min and go to REWE or lidl

After a few years, I was back at Burger King, and I have to say I was very disappointed! Fast food doesn't taste particularly great, but I've always preferred Burger King to McDonald's. Today I had chicken nuggets, a burger, and a cheeseburger, but they were nothing! The taste was simply awful, and I wanted to redeem a coupon I got online as a PDF! The server told me I could only redeem the discount with the original coupon from the ad or through the Burger King app! That's typical GERMANY, keep your stupid discounts 🙄

Yesterday in Rosenheim, I ate super delicious churros. Today I wanted to take some back to Berchtesgaden for my girlfriend. These churros taste like the finest stale olive oil. I think I paid more for food poisoning than for churros. Quality control should take a look at this place.

Unreliable employees at the drive-thru counter... Ordered a Plant Whopper without onions. There were no onions in it, but it was full of jalapenos and cheese. It may have been funny for the drive-thru employee, but unfortunately, that's just not acceptable. There are people with food allergies!

Not my thing. Complicated menu selection at the terminal. Burgers and fries look much larger on the screen than they actually are. The atmosphere isn't great. The tables outside the store are dirty, and there's trash everywhere. The only thing that was great was the restroom. I don't need to go back, especially since it's not much more expensive compared to the prices at a restaurant with table service.

I wanted the King Jr. meal with Gaara, specifically selected him, and got a different figure. I went back to the counter, stayed friendly, and asked for the figure I chose. They didn't want to give me that one. Unfriendly, because they said they weren't available anymore. But I saw it, they just didn't feel like it. Thanks.

I ate there with my wife and two children while on vacation. The scenery was really beautiful. As we waited for our food, we couldn't believe our eyes: a rat about 34 cm long was running across the floor. A few hours later, I had the worst diarrhea of my life.

The employee on the intercom at the drive-thru was difficult to understand. The large fries were never large. How small could a small portion be otherwise...a matchbox? When I asked, they confirmed that this was supposed to be a large portion, but I felt like I was being ripped off.

So where do you eat in Berchtesgaden if there's no McDonald's? Of course, Burger King. The Burger King is relatively large and has a few outdoor seating areas. However, they're not ideally located, being right next to the train station. The food is standard. Strangely, there doesn't seem to be a King of the Month here anymore, so it's a bit expensive. For the price, you can almost get a burger menu in town in a much better location. The cleanliness leaves something to be desired. The restrooms are OK, though. All in all, it's worth coming here, but you have to be a big Burger King fan. There are better places in town, even in terms of value for money.

Wasn't really clean. Fries were cardboard. The other food looked like it was yesterday's, dry and tasteless. ☹️

It was my favorite BK. The staff perceive customers as beggars and treat them accordingly. I haven't visited a BK since my last visit.

The food was okay, more sloppy and greasy than crispy. I bought one burger and one pack of 7 chicken wings, and I still managed to forget the wings? Is the minimum requirement now limited to running?

Finally a refill again. Haven't seen it in Germany in a long time. Unfortunately, it's a bit of a train station atmosphere. But it's definitely enough for a burger.

I never thought I'd write a review for BK; I'm also a bit ashamed to come out here. BUT this branch deserves it. Not because of the taste or quality of the food—I think you know one, you know them all—but the service in this branch was exceptional. I wish our Franconian burger kings would take a leaf out of their book. Not only did they accommodate me when the ordering portal wanted to force my children to eat vegan food, but they also offered us compensation for the inconvenience of going to Tressen and ordering the good meat Paddy from there. Of course, it could also be that it was either my colleague's last day at work and he wanted to give it his all, or he started his first day over-motivated and didn't yet realize that msn could also fob off customers with annoyed looks. I would definitely stop there again if I'm in the area again and need a quick burger.

Compare to any Burger King, fast service and tasty food. On a minor note, the tables were extremely dirty with stains.

Just a Burger King. But it was nice, and the tables and restrooms were clean. I've seen something different at Burger King.

It would be stupid to expect a lot from Burger King. However, this one is one of the better ones I've seen. The drinks self-service is fun to use (and you can get as much ice as you want), and I really appreciate that they have RECUP (reusable) cups.
