Tasty, nice and fast service and it's clean there too.

Burger King as usual, but without any service. You even have to fill your own drinks. I'm excited to see when you'll have to top your rolls yourself in the kitchen.

Good food, good price, very clean, modern restaurant, friendly staff, extremely well-kept area (including toilets), very nice to sit outside.

I deleted my old review because I think they have totally improved, the place itself is cleaner now than it was 3 years ago and the food is also better. Sometimes things get forgotten, but if you go there you can get it without any problems, we all are People :)

I came 4,500 miles from the states and ate at this Burger King for a quick snack during my vacation. You have to buy your food from a kiosk, and then your number comes up and food is waiting for you on the counter. Wasn't a bad meal tasted a lot like the ones back home.

The citizens are better occupied than my home town Citizen King. A Citizen King that I feel comfortable with. Staff 👍

I was a regular customer, I'm not anymore because the service is always rude, when you order food you don't get the whole order, and when you notice it at home they don't mind anymore, I recommend you get a receipt take away because otherwise they wouldn't even pay you the money or wouldn't finish the order, about the food... it's pointless to comment, it tastes like a sponge (dry and rubbery, the meat). has bubbles on it)

Waited 45 minutes for food last night. Staff hopelessly overwhelmed. However, I didn't get the impression that this caused any stress to the guys behind the counter. Guests who had to get their bus or train left without food, and the bags were left abandoned on the counter afterwards. Our order was stuffed in a bag even though we ate on site. There were probably no trays anymore because the guys behind the counter weren't too smart to clean up. The store was a dump. Only when a colleague came did they clean up. Toilets dirty. Nevertheless, the staff still had time to take a sociable smoke break in front of the customers who had to wait forever. The operator urgently needs to organize his staff.

Personal hoffnugslos überfordert. Es dauert über 45 Minuten. Andere Gäste haben ihr bezahltes Essen stehen gelassen. Bestellung unvollstàndig übergeben in einer Tüte, obwohl wir vor Ort essen wollten. Überall Müll, Toiletten dreckig. Personal, ausschließlich Menschen, die unsere Kultur bereichern und weder Deutsch noch Englisch miteinander sprechen, genehmigt sich im zugigen Eingangsbereich eine Raucherpause (!!!).

I ordered a crispy chicken burger. I tried to remove the mayo from the burger and it said sold out at the terminal. It was not possible to remove the mayonnaise, but since it was sold out and after several attempts it did not work to remove it, so I just expected not to get it. When I got the burger with mayonnaise, even though it said that it was sold out, and it was not possible to remove it at the terminal. In addition, my brother ordered a teriyaki dip which he didn't get, and my mother didn't get cutlery with her salad. I also noticed that the people working there did not treat their customers with respect. Would not recommend to anyone.

The food was ok, but lukewarm. The atmosphere is somehow like a train station, the sanitary facilities were not clean, there was no paper. Ordering at the terminal was complicated; I know it better from my competitors. Payment with card finally worked after many failed attempts. Amexo is on the line but is not accepted.

Beware of rip-offs! Ordered at 6:52 p.m Around 1912 I asked the staff how long it would take? Didn't even get an answer from the young man 🚹. Then I had to leave because my bus left at 1915. Thanks for nothing. €9.48 thrown out the window.

I had a cheeseburger and fries. The cheeseburger was quite tasty, but the fries didn't taste good at all. It left me belching for a long time even though I didn't finish the fries. My partner tried the fries (he really likes fries) and confirmed my opinion about them.

This was a good fallback choice for us. It was easy to find, and best of all, it had available free parking. The other places we looked at were either hard to find, or had no nearby parking. The food was well prepared, the staff were courteous, and the establishment was clean and well organized. I was also pleased to find a bathroom that didn't ask for 1 or 1/2 Euro to use it. It is rarer than you think in Germany.

Completely rude. Gave me the wrong milkshake and thought it would be solved by just dumping chocolate sauce in it in the most unfriendly way. No apology. The colleague was ok but I have never experienced such bad service!!!

Since the renovation, it is no longer possible to order at the counter. Digital ordering is complicated and time-consuming, as if Berchtesgaden were Munich. :D If you go to the drive-in on foot it's much less complicated. Staff disinterested. Absolute disaster. I'd rather run to the market and get a fresh burger at the Grillstüberl. Thanks for that.

The staff is a disaster! I don't think I've NEVER had an order that fit! Either something is missing or wrong. Today instead of fries I had potatoes and they weren't even cooked through. Why do people always ask for mayo or ketchup when they put both in the bag anyway? The new intercom is even worse than the old one and there are hardly any people who can speak German.

The atmosphere is very different from the US, I think that it would be a good change.

Waren im Drive, Herr Mega unfreundlich mit einem Todesblick. Hat mir gesagt ich soll mich beeilen sonst “ist es vorbei”. Essen war kalt, haben alle Lebensmittelvergiftung bekommen.

Naja, ich finde, dass die Mitarbeiter bei der Preisbilldung der Menü und Gutscheinkosten weinger Verhandlungsspielraum haben sollten. Mal kostet der Salat statt Pommes extra, mal nicht. Mal ist das Dressing inkl., mal Kechup, mal garnichts. Komisch, aber lecker. Empfehlung: Gutscheinnummer 590: 2 Chilli Cheeseburger mit Snacksalat und Coca-Cola 0,4 L für 5,99

This is the only place available for warm food near in the train station. Food was nice especially the crispy pepper chicken and veggie king. Cheese nachos were not up to mark and cheese sauce was not good. Overall good place to eat.

Keine Bestellcounter, was mit etwas irritiert hat. Komisch war auch, dass die Bürger zwar sofort gemacht wurden, aber beim Essen nach wenigen Minuten fast kalt.

Stopped by while waiting for a bus. Guys working the register were great, whopper was solid, and bathrooms were clean.

Male staff are so rude with foreigners. I give them 0. The only positive review goes to the miss with red hair for helping me order correctly and giving me directions to Königssee. So sweet, friendly and generous! Kudos for fresh toilets too.

Na halt Burger King Aber Essen ist immer frisch, was man nicht von allen Fastfood Restaurants sagen kann.

Als Notlösung in einem Bahnhof, der dringend zu renovieren ist.

Notgedrungen haben wir hier nach einer langen Wanderung ein Burger Menu gegessen, weil es ab 20 Uhr bereits schwierig wird, in Berchtesgaden noch irgendwo etwas Warmes zum Essen zu bekommen. Essen war okay, aber nicht lecker. Einen richtig guten Burger bekommt man eben nur im Restaurant. Ambiente und Service ebenfalls okay, eben wie man es von einer Burgerkette erwarten darf, nicht mehr und nicht weniger.

Guter Service, wunderbar für einen Snack zwischendurch oder zum Mitnehmen. Vor allem wegen der Nähe zum Bus-/Bahnhof kaufe ich hier gerne mein Abendessen.

Der sauberste Burger King, den ich betreten habe. Das heißt nicht das die anderen total grottig sind, aber es ist halt sichtlich tiptop gewesen.

Leider einer von den BK die ich nicht empfehlen kann. Die Herren an der Kasse sind Arogant, Unfreundlich und Lustlos, haben nichts zu tun und stehen gelangweilt rum.

Die Qualität des Badezimmers ist beeindruckend, sowohl die Sauberkeit als auch die Ruhe, die es bietet, sind eine 10! Es ist außerdem kostenlos, was will man mehr? Ich schätze, dass ich mindestens 1 kg an Gewicht verloren habe, was zweifellos bei der Reise und der Beladung des Rucksacks hilfreich sein wird. Ich kann es allen Wanderern nur wärmstens empfehlen, eines der besten Bäder Deutschlands, danke Burger King, dieses Mal warst du der König 👑

Man erhält die bekannten Burger, Snacks, Drinks etc. und sollte keine 5-Sterne-Küche oder bayrische Spezialitäten erwarten. 主要的行程是國王湖一日遊，晚上來漢保王解決晚餐。 我點的是Double whoppers，8.22歐元，如果考慮到德國的所得及物價，這套餐價格不貴。兩層肉，份量很足，味道很不錯，這店服務人員不多，對客戶態度親切，用餐空間挺寬敞的，整體來說，是良好的用餐經驗。

I would not usually eat at a burger king while on holiday but we only had a few minutes so decided to grab a quick bite here. The place I must say was very clean. The service as expected was quick. The food is what you expect from burger king and we had no complaints.

Hier hat bei mir 2 mal hinter einander etwas nicht gepasst. Zuletzt gab es zu den King Nuggets die falsche Soße,- ok,- kann passieren und gibt auch schlimmeres,- jetzt aber statt King Nuggets irgend welche gefüllten Bällchen. Bin leider hier nicht zufrieden...
