Outrageous service + something is constantly missing. Long waiting times.

An absolute disaster! You wait almost an hour for a small order, then items are missing or wrong. I went back anyway, and after waiting for over half an hour, the power went out. All the customers were turned away, and they gave me an email address to which I was supposed to send my receipt to get a refund. It's been over four weeks, and despite repeated inquiries, I still haven't received a reply or my money back. This place has absolutely nothing to do with a good fast-food restaurant. It's neither fast nor good.

The staff was very friendly. The food was as usual. But it was well-decorated.

The parking lot was full, I had to park in yellow black net. The time between paying for the order and receiving the order was 40 minutes. The sauces were missing and there were no napkins.

Worst Mecces ever! The wait at Mc Drive is endless. If the food is sold out, you can only get a refund if you ask for it. Totally not recommended! I'd rather not give it any stars at all!

A very nice restaurant, the food is typical McDonald's. If you like it, it's great; if you don't, you're in the wrong place. The staff is stressed or understaffed, but the atmosphere is top-notch and very smart.

We went to the drive-thru, the staff was very friendly, the food was delicious and nice and warm, the drinks were very chilled, there were enough napkins, and we were even able to exchange the Happy Meal toy again. We were very satisfied 👍😁

Items are constantly missing, and you have to constantly check. 90% of the staff doesn't understand or speak German, let alone read, judging by the sheer number of incorrectly packed orders. All the employees, except for one woman today, were very listless and completely unmotivated. The burgers are carelessly thrown together, so you can pick everything loose from the packaging. Simply a disgrace for this branch. The sight of this kind takes away your appetite.

We continued with the order; the burgers were hot but apparently thrown together carelessly, the fries were soggy, half-cooked, and lukewarm. The toilets were pretty disgusting; only one tap worked, no soap, no towels, just this bacteria-filled hand dryer. The whole atmosphere is untidy and dirty. Conclusion: I'll never go there again, I'd rather starve.

The food was fresh and delicious...the only downside to the place is the parking situation, which is a joke. I drove around five times before I managed to snag a parking space. Considering that this branch and the one in Wolgast are the only ones on the German side for miles around, this seems like a planning error.

Mid-Journey Pit Stop. We made a quick refuelling stop, but it wasn't without its hitches. First, they struggled to hear our order number, then they didn't seem to understand English, and there weren't any smiles exchanged during the service. Despite that, we got our food to go and continued our journey. The Double Cheeseburgers seemed smaller than in Finland, but the Big Macs and fries were decent. Nothing to rave about, as it was a pretty basic experience overall. If basic is all you need, then feel free to stop by!

I usually don't review McDonald's and very seldom eat in this food chain. However, the food, service and the ambience of this McDonald's needs appreciation. Very modern interior and very clean. We will stop again, if we are in the area. The M Burger was super delicious. Keep this one, McDonald's.

There were no napkins for eating. The toilet was dirty, full of garbage bins and no toilet paper.

We waited over 45 minutes for our food and even after asking 3 times, the food wasn't there yet. Never again!!! (If I could, I would give 0 stars)

Stopped in transit. The parking lot was a disaster, everything was full, including the restricted areas, disabled parking spaces and the electric parking spaces. We waited almost an hour for the food, not a nice experience with the whole family. Other orders received their food before us. When asked, there was no considerate response, no apology. The first clue probably should have been the lack of lighting. No! It went even further. After we ordered, we realized at home that there was only half of it. Back there, they gave us the wrong pack. So if you order a Mistery Box from MC, you can be sure: you will NOT get what you order. Please hire people who learn how to order before they learn the price! -5 stars and not for the first time.

The food was freshly made and tasted great, particularly for McDonald’s standards. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond by bringing the food directly to our table, which was a nice touch. Outside, there’s a fantastic children’s play area, perfect for families. The interior design is modern and inviting, and the music added to the pleasant atmosphere. Overall, a great experience!

This afternoon around 2:15 p.m. we went to MC Donalds in Anklam for the first time, placed an order at the drive counter, 1x MC Chicken, 1x Sweet Chili Wrap, 1x Double Cheeseburger & a large fries... When we got home & put it in the bag We immediately noticed that the wrap was missing, it was also on the receipt. I then called the branch and said that something was missing. It wasn't a problem, the gentleman on the phone said I should tell him my name & that I could pick up my missing order so far so good. When we got to the drive counter the fun really began!!!!! We politely imagined that we had agreed with the gentleman on the phone that we would like to pick up our order now (Sweet Chili Wrap). The young man (blond hair, strong build) was immediately totally sulky. We had talked and laughed in the car and he just said in a pissed off tone that it would be possible to do it quietly because he had his headphones on and it really bothered him, he would have us too We could simply point out nicely that we should close the window of the car, so far we have shown great understanding, but when we drove to the checkout window because we had ordered an iced tea, Fanta & Curle Fries, which had to be paid for, he came Already half jumped out of his window and said in an impossible tone "I understand that next time it will be quieter".... We were horrified but the crowning finale was when we drove to the last window and I met the young man (blonde, strong build).
