The food is very tasty, the service is very good, the staff is very nice and takes care of their guests. The toilets are simple but clean. The price is a bit higher, but I think it's definitely justified for the food. I deducted a star for the ambience because the restaurant itself is a bit cramped.

Wir haben hier Ende April `24 zwei Nächte auf unserer Peene-Bootstour verbracht. Ein sehr einladender Hafen mit allen notwendigen und sauberen Einrichtungen. Der Empfang und die weitere Unterstützung sowie Service waren mehr als ausgezeichnet. Die gesamte Anlage machte einen sehr professionellen Eindruck. Nach Abschluss unserer Bootsreise und dem Aufenthalt in mehreren Häfen auf der Peene ist das meine Nr. 1. Alles Andere, was wir gesehen haben hat noch sehr viel Luft nach oben. Nochmals herzlichen Dank an den "Hafenmeister° oder welche Funktion er auch immer hatte.

I mygesamt perfekt vom Service und den Speisen. Sehr freundliche und zuvorkommend de Bediemung, aufmerksam bis zum Schluss. Speisen der Saison und Wildgerichte ausgezeichnet. Kommen gerne wieder

Pure disaster! This afternoon around 2:15 p.m. we went to MC Donalds in Anklam for the first time, placed an order at the drive counter, 1x MC Chicken, 1x Sweet Chili Wrap, 1x Double Cheeseburger & a large fries... When we got home & put it in the bag We immediately noticed that the wrap was missing, it was also on the receipt. I then called the branch and said that something was missing. It wasn't a problem, the gentleman on the phone said I should tell him my name & that I could pick up my missing order so far so good. When we got to the drive counter the fun really began!!!!! We had very politely imagined that it had been agreed with the gentleman on the phone that we would like to pick up our order now (Sweet Chili Wrap). The young man (blonde hair, strong build) was immediately totally sulky. We had talked and laughed in the car and he just said in a pissed off tone that it would be possible to do it quietly because he had his headphones on and it really bothered him, he would have us too We could simply point out nicely that we should close the window of the car, so far we have shown great understanding, but when we drove to the checkout window because we had ordered an iced tea, Fanta & Curle Fries, which had to be paid for, he came Already half jumped out of his window and said in an impossible tone "I understand that next time it will be quieter".... We were horrified but the crowning finale was when we drove to the last window and I met the young man (blonde, strong build). When I politely pointed out whether an apology for his unacceptable behavior would be appropriate, he came shooting out the door as if bitten by a tarantula towards our car and said he was going to insult me and my girlfriend in the most impossible way, which is what I did straight away Shift manager asked with a clenched fist, he slapped his hand and said in an extremely aggressive tone "You can have it"!! And stomped back into the branch in a rage!! We were shocked and felt downright threatened. Then this impossible person in our eyes came back to our car with the "shift manager". We had explained the situation to him and had the feeling that he didn't understand us at all, the other aggressive person was screaming then next to his "boss" who literally pushed him into the branch. Incredible. There was no apology from the so-called shift manager, rather the excuse that we all have a lot to do and are all stressed out. What I meant was that you come from the catering industry yourself, but you still have to remain friendly and professional otherwise you've missed the job! The only thing that came back was the statement that we were stressed. I then wanted compensation for the unacceptable behavior and nothing came until I said that I wanted my money back and the answer to that, then I had to give back my bag with my order and I found that impossible, I can't find the words for it. But then he quickly realized that he couldn't deal with us like that and gave us 5 vouchers from MC Donalds, well, but that wasn't all, our very special friend brought us us our drinks Iced tea + Fanta dem with very strange note DO NOT fit on the lids repeated twice! The shift manager didn't understand a word and wasn't a shift manager for me either. Me and my girlfriend (30 & 40 years old) definitely don't have to be so insulted by such a young spunt!! We expect from this branch that this impossible person (blonde, strong build) is held accountable and that consequences are followed and the shift manager receives another training on "how to lead a team" and the other special employee should get his aggression under control In our opinion, nothing is lost in the catering industry. You can't let people loose something like that. Advertisement goes out
