We only ordered a little something, coffee, apple turnover and a happy meal. Everything was very clean, the staff was very accommodating and polite. We got free ice cream for our son. Thanks to the coupons in the app, I got a free coffee and my wife got a grande cappuccino instead of the normal one. So everything was really great. Thank you for that 🙏🏼❤️

Yes, I ate and ordered on site, catastrophic, I was ignored at the checkout, the cashier preferred to talk to my colleague, I asked for a pen and was insulted as to why I didn't bring one from home , also way too expensive for fast food

From the outside everything gives the typical impression of a Burger King restaurant, I wonder why no one is sitting outside on the terrace. There's no question that it can be more crowded on days like this. The general cleanliness in the restaurant is below average. It doesn't take long from ordering at the terminal to receiving our food. So much for the positive. Of the two drinks machines, only one works, so you lose the speed you just gained here. So, great weather, head outside. Ok, now I know why no one is sitting outside on the terrace. Why did you deliberately lock the terrace on such a day and with so many families visiting you? Even going to the toilet after eating leaves a lasting impression. Immediately after opening the door, I was met with a strong smell of urine. Sorry, unfortunately your Burger King in Ladbergen won't be a place for me to stop to visit you again.

This shop should be closed. Employees don't feel like doing anything. On site and delivery are a complete disaster. Better go a few meters further to McDonald's:

Everything was sweet, the bun, the sauce inside the zinger,the cheese,the garlic sauce , the coleslaw was extra sweet.The hot wings were more cornflakes than meat. I am a world traveler and I say that German KFC sucks!

Where do I start... The food was what you would expect from McDonalds. Generally solid. However, the ambience was hardly there. But we are also at a motorway service station and I don't expect anything special, everything is half as wild. The gaming machines were only slightly annoying. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with the sanitary facilities. My current impairment and the associated walking on crutches made it much more difficult for me to reach the toilet. From the McDonald's you had to walk down a small staircase and then climb a rickety double step without a railing into an unhygienic emergency container. To make matters worse, the soap dispenser was unfilled. Unfortunately only 2 stars.

Terrible! Worst McDonald's I've ever been to! I asked for a Fanta, came home, opened it and it was Sprite. The cheeseburger is not good! The potatoes were shit! They are completely corrupt! As if they had just been thawed and reheated. The cashier herself was rude. I will never go to this McDonald's again in my life! And I don't recommend it to others either!
