A typical Croatian or Balkan restaurant. Large portions, mostly quite well prepared. Meat was good, salmon was unfortunately just average and grilled a little too long and too vigorously. Truffle pasta very tasty. So all in all a completely normal evening with food that was quite ok, no outliers but not exceptionally good either. If you want to eat large and especially meat dishes, this is the place for you. Service good.

The food itself almost always tasted great here and the service is also very attentive. The only drawback: There are only a few dishes in the main course category without meat. Because of the small meat-free selection, we don't come quite as often.

Cozy ambiance & first-class food The Alte Zunft in Achern impresses with its truly cozy atmosphere, especially at the bar. There, you have the opportunity to chat not only with the friendly owner but also with other guests in a relaxed atmosphere. The changing menu is simply fantastic! The quality of the premium meat is outstanding – every dish literally melts in your mouth. The desserts are also a real highlight. While some dishes are a bit more expensive, the quality makes it absolutely worth it. We'd definitely be happy to come back!
