Einladender kleiner Laden mit sehr leckerer Pasta. Leider aktuell direkt neben einer Baustelle.

Wir hatten einmal Pasta und einen Salat - war beides super lecker, keine "Massenware". Schöne Portionen - auch das Preis-, Leistungsverhältnis passt hier. Dazu noch sympathische, offene Menschen -> alles perfekt! Leider nur wenige Plätze innen.

Eigentlich lecker. Hatte aber die Pasta mit Pesto, Spargel und Rind bestellt und als das Essen kam, habe ich keinen Spargel entdecken können. Auf Nachfrage meinte die Bedienung zunächst, der Koch hätte den Spargel vergessen. Im zweiten Anlauf hieß es dann, man hätte das falsche Gericht eingebucht. Beim Zahlen kam jedoch heraus, dass Spargel von Anfang an nicht mehr verfügbar war. Also von einer Person 3x für ein Gericht angeflunkert zu werden und dann den vollen Preis zu verlangen geht einfach nicht. Schade, man kann es das nächste Mal ja von Anfang an mit der Wahrheit versuchen. Ich hätte kein Problem damit gehabt.

Nettes Lokal für drinnen und draußen

Wir hatten 3 super leckere Pastagerichte! Man merkt einfach, dass die Nudeln selbstgemacht sind. Das Personal war total freundlich, das Ambiente ist schön. Wir saßen draußen, es war total gemütlich. Wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Besuch!

Der Name des Restaurants spiegelt für mich NICHT das Essen wieder, die Nudeln schienen nicht hausgemacht oder schmeckten zumindest nicht so. Die Nudeln mit Lachs ertranken in einer undefinierbaren Soße, die mir leider nicht schmeckte, die Spaghetti Bolognese hingegen waren so trocken, dass sie gerne einen Löffel Soße mehr hätten vertragen können. Am schlimmsten jedoch fand ich den Salat; dieser wurde in einer fertigen Salatsoße aus einem Spender ertränkt, vermutlich um die BRAUNEN RÄNDER DES SALATS zu färben. Der Geschmack dieser Soße war meines Erachtens weit fern von gut. Auf meine Frage, ob ich stattdessen lieber Essig und Öl bekommen dürfte, wurde mir tatsächlich entgegnet, das Restaurant hätte kein Öl. Das habe ich noch nie erlebt! Die Sitzplätze waren zugig. Wir kamen und bestellten VOR einem Pärchen und dennoch wurde unser Essen erst zubereitet, als das Pärchen ihres bereits verspeiste, obwohl ich mit meinem Kind dort war. Soviel Kinderunfreundlichkeit ist mir auch lange nicht begegnet.

Sehr kleines, feines Nudelrestaurant mit freundlicher Bedienung und ganz wunderbarem Essen. Schade, dass wir nicht in Neustadt wohnen, sonst wären wir Stammgäste.

Das Essen war lecker aber die Bedienung war katastrophal. Aufgrund dessen kann ich niemanden das Restaurant empfehlen.

Aufgrund der Bewertungen waren wir heute beim Nudelmacher. Und was soll ich sagen? Es war einfach wunderbar! Ein Restaurant mit ganz viel Esprit, ein unglaublich charmanter Besitzer und Koch und absolut köstliches Essen mit einer erlesenen Getränkeauswahl. Und dazu alles zu angemessenen Preisen. Schade, dass ich nicht in Neustadt oder Umgebung wohne! Es wäre mein Lieblingslokal. Auch weil man hier nicht ein Gast ist, sondern sich zuhause fühlt. Ich werde mit Sicherheit wiederkommen!

Ich hatte Spagetti mit Tomatensoße und Beilagensalat. Die Spagetti waren mit einer angenehmen Schärfe und geschmacklich sehr gut. Salat frisch mit Pesto.

Waren heute zu zweit in Neustadt unterwegs und habe uns spontan für den Nudelmacher entschieden. Ein voller Glückstreffer kann ich jetzt sagen. Ich weiß nicht, ob ich auswärts schon Mal so leckere Pasta gegessen habe. Es hat uns beiden sehr gut geschmeckt und dann noch ein cooles, freundliches Team. Da bleibt kein Wunsch offen. Danke! P.S. Sensationelles Essen zum fairen Preis und rüber erproben Bedienung. Es gibt nur 18 Sitzplätze, wobeiman dann sehr eng sitzten würde.

Klein aber fein, wer Nudeln mag, muss dahin. Reservieren muss man, auch unter der Woche.

By far the best noodles in and around Neustadt, homemade and very tasty. There are often different variations, and each one is delicious and unique.

Incredibly delicious, freshly made food. No matter what you order, it's always a feast! The service is also top-notch! Everyone is super accommodating and friendly, and you immediately feel like part of the pasta-making family!

I couldn't agree with the previous reviews. The service was slow, the pasta was reheated, the prawns were undercooked, and the Bolognese had a lot of oil. A shame.

A tiny little shop with super delicious pasta dishes and friendly staff. The only downside was my seat in the doorway directly to the restroom. However, there are other seating options, including outside.

This is my absolute favorite restaurant! It is cozy, charming and gives me a special holiday feeling with a slightly Mediterranean touch. The food is to die for. The very, very good homemade pasta comes with some very special sauces. Everything is fresh, an absolute delight and the salad is simply good with its dressing. What makes the experience perfect is the incredibly friendly, great, personable service. For me, visiting the pasta maker is always a really great experience!

We happened to be there for dinner. Very tasty, freshly prepared noodles. Good selection in addition to an interesting season menu. We had spaghetti with wild garlic pesto and spaghetti with asparagus. The waiter was friendly and always had a recommendation. The restaurant has a cozy terrace in a nice square.

Very cozy but stylishly furnished, the owner is a super friendly, funny and talkative fellow who won't get boring with you. The pasta selection was large, we chose seasonal wild garlic pasta and you can definitely notice the difference to industrially produced pasta. It was a large portion and very tasty. We ignored the opening hours and arrived during break time, but we were still welcomed and served. (That's not something you can take for granted, so I'd like to say thank you again ☺️) The pasta is made fresh every day, and you could taste it; the ingredients were fresh, and overall it was very tasty. Definitely recommend it. But please check the opening hours!😅

Very small restaurant, which has quite some charm. There were four of us there, unfortunately the space at the table was very limited. The food was good to very good. Unfortunately, we were asked out as the last guests half an hour before closing time. Unfortunately, that's not possible. Not even a friendly question about whether we would like something more to drink or whether we could cash in, but the owner puts on his jacket and jingles with the key. Kind of unpleasant, hence 1 star deduction

An absolute insider tip. Very tasty pasta and the bruschetta at the front was also great. It is definitely recommended to reserve a place in advance as there are only a few tables.

It's really bad if you make a reservation for two people 4 weeks before the appointment by spelling out their names. You come, the place is full and you don't want to remember the reservation.

Delicious freshly cooked noodle dishes with an Asian touch. The small restaurant is nicely decorated, there is a bit of a draft at the front window, which is probably due to the old building. Service is friendly and funny. We always enjoy coming back. It makes sense to make a reservation as the restaurant only has a few seats.

The restaurant is small but cozy, the staff is extremely friendly. The bite of the fresh pasta was good, but the respective sauces were more than unspectacular. Rotobet Gorgonzola that tastes neither like one nor the other is sparse. I would have expected much more from a specialized restaurant.

Einfach großartig! Wir hatten gestern Glück. Gerade, als wir die Speisekarte an der Tür gelesen hatten, verließ ein Paar das kleine (aber feine) Restaurant. Und beide sahen sehr sehr zufrieden aus. Kurz entschlossen nutzten wir die Chance. Supernetter Empfang in dem herrlich gemütlichen Laden. Eine wirklich interessante Speisekarte, basierend auf täglich frisch hergestellter Pasta. Bruschetta als Vorspeise: hervorragend gewürzt, mit Abstand beste Bruschetta ever. Dann einmal „Schinkennudeln“ mit echter Pasta und einmal Rotes Curry mit Rindfleisch (scharf). Beides geschmacklich herausragend - eigenständiger Geschmack. Da hat sich jemand richtig Mühe gemacht, um seine eigene Handschrift im Rezept zu hinterlassen. Die Pasta: einfach der Hammer! Und angesichts der vielen Handarbeit preislich mehr als fair. Wir waren spät gekommen und waren die letzten Gäste - und bis zur letzten Minute ein sehr sehr nettes und freundliches Team. Der Plan für den Besuch reift schon, da würden wir aber nicht auf unser Glück vertrauen und sicherheitshalber vorher reservieren. Für Frühling/Sommer freuen wir uns schon darauf, auch mal draußen zu sitzen.

Small, fine noodle shop with delicious homemade noodles. 👍 Which are really good in terms of price. It's a bit tight in terms of space (sliding door next to the toilet, so 1 point deducted) but still an incredibly accommodating host. Conclusion: always worth a visit. Tastiest noodles I've ever had. Parking: no parking available. I recommend at the usable or free on the festival meadow with about a 12 minute walk.

My wife and I went to Der Nudelmacher for the first time. We were literally speechless and thrilled and thoroughly enjoyed the food. I can only recommend it to everyone. We'll be back, promise!

It is a very laid back atmosphere with fresh noodles. The waiter/owner is very nice and gives good recommendations and makes mamazing food. I ordered the spgahetti basil pesto and everything tasted amazing. It was a medium sized portion that fills you up immediately, and isnt too big that you have any left overs! Highly recommend pairing it with a pomegranate lemonade!

This was simply the best pasta I've eaten in a long time. We ordered three different dishes and every single one of them was to die for!!! There aren't a lot of places to sit, but if the weather is good you can just get pasta and sit in the park. We will be back definitely!

La salle est petite, mieux vaut arriver tôt pour avoir de la place. Terrasse denant le restaurant quand il fait beau. Gros orage lors de notre visite, nous nous sommes finalement installés à l'intérieur. Personnel souriant et serviable. La carte propose de nombreuses recettes de pâtes. Elles existent toutes sous trois formes : tagliatelles, spaghetti ou linguine. J'ai dégusté des tagliatelles fraîches à l'ail des ours et au parmesan. Un délice ! Portions généreuses. La tarte au chocolat était bonne aussi. Une limonade à la rhubarbe a accompagné mon repas. Compter 12 à 15 € pour le plat de pâtes.

Waren zu viert dort, nicht das erste mal, Essen. An den Speisen gibt es geschmacklich nichts auszusetzen. Schmeckt. Vielleicht dürfte der Anteil im ,von mir gegessenen, Nudelgericht, hier Hähnchenstreifen, bisschen höher sein !? Was aber gar nicht geht! Wurde vom Wirt am Tisch beim Platz nehmen mit den Worten angesprochen : ..... mit Ihren Gewicht brauchen bestimmt etwas mehr Platz". Geht gar nicht .Wenn es ein Scherz sein sollte, war er sehr unintelligent.
