An unforgettable evening. The four of us enjoyed excellent, refined, yet simple food. The many variations were expertly paired with outstanding wines. Our conversations were focused exclusively on the various flavors and the preparation of the food, and how the wines complemented the next course. A feat of concentration, precision, and attention to detail—a true delight—wonderful. The combination of fresh, select local produce with Japanese spices and style is unparalleled. A truly small pub on Metzgergasse in the city center. It has a cozy indoor and outdoor seating area. The service is very friendly. The only thing we didn't like was the lack of prices on the blackboard. We ordered food from this board, and the price was actually the most expensive.
