We had planned the closing ceremony for a sporting event (the Fulda March) at the GrillHouse and had coordinated the details for almost 30 people with Eugen and Fiona in advance. When we arrived, everything was ready, and even though it was already quite busy, Laura and her team had everything under control that evening. The food was first-class! The meat side dishes and sauces left nothing to be desired, the drinks arrived promptly, and the team was well-organized and super friendly!! There were platters with various meats and side dishes on the table. The ribs, steak, and grilled chicken were delicious. The wings were a bit underseasoned. The side dishes also included a large selection of grilled vegetables, fries with bacon and cheese, also with Parmesan and truffle, fried mushrooms, and garlic baguette. Sauces included aioli, chimichurri, and barbecue orange. Service was good, food was good, I'd go back.

A truly fantastic grill restaurant with noticeably high-quality meat. You can taste that much of it is homemade and that they place great value on quality, both in the service, the food, and the experience. There is a small but thoughtfully selected selection of meat (beef, chicken, and pork) and fish dishes. You essentially "configure" your own meal (main course, side dishes, sauces, etc.), but the staff can offer good advice if you're not familiar with the menu. The desserts are a highlight in themselves. Only the price is quite high for the Künzell location: something you have to treat yourself to, but in my opinion, not for a "regular" visit. Especially if you want side dishes, you can quickly get into the expensive range. In my experience, it's best to make a reservation in advance to secure a seat, even though the restaurant is relatively large. All in all, highly recommended, and I will definitely come back for special occasions!

We sat directly overlooking the grill. That alone is worth seeing. We will definitely be back and can definitely recommend the Grillhouse. Reservations are recommended on weekends.

A wonderful evening with delicious food and a warm atmosphere. :) We had the Fat Man and the Butter Joe, both cooked to perfection, with sweet potato fries and truffle lime mayo. For dessert, we had a chocolate cake with a liquid center, caramelized right at our table. Everything was truly delicious, and we felt well looked after at all times. The atmosphere was particularly noteworthy; I've rarely had such a relaxed and cozy meal. So, if we're in the area, we'll be happy to come back and will pass on a recommendation to the meat-loving members of the family 😁

We happened to be there during our 9-hour journey home, and it was the best thing that could have happened to us culinary-wise that evening: a little travel highlight :) The burgers were really great! Even the espresso was delicious, and that in a steakhouse, which isn't a given... If we ever find ourselves there again, we'd love to come back! A wonderful restaurant with a special charm. From the outside, it's hard to imagine how stylish and welcoming it is inside. The chef is a master at his craft and prepares each dish with palpable passion. The additional tastings were an extraordinary and much appreciated gesture. We'll be back with pleasure. Overall, unfortunately, only 4/5 stars. The burger I ordered was good. The meat was cooked to medium. It tasted good. Unfortunately, the onions were raw instead of fried. But there's no right or wrong. At €19.90, the price was really at its limit. It was "just" a good classic burger. The wings were also €19. Very good. Great crispy skin. But there were only five...for the price of a main course. That's pretty steep. In my opinion, there should have been at least 7-8 for that price. The truffle parmesan fries were okay. Good fries, but unfortunately, they only had generous amounts of parmesan shavings sprinkled on them. They weren't melted. So, half of them stayed in the bowl. The dessert (a scoop of ice cream) was delicious. The service was okay. At times, we didn't see anything for a long time, even though it wasn't busy. I can't say anything about the quality of the meat. The display looked good, and during the week (Thursday) not every cut is available. However, the quality must be very, very good if 300g costs between €42 and €57, without any side dishes.

We were there with 15 people. Everything went smoothly. Super friendly and attentive staff. Lovely atmosphere. Great, keep up the good work. We'd love to come back.

Eugen is a very nice man with a strong character and a very likeable personality. He makes the entire restaurant feel seen and valued as a customer. As the chef, he doesn't shy away from taking orders himself. Even my gluten intolerance was discussed very carefully, explaining what was acceptable and what he advised against. The food was incredibly delicious and cooked to perfection. The side dishes were also super crispy and fresh. The restaurant is modern and well-maintained. Despite the open grill (visible via live stream), there's no unpleasant smell. The service staff is very friendly and strives to ensure everything is done to our complete satisfaction. I'd prefer 0 stars! It says it's open online, but they're closed! I went to the extra trouble of driving up there, and then they were closed. My whole evening was ruined.

The Grillhouse, which bills itself as a steakhouse, only has three steaks on the menu, but also offers burgers, fish, and spare ribs. The grill is located in the dining room, with two 65-inch TVs hanging on the wall to the left and right, showing live footage of the grilling. The guy at the grill and the two waiters are constantly shouting instructions to each other, which doesn't contribute to the restaurant's atmosphere. I had Bruschetta Classico and was given two very narrow, long slices of toasted baguette. Half of the topping fell off when I lifted it. The two slices were placed on a small slate platter, next to which was almost half a not-so-fresh head of lettuce with a few drizzles of cheap balsamic vinegar, and next to it were two slices of cucumber with half a tomato each. Price: €16.90. I actually wanted to order a steak, but the price of €1.90 per gram (!) put me off, so I ordered spare ribs instead. On the screens, I could see live how a rack of ribs was placed on the grill without any glaze until it was almost black. Then a sauce was spread on it and sesame seeds were sprinkled on top. As expected, the meat was extremely tough, some of it still pink on the bone. The spare ribs cost €21.90, of course, without any side dishes, plus €4.50 for Grillhouse Fries and €4.00 for a peppercorn sauce. The grill master came by during the appetizer and asked what could be improved. While I told him that they should focus more on bruschetta instead of salt, he simply walked away grinning. The Pinot Gris I ordered was one of the three wines in the restaurant, but it was quite decent. The one-hour fun cost a total of €62.50. This restaurant's focus is clearly on burgers. The menu, the quality of the food, and the service were below average and disappointing.

I've been to the Grillhouse in Fulda four times now – and every time it's been simply fantastic. The steak is cooked to perfection, super tender, really juicy, and full of flavor. You can tell that quality counts here. I've never had a steak that was so easy to eat – you barely need a knife, it really cuts like butter. The service is also always great: friendly, relaxed, and totally attentive. You feel at home right from the start – not as stiff as in some other places, but simply warm. For me, The Grillhouse is the best steakhouse anywhere. If I eat steak somewhere else, it might be okay – but Fulda simply sets different standards. If you love steak, you should definitely go here. And once you've been, you'll definitely be back.

A while ago, we were at The Grillhouse 2.0 and loved it. So we decided to go to The Grillhouse 1.0 whenever we're in the area. It was excellent! Intense flavor! Delicious! The food was fantastic. We had fillet and shashlik, both perfectly prepared and incredibly delicious. The appetizers and side dishes were also spot on. He weighs the meat beforehand and likes to add a few extra grams. The atmosphere is relaxed and pleasant. You can tell the passion he puts into his work. He also treats his staff with respect and kindness. We'll definitely be back!

The food was excellent! It was busy, but we were still served very friendly, pleasant, and charmingly. We barely noticed the wait; everyone was constantly asking if everything was okay. The appetizers, bruschetta and gratinated goat cheese, were incredibly delicious; they flexibly suggested bringing out extra plates so we could share. The steak was also cooked medium to our exact liking. The "Fat Man" burger was also a delight, and the fries with chili cheese sauce were simply fantastic! We'll be back!
