Absolutely stunning restaurant with incredible food! If you're looking for a place where you're treated like family and served by our talented waiter Yevgeney mouthwatering dishes this is the spot. My ribeye steak was cooked next to us to absolute perfection which was tender, flavorful, and unforgettable. We sampled a variety of appetizers and soups, each one better than the last. Every bite was delicious, and the service was top-notch. This place easily earns a 10-star rating. Highly recommended!

I went there with my mom to finish off the day after the thermal baths with some good food and to invite her over ☺️ With so many reviews and 4.8 stars, we had very high expectations. The service was great, very friendly, they explained everything to us and gave us tips. Even when we called to reserve a table, the conversation was really friendly and warm! ❤️ Everything was beautifully presented, and the ambiance was great. You could watch the meat being prepared and there was even a live broadcast from the grill, something I'd never experienced before. The meat was presented at the counter, so you could watch it. As you can see in the picture, we had ribs, rump steak, fries, corn on the cob, Caesar salad, herb butter, and sour cream. The quality of the meat is great, but the ribs didn't blow me away; I simply expected more. Unfortunately, the herb butter didn't taste of herbs, the sour cream tasted more like mayo, the salad was drenched in dressing and therefore lacked crunch, and the corn on the cob wasn't convincing either. For dessert, we shared a chocolate cake with ice cream and caramelized apple pieces. It was very, very tasty (and I say that as an absolute dessert fanatic 😍) but a bit overpriced. We were asked whether we enjoyed our meal and we communicated this openly and honestly. Then it turned out that Laura, who served us lovingly and attentively, was also the boss and took us very seriously, asking us in detail what we didn't like and why. She also found a great solution for everything by bringing us something new or offering us a very reasonable price. Maybe it was just a bad day in the kitchen, it happens sometimes, even though it's a shame for us. But Laura's behavior was a very pleasant surprise and at the same time made us happy that such great behavior and understanding still exists these days!

I absolutely loved my visit to the Grillhouse. The ambience is stylish and cozy – perfect for a relaxed evening. The service was attentive, friendly and competent without being intrusive. The highlight was of course the food: my rib-eye steak was cooked medium-rare to perfection, incredibly juicy and tasty. The side dishes such as the homemade fries and grilled vegetables were also excellently prepared. I would particularly like to highlight the selection of sauces and the exquisite wine list, which rounded off the meal perfectly. In terms of price, the steakhouse is in the upscale range, but absolutely appropriate for the quality and service. I'll definitely be back - a must for all steak lovers!

We were here with a small group. You can follow the meat preparation process on screens, and the side dishes come from the kitchen. These were very plentiful for our needs and I would have liked helpful support when ordering. Then we could have enjoyed dessert as intended. The side dishes come in bowls. They could easily be shared. Tastes very good. The rooms are limited by the conditions of the house.

As the son of a restaurateur who comes from the family business of an Argentinian steakhouse, I have to say that this was one of the best steaks I have eaten from the region. Went to “The Grill House” in Künzell today. Simply an experience...incredibly nice staff and the food is fantastic. Not only is the lobster bisque served great and tastes great, but you can watch your fillet steak (in my case) being grilled and it tastes incredible...tender, melts in your mouth and simply delicious. I was amazed with the tenderness and well seasoned steak. After growing up in Texas, I expect good steak, but this was a great steak. The special they had was crusted with a herb blend that made each savory morsel fill your mouth with excitement! My wife tried their smoked wings, which fell apart in your mouth. The lemon garlic flavor was not overpowering and well balanced. We had to share our meals with each other to get the full experience. The staff was so friendly and very engaging with all the customers. The jokes are great, you have to say you are 5 years old so you get free ice cream at the end. 😉 😋 We have put this place on our roadside attraction list, so next time, we are passing through Fulda.

If you're hungry and want to wait over an hour for a simple burger, this is the place for you! Burger is absolutely not worth the price/make the same one on the grill at home in 5 minutes. The team consists of a 3-man commando and the service is not very nice. Despite all that, nice atmosphere/good furnishings. The worst burger I've ever had in Fulda. Patty, which was frozen and placed on the grill. No fresh meat. In addition, the patty was completely fried. The portions were also very small. Price/performance doesn't fit here at all. There wasn't too much to complain about in terms of service. I ordered 200g rump steak and unfortunately I got mostly inedible fat. I find this extremely annoying when billing based on weight. Especially if the staff is not cooperative after a comment. It's a shame, but unfortunately very expensive fat.
