The fries were absolutely fresh and crispy, the burgers were hot and properly topped. Ordering at the machine went smoothly and after just a few minutes we were able to pick up our food at the counter. Tables and chairs were clean. The staff was friendly.

I'm eating here with my wife and a lady comes in with a dog full of hair and all sorts of things. My question is, why are dogs allowed in McDonald's?

The employees are very unfriendly and get bitchy when you point out that they are doing the wrong thing and want the right things. The cleanliness also leaves a lot to be desired.

You go there to eat once and they forget half of it. It's a shame we ordered takeaway and didn't check in until later. The incompetence is to be expected.

Rip-off? I paid a whole 9.16 euros for 4 hamburgers at Mc-Donalds in 97980 Bad Mergentheim on October 23rd, 2024 at around 4 p.m.! Super slow, unmotivated team. We waited 20 minutes for 1 menu and 1 happy meal. Fries and burgers were old and hard. Worst mcces I've seen.

Unfortunately more than disappointing. Of course you don't expect a 5 star ambience from a Burger King.
