Inhumane working conditions!!! McDonald's food and drink tastes the same everywhere, whether you like it or not is a matter of taste. Now to the reason why no one should leave money here! Here in Vilsbiburg I have often heard about undignified working conditions (former employees and first-hand reports) and today we can see it with our own eyes for the first time. An older employee had to scrape out the weeds between the paving stones in the parking lot today with a SPOON in his hand. If you apply to be a catering staff at McDonald's, you apparently have to play the role of universal janitor and, if necessary, simply scrape out weeds with a spoon on your knees. BOTTOMLESS DISRESPECT! I won't leave another cent in this staff-unfriendly store

Food is good, service is good too. But the cleanliness is very, very poor. Tables are dirty, seats are also dirty, so clothes are also dirty.

Essen hat gepasst, wie bestellt, hat zwar wegen Personalmangel etwas länger gedauert, macht aber nichts. Personal war auch zu unangenehmen Zeitgenossen vor uns sehr höflich.

Unfortunately, the McRib doesn't have as much sauce on it as it used to. Everything was better with the Ramsi.

The service is terrible. Some useless ones. I asked them for a small tube for the soft drinks, and they refused to give it to us. My children, ages 3 and 5, usually drink from a tube. The manager is useless, he told me there wasn't any, but I photographed it!

The food was carelessly thrown into the boxes... I would like to throw the payment behind the cash register the same way they put the food in the bags... If the orders are COMPLETE it is usually because you only ordered 1 part. For larger orders it can happen that 3 burgers are missing meat. After complaints about something missing, it can also happen that the food that was previously in the bag is missing.

I'm not a fan of McDonald's for various reasons that I won't get into on here. I just go for the takeaway coffee when driving long distances. Well, I have to say that this branch is the cleanest, nicest, most organised McDonald's I've ever seen in my life. They had candles lit around the coffee station, the staff were super friendly, even the toilets were clean... What more can I say? I was pleasantly suprised! Keep up the good work guys!

I ordered something today and half of it was missing, so I had to drive back and forth until I had the food I ordered. I don't think it's good that people forget something like that.

Just a fever dream but food arrived quicker than we did

I'm originally from North Rhine-Westphalia and here McDonald's aren't exactly great, but this McDonald's was the best I've ever been to (probably a lucky coincidence). I'll miss this McDonald's

No water in the women's toilet for washing hands (broken). Overpriced, no napkins. Not recommendable.

Above average Mc, everything clean, lovingly decorated and staff very friendly. Never experienced this combination before. Gladly again, see you soon

Update January 2023: unfortunately the reliability of the service has still not improved, there is always something missing, so be sure to check what's in the bag, the last time the toy was completely missing from the Happy Meal, I was really upset . It's hard to open all the bags in McDrive and look inside, but this should finally get better. Otherwise, the employees are very friendly and helpful, and complaints are dealt with quickly and in a friendly manner. Meanwhile, our McDonald's here in Vilsbiburg is getting a little better in terms of reliability. We hated that because something was always wrong with the orders in the McDrive and we couldn't understand what was so difficult about putting the items in the bag to pack what you have ordered and which will be displayed to the staff on the screen. But the last few times we were happy. Otherwise, the McDonald's range is standard everywhere. The children love it and hopefully things will continue as normal after the Corona period, so that you can eat inside again, the MC Café is also great.

Yeah, McDonald's. Sometimes a nugget is missing or the cola tastes like water but these are isolated cases, Esse always comes quickly and is not underground like you often hear from other branches.

Employees were unable to cope with the crowds. Order incomplete, bad tone between employees and customers, toilet clogged, lack of toilet paper, bad parking situation, no toys in the Happy Meal (there was nothing left), dirty tables with garbage left behind by the previous guests. Bad stopover

McDonald's is a large fast food chain and lives up to its reputation. The food is great and the staff is very friendly as always. You didn't have to wait long to order. Keep it up.

So I have to say just because I wanted extra cheese doesn't mean I have to let my burger burn!!!! You could have given me money straight away.

Tolles Ambiente, sehr sauber und freundliches Personal! Der Laden war schön geschmückt mit Blumen & Kerzen Deko.

Alles war in Ordnung, bin nur etwas enttäuscht, weil der Mc Flurry Eisbecher war nur halb gefüllt und Mc Sundae auch nur halb gefüllt und nur ein Klecks von Karamell Soße!

Keine Veggieburger im Angebot. Mit der Begründung, es wären keine Burgerbrötchen geliefert worden. Auf die Frage, ob man nicht ein anderes genommen werden kann, kam ein...Nein. Ohne zu begründen, warum dies nicht möglich ist. Selbst wenn das Brötchen nicht Vegan ist, Vegetarisch wäre für mich in Ordnung gewesen.

Noch besser wärs gewesen wenn meine Bestellung vollständig gewesen wäre, leider wieder mal nicht

Für 3 Personen hat das Essen echt kurz gebraucht um Fertig zu werden! Dennoch muss ich sagen das die Bedienung nicht gerade nett war und als etwas gefehlt hat uns nur dumm angemacht hat. Die Ambiente war echt das letzte was man gut reden sollte denn es war dreckig und einfach kein Stück Besonders! Bisher einer der schwächsten McDonalds in denen ich war!

Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Da nicht so viel los war , ging es auch einigermaßen mit der Sauberkeit, das kennen wir sonst auch anders.

Das Lokal für den schnellen Hunger

Das Essen war bis jetzt immer sehr frisch , das ist super aber bis jetzt war auch immer mindestens eine Sache bei der Bestellung falsch zubereitet das ist nicht gut.

Manche Mitarbeiter haben kein I teresse, und machen sich über Kunden lustig. Und das Personal ist maßlos überfordert.

Essen hat gut geschmeckt, Personal auch sehr nett und die Tischen such sehr sauber. Gerne wieder

War sehr lecker vor allem waren wir überrascht (heißes Essen). .Da es nicht oft vorkommt bei anderen Filialen. Wir kommen wieder!

Ich war vor kurzem in diesem Laden uns würde es als klassischer McDonald's, mit einem Essen wie gewohnt und zügiger Zubereitung, beschrieben. Den Service jedoch kann man vergessen, die lassen einen nur über das Touchpad bestellen und selber an der Kasse (wo man bei jedem anderen Mc'i auch bestellen kann) stehen sich zwei die Füße in den Bau und schicken einen weg weil sie keine Bestellungen hier aufnehmen. Wenn der Service persönlich keine Bestellungen annehmen will, währe es zumindest wünschenswert wenn die Terminals funktionieren und nicht jedes mal wenn man rein kommt, 1-2 defekt sind. Von der Sauberkeit kann man im Laden jedoch nichts anmerken.

Strohhalme ? eingespart. Tischservice: Eingespart (jedenfalls heute, warum auch immer) Tablet: eingespart(Ich liebe es die Pommes auf den schlecht gereinigten Tisch zu werfen. Reingung ebenfalls eingespart ?. Preise: genau so hoch wie immer. Burger? lieblos zusammengeworfen.Bedienung bei Nachfrage sehr unfreundlich. Ich als Kunde spar mir jetzt euren Laden...

Wir kennen keinen schlimmeren McDonald's in der Umgebung von Vilsbiburg. Hier ist es wirklich so das eigentlich bei jedem Besuch irgendetwas fehlt, gerade beim McDrive ist es sehr ärgerlich, da man hier ja nicht die Möglichkeit hat sofort zu kontrollieren und irgendwo erst rechts ran fahren muss. Es geht immer irgendetwas ab, eine Nachkontrolle ist unbedingt notwendig. Wir können es nicht verstehen was so schwer ist die Artikel in die Tüte zu packen, welche einem auf dem Monitor angezeigt werden, das ist uns immer noch unbegreiflich. Oftmals sind auch mehrere Leute an einer Bestellung dran, hier sind doch Fehler vorprogrammiert.
