No more veggie burgers? 🤔 Brave, considering Burger King 300 meters away has a really good selection.

I've never had hamburgers that small before...but I did get severe heartburn.

Very clean and very friendly staff.

Unfortunately, the last few weeks have been a complete disappointment. For some inexplicable reason, when I open the packaging, the burgers look like they've been thrown across the store. Everything is in pieces in the packaging. A shame.

Burgers aren't what they used to be...little for a lot of money

I really like this McDonald's compared to others in the area. It's clean, the service is fast, and most importantly, the staff is friendly. The employee who brought our ordered food to the table smiled! I miss that at most other restaurants!

We usually like eating at McDonald's, but this is the fifth time we've been told at the drive-thru that not everything was in our order bag. And unfortunately, we can't pay for it anymore.

At this McDonald's, they can't sell Happy Meals for days because they've run out of toys, I was told. Almost unbelievable. So we ordered another meal and some fries. The fries were simply cold, and I drove back to ask for warm fries. I was told they were freshly made fries, but that was complete nonsense and a lie. The employees acted smart instead of solving the problem and discussing it, and they acted like we were crazy. I threw the bag of cold fries through the counter and drove away because I was so angry. I've been to McDonald's halfway around the world, but this branch is the worst I've ever visited. I've experienced trouble at this branch before. It's a disgrace to the McDonald's name, what they're doing here. A better option is to visit the Burger King across the street.

As with almost every McDonald's, the sauces on the burgers are haphazardly portioned and usually too little, so the burgers are 80% dry... The rest is standard fare, as usual...

There weren't enough staff for the crowd. Perhaps it was because we were there at peak time. The food was okay and "fresh." The restaurant was way too crowded and excessively loud.

The food was great, the toilet visit after was even greater

25 minutes from the drive-thru line to the food counter. Far too long. They should have taken the return traffic from the F1 track in Spa into account.

Service was much too slow (over 20 minutes for a burger and fries!) even though the restaurant was far from crowded...

Six of them stood there and forgot half my food. Instead of an iced coffee, they gave me a milkshake, and they made my milkshake wrong. They also forgot the fries. A bit more concentration would be good when there are six of us working there. I don't think it's acceptable; it could be done better.

I was particularly pleasantly surprised by the speed of the order process: Even though the store was busy, I barely had to wait. The digital ordering kiosks worked perfectly, and my order was processed quickly. Picking up at the counter also went smoothly and there were no long waits. Overall, my visit to the McDonald's in Monschau was a thoroughly positive experience. The combination of friendly and attentive service, delicious, fresh food, the well-maintained store, and the fast order processing won me over. I would definitely be back and highly recommend this McDonald's!

Unbelievable, it's not the first time the service here has been soooo bad. They asked me to wait a moment even though no one else was at the counter ahead of me. And then the hamburger and the MC Rib were lukewarm. It's not the first time, now I've had enough. After complaining to the restaurant, they looked at me as if I agreed and was a bad customer. I travel a lot, but this is once again the worst experience I've ever had.

I rarely go to the store, I just made a purchase, I really like the store, the service was fast, we just didn't get a straw, but this is important for takeaway, I think.

The fries were very salty, a shame

I have ordered from here several times, especially when traveling with my family of five, and unfortunately the experience has been disappointing each time. When it comes to large orders, the employees seem to be slightly overwhelmed and are unable to complete the orders completely and correctly. It's really just annoying when half of the order is missing or wrong. It's really not normal anymore!! Please work and organize yourself better. The employee noticed that something was missing, but at that moment they were already outside...

Employees can't read coupons and my chicken nuggets would be cheese nuggets and therefore they couldn't make the order even though the coupon clearly says chicken nuggets.

Today I waited 29 minutes to get an MC menu plus 6 pieces of chicken. When he complained, the young man said that there were a lot of visitors in the restaurant, too few staff and then there were sick calls. Ok, but as a customer I'm not really interested in the planning, especially since this wasn't the first time that we've had to wait so long...

We were there at 9:30 and ordered breakfast since citizens hadn't been made yet. I then ordered mini pancakes which were brought to me 15 minutes before the normal kitchen opened. We also ordered a wrap that stuck to the packaging. All in all, not the best McDonald's visit.

My food tasted great (not) but my McFlury was incredibly cold and therefore inedible. Something like that doesn't work. Also, the Big Tasty Bacon had nothing to do with a Big Tasty Bacon because it had bacon on it and was warm. KFC and Burger King on the 1. Better Aldi Burger instead of McDonalds

Fast food is not that healthy. Otherwise everything is okay.

It was so good😁😀I've been there so many times, it's simply delicious, staff help with problems if the order monitor doesn't work or something else👍.Food is good, actually can't be avoided and drinks are cold and fresh, friendly staff.👍Man dsrf takes food with you because you click to take away and then you can also eat in the parking lot, or in the suto siebwn as always (almost) you can always eat in there. Mäcces was much better. Unfortunately, all shops are becoming more and more dilapidated. This counts not only for Imgenbroich, but for all stores in Germany. That's a shame, because I always liked going to Mäcces because you used to be able to eat equally well everywhere. Everything has changed. My advice: Be careful not to slide down to Burger K. level.

Eating takes a very long time And fries stay cold

Coffee was fine. The muffin was a bit dry and fell apart when eating.

We were at the Spa GP this weekend, along with 380000 other people. After the GP on Sunday, there were about 170 of us arriving about the same time. The look on the staffs faces were priceless. But man, these guys nailed it! The service was incredible, quick, polite and professional beyond expectation. They even sorted the bathroom-situation when the que got long. Great job from the team working the evening shift on Sunday July 28 2024. Hope they get a raise!

I eat there often. The service is always good and quick, the employees are very friendly. The quality is good, the atmosphere is well maintained. Dogs are also welcome.

Unfortunately, our visit to this McDonald's restaurant did not live up to expectations. The cleanliness left a lot to be desired: tables were often greasy and the floor appeared neglected. The tray carts were also often overcrowded. Despite multiple complaints, we have not noticed any improvement. It would be desirable if the restaurant placed more emphasis on thorough cleaning. A visit from the health department could help improve hygiene standards.

I love tasty bacon, it's my favorite

The cold fries are only half full, mixed with curly fries and salted. The burgers have been lying around for 20 minutes and are served cold and soggy. The waitress prefers to chat and look around instead of taking care of the customers. Unfortunately it was the worst McDonald's I've ever seen. Even some of the restaurants in the far corner of the train station are better than this one!

I was there on the evening of June 15, 2024 around 10 p.m., ordered my food and went to the serving area. How should you rate food from a fast food chain? Objectively, of course. The food is not comparable to a restaurant, so you can't rate it better. All in all it works. Unfortunately, here as in other MC Donalds branches, I found that table service is not always offered or is no longer offered! Why? One could at least give a hint as to why this is the case. That was definitely the last time. Second time the burgers were bad. The first time, the smell alone was enough to determine that the Royal cheese was bad and no longer suitable for consumption. I've been a regular customer for almost 10 years. I'm really disappointed at how unfriendly they have become there. I always go and get the McFluri ice cream there and it's always the same today, but today it tasted different. 2 pieces didn't taste good at all today I went to the front and talked to the employee in a normal way, he was very nice and understanding, but then the woman who was a little short on the side made me feel stupid, that there was nothing to it and so on. The employee made me a new one, tried it and then it was exactly what I wanted instead of admitting that she did it wrong, she gave me the others. I was allowed to keep the two, but I didn't want them because they were unappetizing. I got a replacement even though I had paid for two.

This is the first McDonald's branch where I didn't find a cleaning schedule for the toilet. The toilet looked like that. The walls, toilet bowls and doorknobs/handles were smeared. There was no toilet paper and the hand dryer didn't work. The service was rather unloving to unfriendly. We only had a milkshake and a McFlurry. They were fine as always. A little toilet hygiene would be good for this branch.

All tables dirty, very unclean never again

McDonald Monschau-Imgenbroich is located near the center of the town. Very central and modernly renovated, like most of the other branches. I've been going to McDonald's pretty regularly lately. My little daughter is dancing nearby. She would actually like to go outside to play?! Of course, a junior bag is ordered and dad gets a TS or BigMac or something similar. Everyone knows that McDonald’s isn’t really cheap. But I'm a little annoyed. The burgers 🍔 are regularly lukewarm or cold. The fries aren't always hot either. I let the burgers 🍔 go back twice. I often eat the lukewarm food because it's just too annoying and you're actually hungry and want to eat. It's just McDonald, but I still expect the meals to be served hot. It's probably because the employees work quickly, quickly. A finished burger 🍔 is put on the tray and then sometimes we wait too long for more food and then it's cold. Burgers are often removed from the warming area and are probably left there for too long. You can tell by the boring bun. The chicken parts of the chicken box were just dry👎 I was recently able to persuade my daughter to have an ice cream from the ice cream parlor, luckily. McDonald is okay every now and then.

Really a cheap and friendly place

A lot has happened here. I'm here and tried to order food in a restaurant using the app. It worked really well. It took less than 5 minutes for my order to be at the table. Try it out. That's great. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Besuch bei McDonald's. Unser Sohn war besonders glücklich über sein Essen, und das ist immer ein gutes Zeichen! Die Mitarbeiterinnen waren äußerst nett und zuvorkommend, was unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Wir schätzen den freundlichen Service und die leckeren Speisen. Goeie kleinschalige Macdonalds. Frietjes waren goed gebakken en niet te zout. Big Mac en Nuggets waren ook prima. Goeie pittige chilisaus.

Kwam hier na een zeer uitputtende fietstocht met vrienden. Had ontzettend last van mijn darmen toen ik aankwam en heb dan ook direct na aankomst een biogevaar van ongekende properties losgelaten op de wc daar, mijn excuses voor degene die na mij van dezelfde wc gebruik heeft gemaakt. Vervolgens hebben wij eten besteld want we hadden ontzettend honger, het was redelijk geprijsd. Na de bestelling kwam het eten best wel snel aan tot mijn verassing. Het eten smaakte gewoon prima, precies wat ik verwachtte van de mcdonald's. Niet extreem goed, maar ook niet slecht. Ik heb hier ook mijn eerste mcrib gehad aangezien dit een exclusief duits item is. Ik raad het niet aan. De sfeer zelf was prima. Het was al erg laat dus er was niemand behalve wij en een paar medewerkers.
