I really have to say, the staff is super friendly, you get great advice, the food is very hot, super good, the fries are amazing, and the new doner kebab 🍔 is really awesome. You guys have to eat it really well, and with ayran. A star for the staff and the food. KEEP IT UP

Awesome place! Great staff and a very familiar atmosphere, like you belong there! Highly recommended, and the Kebab Lover was a real treat for the palate.

Friendly staff, but unfortunately, at least 10 of my 20 nuggets were a bit old. The fresh nuggets made the difference much more noticeable. Unfortunately, it's a shame.

On my first visit, when it opened, I ate onion rings. They weren't good for my stomach at all. Second visit, 10 fries in a bag with 7 packets of mayo. Third visit. First, I got food poisoning. My son then showed me a video about the scandals. I'm staying across the street.

The staff is super friendly; I've rarely encountered such nice and helpful people. The dog was welcome, and the vegan options were great. Very clean; we were there at lunchtime.

Mr. Nuzi leads the Burger King team in an exceptionally friendly manner, and the service is always flawless. I always enjoy coming back. Special requests are accommodated, and the food is exceptionally good.

It was okay, but the water in the restrooms was broken and the tables weren't completely clean. It's uncomfortably hot there at the moment. The air conditioning doesn't seem to be working; it should be fixed.

If it stays this hot, the burgers will soon cook on their own :)

It was WAY TOO HOT! The food was good, the service very friendly, but it was unbearably humid and warm. I felt dizzy from the heat. Strongly recommended in the summer; the competition has air conditioning.

I usually enjoy going to the store. The employees are friendly, BUT it's just way too hot! It's like a sauna! The employees have to work in this heat, and as a customer, going out to eat in such heat is not a pleasant experience.

Was at the Monschau location almost 5 (!) hours before closing. Wanted to try the baklava shake. I was told that unfortunately there would be no more shakes or ice cream this evening as the machine had already been cleaned!!! Absolutely wrong!!! Then it's better to go to Mäcke's around the corner, nothing like that happens there!!! Never again! One star is still too many.

We spontaneously went to Burger King. The food was tasteless, the fries were sprinkled with far too much salt. The drinks machine was dirty and no longer supplied the desired drink (Cola Zero). The women's toilets were unusable due to extremely dirty conditions. The men's toilet paper was empty, the toilet seat was loose and the hand dryer was broken. After the staff spoke to the above-mentioned points, I was told that the staff from the late shift would come to clean and that the food could be remade for us... that was politely rejected on our part 🤢 you lose your appetite. The money was not paid back. Very disappointing.

The sanitary facilities are a dream in urine. In terms of smell, it is in no way inferior to a train station underpass. The touchscreen of the drinks machine is described very favorably as slow. Seats worn out or torn. In terms of size, the BigKing is more of a disappointment. It's still cold too. Outside 0 inside only slightly higher. The toilet door slams so loudly that the McDonald's employees across the street come to complain because their customers are dying in droves from heart attacks. It could also be due to food, but who knows.

Unfortunately we ordered 2 burgers. One was really hot and one was cold after a few minutes. When we complained, they said that the burger was always cold after 5 minutes. Schade was always satisfied with the service in imgenbroich. Then Burgerking should tell customers that they should only order one burger at a time because their goods get cold too quickly.

Today in Drive: 6:42 p.m. Incompetent staff. Unable to make a Long Chiliese. Ordered extra jalapeños, paid €0.50 for them and just got the burger without them. Ok, I drove back... and instead of just putting the standard jalapeños on the burger and paying extra for it again, I just get cheese and 3 pieces of jalapeños on it again. It took 3 people and the price was just under €8 for the burger alone. 1st and last time with them...

It's utterly annoying when you look at the sizes of the hamburgers... They even have the audacity to ask money for it...

Comparatively quiet atmosphere as this branch is not that crowded. The service is always friendly and helpful. Both the dining area and the sanitary facilities are always clean. When eating take-out, I've never had anything forgotten or mixed up. Orders are always fresh, hot, complete and prepared quickly. :-) There is a vending machine for drinks where you can prepare your own drink. You can even refine your drink with different flavors. I recommend the cola with lemon flavor. 5 out of 5 stars for everything :-)!

Best Burger King in the area, compared to the McDonald's next door, it's always quiet here and the employees are always super friendly and in a good mood. Also great, you can mix the cola yourself using a cola machine, which I haven't seen in a long time. The only drawback is that there is no ordering terminal, so you still have to communicate the good old way.

Wie in allen anderen Filialen gleiche Vorgehensweise. Menükarte,aussuchen von Speisen und Getränke,bezahlen, Entspannten und Satt nach Hause fahren. Hmmmh lecker

Burger war leider lau warm und für das Geld sehr spartanisch belegt.

Netter kleiner Burger King. Nicht viel los, kam schnell dran und die Burger wurden frisch auf Bestellung gemacht.

Wurden super lieb am Drive in von Frau Wild empfangen. Bestellung wurde zügig zubereitet (dauert bei veggie Produkten meist länger). Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr lange vorm leeren DriveIn Schalter gestanden. Zu guter letzt waren die Nuggets sehr dunkel. Ich denke nicht das die frisch waren. Habe ich so noch nie serviert bekommen.
