BURGER KING Monschau in Monschau

Unfortunately we ordered 2 burgers. One was really hot and one was cold after a few minutes. When we complained, they said that the burger was always cold after 5 minutes. Schade was always satisfied with the service in imgenbroich. Then Burgerking should tell customers that they should only order one burger at a time because their goods get cold too quickly.

Everything is great! Very clean and even complicated orders were no problem.

The interior is a bit worn out. The staff is increasingly unable to keep up with the cleaning.

Very old Burger King that is infested with wasps, especially at the drinks machine!!! Extremely dangerous, there is a wasp's nest in the machine

Toilets suck!!!! Tables dirty. Very unfortunate!!

Impossible for the third time that something was missing from the order. Unfriendly and incompetent staff. Never again

Today in Drive: 6:42 p.m. Incompetent staff. Unable to make a Long Chiliese. Ordered extra jalapeños, paid €0.50 for them and just got the burger without them. Ok, I drove back... and instead of just putting the standard jalapeños on the burger and paying extra for it again, I just get cheese and 3 pieces of jalapeños on it again. It took 3 people and the price was just under €8 for the burger alone. 1st and last time with them...

It's utterly annoying when you look at the sizes of the hamburgers... They even have the audacity to ask money for it...

Its a normal burger king but with no orderwindow if you cant speak German than its hard

The employee Ensuel C. was really very friendly.

Comparatively quiet atmosphere as this branch is not that crowded. The service is always friendly and helpful. Both the dining area and the sanitary facilities are always clean. When eating take-out, I've never had anything forgotten or mixed up. Orders are always fresh, hot, complete and prepared quickly. :-) There is a vending machine for drinks where you can prepare your own drink. You can even refine your drink with different flavors. I recommend the cola with lemon flavor. 5 out of 5 stars for everything :-)!

My daughter had spilled half a liter of coke, so I asked for a cloth. The employee sent me back with a smile and cleaned it up himself... I think things would have turned out differently in the Netherlands.

Service is nice - no order displays yet I want to be able to buy Fanta cherry in the store Burger OK for "industrial goods", but expensive. Fries hot! Outside 8°C - Inside too (almost)

Best Burger King in the area, compared to the McDonald's next door, it's always quiet here and the employees are always super friendly and in a good mood. Also great, you can mix the cola yourself using a cola machine, which I haven't seen in a long time. The only drawback is that there is no ordering terminal, so you still have to communicate the good old way.

In my opinion, the branches are not particularly noteworthy. Everything seems a bit neglected. Only the employees are trying hard.

You are always welcomed and served in a friendly manner. Even special requests are no problem. I love this store. Therefore always worth a visit.

The premises are always clean and tidy. The staff is always very nice and polite.

Even though there were only two employees there, I got my food on the table quickly and fresh to my liking. They were also very friendly. Mr. Seifert (Siefert?) should be particularly highlighted here for his friendly, competent manner. 🤗 And even though there were now 5 or 6 people waiting for their food, things moved quickly. I'm pleasantly surprised. 👍

If you want to wait a long time for your food, this is the place for you. The citizens are usually cold and something is always missing from the drive-in.

The place was very clean. The personnel was speaking a bit of English and they were polite and smiling. The food tasted like it was "fresh" compared to all the establishments "Burger King" I visited in Belgium. Many thanks and keep up the awesome work 🙏 👍

Das Verlangen dort essen zu holen ist sehr eingeschränkt. Wenn bei jedem abholen der Hauptburger fehlt stimmt da was nicht…..

Wie in allen anderen Filialen gleiche Vorgehensweise. Menükarte,aussuchen von Speisen und Getränke,bezahlen, Entspannten und Satt nach Hause fahren. Hmmmh lecker

Burger war leider lau warm und für das Geld sehr spartanisch belegt.

Netter kleiner Burger King. Nicht viel los, kam schnell dran und die Burger wurden frisch auf Bestellung gemacht.

Wurden super lieb am Drive in von Frau Wild empfangen. Bestellung wurde zügig zubereitet (dauert bei veggie Produkten meist länger). Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr lange vorm leeren DriveIn Schalter gestanden. Zu guter letzt waren die Nuggets sehr dunkel. Ich denke nicht das die frisch waren. Habe ich so noch nie serviert bekommen.

Spontan bei Burger King im Drive in gewesen. Freundliches Personal und zügige Abwicklung. Die Pommes sind sehr lecker. Die Burger auch. Die King Nuggets sind okay

Frische Produkte und leckere Brötchen.

Manchmal etwas überfordertes Personal. Aber immer freundlich. Die Coca-Cola mix Automaten sind schon seit längerem nicht in Betrieb. Schade!!

Mal ganz davon abgesehen das Burger King sich preislich von McDonald's unterscheidet weil er wesentlich teurer ist, ist es aber schon eine Lachnummer das er bereits sonntags um 21 Uhr schließt! Schon genug verdient? Kein Interesse anzahlungsfreudiger Spätkundschaft?

Das Restaurant ist in Sachen Mitarbeiter Freundlichkeit sehr zufriedenstellend. Hygiene kann hier ebenfalls punkten und in Sachen Zubereitung und Schnelligkeit war der Besuch top,im Endeffekt hat sich der Besuch gelohnt und geschmeckt hat es auch sehr gut :) keine warte Zeiten sehr schnell und freundlich bedient Das Lokal ist nur zu empfehlen

Ich finde Burger King für den kurzen Hunger empfehlenswert. Es gibt ganz gute Gerichte. Aber es ist halt auch eine Fastfood Kette.

Der einzigste saubere Burger King in der Nähe immer frisches und heißes essen so soll es sein 👍
