Excellent service, fast service, the employee at the drive-thru was in a great mood on a Sunday morning. He served me so kindly with a smile. I'll definitely be back...thank you :)

Twenty-four minutes for breakfast for one adult and one child when the restaurant is practically empty is truly disappointing. That the friendly server forgot the small spoon for the hot drink can happen and isn't a big deal. But that she then took one from the drawer and rubbed it with her thumb to dry or clean it is really not very appetizing. Even a smile didn't help.

I understand the bad comments… at least regarding the drive-thru. Back from vacation last night… 11 pm, quickly grabbed something for the kids… 15-minute wait… I don't get it… the place was empty… and by the time I got home, most of it was cold… I don't live far away… and as almost always, something was missing… even if it was just one McDonald's… it adds up… at my house, it's become a running joke… you're supposed to make sure you've packed everything. But after a 12-hour journey, I just didn't feel like it… well, my own fault… Bye-bye drive-thru… I'm fed up.

I ordered one of those breakfast chicken burgers and it took almost 10 minutes for me to get the one burger and it wasn’t even good. The bread didn’t seem toasted and just tasted funky. and as i opened the wrap, half the salad fell on my lap cause it was just thrown together.

We hadn't been to this Teltow branch in a long time. It wasn't very busy. We waited 25 minutes for the food; the burger was ice cold, as were the fries and the lattice potatoes. They swapped the burger, but they forgot the sauce. Honestly, I don't expect much from fast food, but the food should be hot.

Super delicious food, good service, the ambience could use a bit of sprucing up.

I'm disappointed with this McDonald's. The restrooms are anything but clean, the "technical" employees barely understand what I'm saying, and the "technical" employees can't take orders correctly.

We were at McD Teltow for breakfast today. The staff was really nice (I think shift supervisor or store manager) who took great care of us. They even did a little magic trick for my daughter with a free balloon and Smarties with her order :) Keep it up :)

Placed two orders. Both were paid in cash. The change was wrong for both orders. I don't want to accuse anyone of anything, but either fifth-grade math is too difficult for the employees, or they do it on purpose. We didn't order table service, but were standing right in front of the cash register, but the employee still did a victory lap with our tray. Our order wasn't complete either. A brilliant performance.

I can't confirm the bad reviews at all. Quite the opposite. We were there today (September 28th) and I was VERY pleasantly surprised: very friendly service; everything was spotlessly clean, including the restaurant, restrooms, and outdoor area. You couldn't ask for more. No comparison to the branch in Kleinmachnow.

In the morning, I ate a scrambled egg wrap that barely had any scrambled eggs in it, along with a morning burger. Well, the taste was a bit like trash, but whatever. But the fact that I ended up mutilating my stomach because of it isn't exactly fun. Next time, there's a burger war!

The delivery was supposed to arrive within 45 minutes at the latest. When we inquired after more than an hour, we received a rude reply that the food was coming. When we asked when, the answer was "I don't know" and the caller hung up. And we're still waiting.

I rarely go to McDonald's, but this morning I had a pleasant experience at this one. The employee at the counter was friendly, everything was clean, and you don't get the feeling of the typical McDonald's experience (at least in the morning).

A disaster. Tables and floor were sticky. Overflowing trash cans. Pee-covered slides. The whole family had stomach problems after the lukewarm burgers. Must have changed hands – everything was fine before.

I picked up food at the drive-thru last night, and I have to say it was the most pleasant and funniest order I've ever had at an MC's. The new manager was truly a very funny and entertaining person! From now on, I'll only go to the drive-thru when I know he's there ;)

It's a shame this place is in such a bad state. Five tables were full of leftover food. The delivery cart outside was just as full as the one inside. There was no one who spoke decent German to take our orders.

The McDonald's is okay. The food is okay. The burgers are a bit carelessly put together. But that's probably due to the new staff. Months later, I'm still having the same dilemma with the so-called staff. The preparation is careless. I definitely won't be going to this McDonald's again.

As soon as we entered, we were greeted extremely warmly by the manager and the entire staff. After ordering our food, we sat down in the dining room – the place seemed very clean and offered a pleasantly relaxed atmosphere. No constant beeping, just relaxed. The youngest even received a balloon from the manager – a wonderful gesture. The food was delicious and was presented neatly, not just casually. The wait staff who brought us the food were also friendly and responded immediately to our request for a straw and a cookie. Another positive thing we noticed was that nothing was off-limits in this McDonald's – unfortunately, that's not to be taken for granted. Later, the manager even came by himself, asked if we enjoyed everything and if we were satisfied, and surprised us with a little magic trick. We've never experienced such a great McDonald's with such a dedicated and friendly manager. Simply fantastic!

The food is standard McDonald's. Ordering is also easy. Unfortunately, it's very dirty; the tables aren't wiped down, there's trash lying around everywhere, and the restrooms are dirty, too. The number display has been broken for ages, and you have to wait a long time for your food.

The manager is simply the best! As soon as you step inside, he immediately puts you in a good mood. Honestly, it's rare to meet people who have such a positive aura and brighten up your day. That's exactly how service should be!

Unfortunately, my order was issued incorrectly. There were problems right from the start when the staff tried to prepare my order for me to eat in on a tray, even though I had ordered it to go. Then, at home, I was disappointed when I got 6-pack nuggets instead of the McPlant Burger... I'd rather go to Mahlow for the Mecces.

We had to wait almost 25 minutes at this fast-food restaurant with only a few customers. Not all products were available. There was no chocolate milkshake. Two incredibly slow and disorganized waitresses, who clearly met less than the minimum requirements for the job. They argued among themselves and barely paid attention to the orders, which led to enormous wait times. Some burgers were lukewarm. Many screens were not working, including the one announcing withdrawals. Broken restrooms. Absolutely not recommended.

It's been a long time since a sauce was missing and the burger tasted "old", which can sometimes go wrong given the number of customers. Although the packaging is sometimes forgotten via the app and picked up in a restaurant, it is much less common than at the Kleinmachnow branch. If I can't get rid of my 4-5 things, everything will be put into a bag afterwards. You are great! Compared to Kleinmachnow, it's a lot better.

One star is actually too many!! Ordered items are constantly missing, or the items are completely wrong! Today, all the Happy Meals were missing the toy...and instead of four ketchup, there were four mayo flavors. Mom pays for ordered items, and sometimes entire meals are missing!

I've been a customer here for a long time. But I think it's getting worse and worse. The food is either cold, or half of it has been forgotten, or when you try to order something, they don't understand you. It's a real shame.

In a word, a tragedy, an order placed with delivery after 2.5 hours of waiting I only got a message that it had been canceled and this is not the first time this has happened. It's a pity that you can't give minus stars.

And also a bit strange, as I had already had enough time to consider whether ordering breakfast wouldn't have made more sense. But, I want my ice cream, I'm still willing to pay... Card, please... yes, unfortunately, card payments aren't accepted here, only at the other window. And here, too, the difficult communication played a significant role... Conclusion: you can keep everything, I'm going to the competition. And rest assured of one thing: I took the time to write this review... and I also took the time for McDonald's Germany, because it's not without reason that you're rated 3.6 stars.

A massive amount of new staff was hired here. Literally every employee, except for the kitchen, worked slower than I was taking my break. We waited 25 minutes for two meals, even though the place wasn't that busy. Hardly anyone speaks German here. Employees ignore the customers. The finished products from the kitchen had been stacked up in the display for over 10 minutes. We won't be going here again!

This place is getting worse and worse. I waited a good ten minutes at the McColl's drive-thru, and nothing happened. First, they give you the ice cream so it can melt. Then, at some point, they give you the other cones. When you get home, you realize something's missing again. It's no longer fun to get anything there. The newly hired staff is completely overwhelmed and barely speaks German, so you can't even complain. I really feel sorry for the few long-serving employees there.

Food cold! The ambience is the mill mountains on the tables, chairs and floor. The dish return is full! We went upstairs hoping things could get better. Then a brunette woman came with our food. She threw the food at us with the words: "UP HERE IT'S CLOSED - GO DOWN!" (She even saw us running up and didn't stop us) So the barrier was a chair at the top of the stairs. I felt like I had to excuse myself from even ordering anything. Ordered at 5:28 p.m. with table service when the restaurant was almost empty, picked up personally at 6:03 p.m. when the restaurant was now full. Disaster in terms of organization and process, completely out of order, and to top it off, the burgers were cold. What’s important when you go to McDonald’s: The food, of course! Last Wednesday I had to eat the worst burger ever...! Totally muddy! Hard to bite off because the burger fell apart on its own, no more tomato slice, no cucumber, used lettuce, showed brown edges, and overall cold! Cold, seasoned French fries are no fun either! What's going on in Teltow? Are there no more quality controls? Given the prices, everything should actually be excellent and fresh!!

We always enjoyed going to MCDonald in Teltow, there were always such nice ladies there for service and the fries were fresh. But now the entire staff has changed. The food is cold and the restaurant is full of rubbish. I have no idea what happened there, which is a shame.

Yesterday we went through the Mc Drive. The gentleman at reception didn't understand what we wanted at all, and unfortunately the display board wasn't on where you could see the order. Payment at the 1st window went without a word. At the 2nd window we were met then threw the order of chewing gum into the car while smacking it. Why does McDonalds treat employees like this?

Used the McDrive for a 25-Euro order for my girlfriend and I. When we returned home I noticed that they forgot to put my 6-piece Chicken Nuggets in the bag, so I paid that extra money for nothing and what we ate was not enough. Terrible service.

The DriveThru is very poorly organized. We had to wait about 5 minutes to take our order. Payment was quicker, then there was a 10-minute wait for the order. The counter was manned by four people, so it is difficult to understand how such waiting times could arise. This also made the maneuvering situation with the car unpleasant because stopping places were not designed for two waiting cars. The drinks were filled so high that they spilled all over the car (nicely meant, but impractical). Used to be our favorite McD. But currently no recommendation.

I've been eating here again for a few years. I probably shouldn't have done that. Food was still ok and gets 4 stars. As is the ordering process. It was warm, not hot, but you could eat it as usual. The service, I wonder which service? Who brings you the tablet and then walks across dirty floors and doesn't even pick it up afterward or clear the tables of trash, who prefers to talk to other colleagues and direct guests to the terminal instead of taking the order. Ambience? Well, anyone who describes dirty seats, benches, floors and overcrowded drop-off points as an ambience will feel in good hands. See Goto you have to put your tray on the tables. And it wasn't crowded at that point for about 25-30 minutes. When I ate here many years ago, it was clean, friendly and the staff was attentive. I prefer to pick up my food here to take away if it happens again.

Tables are not clean and the quality is constantly declining, so I prefer to go to the Burger Truck Teltow near Mömax, where the fries are at least crispy and the burgers are absolutely mega and fresh!

Unfortunately it's very dirty, no matter when you come, everything sticks and is just really dirty. Such a shame that this branch has deteriorated so much.
