Just don't go here. 45 minutes waiting time is the rule. Staff completely overwhelmed and neither German nor English is spoken. Displays are broken, receipt is not printed. A complete disaster. Find another store.

The McDonald's is quite ok. Eating is like that. The burgers are put together a little carelessly. But it's definitely up to the new skilled workers.

Food cold! The ambience is the mill mountains on the tables, chairs and floor. The dish return is full! We went upstairs hoping things could get better. Then a brunette woman came with our food. She threw the food at us with the words: "UP HERE IT'S CLOSED - GO DOWN!" (She even saw us running up and didn't stop us) So the barrier was a chair at the top of the stairs. Nothing says that you can't eat there. At the top it looked like a battlefield that one assumed even the chair ended up there. A dirty shop in the truest sense. We definitely won't eat here anymore.

One star is still too many! What I experienced at McDonald’s today wasn’t fast food – it was a slow-motion culinary disaster. I probably could have raised a cow myself, baked the bun, and dug the fries out of the ground faster than getting my order. And then when she came? Ice cold burger, soggy bun, and the fries were sadder than my life on a Monday morning. The place looked like a bunch of rambunctious teenagers had been having a food fight. Garbage everywhere, tables sticky, the floor so slippery that I almost became my own Happy Meal. And the staff? Friendly as a parking meter. I felt like I had to excuse myself from even ordering anything. In short: If you feel like bad food, endless waiting times and the atmosphere of a broken train station toilet - then you've come to the right place. Never. Again. McDonald's.

I quickly reloaded on the Hpc + charger and in 9 minutes I had my menu

Today, after the last few times there was always trouble. . . Been there again... Yes, I should say water. "Once again it was for now sat last" McChicken burgers pressed and squashed between the "M" boxes, so that the McChickens were actually just mushy. The two double cheeseburgers were cold and no longer edible.... the highlight, however, was... unfortunately... the BigTastybacon... "prepared with love".... Half of it was missing.. Above all, the bacon was missing... everything was carelessly slapped on and then the boxes weren't even closed properly so everything was flying around.. For 44 euros I expect at least that all the toppings are there, I could put that together if necessary. 25 minutes drive-in, completely overwhelming the staff.

The branch in Teltow was busy at lunchtime and our order was very delayed. Upon request and possible cancellation, the error was corrected immediately. There was a very sincere apology We will come back because there can always be mishaps but how they dealt with them is a hat off

Above all, the food was finally hot, in contrast to other restaurants. Thank you. The fries were really great today!!!! Super crisp, not as mushy as everywhere else! Now if there had been a little more salt on them, they would have been absolutely perfect.

Ordered at 5:28 p.m. with table service when the restaurant was almost empty, picked up personally at 6:03 p.m. when the restaurant was now full. Disaster in terms of organization and process, completely out of order, and to top it off, the burgers were cold. Waiting half an hour with 3 children even though the restaurant was empty when ordering is not what McDonald's advertises. Purely a personnel matter, no one leads, no one has an overview.

I don't know what to say about this discount Macdonald, it just has the name, even an Imbiss is better for cleanliness, welcome, and service, not a hello when arriving I am completely shocked, it seems to have been destroyed by a Cyclone, nothing works, the tables with the order numbers are out of service, the staff is overwhelmed yet there are not many customers 5 maximum, they should change jobs quickly for the good of the brand, they are unpleasant and not at all welcoming bordering on disrespect, flee this pseudo Macdonald where there are 5 customers maximum waiting for their orders muttering given the slowness of the service and ultimately no goodbye, I will never come back. The food sometimes arrives cold or the citizens are lying in the box so that you have to build your own kit. The service is poor and rude. And there is rubbish everywhere and no tables are cleaned. The scoreboard or the order boards are regularly broken. So all in all, you might as well tear the place down, it wouldn't be a loss. (Ps: I was there regularly for 3 years and it kept getting worse, but I don't go to this McDonalds anymore after the recent disasters)

The worst branch I have ever visited. The staff was totally overwhelmed, gave out orders incorrectly, and the fries were so salty that they were inedible. The tables were dirty, the return stations for the trays were so full that they could no longer be returned there. Conclusion: Once and NEVER AGAIN!

What’s important when you go to McDonald’s: The food, of course! Last Wednesday I had to eat the worst burger ever...! Totally muddy! Hard to bite off because the burger fell apart on its own, no more tomato slice, no cucumber, used lettuce, showed brown edges, and overall cold! Cold, seasoned French fries are no fun either! What's going on in Teltow? Are there no more quality controls? Given the prices, everything should actually be excellent and fresh!!

We always enjoyed going to MCDonald in Teltow, there were always such nice ladies there for service and the fries were fresh. But now the entire staff has changed. The food is cold and the restaurant is full of rubbish. I have no idea what happened there, which is a shame.

Yesterday we went through the Mc Drive. The gentleman at reception didn't understand what we wanted at all, and unfortunately the display board wasn't on where you could see the order. Payment at the 1st window went without a word. At the 2nd window we were met then threw the order of chewing gum into the car while smacking it. Why does McDonalds treat employees like this?

Used the McDrive for a 25-Euro order for my girlfriend and I. When we returned home I noticed that they forgot to put my 6-piece Chicken Nuggets in the bag, so I paid that extra money for nothing and what we ate was not enough. Terrible service.

The DriveThru is very poorly organized. We had to wait about 5 minutes to take our order. Payment was quicker, then there was a 10-minute wait for the order. The counter was manned by four people, so it is difficult to understand how such waiting times could arise. This also made the maneuvering situation with the car unpleasant because stopping places were not designed for two waiting cars. The drinks were filled so high that they spilled all over the car (nicely meant, but impractical). Used to be our favorite McD. But currently no recommendation.

I've been eating here again for a few years. I probably shouldn't have done that. Food was still ok and gets 4 stars. As is the ordering process. It was warm, not hot, but you could eat it as usual. The service, I wonder which service? Who brings you the tablet and then walks across dirty floors and doesn't even pick it up afterward or clear the tables of trash, who prefers to talk to other colleagues and direct guests to the terminal instead of taking the order. Ambience? Well, anyone who describes dirty seats, benches, floors and overcrowded drop-off points as an ambience will feel in good hands. See Goto you have to put your tray on the tables. And it wasn't crowded at that point for about 25-30 minutes. When I ate here many years ago, it was clean, friendly and the staff was attentive. I prefer to pick up my food here to take away if it happens again.

Tables are not clean and the quality is constantly declining, so I prefer to go to the Burger Truck Teltow near Mömax, where the fries are at least crispy and the burgers are absolutely mega and fresh!

Today I took it to a poppy drive, and I see how an employee pours an old cola out of a glass, and pours me a new one, into an already used glass. Be careful 🫵What kind of news is this!!!! A good McDonald's like all of them.

Unfortunately it's very dirty, no matter when you come, everything sticks and is just really dirty. Such a shame that this branch has deteriorated so much.

Drive in employee was rude and annoyed. The small order of two cheeseburgers without mustard/pickles was messed up as both were included. Really very bad. Not recommended.

It's totally unhygienic! Food just sits there and it doesn't get cleaned up!! There are hand prints on the window panes, it's just disgusting🤢 It also takes a long time for the food to arrive. The toilets are also super disgusting and dirty, no towels and a banana peel 🤢 NOT RECOMMENDED!!

Incredibly rude! I ordered a Big Mac menu and accidentally gave it a euro short. I was then told that I couldn't do the math. I actually go there often, but the employees are now so rude that I only order online. The food is almost always cold and something is forgotten almost every time. In addition, there are hardly any vegetarian options and no vegan dishes. Not recommended!

My child still had cheese paper on the burger and almost died. Choked. Onions also huge on the burger.

So everything has been great so far and nothing was ever missing, a later wish was also fulfilled, I have no idea what the others have. They should eat McDonald's in Berlin and then they can complain. Correction... We've been there several times now and it's getting worse and worse and we barely understand anything, so we hired even more people who didn't understand anything. .. ordering a small one and not getting hi to 2 things is quite affordable.

I have a nice experience with my stay at this restaurant. However, the Polish version of MC Donalds has a better menu

It's unbelievable that fast food takes so long! 25 minutes for a HappyMeal is simply not possible! No apology or anything either. "It's just full." The food was of course already cold. You definitely shouldn't eat on site. Everything was also very dirty, there was rubbish everywhere and the tables were full of spills. Not recommended.

Completely incompetent staff. At 9:30 we were sold mc Flurry, which was difficult because the staff didn't know about coupons or codes in the app. No problem full price was paid. After 5 minutes the money was paid back to us because the machine wasn't ready and there wasn't ice cream until 10:30. Ok, so at 10:47 again and again we were told the machine wasn't ready. The staff is completely overwhelmed by normal orders. The day before, the mc M was only made with a slice of meat and the ice cream was made with chocolate instead of caramel sauce. It's best to tell the staff to decide for themselves what they're up for and let them surprise you.

For years now I've had a large milkshake and medium fries. For almost 8 euros! Something went wrong with the prices. That's enough for the next few years.

Everything perfect. Hot fries, fresh burger (that's not a given). Great parking.

Unfortunately we had to wait 14 minutes for the food (family order). Hence the star deduction for service, the rest was great.

So if my number is there ready for pick up but it's not ready for pick up I think that's bad then wait another 10 minutes and get cold burgers THANKS MC DONALDS! Never again

Since the management changed, I've only had problems there. Nothing against the people, I'm happy that people are looking for something and helping the country, but I have to say that we have to make sure that communication is better. I had problems with the coupons and the counter, so I went to the checkout and wanted to repeat the process. However, the code didn't work and then 5 minutes became 30 minutes. Luckily the boss was there who was able to find the order with me and he then took care of everything. Thank you for that if you read this

Forgot fries. Service was friendly. But that's not enough. For fast food, the process took far too long. I'm disappointed.

Food as always but very poor service you feel unwanted

Ordering at the counter was problem-free, but the transmission to service apparently got lost. After 20 minutes and the restaurant was empty, I asked if we could work slowly and get my order. I was asked if I hadn't already received my order. One look at the system and there was my order, of course not processed (open for 24 minutes). After another 5 minutes an employee came and wanted to make sure whether the order was already there, but it wasn't. It took another few minutes and the order finally arrived. At least there was an apology. Some of the curly fries were cold and the burgers were carelessly placed in the package, so that it was lost and distributed in the box.

This McDonalds restaurant used to be better. The food tastes okay most of the time, but the staff and the food have noticeably deteriorated! Now they've taken it to the extreme! I ordered a burger WITHOUT onions, but when I got home I found ONE whole onion on my burger. Now that's the end of the fun, I can only recommend it there if you want to eat on site. LG

My Happy Meal was missing and there was 1 nugget too few in the pack. The Big Mac wasn't in it either. The toy from the Happy Meal was also missing. Everything that was missing had to be paid for. I only noticed it when I got home

Disappointing. Ordering takes place here via the order terminal. Still longer waiting time than usual. The citizens were partly not well prepared and lukewarm. But the restaurant wasn't overly full. There was more than enough parking space. The rest as usual. The disposal containers were overflowing and rubbish was piled up everywhere.

Burgers were lukewarm, that's happened here several times.

The food we ordered was quickly brought to the table and was hot and tasty.

Pleasant environment, very clean and incredibly fast service. We ordered at the terminals, walked upstairs and the food was there 1 minute later. It's never full and there are plenty of free seats (even in the afternoons and evenings)

Unfortunately it was dirty, the tables weren't cleaned well or quickly, someone had dropped a cup in the entrance area and no one tried to clean up this huge pool of liquid during our stay (45 minutes). The toilets weren't cleaned very well either

Food was warm and tippi toppi. The driver just didn't want to believe that we ordered just because we were drunk. But my "Curly Fries" topped it, they were 50% filled with fries. They were still delicious. But there weren't any napkins either. So the hotel is busy tomorrow...

Apart from the slightly wrong order at the McDrive: the fries today were really a joke. The one in the pictures is a portion of medium(!) fries. And to make the joy perfect, they weren't even properly fried, but felt half raw. It's a shame that you only notice this later when you drive through.
