Super slow, unmotivated team. We waited 20 minutes for 1 menu and 1 happy meal. Fries and burgers were old and hard. Worst mcces I've seen.

Completely incompetent staff. At 9:30 we were sold mc Flurry, which was difficult because the staff didn't know about coupons or codes in the app. No problem full price was paid. After 5 minutes the money was paid back to us because the machine wasn't ready and there wasn't ice cream until 10:30. Ok, so at 10:47 again and again we were told the machine wasn't ready. The staff is completely overwhelmed by normal orders. The day before, the mc M was only made with a slice of meat and the ice cream was made with chocolate instead of caramel sauce. It's best to tell the staff to decide for themselves what they're up for and let them surprise you.

A very nice "microphone" employee who showed patience and was also nice at the counter..... that's rare.... thank you

Like everyone! Huge price increases! Even with vouchers it's still relatively expensive. And the fish burgers have shrunk...

If you know one McDonald's, you know them all! Only the staff is different everywhere. Here they were nice and friendly

Terrible... waited over half an hour for our food. Then received the wrong order from the neighbor. It was then corrected, but something was forgotten again. I pointed out that a burger was missing. The employees denied that anything was missing and brushed me off rudely... You don't expect much from McDonald's but this...

For years now I've had a large milkshake and medium fries. For almost 8 euros! Something went wrong with the prices. That's enough for the next few years.

Everything perfect. Hot fries, fresh burger (that's not a given). Great parking.

Unfortunately we had to wait 14 minutes for the food (family order). Hence the star deduction for service, the rest was great.

So if my number is there ready for pick up but it's not ready for pick up I think that's bad then wait another 10 minutes and get cold burgers THANKS MC DONALDS! Never again

Since the management changed, I've only had problems there. Nothing against the people, I'm happy that people are looking for something and helping the country, but I have to say that we have to make sure that communication is better. I had problems with the coupons and the counter, so I went to the checkout and wanted to repeat the process. However, the code didn't work and then 5 minutes became 30 minutes. Luckily the boss was there who was able to find the order with me and he then took care of everything. Thank you for that if you read this

Forgot fries. Service was friendly. But that's not enough. For fast food, the process took far too long. I'm disappointed.

Food as always but very poor service you feel unwanted

Ordering at the counter was problem-free, but the transmission to service apparently got lost. After 20 minutes and the restaurant was empty, I asked if we could work slowly and get my order. I was asked if I hadn't already received my order. One look at the system and there was my order, of course not processed (open for 24 minutes). After another 5 minutes an employee came and wanted to make sure whether the order was already there, but it wasn't. It took another few minutes and the order finally arrived. At least there was an apology. Some of the curly fries were cold and the burgers were carelessly placed in the package, so that it was lost and distributed in the box.

So everything has been great so far and nothing was ever missing, a later wish was also fulfilled, I have no idea what the others have. They should eat some Mc in Berlin then they can complain XD

This McDonalds restaurant used to be better. The food tastes okay most of the time, but the staff and the food have noticeably deteriorated! Now they've taken it to the extreme! I ordered a burger WITHOUT onions, but when I got home I found ONE whole onion on my burger. Now that's the end of the fun, I can only recommend it there if you want to eat on site. LG

My Happy Meal was missing and there was 1 nugget too few in the pack. The Big Mac wasn't in it either. The toy from the Happy Meal was also missing. Everything that was missing had to be paid for. I only noticed it when I got home

Disappointing. Ordering takes place here via the order terminal. Still longer waiting time than usual. The citizens were partly not well prepared and lukewarm. But the restaurant wasn't overly full. There was more than enough parking space. The rest as usual. The disposal containers were overflowing and rubbish was piled up everywhere.

The food we ordered was quickly brought to the table and was hot and tasty.

Burgers were lukewarm, that's happened here several times.

Pleasant environment, very clean and incredibly fast service. We ordered at the terminals, walked upstairs and the food was there 1 minute later. It's never full and there are plenty of free seats (even in the afternoons and evenings)

Unfortunately it was dirty, the tables weren't cleaned well or quickly, someone had dropped a cup in the entrance area and no one tried to clean up this huge pool of liquid during our stay (45 minutes). The toilets weren't cleaned very well either

The employee cleans with gloves and then spends the money with her wet gloves or... serves food with the same gloves, that doesn't work! Very unhygienic!!! March 8, 2024 at 10:40 p.m.!

Food was warm and tippi toppi. The driver just didn't want to believe that we ordered just because we were drunk. But my "Curly Fries" topped it, they were 50% filled with fries. They were still delicious. But there weren't any napkins either. So the hotel is busy tomorrow...

Apart from the slightly wrong order at the McDrive: the fries today were really a joke. The one in the pictures is a portion of medium(!) fries. And to make the joy perfect, they weren't even properly fried, but felt half raw. It's a shame that you only notice this later when you drive through.

A McDonald’s where you can feel “comfortable”. The staff are quick and friendly and the food is usually hot.

Once again, food was missing when ordering at the Mc-Drive counter. For me it was the last time, next time I prefer kebab, I'll see what I get. Sorry for some really dedicated forces I saw there.

The McDonald's is quite ok. Eating is like that. The burgers are put together a little carelessly. But it's definitely up to the new skilled workers.

I worked in Teltow in 2022. I felt like I was treated poorly because of my Indian heritage. I applied to be a waitress because I wanted to improve my German, which was already at an intermediate level at the time. Later, when I started working, I was told to work in the kitchen instead of service because the manager didn't think my German was good enough to work in service. A few days later, a Ukrainian woman who couldn't speak a single word of German, not even English, was hired and worked in service. This incident really shocked me, I felt like a victim of racism and humiliated. As a result, I lost my motivation and stopped going to work, which led to the termination of my employment contract.

Chic, clean shop, food is so tasteless. Except for the MC Ribb, he was great! I just ask myself one question, if they can't keep the food warm in the store, what do they deliver with the delivery service? I dont want to know it ! So delivery service, now I know, never again, the nuggets are inedible! As if they found old ones somewhere!

I always come over in the evening. There hasn't been a milkshake or ice cream for WEEKS! The nice team is overwhelmed, just everything new with different language skills. A pity. There was an older employee who had everything well under control. I'll then drive to Stolper Weg, sorry.

Recht laute Location. An den Tisch geliefertes Essen fast kalt. Käse beim Burger nicht einmal angeschmolzen. Das geht besser!

Es fehlt meist etwas, wenn man bei MC Drive kauft. Wenn man im Restaurant bestellt und kein Englisch kann- hat man ein Problem. Tische sehr schmutzig...

Was soll ich sagen, es wird immer schlechter. Der Tisch war dreckig und die Servicekraft die das Essen brachte interessierte es nicht. Ist halt kein richtiges Restaurant sondern nur ein Fastfood Restaurant. Auf der Herrentoilette gab es wieder mal kein Tücher um seine Hände ab zu trocknen. Und die Burger werden immer teurer, aber dafür kleiner.

Halt McDonalds. War gut und vorallem alles heiß.

Das Essen haben wir schnell bekommen, das Servicepersonal war freundlich.

First time in this one Mc Donalds and YOU have to go! It’s the cutest spot with amazing food. IT WAS F I R E !! The service we received was so amazing and we will definitely be back again. They made us feel welcomed and gave us an amazing experience.

Dies ist mein absolutes Lieblingsrestaurant. Das Essen ist immer fantastisch und egal, was ich bestelle, ich bin immer begeistert von meinem Essen! Auch die Kellner sind grossartig und immer effizient, fröhlich und höflich.

Nuggets sehr heiss und knusprig.

Ein Maccen wie jeder andere. Das neue Bestellsystem macht die Abwicklung nicht schneller. Heute, 12.08.2023 gegen 10 Uhr 15 war es schön leer. Wir bestellten einen Mac Toast, ein Buttercrossant und und ein Mac Muffin Fresh Chicken. Alles wurde schnell zubereitet und an den Tisch gebracht. Frühstück gibt es am Wochenende bis 11 Uhr.

Habe extre 2 Hamburger ohne Gurken und Zwiebeln bestellt. Am Ende waren bei beiden Burgern noch die Gürkchen drauf. Bei Unverträglichkeiten oder ähnlichem wäre das ein aboslutes Nogo. Ansonsten ist es ein normales Mcdonalds halt.

Wie MC Donald's so ist... Alles in allem nette, Bedienung, hätte vorher wissen müssen das die liefern...

Neuerdings erhebt diese Filiale 0,99€ für, wie es dort heißt, Service Verbesserung und lässt Kunden fast 2 Stunden auf die Bestellung warten! Schwach!!!!

Oberer Bereich oft schmutzig Spielzeuge fürs happy meal oft vergriffen Fehlende Speisen bei mc drive trotz Bezahlung

Wohne dort in der Nähe und war seit längerer Zeit mal wieder dort. Habe die App runtergeladen und über einen Coupon einen MacRib mit mittelgr. Pommes (vergünstigt) zu 5,99€. War hinterher immernoch hungrig und hatte total beschmierte Finger. Schade um die fast 6€ 😩.

Essen war frisch und lecker! Bedienung sehr freundlich.

Mal wieder ein Frühstück bei McDonalds gegönnt. McMuffin und Cappuccino. Es war lecker. Und dabei dem Regen draußen zuschauen.

Sauberster McDonalds den ich kenne. Essen geht fit für McDonalds.

Da hatte ich Glück heute: 2 x Mc Chicken frisch und heiß. Es musste schnell gehen. Geschmack....wie Gummiadler vom Mäkkes halt. Es gibt bessere Burger....eigentlich gibt es fast nur bessere Burger aber ich hatte Hunger und sonst nichts in der Nähe.

Immer wieder Super , alle freundlich und immer schnell und sauber . Das Neue System lässt zu das alles Frisch zu Tisch gebracht wird .Viele vergessen einfach was von den Mitarbeitern dort Verlangt wird . Wer angeblich weiß das dass essen nicht schmeckt , sollte zuhause ne Stulle Essen oder selbst probieren Pommes für 100 Menschen gleich hinzubekommen 😉

I have been to multiple McDonald’s in Berlin and surrounding but the staff in this McDonald are so unfriendly. Every time I have visited this branch as then I had less options, the staff made me feel bad! So now I, my family or friends we try to avoid this McDonald’s as much as we can, although this is the nearest McDonald’s branch to me, but I rather travel longer for a better and friendly service. It is a pity to have staff like this in a McDonald’s where different people from different cultures visit it.

Okay, die Überschrift bezieht sich jetzt nicht unbedingt auf das Essen - das ist in den meisten hiesigen Restaurants dieser Marke ähnlich. Man mag's...oder nicht. Die Rezension gibt es vor allem für die Freundlichkeit, die Schnelligkeit und die Effizienz der Mitarbeiter, die sich (ungewöhnlich für ein Schnellrestaurant) wirklich gut um mich als Gast gekümmert haben: Freundlichkeit bei der Bestellung, heiße Burger und frische, knackige Pommes sowie Service am Platz - das findet man nicht überall. Ich finde, das sollte einfach mal gelobt werden. Weiter so!

Ich wollte etwas zum mitnehmen, habe deshalb einen Hamburger Royal TS und einen Hamburger Crispy Bacon Cheese bestellt, außerdem eine große Portion Pommes Frites. Nach fünfzehn Minuten Wartezeit bekam ich die bestellten Speisen und war um knapp 12.- EUR ärmer. Nach sechs Minuten Fahrzeit habe ich die Tüte zu Hause aufgemacht. Der Crispy war kalt, als wenn er in der Mikrowelle zu kurz aufgewärmt worden wäre, die Pommes waren pappig, Salz fehlte. Det TS war akzeptabel.

Essen , Service und alles Andere : Baaah und auch wenn ich 100 Zeichen schreiben muss wird es nicht besser , aber das gilt doch irgendwie für alle Mac " Restaurants "
