Perhaps the service and quality of the food depend on the day... That's the only way to explain the very different movements... We had a pleasant day, great and friendly service, and a delicious breakfast. It's a pleasant café in a garden center... That's something to keep in mind... We'd love to come back.

After having breakfast here a while ago, we wanted to have lunch today. What a disappointment!! Both of our meals were terrible. My "juice" goulash was rock hard and couldn't even be cut with a knife. The service was extremely rude when I reported this. We'll never be back and advise all our friends not to eat here.

The price-performance ratio isn't justified in relation to the portion, but the taste is okay. The service isn't particularly good or friendly, especially the man with the beard and orange-red hair. He's very unfriendly and rude, and he's in his thirties. Today he brought dessert first, then the main course, and even said he had to tell us what to do. Honestly, every good waiter knows the order. Furthermore, it's impertinent to ask for a tip, let alone just keep it. He only gave the change when asked. The female waiter was fine, but the male waiter was a disgrace.

First, the most important thing: The food (brunch) was really good, hence the two stars. Everything else was, unfortunately, a disaster. There were 12 of us and we had made a reservation for brunch. The waiters were completely unmotivated and slow. The coffee for brunch came in batches, wasn't brought as ordered, or was simply forgotten. Later, we ordered wheat beer, which unfortunately wasn't chilled. Four of the six wheat beers were served in soda glasses; they didn't have any more glasses in stock. There were no ice cubes for our wives' Aperol Spritz; they weren't prepared for something like that. The atmosphere was like a train station cafeteria. But for such poor service, they charge quite reasonable prices. It was our first and last time there.

We used to visit this restaurant every Sunday morning for breakfast or coffee and cake. Last weekend, we did the same, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. We ordered cake, and the portion we received was shockingly small—smaller than what you’d serve a child. Normally, the slices are well-sized and nicely cut. My husband commented that he wasn’t willing to pay €4.80 for such a tiny piece of cake. Instead of resolving the issue, the waitress simply took the plate away—and we ended up with no cake at all. As loyal, regular customers, we expected better service. When I went to pay, the staff were extremely rude. One of the girls even made mocking faces behind my back, which another customer pointed out to me. Despite the poor treatment, I stayed polite and said goodbye, only to be met with an eye-roll from one of the staff. It’s very disappointing to be treated this way, especially as someone who supported this place every week. Good customer service and basic respect should never be too much to ask.

Very tasty brunch, very nice ambience and the staff served us very well.

We had brunch with the whole family for Mother's Day today! 29.95, and that's a perfect investment. When we walked in we were immediately greeted in a very friendly manner by the staff and taken to our seat! Beautiful by the window with a perfect view of the playground for the children! After we sat down, we were immediately treated to a welcome champagne. As expected, the food was incredibly delicious! Brunch, with everything your heart desires! In addition to the delicious food, a big compliment to the nice staff... There was also a bowl for the dog :) After a refreshing breakfast, we took advantage of the playground and were able to come back and enjoy the delicious lunch buffet without any problems! A really big recommendation!

My daughter, a friend and myself have already eaten there three times. No matter what time. We were always served in a friendly manner. All staff very friendly and helpful. The longest waiting time for service to arrive was exactly 4 minutes. The food was freshly prepared and was delicious. Thanks to the staff, we'll be back Helmar from Berlin Wannsee

I really enjoy being here - every Monday morning a latte and a croissant - wonderful! Then there is the super nice service - I'm always happy to see her 💃🏻

Due to the preferred location in the local plant center, there are no alternatives. The service was substandard, unfriendly, unmotivated and slow. We were there about an hour before closing time and they didn't want to serve us anymore. Terrace spaces had already been cleared away and were not allowed to be used. When you asked in a friendly manner you were rudely and unreasonably rejected. Absolutely unprofessional behavior, I have never experienced that before in service. The food/drinks offered are average, as are the prices. This company would not be successful in free competition.

Last year we were thrilled on Easter Sunday 🤩. Not at all today 😪 SERVICE poor, buffet minimized and overpriced. Next year somewhere else 😪

Today we ate in the bamboo garden in Plant-Kölle. The restaurant is very inviting and modernly decorated. Very nice and friendly service! The falafel dream was really a dream!! Everything is freshly prepared and of very good quality. The types of cakes and tarts also left nothing to be desired. Highly recommended! There is only one Berlin Currywurst left on the plate. In the past there have always been two. But the price has remained the same. No credible answer received when asked. I'm definitely not coming back.

The restaurant is located in the Plant Kölle. We had breakfast here in a large group. The plates were beautifully decorated and it was tasty.

Visited this restaurant often and always left satisfied. Big disappointment today. Very small portions. Too bad! A big thank you to the friendly service staff, who always remain friendly despite the large crowds.

Unfortunately I can only give one star because I waited 30 minutes for the waitress, who reacted very unfriendly and unprofessionally. It wasn't possible for them to take multiple orders, instead they took the order for a table and processed it themselves. No support at the counter. Self-service can be introduced, it will definitely be quicker. Plants Kölle should be ashamed of these clumsy forces! Never go to the Palmengarten again!!!

Sit outside in the shade, no chance! The “service” staff do not believe it is necessary to provide seating outside in the shade. Instead you are directed to a warm restaurant. Waitress very unfriendly and becomes snippy. I'm stunned! Luckily Teltow offers more options!

We are disappointed that on Sunday, July 21st, we were unable to order a breakfast menu, even though it was still breakfast time, but were forced to take the buffet. We ordered for three adults and told the waiter that we only needed an apple juice for our three year old, our child had already had breakfast at that time. The waiter assured us that it was fine. Another disappointment was that the playground was accessible through a door from the restaurant but not visible, which meant that an adult had to be present at all times. But really outraged that we were forced to pay 10.95 for the shot for our child. The waiter who was called did not confirm his previously given "okay", possibly due to a lack of knowledge of the language. I would advise everyone not to visit this restaurant. We ate in the restaurant again today. Unfortunately, a complete disaster! Schnitzel with fried potatoes were ready-made schnitzels!!! What I don't know from the restaurant. 2 weeks ago everything was perfect. The cabbage roll was the last!!! No longer rolled, but already torn apart. Consistency and taste inedible! When we asked the service whether there was ready food or another cook was busy, the answer was simply no. Pure impudence!!!

So tasty, nice and bright seating, friendly and attentive staff and sooo delicious food.

Simply brilliant fried eggs! Great!

A disastrous experience. Waited 20 minutes for service to come. The food was absolutely inedible. Pasta Bolognese tasteless, without salt. The sauce had a slight moldy taste. It's an absolute disgrace to sell something like that.

The burger is really very good. But the service takes far too long: We often wanted to go out for a quick lunch break (it should be possible in 40 minutes for two people). Unfortunately, this doesn't work because you have to wait forever to be served and even be able to place an order (even if it's not really full). The areas for service could easily be divided up, but three service staff are running around everywhere and have no real overview. It would make sense if, like in some other restaurants, you could order online/at a counter in advance and pick up the food at the counter.

Was here today like every week for lunch. I was always thrilled here. Today even the boss cooked. The schnitzel that I had eaten many times, unfortunately catastrophic today. The fried potatoes were raw, neither cooked, let alone fried. The schnitzels were in the deep fryer for too long. Very dry and hard, barely noticeable as meat. Only the service is always great, just as I appreciate it here. It's a shame I wasn't the only guest and the two ladies at the next table felt the same way.

The food was all very sober!! I had the cabbage roll with bacon sauce. The Bacon sauce was cold jelly on the plate that never came into contact with bacon. It tasted like wine. We've had breakfast here several times, it's always been delicious, but unfortunately I can't recommend lunch!!

Very nice staff and pleasant furnishings that create a relaxed atmosphere. The offers also make it very worth it in terms of price. The fries are definitely a highlight.

Attention, you have to pay for the buffet meal for everyone who is in the reservation. Also for those who cannot participate due to illness. With a price of €40 per person (excluding drinks) and a larger number of people, this can quickly become expensive. Unfortunately, this detail is not pointed out during the reservation. The staff is completely overwhelmed with refilling the food and providing entertainment, especially for larger groups. The lack of cutlery is a minor problem. If you're hoping for goodwill when it comes to accounting, you've unfortunately come to the wrong place. Conclusion: Never again!!!

Beautiful good day, We had dinner there on December 6th, 2023 with a group of 28 people and had a very unpleasant evening. The service was very poor, had to wait a long time to order. The buffet wasn't enough, there wasn't enough food, a queue formed with a long waiting time, cutlery wasn't available at times and the whole thing for an exorbitant price of €39.95, drinks not included. The food was okay but due to the waiting times and the queue it got cold until you got to eat. Visually has Conclusion: it started weakly and faded a lot and is definitely not a recommendation

Have been here several times because they offer good, inexpensive food. The hard-working kitchen lady works hard to prepare simple and tasty dishes without stopping. Unfortunately, the friendly(!) service seemed a bit listless! The leftover food that was left on around 40% of the now unoccupied tables was neither cleared away nor taken into account or noticed! Grease residue and breakfast crumbs from tables and chairs were also not removed! Lack of staff or poor pay??? Let's hope for improvement... and wait a bit before the next visit...

We had a small celebration in the next room, very nicely decorated, great cake counter, nice restaurant, great food. Very friendly service, good value for money. Have also been there for breakfast, great. real insider tip!

Ein sehr schönes und gemütliches cafe/Restaurant in Teltow. Meine Frau und ich waren schon öfter hier Gast und waren bis jetzt immer zufrieden. Das Personal ist auch immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Getränke und Speisen sind immer on Point. Für jede Tageszeit ist was dabei! Bock auf Kuchen oder ein schönes Frühstück, hier findest du alles. Kann ich aufjedenfall empfehlen die Adresse :)

Heute waren wir hier zum ersten Mal zu Gast. Wir waren sehr angenehm überrascht. Eine natürlich wunderschöne Terrasse (im Pflanzencenter auch zu erwarten), sehr nette Bedienung von "Maria". Das Essen, einfach sehr zu empfehlen. Frisch, knackig und sehr geschmackvoll. Die Speckwürfel in der Soße zur Kohlroulade super kross und überhaupt nicht fettig, das Bauernfrühstück nach "Teltower Art" wirklich klasse. Die Preise dazu,... sehr angenehm. Danke dafür. Wir mussten 45 Minuten warten bis eine Dame vom Service kam und uns bedient hat. Es war sehr ruhig als wir dort waren. Leider wurden wir nicht beachtet und beim nachfragen, wurde unhöflich geantwortet,dass nur am Tisch bestellt wird. Nur dauerte es sehr lange. Schade. Zweimal frühstücken gewesen und beide male enttäuscht.

Ich kann leider nur 5 Sterne vergeben! Frühstück hier ist mehr als empfehlenswert! Lecker, optisch ansprechend und Preis/Leistung unschlagbar. Das Personal (vor allem die blonde Dame) immer freundlich und aufmerksam! Tolles Ambiente 🌟🌟🌟

Wir waren Frühstücken. Frühstück für zwei, war sehr gut. Die Wartezeit bis zur Bestellung 20 Minuten und 45 Minuten bis wir Frühstücken konnten war leider schlecht. Zu wenig Personal nehmen wir mal an. Hätte es ein Kaffee aufs Haus für die Wartezeit gegeben... würde es 5 Sterne geben.

Schönes kleines Café im Pflanzenmarkt mit sehr netten Mitarbeitern und gutem Angebot! Man wird hier auch am Tisch bedient.
