Burger King - but it wasn't clean today. Napkins on the floor and the trolley with the trays was completely overcrowded - unfortunately it didn't make a good impression

Clean, large Burger King with ordering terminals. The order was prepared quickly, hot and absolutely fresh. The burgers were, as usual from Burger King, very good. The only thing that was a bit annoying was that the restaurant management tolerated the fact that young people brought their electric e-scooters (insurance license plates) into the restaurant and parked them there on the stairs to the upper floor. I found that very strange. The restaurant employees apparently didn't notice.

The worst thing so far is that in my opinion, there is no service at all, the tables are dirty, but the place and location are very nice, I hope the authorities take care of it, this place has even lost its taste.

Always overwhelmed, unfriendly and so often incomplete orders. The rude awakening at home when you open the bag.

The only thing I thought was good for a quick hunger was the fries were almost cold, the rest was OK, everything was neat and clean

I ordered 2 double Whoppers and a 6 chicken wing at the terminal. When I got home there were 6 wings and 2x Whoppers even though I paid for 2 double Whoppers. That was definitely the last time!

Always difficult to order from the staff...things are always missing on the drive

Teilweise unfreundlich auftretendes Personal. Bei größerer Anzahl von Gäste die mindestens 10 min warten müssen bis sie überhaupt bestellen können da es nur eine servicekraft für die normale Kasse hat und eine Servicekraft für den drive-in Schalter gibt. Schichtführer oder Manager sind kaum zu sehen. Wenn es dann um Sonderwünsche bei der Bestellung geht, wird auch noch mit dem Gast Diskutiert. Zu 99% geben die jedem Gast zum Large Menü nur ein Getränkebecher mit 0,4ltr Inhalt. Wenn man das Personal dann darauf anspricht kommt die aussage Anweisung vom regionalleiter. Ich aber bestehe auf den 0.5 ltr Becher da es in Deutschland gesetzte und Regelungen gibt an die sich auch burgerking Eislingen daran halten muss. D.h. bei einem Large Menü immer grosse Pommes und großes Getränk. Ansonsten lässt manchmal die Sauberkeit des Restaurants zu wünschen übrig. Besonders beobachte ich immer volle Tablet wagen und nicht abgeräumt und nicht abgewischte Tische

The incompetence is no longer funny. The fact that something was missing in more than half of the visits is simply no longer normal. Even if it's just a fries, something like that just shouldn't happen as often as it does to you. Ordered something to take away earlier and noticed at home that an item was missing. Then drive there to pick it up. Was offered a free ice cream (which just doesn't fit considering I had to start the car again and take extra time to drive back). And then when you get home you realize that the part that gave way is STILL NOT complete. Seriously, you can't imagine how incompetent the team is when it comes to ordering things to take away. At least ensure that the compensation covers the customer's expenses. Time, fuel and wear and tear on the vehicle are not offset by ice.

I had absolutely nothing to complain about during my visit this week. Ordering at the terminal was problem-free. The order was ready really quickly. It tasted like any other BK. It also made a clean impression. Maybe the interior could be renovated a bit. But these are small things. I'd love to come back 👍🏼

The food is typical Burger King. The restaurant has had its best days, was certainly modern and extremely chic in 1995 - 2005, but now it seems a bit outdated.

The fries are mangy and anything with chicken tastes like dough. There is no “all you can drink” anymore, you have to get a plastic cup.

I ordered a Hot Blondie with ice cream and a King Fusion with Lions + Cookie and I got a Hot Brownie and my King Fusion was missing the Lion Cerials. Taste of the fusion was 0/10.

Every time, every time! Something is missing from our order! After my husband wanted to check what was missing, the employees talked to him stupidly. Very poor service when even the branch manager is not customer oriented. Apparently you can afford to lose customers.

Was briefly at the drive thru. Half of the vegetarian nuggets were old and reheated. It's even tougher and tasteless than a shoe sole. The fries came fresh from the deep fryer. The ketchup was forgotten, but I don't turn back on the way home. There wasn't much going on in the afternoon and he doesn't make a particularly good impression otherwise. If fast food, then Burger King, I actually only come because of the plant-based products. I think the ordering terminals are good, especially for occasional visitors like me, so you can choose what you want at your leisure. I also think the drinks machines are cool, you almost feel like you're in Atlanta 😁

Just been there, drinks warm, cooling not switched on, beware of illnesses. I wanted to tell the lady behind the counter what was bad, but she was completely ignored and left standing, and no one came. A juice shop like no other, people prefer to go to Kirchheim, that's what I'll do. Eat lukewarm to cold Service, no sauce, no ketchup, drinks warm Ambience, sola, left worn out in the children's area in the restaurant and tables all full with empty tablets! I had to rewrite this review because otherwise you wouldn't want to publish it. I have to admit a bit too insulting after the visit, but you should accept criticism and improve something instead of preventing criticism.

Unfortunately there was a fly and a hair in the chicken burger. That doesn't work at all. Hygiene is probably given very little attention there.

First I had to wait 5 minutes in the drive in until someone answered. Then the employee was really unfriendly when ordering. Burgers taste like old fat. Cleanliness is also a foreign concept to the employees. Was with them last time.

Very unfriendly staff, waiting time until you are served is very long. The burgers weren't very good. Ambience dirty. The tray was simply cleared away, even though there were still chips and drinks. I've been to different BKs, but this was the worst of them all. Never again.

The food wasn't bad but way too expensive. Just under 5 euros for a veggie burger, the ambience was great, colorful interior, extremely suitable for children, there is even a children's playground outside suitable for the summer and the staff were very good. You can enjoy eating in an atmosphere like this, but as I said, you may have to consider beforehand that the prices are not quite moderate but rather high for a fast food restaurant. But there's nothing wrong with the taste, you can have it.

I am a fan of personal service. Order terminals are very impersonal. Be it deum. I had to pay in cash. I gave a 200 euro note and the gentleman gave out 50 euros. It wasn't until another customer confirmed that the cashier believed me. I must have ordered the wrong one. It didn't taste good.

Very unfriendly, especially the younger men. Often the wrong things were packed. You ordered a break and then you got the wrong thing. A few times you were given cold food. Then you argue and even almost argue with the customer, someone says that It's like you're lying that it's the wrong thing. Waiting times are too long. It also happened once when I ordered and went home, didn't look inside and when I got home I noticed that it wasn't what I ordered.

Das ist halt das Problem mit Franchise Ketten, dass Läden wie solche den generellen Ruf so in die Kimme ziehen Normalerweise schreibe ich keine Rezensionen aber bei diesem abgeranzten Sumpftopf bleibt mir nix anderes übrig Pommes schmecken nach Salzstangen Burger schmeckt nach Soße mit Sesamkrümeln und die Nuggets lassen sich wie ein Radiergummi verbiegen Service radikalste Katastrophe und die Kinderecke sieht aus wie eine Postapokalyptische Spielhalle

Gehe sehr gerne hier essen, schönes Ambiente. Das Essen schmeckt hervorragend. Das Personal ist, mir gegenüber, immer freundlich gewesen.

Es kann nicht sein das man eim Drive Thru sich 5 mal Wiederholen muss was man will… Man macht nach einem 8h Schicht Feierabend und man ist fix und fertig und holt sich was von BK und dann wird am Fenster gefragt was man Bestellt hat… Ganz ehrlich ich habe keine Ahnung wer dort der Leiter dort ist aber Stell bitte Leute ein die auch die auch die auch Deutsch verstehen. Es reicht wenn die Mitarbeiter es verstehen was man verlangt… Dann wartet man 20minuten und kriegt am Schluss nicht das was man bestellt hat.

Normalerweise ist alles in Ordnung. Die Sandwiches schmecken gut. Aber manchmal servieren sie alte Pommes, die zu lange im Warmer gelegen haben.

Per Drive In keine Wartezeit am Freitag um 12:15, Burger, Pommes und Shake sind von gleichbleibender Qualität. Die Sterne sind auf gleichartige Schnellrestaurants relativiert und haben nichts mit anspruchsvoller Slow Food Gastronomie zu tun.

Man musste lange warten, essen hat okey geschmeckt aber war schon halb kalt.... ziemlich schade

Ordered the Cheesy Nacho Lover (Chicken and Double Beef) multiple times, 50%+ of the time it is way too dry and you are barely given any sauce. Even if you select to pay 0.50€ extra for more sauce, they seem to ignore it anyway, even forgot to put in bacon once. Other burgers are similarly dry, especially the chicken burgers, and you are better off going to KFC down the road probably. Especially paying a premium price of 10€ which is half an asian all you can eat buffet in the city (for one burger) I do like a bunch of burger king's recipes, but in the end it really is not enjoyable to eat dry meat between 2 dry buns, with the sporadic tomato slice or two from time to time. If I have to add extra ingredients to a 6€ or 10€ burger at home, then what is the point?

Der Double Cheeseburger mit Bacon war trocken und lag mir schwer im Magen. Die Pommes waren nicht gewürzt und sogar der Fuze Tea mit Pfirsichgeschmack schmeckte nur nach abgestandenem Schwarztee. Leider gab es keine Salate oder Wraps im Angebot. Wenigstens war die Toilette sauber. Ich gehe zwar sonst kaum in Fast Food Restaurants und esse dort dann auch nie Burger, dehalb war dies wieder eine Bestätigung, es nie wieder zu tun.

Ekelhaft!!!! Nie wieder werde ich einen Burger King betreten…. Erst recht nicht in Göppingen und Eislingen. Mehrmals schon ranzige Soße und Salat auf der Burger erlebt!!! Sollten beide dauerhaft geschlossen werden vom Gesundheitsamt!!!!

Ich finde es lecker beim burger King nur manchmal ist das Essen leider nicht frisch zubereitet und das finde ich schade!

Die Tische sind verschmutzt wenn man was sagt werden die Augen verdreht der Müll wo man sein Tablett zurück bringt stinkt richtig ekelhaft weil man die Container nicht leert und sie voll in der Sonne stehen . Der hochstuhl ist verschmutzt und musste ihn mit Kind auf dem Arm selber aus dem ersten Stock holen obwohl nicht viel los war und genügend Personal da war muss ich dem Rach recht geben bürger king ist sehr schmutzig schade den die Produkte sind gut

Leider kann das Fachpersonal nicht die eigenen Produkte unterscheiden. Also immer komplett kontrollieren. Ich hatte die Plant Base Nuggets in der Tüte, statt der normalen Chicken Nuggets. Leider erst im Auto aufgefallen.

Meine Chili cheese Nuggets waren nicht frisch daraufhin meinte ich zum Chef vor Ort das ich gerne neue hätte. Für dass das ich selber in der gastro gearbeitet habe weiß ich wie lange so etwas in der Zubereitung braucht. Kaum bin ich an meinem Platz kommt die Mitarbeiterin und bringt mir diese Nuggets ??!!! Ich glaube die denken sich auch ich bin blöd. Sie haben diese Nuggets nur in die fruitteuse geschmissen die waren voll fettig. Das sind keine frischen Nuggets ich esse liebend gern bei bK die Nuggets und kenne sie wenn sie frisch zubereitet sind. Das ist unter aller Sau!! Das beste ist ich öffnete mein whopper beiss rein und was sehe ich da ein HAAR !!! . Dieser Laden sollte echt mal von einem Beamten kontrolliert werden. In eislingen nie wieder !!! Es verdient nicht mal einen Stern…..

Burger King. A legnagyobb a környéken.

Wenn man mehrere Menüs bestellt wird einfach alles wahllos in die Tüten gepackt. Dann muss man zuhause erst mal wieder sortieren wem was gehört. Es kann doch nicht so schwer sein es pro Menü in eine Papiertüte zu packen. Oder ist das als Beschäftigungstherapie gedacht😕.

Leider unterbesetzt Drive In wird leider dann bevorzugt. Ein Teil der Bestellung liegt auf dem Tablet und wird kalt bevor man den Rest bekommt zwischen den Autos. Heute war genug Personal Essen war warm alles gut. Ein Woppermenü für 9.95€ das ist ein harter Preis für das der Wipper mal fast doppelt so groß war . Die junge Frau an der Theke war ein wenig lustlos so war der Anschein.

Unbedingt jedes Mal überprüfen ob alles in den Tüten ist wenn man zum mitnehmen bestellt leider schon öfter was gefehlt. Getränke Automaten haben oft nicht die gesamte Auswahl

Das einzige das halbwegs geschmeckt hat war der Brownie und die Currysoße. Tut eurem Klo einen Gefallen und geht zum Meckes gegenüber.

An den Touchscreen automaten, muss man sich zu Tode drücken ... dauert jedesmal bis er es annimmt und wenn man, einen Burger mehrfach bestellen will, muss man das für jeden einzelnen machen. Will man drei Chillicheese burger, muß man ca 30 Mal touchen ... Die Musik war viel zu laut, sollte jeweils der Gästezahl angepasst werden. Personal ist ok
