These burgers are made with love! I went in with low expectations because many other Burger Kings simply serve bad food, but here the burgers were noticeably fresh, the meat tasted like meat, the buns weren't dry, and the packaging was greasy, which, in my opinion, speaks to the quality.

I was shocked. We ordered, and half the order was wrong, and something was missing. After that, I went to the counter and asked if I could exchange the toy and also get the missing sauce. After that, they gave us a death stare, as if we'd done something wrong. I also unwrapped the burger and realized it was the wrong one. A little later, we ordered a King Fusion, and one of the toppings was missing. If you don't do your job properly (putting together an order according to a checklist) and look at the customer stupidly as if they're the problem, then something must be wrong. From what I heard, we weren't the only ones whose order was wrong in such a short time (and then twice in a row). You can't really call this terrible service.

We ordered four hamburgers, including one without ketchup and one without mayonnaise. This one, however, came with ketchup, and even though we were right, the staff was very rude and unwilling to talk! If you don't feel like working, there are plenty of other people who would be happy to! Never again 🙅‍♀️🙅‍♀️

I spontaneously stopped by Burger King today and was pleasantly surprised. The food came quickly, was hot, and tasted really good. The Whopper was as juicy as ever, and the curly fried burgers were perfectly crispy. I have to especially mention the employees: super friendly and attentive, even though they were pretty busy. The store was clean, and the restrooms were fine. Absolutely top-notch for fast food; I'll be back!

The food is good, with the occasional bad lettuce or tomato, but overall, the food is very good for a fast food restaurant. I find the service and atmosphere very good; the staff are very polite, and I find the atmosphere cool.

Normally, I'm understanding when an order is made incorrectly or a colleague isn't very polite, since the restaurant industry is stressful. However, I ordered a Planted Burger with an extra tomato via the display, and you pay extra for that. If the order is placed digitally, there shouldn't be any problems. When I tried to pay in cash at the checkout, I was given a very rude look and not a single word was spoken to me, not even when I asked when I picked up the burger if it was the right bag for my order number. Instead, they had a friendly conversation with another customer, so it can't be the stress of work if their behavior was only towards me. When I opened the package, there was hardly any lettuce, no extra tomatoes, but a lot of ketchup. Otherwise, I've always been satisfied with this burger joint, but I would think it a shame if other customers were treated this way by the employee. That's why I'm sharing my experience here.
