Upon visiting this location and complaining that my chicken sandwich was cold, the response from a lady with a strong Eastern European accent was that this was normal because of cold tomatoes. When saying that the cheese was still cold too, she said it has been that way for years. Definitely not American customer service.

For the umpteenth time, the staff at this McDonald's have mixed up orders and not put in what was paid for! The photo clearly shows everything: a Big Mac is missing, and instead of two Double Cheeseburgers, two McChickens were packed. This is especially true at the drive-thru – I recommend the owner or manager pay attention to this and also look at other similar reviews. This happens all the time.

First, we had to get a wet cloth to clean the table because everything was filthy. Then, one of the burgers was missing from our order, and some of the curry fries were raw! We ordered a wrap without cheese but received one with cheese! We ordered a Coke Serve but got a regular one, and the food was ice cold! When we asked the staff about it, they were rude and snappy! Really disappointing. I was looking forward to a great breakfast (I'm coming from the night shift). I specifically checked online, and it said they opened at 7:00 AM. I ordered via the app and arrived at the drive-thru at 7:15 AM. Nothing happened for about 10 minutes, so I drove out and tried to open the door, but it was locked. The employees saw me, though. I waited another 10 minutes (there was a torn sign on the door that said something about a technical problem). Then I drove back into the drive-thru and waited another 10 minutes without anything happening. I then called to find out they don't open until 9:00 AM? But online it said 7:00 AM... It would be great if they could maybe put a sign on the door or update the online information... especially when you see a car parked in the drive-thru at 7:30 AM and you know they don't open until 9:00 AM. Just saying, "Excuse me, we don't open until 9:00 AM," isn't enough. No, you're completely ignored.

A very bad experience at McDonald's in Eislingen. There was a hair in my Sprite, which is absolutely disgusting and unhygienic. When I pointed this out to the staff, I was not taken seriously but treated disrespectfully and unfriendly – no apology, let alone a solution. On top of that, my burger wasn't fresh – the bun was soggy, the meat was cold, and overall, it was simply poorly prepared. I'm truly disappointed. From such a well-known company, I expect more cleanliness, fresh products, and, above all, respectful customer service. Definitely my last visit to this branch

Yes, unfortunately it is no longer what it once was. All burgers are much smaller than “before” with a massive price increase. After a while I felt like eating a Big Mäc again and couldn't resist. When I opened the box I was really shocked. The part is not much larger than a ham or cheeseburger in diameter. That doesn't even fill a hollow McDonald's tooth! If you have to pay €13 for a meal, I expect more and to be honest, for that money I can get a schnitzel with spaetzle/fries or two great kebabs in a normal restaurant 500m away. That's why it was the last time for me...not to mention the language barrier of the service and the unfriendly lack of motivation or sometimes missing items in the takeaway.

We just did a drive in and got a happy meal for our son with a hamburger and asked for it only with meat (without further ado) We also ordered another burger. Unfortunately, both burgers came with bacon and also a bacon sticker in the bag. Unfortunately these were thrown away because we don't eat pork. When we removed the lid from the Fanta, we saw men's hair (relatively short). I then called the Eislingen branch and spoke to Ms. Pares. I described the situation to her, unfortunately she didn't bother to listen to me properly and in a derogatory and grinning voice she claimed that what I was saying on the phone couldn't be true. Her suggestion was that I should please rate during the recession and I am now following her advice and writing here! We didn't want a replacement, a McDonald's voucher or anything else because we unfortunately had to throw everything away, we were upset and at least wanted to hear an apology. Unfortunately she was very incompetent and, in my opinion, rude. There wasn't even an apology, no suggestion for a solution, no understanding!! Well, we will definitely never eat there again. I visited the McDonald's branch in Eislingen (Daimlerstrasse 6) today and unfortunately I have to say that my experience was anything but satisfactory. The handling of the specified payment methods was particularly disappointing, which I would like to describe in detail here. As soon as I entered the branch, I noticed that both at the entrance and at the order terminals it was clearly advertised that payments with common credit cards such as American Express, Visa and Mastercard were possible. This information is prominently displayed in several places and gives the customer a certain level of security that they can rely on this information. These payment options are also displayed on the screen during the ordering process at the terminals. It gives the impression that these credit cards are accepted without any problems. It was all the more annoying when I went to the checkout after placing my order and discovered that exactly these cards - which were advertised several times - were not accepted. Neither my American Express nor other credit cards worked. So I was faced with the problem of having already ordered and suddenly realizing that the promised payment methods were not available. This is not only annoying, but also extremely frustrating and time-consuming. I find such discrepancies between announcement and reality unacceptable. As a customer, you rely on the information that is displayed on site - especially when it is presented as prominently as it is here. If different conditions suddenly apply at the crucial moment when paying, it is not only an unpleasant surprise, but also a form of misleading. I seriously wonder why payment methods are advertised that are obviously not usable. This experience raises a few questions for me: • Why do various locations, including ordering terminals, indicate that credit cards such as American Express are accepted when they are not? • Is this discrepancy known to store management, and if so, why is it not resolved immediately? • How should customers react who – like me – only want to pay using the payment methods specified there? Such an incident is not only annoying but also preventable. If certain payment methods cannot be offered, this should be communicated clearly and unambiguously - where it is relevant for the customer: directly at the entrance and at the order terminals. Missing or misleading information leads to unnecessary delays, annoyance and an overall negative impression of the visit. I expect a higher level of care in such basic things from a company like McDonald's, which places great value on customer satisfaction. Payment is an essential part of the shopping experience, and it should go without saying that the specified payment options are actually available. Conclusion: This visit was a complete disappointment. Customer friendliness also means providing correct information and not disappointing customer expectations. I hope management takes this advice seriously and ensures transparent and honest communication in the future. Nobody wants to be faced with such unnecessary problems after placing an order. It's a shame that what was actually a simple visit turned into such a negative experience.

I think the problem is simply that this branch is far too small to serve customers from Eislingen and Göppingen. At peak times it's like a dovecote, which of course has a negative effect on the ambience and the purity/cleanliness. Ich war nicht dort, will mich aber über den Liefersefice beschweren! Mal wird geliefert, mal nicht! Im Internet steht, Lieferung bis 21Uhr, aber 20:35Uhr, ist keine Lieferung mehr möglich. Oder erst heißt es Bestellung geht, und wenn man bezahlen will, gehts dann plötzlich wieder nicht...Quasi eine Art Lotto-Liefersevice. Bestellen kann man nur, wenn man gerade Glück hat. Entweder man sollte Lieferung anbieten, oder nicht...sprich entweder ganz, oder gar nicht!

2 burgers were sent out completely without any toppings, there were less than a handful of lattice fries, some of the fries were not ready. How can you screw up so many things in a row??? The fun cost 60 euros, terrible here.
