I can't understand the bad reviews. Been eating from there for years. We ordered 2 turkey dürüm and 3x veal kebab. The taste was very tasty. The Dürüm bread is freshly prepared, which is no longer available at many snack bars. I also saw for myself that Turkish pizza (Lahmacun) is also freshly prepared (it's also rare, as some snack bars order it). What I particularly like about building cleaning: it was very clean and a new atmosphere. Employees are also well looked after. You also don't work with bare hands.

The service and quality are excellent 👍 the food is delicious, it is a must-try place in Darmstadt 👏👏 I would definitely wear it and prefer it 💯💯💯

Here I paid for a small pizza and a water of 0.3l, 13 euros. I do not recommend.

My chicken nuggets were probably in the deep fryer a little too long. (You can see how round they became). The chicken nuggets were then placed nice and hot 🔥 in the plastic packaging without putting in at least one layer of aluminum foil first. I took the food with me. Clueless of course!! Then I ate the same thing as I did on the phone, so I didn't really see it at first glance. And suddenly, after eating a few plastic nuggets, I noticed that the things were branded with plastic. I'm back with the packaging. Showed it to the employee/boss. Said in a normal tone you put it in too hot. -there was no apology. I was then told it was normal and wouldn't make a difference and it comes from STEAM 😀👍 so I'm not stupid enough to inspect where the spots come from. Well, microplastics are not uncommon, but in combinations with very hot fat and food. It's a disgrace. To blame the guest/customer. . I wasn't looking for arguments or terror. No, on the contrary, I was just forbearance. Small children often choose nuggets. So watch your food. I disposed of the nuggets on site along with the packaging. And actually I don't write reviews but the situation in everything was just unsympathetic and wrong from this "kebab house". Thanks for the stomachache. The pizza was ok

I often get a kebab there for dinner. It always tastes good and the employees are very friendly.

Eating well is like that, not so exciting. Service is quite ok. And the atmosphere is very dirty, the toilet door cannot be closed or locked, there is no soap, paper towels or hand dryer available

Ate a pizza in Heidenau today after many years, never again. It used to be so delicious in the dough house and today it's just rubbish. I don't know if the salami pizza even had salami on it because of all the cheese. In any case, it didn't taste like anything except herbs, which were plentiful.

Food not at all edible. Tastes very old. This gave me stomach problems. Sauces tasted like toothpaste and also looked old. Salad was probably topped with lemon. Meat had a very strange taste! Fries looked like they had already been on a plate. Hygiene is not present at all. The health department should go here as quickly as possible. The shop should be closed. No recommendation at all. I've also seen most of the good reviews come from the store itself (friends & relatives), too bad.
