Unfriendly service, the ordering computers didn't work properly. That was the case with everyone there at the time. Vouchers couldn't be used either, after all you're not Burger King Germany. You also had to wait a long time. We don't go there anymore. Too bad

You almost never have to wait long for your food there. The fries are always nice and hot and crispy.

Waited at the drive-in for 10 minutes, when we asked, we got a curt answer, "I just told you that you would be served immediately." We then drove into the parking lot after another 5 minutes and wanted to order in the restaurant, there were about 15 guests Place everyone was waiting for their order. Unbelievably, after another 20 minutes we left the store. So honestly, never again Burger King Rathenow.

Food tastes pretty good if you don't think about where it comes from. But the best thing is the chocolate cake with ice cream on it ❤️

On August 21st I looked for a BurgerKing on the way and found it in Rathenow. I was a little worried about the online reviews, which was NOT confirmed. Drive in and service by a Vietnamese-born (?) employee. Order taken accurately, very short waiting time despite different products, completely delivered (which I have often had to complain about at other drive-ins), very friendly employees. Quality of food good as usual. Thank you for this positive experience!!!

Staff was nice and helpful. Ordering was also possible directly from the employee. Fries were a bit small, so I got a new one straight away. Staff very hard working and friendly.

Too expensive now. Even if it's delicious.

We don't like it anymore. Some employees don't leave at all. They aren't helpful either. There are of course a few exceptions. :) Hygiene is questionable. Child vomited. We don't want to go there anymore. For a while it was pretty okay there, but now you can't eat there anymore given the conditions.

1 star is still too much! I find if the store is empty and the employee has time, the employee can serve me and take my order!! No, but not in Rathenow, the employee told me clearly that he didn't want to accept my order and that I should go to the terminals to order!!! So we were there with 4 adults and 6 children, so there would definitely have been a lot of money left in this branch!!! But with so much laziness and incompetence in taking an order in my eyes, I can only say please please avoid this branch!! This branch will be one of the reasons that the staff will eventually be eliminated and replaced by machines. That was also the reason why we left closed

I've never eaten so badly. On the first visit you think...oh, it'll be okay...but the second one wasn't any better. Long waiting times, received the wrong order and was cold too. The staff just looks at you and doesn't know how to deal with criticism Absolutely bad restaurant... I'd rather go to Wollin, it's a little further but it's quick, it's tasty and the staff is very friendly and accommodating.

So you really deserve the award for the rockiest BK in the country! Within 4 weeks, we are here for the third time, EVERY time something was missing, something was wrong, or it was simply old and cold! Then the guy today at the DriveIn (June 27th / 2:20 p.m.) I've never experienced anything so stupid and unfriendly even at MCD! The guy can't even tell you the prices for nuggets... And talks to you like you're his bro... That's it, the store will be consistently avoided from today on, you've had several chances...

I have to say, for me, one of the professional and best Burger King around here. Always my pleasure. My family and I are here every day. Best service. Everything just fits. Only recommended.

I just came to buy strawberry ice cream and the employee gave me vanilla ice cream. When I told her it was vanilla ice cream, she ignored it. I told her again and she didn't answer me. It's not the first time she was treated very badly. It's just this employee who wears glasses and has black hair.

Next time I'll go straight to a restaurant if I want to wait almost 40 minutes for my food and I'll get it freshly prepared in the restaurant... Nothing for taking a break during work if you still have appointments afterwards. So always plan your time and it's best to order an hour before you're hungry

Colleague at the drive-in too fast, but very inflexible I accidentally ordered the wrong thing and got a rude answer that she had to take everything out and re-enter everything. Sorry, but you just have to reckon with something like that. Take it out, re-enter it and it's good. Then it's a great service. Unfortunately, kids weren't allowed to choose anything to play with, I'm used to better service. You could still work on that.
