Burger King Rathenow in Rathenow - Telefonnummer, Reservierungen, Bewertungen

On August 21st I looked for a BurgerKing on the way and found it in Rathenow. I was a little worried about the online reviews, which was NOT confirmed. Drive in and service by a Vietnamese-born (?) employee. Order taken accurately, very short waiting time despite different products, completely delivered (which I have often had to complain about at other drive-ins), very friendly employees. Quality of food good as usual. Thank you for this positive experience!!!

Staff was nice and helpful. Ordering was also possible directly from the employee. Fries were a bit small, so I got a new one straight away. Staff very hard working and friendly.

Too expensive now. Even if it's delicious.

We don't like it anymore. Some employees don't leave at all. They aren't helpful either. There are of course a few exceptions. :) Hygiene is questionable. Child vomited. We don't want to go there anymore. For a while it was pretty okay there, but now you can't eat there anymore given the conditions.

It was great again, we like going there. Even the big one's birthday was great

1 star is still too much! I find if the store is empty and the employee has time, the employee can serve me and take my order!! No, but not in Rathenow, the employee told me clearly that he didn't want to accept my order and that I should go to the terminals to order!!! So we were there with 4 adults and 6 children, so there would definitely have been a lot of money left in this branch!!! But with so much laziness and incompetence in taking an order in my eyes, I can only say please please avoid this branch!! This branch will be one of the reasons that the staff will eventually be eliminated and replaced by machines. That was also the reason why we left closed

Simply a highlight! Ordered food and there were cool surprises. Friendly and competent employees. Come along and see for yourself! Even in the double shift, the employees remain friendly and keep a cool head! Fast food at it’s best!

I've never eaten so badly. On the first visit you think...oh, it'll be okay...but the second one wasn't any better. Long waiting times, received the wrong order and was cold too. The staff just looks at you and doesn't know how to deal with criticism Absolutely bad restaurant... I'd rather go to Wollin, it's a little further but it's quick, it's tasty and the staff is very friendly and accommodating.

I have to say, for me, one of the professional and best Burger King around here. Always my pleasure. My family and I are here every day. Best service. Everything just fits. Only recommended.

So you really deserve the award for the rockiest BK in the country! Within 4 weeks, we are here for the third time, EVERY time something was missing, something was wrong, or it was simply old and cold! Then the guy today at the DriveIn (June 27th / 2:20 p.m.) I've never experienced anything so stupid and unfriendly even at MCD! The guy can't even tell you the prices for nuggets... And talks to you like you're his bro... That's it, the store will be consistently avoided from today on, you've had several chances...

Hair in the burger, takes a long time because other orders are brought forward and something is often forgotten. Otherwise it tastes good *-*

I just came to buy strawberry ice cream and the employee gave me vanilla ice cream. When I told her it was vanilla ice cream, she ignored it. I told her again and she didn't answer me. It's not the first time she was treated very badly. It's just this employee who wears glasses and has black hair.

Next time I'll go straight to a restaurant if I want to wait almost 40 minutes for my food and I'll get it freshly prepared in the restaurant... Nothing for taking a break during work if you still have appointments afterwards. So always plan your time and it's best to order an hour before you're hungry

Colleague at the drive-in too fast, but very inflexible I accidentally ordered the wrong thing and got a rude answer that she had to take everything out and re-enter everything. Sorry, but you just have to reckon with something like that. Take it out, re-enter it and it's good. Then it's a great service. Unfortunately, kids weren't allowed to choose anything to play with, I'm used to better service. You could still work on that.

Not my thing here. The music is loud like in a disco. The cleaning bucket and frying grease are visibly next to each other. And then there are the language problems of the employees. He still doesn't know what a balloon is. Well, convince yourself.

I'm at Bürger King on Milower Landstrasse in Rathenow and I have to say they are just too stupid to finish everything properly. We wanted a medium chocolate shake and got 4 vanilla shakes that kept going back. The crispy chicken was the only thing that tasted like cardboard What was halfway okay were the fries

The food was okay but the lettuce on the burger was already brown so it wasn't that nice... The tables weren't cleaned, the fries under the table and much more to see here in rhatenow city, kind regards K.B.

In a fast food restaurant, waiting 30 minutes or even longer after placing your order is not possible 😤🤬 If the staff is overwhelmed with the drive-thru and the orders in the store, then the management should make improvements there so as not to lose customers who like the food in the long term.

Burger King is known for the fact that the staff can quickly become overwhelmed, but with 4 customers in the restaurant, a 32 minute wait is really awesome.

I come here often, the service is nice. Bad reviews are due to the long waiting times (often 20-30 minutes). That doesn't work in a fast food restaurant. Furthermore, orders are sometimes incomplete. The staff is nice and friendly and corrects mistakes straight away.
