Vino e Gusto is a little gem. It was our first time there, and we were treated like family. Guido is an excellent host who genuinely cares about creating a unique experience for his guests. A truly special Italian, highly recommended.
We ate here three times. Fantastic! Delicious Upper Bavarian food and friendly, competent staff. My wife and I have high expectations for restaurants, and our children are picky. Here, we were all completely satisfied. Excellent!
It was our first time there, and we highly recommend it if you like a rustic atmosphere. The service was very friendly and always had a smile and a kind word ready. The food was delicious and just right for us. Just go and see for yourself. We'll definitely be back.
I recently spent a weekend in Nuremberg. Veganel was a 20-minute walk from the hotel. The vegan gyros was delicious. I felt especially comfortable because the waiter was also aware of the gluten-free options and informed me about potential cross-contamination. Highly recommended, and nicely decorated too. I'll definitely come back on my next visit.
Wonderful food and warm service at the Berggasthaus Weingarten
We ate at the Berggasthaus Weingarten today and were absolutely delighted!
* The service: The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive – you immediately feel welcome.
* The food: The quality is excellent and the portions are truly generous. I had the lumberjack steak, which was wonderfully tender and cooked to perfection. You can tell right away: The chef knows his craft, especially when it comes to preparing meat!
* Freshness is paramount: We took it in stride that the pork knuckle was already sold out today – on the contrary, it speaks volumes about the quality. The chef prepares it fresh daily, and when it's gone, it's gone. We much prefer that to reheated, mass-produced fare!
* Value for money: The prices are absolutely fair and reasonable for the quality and quantity offered.
Conclusion: A fantastic restaurant in Ruhpolding that we highly recommend. We will definitely be back!
It was my first time there, but unfortunately, I/we were very disappointed. None of us enjoyed the food at all, and there were five of us. The bread was extremely dry and difficult to swallow. Even as pita, it wasn't good. The potatoes tasted stale, and the sauce didn't help. The only thing that was okay was the falafel. No card payments, only cash or PayPal, which was also very questionable.
The food was delicious. The service was also very good and friendly. The only thing that bothered us was the loud Italian music. It really didn't fit in. I can understand that at an Italian restaurant. But we'll definitely be back.
