Ein fantastischer Ort, super Service, richtig gute Cocktails! Absolut empfehlenswert – wer in Nürnberg nach leckeren Ramen und Drinks sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Es ist allerdings recht voll und die Sitzplätze stehen ziemlich eng beieinander. Davon abgesehen aber ein hervorragendes Restaurant.

Das beste Ramen und japanische Essen in Nürnberg. Es ist sehr preiswert und lecker. Ich gehe dort sehr oft hin und kann es jedem empfehlen.

Wir haben zum ersten Mal hier gegessen und es war super lecker! Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr lieb und das Essen kommt echt schnell an. Alles ist frisch und sehr geschmackvoll. Würde ich jedem von Herzen empfehlen!

Beliebt und absolut verdient – ​​Monki macht Ramen, wie man es sich wünscht. Etwas teurer, da es mitten in der Stadt liegt, aber das Essen ist absolut gerechtfertigt. Die Tonkotsu-Ramen hatten eine leckere Brühe, das Hühnchen-Karaage war schmackhaft, aber etwas ölig. Das Personal ist freundlich und geduldig und geht gut auf Wünsche ein. Da es dort oft voll ist, empfiehlt sich eine Reservierung.

Ich hatte Tonkotsu-Ramen (15 Euro) und eine Curry-Reisschüssel (13 Euro). Das Curry war überhaupt nicht scharf und hat meinem Kind sehr gut geschmeckt. Das Schnitzel war knusprig und lecker. Das Kimchi als Beilage war säuerlich, ein Geschmack, den Deutsche oft mögen. Das Tonkotsu-Ramen war eher mild als scharf und ebenfalls sehr lecker. Bei diesem Preis würde ich gerne wiederkommen.

Wir sind aus Bamberg zum Ramen essen nach Nürnberg gefahren und es hat sich mehr als gelohnt. Wir standen im Stau und hatten deshalb angerufen und man merkte schon am Telefon wie freundlich das Personal ist. Dort angekommen wurden uns ein Platz zugewiesen und die Bestellung ging recht zügig, genauso schnell kam auch unser Essen. Von der Vorspeise bis zum Dessert war alles super lecker. Das Personal war ein Traum. Sie waren schnell, aufmerksam und super freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Danke Monkī-Team.

Die hausgemachten Limonaden waren richtig gut, auch die Vorspeisen haben geschmeckt – allerdings eher gehobene Preise. Da ich keine Suppen mag (meine Begleitpersonen wählten das Restaurant) habe ich das Katsu Curry als Hauptgericht gewählt. Das war leider nicht so überzeugend und schmeckte stark nach Currypulver. Draußen sitzen ist zwar schön, aber die vielen Spatzen waren störend – einer landete sogar auf meinem Reis, was ziemlich unhygienisch war. Beim nächsten Mal würde ich drinnen sitzen.

Das leckerste Ramen, das ich je gegessen habe. Die Bedienung war sehr professionell und freundlich. Wenn Sie Ramen oder die japanische Küche im Allgemeinen mögen, sollten Sie dieses Restaurant unbedingt besuchen. 10/10

Ein wirklich toller Laden. Das Restaurant ist zeitgemäß gestaltet. Alle Mitarbeitenden sind super freundlich. Man hat sofort gute Laune bevor man überhaupt am Platz sitzt. Die Karte ist auch der Wahnsinn. Japanische Küche mal abseits der immer gleichen Sushi-Teller. Stattdessen japanisches Soul-food nicht nur für den Magen sondern auch fürs Herz. Die Küche ist gut einsehbar. Man kann schon sein Gericht bei der Entstehung beobachten. Vorfreude pur. Sowohl drinnen als auch draußen gibt es Sitzmöglichkeiten, und die Plätze vor der Türe waren sogar beim etwas kühleren Frühlingswetter begehrt. Einfach ein klasse Laden.

Ein sehr einladendes und dennoch ungezwungenes Restaurant mit großen Tischen. Köstliches Essen, exzellentes Ramen, eine abwechslungsreiche und leckere Speisekarte und sehr freundliches Personal. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Eine Reservierung ist dringend zu empfehlen. Man wird sich aber bemühen, Ihnen trotzdem einen Platz zu geben. Das Essen ist köstlich!

Wunderbares Tan Tan Ramen mit scharfer Soße und klassische Gyoza!

Super Service und ein sehr Leckeres und preiswertes Essen

Das Ramen hier war wirklich schlecht. Es wirkte, als wären die Zutaten einfach wahllos zusammengeworfen worden. Die Brühe ist so wichtig! Aber die Brühe hier schmeckte nicht, als wäre sie richtig gekocht worden. Eine Freundin meinte, die Vorspeisen seien köstlich, also werde ich es vielleicht mal probieren. Deshalb gebe ich drei Sterne.

Die veganen Ramen Spicy sind sehr empfehlenswert und lecker. Schönes Ambiente und ein super aufmerksames Personal. Vielen lieben Dank ♥️

Mein Mann und ich, der seit 15 Jahren in Japan lebt, waren von den Ramen, die wir probiert haben, nicht wirklich begeistert. Die dünne Vietnamesin oder Thailänderin mit Brille war außerdem sehr unhöflich. Mein Mann fragte sie, ob sie Japanerin sei, sie bejahte, konnte dann aber kein Japanisch und ging einfach weg. Die männlichen Angestellten hingegen waren sehr nett und die Atmosphäre war angenehm. 👍 ⭐️

Gut besuchtes japanisches Restaurant mit stimmiger Speisenauswahl und perfekten Ramen. Ohne eine vorherige Tischreservierung ist die Chance einen Tisch zu den Hauptzeiten zu bekommen fast unmöglich. Selbst mit Reservierung hat man leider nur 1.5 Stunden Zeit. Aber auch wenn die Zeit begrenzt ist lohnt sich der Besuch.

Gersten zu dritt dort gegessen. Alle drei Durchfall!

Wollte schon immer mal eine richtige Ramen Suppe essen, wie in Naruto. Die Hühnebrühe Suppe mit Schwein kriegt 5 Sterne von mir. Kann nur weiterempfehlen.

The vegan options are delicious! There could be a bit more variety in the toppings (especially protein), but otherwise it's truly one of the best Japanese restaurants around.

We were satisfied with the taste of our food. However, a restaurant visit involves much more than that, which is naturally reflected in the bill. Hence my poor rating. The acoustics in the room are a disaster! The staff is also very loud. On top of that, the staff's (to put it politely) reserved attitude is another issue. I don't need to experience that again.

The welcome was friendly, and we were taken directly to our reserved table. Menus were brought to us quickly, and our orders were taken. The room was quite dark, noisy, and the ventilation was quite poor. After our visit, you smelled like you'd been in the kitchen yourself. Now for the food: the appetizers and main course were served quickly. The appetizers were very tasty and some were quite generous. Unfortunately, the ramen didn't impress us. We had three different ramen dishes, and the flavor in all of them was quite bland, and some of the broth simply tasted of fat. This caused a stomach ache later in the evening. It wasn't completely bad, but unfortunately, the overall taste didn't appeal to me.

Despite having a reservation, we were only given the worst seats, right by the aisle, and the service was very abrupt – a disappointing first experience. The food was good.

We stayed at the hotel next door and had breakfast there. The breakfast was excellent; I can't think of anything that could have been better.

It was a very nice evening. We visited there spontaneously on Saturday and it was simply great, pleasant and delicious.

We were craving some good ramen and veggies on a rainy night in beautiful Nuremberg. We were not disappointed. The food was delicious, the atmosphere welcoming and the service prompt, helpful and incredibly friendly.

Even though we’re far from Korea, they make a fantastic spicy vegan ramen and I absolutely love their popoku. The spices they use are just spot on and full of flavor. Definitely a place worth visiting if you’re into bold and tasty dishes!

We ordered "Tori don." It was absolutely delicious. There was just one problem: There were a lot of green flies (also known as birds) flying around and sitting on the food.

Great restaurant in the heart of Nuremberg city center. The ramen and cocktails are truly delicious. Unfortunately, the cocktails are a bit pricey. In the restaurant, you sit close to your neighbors, and the noise level is quite loud.

Best ramen in Nuremberg. Period. The other dishes are also very good! The cocktails, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, are also amazing and highly recommended. And the prices are completely reasonable. When it's busy, it can get a bit loud inside, but that's the case everywhere when it's full.

The donburi set felt reasonably priced, but the portion and flavor left a little to be desired. I haven’t tried the ramen yet, so I’m curious about that. But based on the dishes I did have, the donburi and miso soup didn’t quite deliver that authentic Japanese taste.

We tried the Tonkotsu Special, and the broth was incredible - creamy and deeply savory without feeling too heavy. The noodles had just the right bite, and the chashu was melt‑in‑your‑mouth tender. The Spicy Miso Ramen packed a pleasant kick, balanced by sweet corn and perfectly roasted garlic oil. Don’t miss their Gyoza - crispy on the outside and beautifully seasoned inside. Portions are generous, and you can customize your bowl with extra noodles, egg, or chili oil at no extra fuss. Prices are very reasonable for the quality, making it easy to justify a return visit.

This place is a great place to eat if you want some really good food whether you are craving the Ramen or are up to try some of their different appetizers. Everything is great. Service was very good as well. Whether you go during the busy hour or just for a lunch stop you won’t be disappointed.

Wife and me came across this Ramen shop curios so we pop by for dinner. Ramen is diffrent from Japan but to have Ramen this far away is a great alternative.

Unfortunately, I didn't like it. My husband and I ordered two ramen bowls, and both were average in taste. It wasn't disgusting, but it wasn't particularly tasty either. Rather bland. The broth itself wasn't bad, but nothing in it was salty, spicy, or anything else. I've had much tastier ramen in general. It's a shame, because the restaurant itself is beautiful. We sat on the terrace—it's not the restaurant's fault, but as soon as the food was brought to us, a lot of flies came. It was really bad, and unfortunately, we couldn't eat it.

Items I had: Beer (Kirin & Sapporo), Sashimi Salad, Chilled Chinese Noodles, Tori-katsu (I actually wanted the Tori-katsudon from the lunch menu).
