Most authentic Ramen in Nürnberg! I am a repeated customer for them and each time there Ramen never disappoints me.

Super busy place - yet quality of service and good never lacks. Maybe not necessarily the most cozy or romantic vibe, but the food is worth the hype. Bonus for offering hot tea for the ones waiting for a table outside! Cant wait to go back and try the rest of the menu.

The ramen so good it will heal your soul. Excellent miso base, nice egg, mmmm that egg is marinated properly. The staff is doing great job, their hands will serve you with love. Nice, will come again, well done chefs!

They took me in at my hungriest and fed me well! My wife and I found ourselves hungry at 8:15pm as the city was getting ready to shut down. We came here hoping for a seat, and they didn't hesitate to find us a spot. We ordered quick, and the food came out quick. It was perfect! The ramen was delicious, and put a nice end to an otherwise terrific evening in Nürnberg.

I ordered the Miso Kara Orochup Ramen, and while it definitely doesn't taste like Japanese ramen, it's not bad either, so it's a strangely unique place. I'd never heard of this ramen before, but Orochup Ramen is supposed to be a ramen with chili powder, so instead of chashu, it's pork bulgogi, which tastes like gochujang pork bulgogi + stew. Considering that a single ramen costs 30,000 won, and if you order a drink with it, it's 40,000 won (the staff gave me a hint, but I didn't order it because it's a ramen place), it's a bit of a stretch, but I recommend it to any Koreans desperate for sausage in this hellish place.

This was such an excellent all round experience!! The food was absolutely class, some of the best we’ve had outside of Japan. We had spicy miso pork mince ramen, karaage chicken and gyoza which were excellent. The staff were very accommodating of our pram and baby, not to mention so kind and engaging for our son.

A truly fantastic restaurant, very friendly and attentive service, and the food was absolutely top-notch and delicious :) We were there on a Saturday afternoon and were able to get a table spontaneously as a family :) We felt completely at ease, and our two young children were also warmly welcomed :) Highly recommended!

This is pretty much the only restaurant in Nuremberg where I like the ramen, and what's more, they have a great selection. The side dishes and appetizers have always been delicious too! I always enjoy coming back here because I've never been disappointed.

Grab some ramen for a quick bite. Definitely not a place to linger for hours. But the ramen is really good and plentiful. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The decor is modern, clean, and appealing. Good value for money.

We ate ramen for the first time. I only knew about it from some YouTube videos or anime. But it was truly amazing! Okay, eating with chopsticks is an art; we had to ask for forks (shame on us!), but otherwise we would have starved 🙈 The food tasted great, it's a shame there isn't anything like this near us. Driving two hours to Nuremberg every time is quite a hassle. BUT, if we come back, and we will, this will be our first choice. Thanks to the Takumi team ❤️❤️❤️

We had to wait 20 minutes because it was very crowded on a Saturday evening. The staff brought us warm chamomile tea since it was very cold outside. Overall, the staff were very friendly and the food was delicious! :)

I was there alone and got a table without any hassle. The service was courteous, friendly, and quick. The ramen with chicken and miso soup was delicious. Very flavorful. The fried chicken was crispy. The portions were more than sufficient. You leave feeling full, warmed up, and satisfied.

It's been 10 months since I visited, but I still miss the taste... not quite, but it's a rich European dish with a hearty ramen flavor like sundae gukbap! If you pretend to be Korean, they'll even give you spicy sauce for free.

We had vegan ramen – it was incredibly delicious. There's passion here. The homemade lemonades are also very good. The service is very friendly, although we had to wait a bit for a seat. In the meantime, we were offered tea. The atmosphere is relaxed and clean, and you feel at home. We'll definitely be back. ☺️

Takumi has become an institution in Germany and Europe when it comes to good, basic ramen. You can never go wrong, you get the same high quality everywhere, and you leave feeling well-fed. Here, too, the service was friendly and courteous. The shop itself is characterized by a cozy atmosphere with Japanese influences without being overly over the top. A visit is worthwhile for ramen beginners and connoisseurs alike!

Visiting Germany from America. Trying different foods to see how they compare. NOT DISAPPOINTED! My husband had "the special" which was a huge bowl of ramen. I had the tonkutsu and gyoza. The ramen was perfectly al'dente, broth was creamy and good, eggs cooked perfectly, great slices of pork. The restaurant was packed so it took us about 10 minutes to be seated (not bad at all!) Service was quick and friendly! Wish they were in the states!

I don't really understand where all the extremely good reviews come from. I've eaten there twice now, once with family and once alone, several months apart. Unfortunately, the food wasn't really what I expected on either visit. The service was good on the second visit, but the opposite was true the first time; there were problems. After ordering and about 10 minutes, the waiter came and said that part of our order unfortunately couldn't be prepared that day. We should choose something else. The unanimous opinion about the food the first time was that we shouldn't go back. Now that some time has passed, I wanted to give it another chance today. For lunch, I had classic Tonkotsu Ramen. The broth was OK, but nothing more. The noodles were still very hard, which really irritated me. The egg was quite hard. And however it was managed, the pork was completely dry (in the soup). This was definitely the last time for me.

Because of the excellent reviews, a friend of mine and I wanted to try the ramen at Takumi. The food came very quickly and was indeed very tasty, especially my friend's shrimp ramen. I ordered Takumi's special ramen with miso, and it was also very tasty, although there was a bit too much vegetables for my taste. However, it could be that this is normal for Sapporo ramen. I've experienced it a bit differently before, but I didn't consider it a negative, because the soup base was truly delicious. If you want to try delicious ramen, Takumi is definitely a good place to go.

Let's say I've tried a lot of ramen in different cities and countries, and the "Special Ramen" I ordered wasn't perfect, because the vegetables weren't fried, they were just thrown into the broth. The portion was too big, which I couldn't eat. The broth is 3.5/5, as is all the ramen. The service is perfect.

Absolutely ridiculous in Cologne. Open every day from morning to night. In Bavaria, it's only open from 5:00 p.m., which is simply unfriendly to customers!!!!!!

Okay, be careful! We arrived as a somewhat larger group. We were immediately greeted by arguably the best waitress in the world. Unfortunately, I didn't ask his name, but the young man was friendly, quick, and especially funny (no joke, he was really entertaining!). He helped us arrange two tables into one long table without any problems and even came straight away with menus. While in other restaurants you wait forever for someone to come, this man was really quick. We ordered drinks - they arrived a few minutes later! Unfortunately, I had a bit of trouble with the food because I don't particularly like Asian cuisine in general (as I said: we were a larger group, and the others really wanted to go). Everyone ordered, but it took me forever to find something. In the end, I settled on a simple ice cream. I felt incredibly sorry for him 😂 the disappointment after all the waiting to find something. But even then, he was still veeerily friendly, nice, and funny. :) Payment was quick and painless. If the good man ever reads this: Sorry for the "small" tip! You actually deserve much more! I'd come back anytime just for the entertainment! ❤️ Maybe I'll find more than just the ice cream then 😉

No Ramen No Life! By far my favorite ramen restaurant. The vegan versions are just as delicious as the meaty ramen.

I had "Gyoza & Karaage Teishoku," which is basically a set meal consisting of gyoza, miso soup, kimchi, karaage, and rice. I simply love this combination. The karaage was moist and delicious, the kimchi was perfectly fermented, the miso soup was spicy, and the gyoza were good. I think it contained chicken and some vegetables. For dessert, I had matcha ice cream, which, although it came from a package, tasted incredibly delicious (and not at all artificial). I sat outside; there were larger seating groups, but also individual tables for 1-2 people. It's especially nice to be able to sit outside in good weather. There was plenty of space inside, and they have an upper level with additional seating where the restrooms are located. The restroom was tidy and clean, lacking nothing. The waitresses were very attentive, and they even checked my suitcase at the end so I could quickly use the restroom.

It is a nice place with decent prices. The service is very good but the Ramen itself could be much better. I took a standard Tonkotsu and honestly it was quite bland, i mean it is a good soup but from.the flavor point of view a bit away from the vest I've tried. Karaage was super good - crispy and juicy!

Absolutely unfriendly and rude waiter - never again The waiter greeted us in Vietnamese (?) even though we have no Asian background whatsoever. He himself spoke German without an accent. When I ordered, he replied twice with "Pardon?!" When I looked at him, confused, he simply said, "Haha, I was just kidding." Then he conspicuously looked at a bandage on my arm and asked, "What did you do?" - absolutely rude and disrespectful. I have never experienced such poor service in my life. We left the restaurant before dinner and will definitely not go back.

There's a funny guy here, a vietnamese guy with a lot of tatoos, he's really cool.

We wanted a break from schnitzel and bratwurst and Takumi didn’t disappoint! Food is tasty, portions are generous and service is top notch. The broth is perfectly balanced when most ramen broth is usually too salty for my taste. I strongly recommend you stop and try Takumi Ramen while in Nuremberg!

We paid over 40 euros for two ramen and two drinks and didn't even get full! The dishes are simply too small! I wrote about it on their Instagram, and they laughed at me, but it's not a problem...

By far the best ramen in the area (or ever?)! Since the restaurant serves only ramen, one naturally expects the noodles to be of a certain quality, but they are more than that! One sip of the precious noodle soup and all my problems disappear for a few minutes. The decor is reminiscent of modern Japanese cuisine, and the service is always extremely friendly and attentive. A visit to this restaurant once a month is a must!

This restaurant is simply amazing! The food is incredibly delicious, and every dish is a true taste experience. You can tell the passion that goes into the cooking here. Anyone who's ever been to Max's Beef Noodles in Munich will notice the HUGE difference and will never go back. Don't go! 🤢
