Takumi Nürnberg Sapporo Ramen in Nürnberg

Die Ramen selbst haben mir gut geschmeckt, und ich würde sie als solide bewerten. Leider entsprach das Fleisch nicht meinen Erwartungen. Ich persönlich empfand es als nicht so appetitlich, da ich auf Knorpel gestoßen bin, was mir den Genuss etwas getrübt hat. Der Laden ist allerdings sehr sauber, und der Service war wirklich hervorragend. Das Essen wurde zeitgleich für den gesamten Tisch serviert, und sowohl Essen als auch Getränke kamen schnell. Zusammenfassend würde ich sagen, dass der Besuch durchaus in Ordnung war, aber ich persönlich würde beim nächsten Mal eher eine vegetarische Option wählen.

Very cool ramen restaurant. As a starter we had the karagee (here even prepared with chicken legs = juicier) and the takoyaku. Both tasted very tasty. The main course was Karagee Miso Ramen and Teriyaki Miso Ramen, both of which were very spicy and tasted extremely good. Greetings go to the nice waitress "Long", very humorous, funny and nice waitress. Will definitely come by again 🤝🏽

The food is very, very good and authentic. Every time I'm in Nuremberg I go to this restaurant. The broth has a strong flavor and fresh ingredients are used.

Great framework restaurant, highly recommended! We were at Takumi's for dinner around 6:30pm on a cold winter day. Since you can't make a reservation, there was already a small line in front of the restaurant. But the wait wasn't bad, because there is a patio heater in front of the door where you can warm yourself and the owner also brings hot tea to the waiting guests in front of the shop. There is a small selection of Japanese drinks such as yuzuka or sake. The menu is in the same style as a restaurant in Japan. The restaurant's interior is also very authentic. We had kimchi, miso ramen with terryaki chicken and vegan miso ramen with gyozas. Everything was really delicious and recommended! The service was also friendly and quick. The only thing missing is a small basket to put the handbag. Then a visit to Takumi is almost like visiting Japan! We'd love to come back.

One of the beat Ramen in Nurnberg! Also plus points that Musashi Kishimoto ate in one of their branches in munich :) Ordered Teriyaki Miso ramen, 10/10 would recommend comfort food.

The lunch set menu offers excellent value and delicious food, although it is a bit salty and left us feeling thirsty.

Great recommendation for frames in Nuremberg. Great noodles, soup and generous, very fresh toppings. Also vegetarian and vegan versions. I was very enthusiastic about the Vegi Miso Ramen. No reservation but early evening in December during the week a table was still available, later it filled up quickly. Rightly so popular. Friendly service and absolutely reasonable prices for the quality.

It was my first time eating ramen. It was really great. I also liked the staff very much. We had to wait outside first and the boss gave us some tea to warm up. I'm a fan!

Takumi makes the tastiest ramen I've eaten outside of Kyoto

What I like most is that the food comes out quickly. Drinks are a bit expensive.

Went there for dinner as a couple. We were lucky and got a place straight away (it was busy). Super friendly service, very tasty food and all at a fair price. The gyoza in particular was excellent. Definitely recommended :)

Unfortunately I only give the food 3 stars because the meat wasn't that good for me. The ramen itself is good. I would say a solid average. The meat, however, still had cartilage and other things that weren't so appetizing. Unfortunately, this didn't make it as tasty anymore. But the store is clean and the service is very good. The table always gets the food at the same time and you don't have to wait long. This counts for drinks and food. All in all, you can do that, but I would rather eat vegetarian there.

This place claims to be the best Ramen in Nürnberg and it's pretty much like that. We're not experts in Ramen but it was huge portion and certainly the best we have tried.

Pork broth is very tasty, noodles are freshly prepared at the competition, but the broth here is better - of course it's all a matter of taste. The service is very friendly. Food is served quickly.

We spontaneously got a seat for two on Thursday evening. All other tables were occupied. So it's best to call and reserve in advance. Especially on weekend evenings! The service was probably a new employee. He couldn't explain the difference between miso and shoyu in a way that a layman like me could understand. However, the service was very friendly. We ordered ramen. Surf and Turf and a vegetarian ramen dish. The dishes were good, but the broth was a bit weak in terms of flavor intensity. When we paid, we passed on the feedback and the employee recommended that we definitely get a ramen dish with a meat broth base. This should make the taste much more intense.

Our absolute favorite ramen restaurant. We've eaten here many times and we've never been disappointed. There are enough vegan dishes. And meat dishes anyway. The operator is extremely friendly and we always enjoy raving with him about the ramen noodles imported from Hokaido. The sake is also highly recommended. Same with Japanese beer.

According to the motto small but nice, restaurant over 2 floors, with a small outside area. There is only ramen here where you choose a basic recipe and can choose additional side dishes and the broth. Tastes super tasty, service is nice. Takeaway food / packing up after your meal costs €1 extra per dish.

Me and my partner was greeted in such a lovely way, it really does feel like entering an actual Japanese restaurant in Japan. Not only the great service, but also the ambience within the restaurant is fabulous, mixing both modern and minimalistic with traditional Japanese style. And don't get me started with the food, it was fantastic. Overall it was such a great experience, 10/10 will go there again.

Went to eat with friends. The food is very delicious and the soup is delicious. We ordered spicy food. Really delicious and satisfying. The shop has options for Halal and Vegan eaters. The service staff is good and friendly. For any Thai people who want to eat spicy ramen, I recommend this restaurant. 😋😋😋

This is really my favorite restaurant in Nuremberg. Tasty ramen, good atmosphere. But today I came alone, they didn't let me in, they told me to wait near the entrance, although the people who came after me were let in without any problems. And I stood in the corner, hungry and angry. This is very unpleasant because I have been there very often and have also told all my friends about the place. Now I don't feel like eating there anymore.

Food is very good but the service is miserable ! Three tables came after us and they were served way before. We had to wait too long … Btw we were the only black. x

Accidental lunch find. Very tasty gyoza and ramen, the service is quick and friendly. Absolutely recommended, but somewhat hidden between the two pedestrian zones Breite Gasse and Karo.

Best place in Nürnberg to get a ramen

We got hungry while on the go and came here. Although the place was busy with other guests, we were seated in a couple of minutes. Within 5 minutes, we received our tasty, hearty ramen bowls🤩. I highly recommend chicken miso ramen. This cozy place has a good vibe so will be coming back for more.

I've eaten ramen many times and know the other Takumis in other cities. Unfortunately, the one in Nuremberg disappointed me. Unfortunately, the Tonkotsu Ramen had few vegetables, the broth was fatty and very blandly seasoned. No comparison to other ramen restaurants.

If ramen, then here. Top quality.

As always, very good! I can only recommend the ramen. The restaurant also has its charm, the wall decorations change every now and then and there is something new to see every now and then. It never gets boring, plus no glutamate! It's always a good experience to eat here, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. 🌻 Great, keep it up!

The restaurant was really cosy and welcoming, the staff were lovely and the food was delicious! We weren’t very hungry so we had gyoza, teriyaki chicken and edamame, they were all amazing. The ramen also looked amazing, even if we didn’t have it ourselves. Would definitely recommend!

Edit: Pork now has pretty much no fat and is therefore sometimes as tough as the sole of a shoe. It wasn't like that on the first visit :( (last photo added) hopefully it will change again, I was already disappointed on the last two visits 😞 Service was very friendly and drinks and food came very quickly, even though it was quite full. The broth tasted delicious and the kimchi was also good (very spicy if you're not used to it.) Special requests for side dishes were also fulfilled. The side dishes have to be dipped into the broth beforehand so that they get warm. Will definitely come again. Regarding our choice of seats, we sat directly at the top of the stairs. There was almost exactly enough space for one person to walk past. It wasn't all that nice, this constant "watching" that everyone gets past without any problems.

(4.5/5) The food is very tasty. Personally, I find it a bit salty. The restaurant is centrally located but still in a good and quiet corner. And you sit close to each other. It's very annoying when you're eating when a neighbor next to you is smoking.

As always excellent. I have already tried Takumi from Antwerp, Rotterdam, Dusseldorf, Brussels, Berlin and Vienna.

Let's just say that I tried a very large number of ramen in different cities and countries, and the “Special ramen” that I ordered was not ideal, because the vegetables were not fried, but simply thrown into the broth. The portion was too big that I couldn't eat. The broth is 3.5/5, just like all ramen. The service is perfect.

Today I was at Takumi in Nuremberg for the first time and I was completely satisfied! In terms of quality, the food is in no way inferior to the main restaurant in Düsseldorf (I have fresh impressions of both restaurants 😄). The service is even a little better in the Takumi reviewed here! Therefore, I can only warmly recommend this restaurant! I'll be back 😄!

Here I finally found the ramen I had been looking for for so long. The Tonkotsu Ramen is made with a very special pork broth that suited my taste perfectly. For my husband, who doesn't like ramen, there were also delicious other dishes to choose from.

It was the same as the ramen I had in Düsseldorf. The Takumi Ramen I had in Cologne before was not very good, but this one exceeded my expectations.

I had a surf and turf ramen. For those who have never tried authentic Asian food it may be good enough. However to my taste it was bland: some spices and veggies were definitely missing.

Average ramen - taste a bit bland, meat unfortunately sometimes very tough, egg hard-boiled and not medium-soft as usual. In addition, a very expensive price for the food. You don't even pay that for ramen in Frankfurt and you get much better quality there. All in all, unfortunately not recommended.

Venus' Sapporo beer has a strong German flavor. The soy sauce ramen was delicious, but I added some spicy spices halfway through the dish...The spices are quite spicy, so I recommend adding just a little bit and seeing how it tastes.

I come here so often. The food is really tasty, the prices are great and the service is incredibly friendly. You don't have to wait long for your food and it tastes so good EVERY TIME! If you don't come here, it's your own fault 🤷🏻‍♀️

“Delicious chain from Northern Germany” Price performance is simply great, we often come to Takumi. The portions are really big and if you want more, you can order more from the side menu as needed. From karage to gyoza, nothing is missing. I thought I would leave a review after over a year of regular visits 🫶 Thank you very much and see you soon 🫰

Ramen pur! Delicious and traditional.

The Nuremberg branch of Dusseldorf's famous store is famous among European expatriates. I visited this place on a business trip, and I can enjoy the consistent taste of Japan. The chashu men EUR 19.8 is in the affordable range as a local price, but it is about 3,300 yen in Japanese yen, so you can really feel the effect of the weaker yen.

As a group, we drive 250 kilometers once a month just to eat here. Very friendly, courteous and very, very fast service. Very nicely decorated. You feel like you're on vacation. The food is better than any comparable industry-class restaurant in the area. All in all, a great restaurant for lovers of Asian/Japanese cuisine. If we lived closer to Nuremberg we would probably be here pretty much every day :)

Very, very good ramen restaurant! There were four of us. Everyone had a different dish. We were all very satisfied. I had ramen with terriyaki chicken and loved it. I haven't had chicken this tender in a very long time. The service is very nice and you don't have to wait long for your food. Clear recommendation from us and we will definitely see each other again.
