We were there for the first time today! The food was delicious, we were seated very quickly, and the service was super friendly. Definitely recommended, and it was nice and quiet too. I'll definitely be back! :)

I ordered the Spicy Signature. It wasn't as spicy as I expected, but it was saltier than I expected. Still, I'm satisfied with this.

A very good Japanese ramen shop with excellent quality. The ramen was delicious, with a rich, perfectly balanced broth and noodles cooked to perfection. They also offered a selection of Asian appetizers that were equally impressive and complemented the meal nicely. Everything seemed fresh, authentic, and impeccably prepared. Overall, a definite recommendation for anyone who wants good ramen and doesn't want to be disappointed.

We've been coming to Ramencado regularly for over seven years, several times a month, and we're always thrilled. The team is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and especially great with kids. Special requests are never a problem; you can tell that regular customers are truly valued here. The food is consistently excellent. If something isn't quite right, a replacement is brought immediately and without any fuss. Even the takeaway food is perfectly and carefully packaged. What's particularly great is that the owner pitches in himself—down-to-earth, dedicated, and not at all arrogant. This is exactly the kind of hospitality you want. From our perspective, it's a clear 10 stars 💜

A cozy, small restaurant where you receive a warm welcome & the food is amazing!

The food was good, but sadly, not anymore. The setting used to be exceptional; now it's just good. For example, the meat and egg were cold, and the presentation lacked finesse. Unfortunately, it's quite cramped and usually very crowded. In winter, it's a bit chilly, and there are drafts in some areas. It used to be a must-visit; now it's just an option.

We intended to stay for a brief meal but fell in love with the atmosphere and the house made drinks. Lisa was very helpful and hospitable and helped make our visit very lovely. Thank you ramencado for a beautiful evening!

This restaurant has everything your heart desires. From Asian delicacies to soups, they have it all. The best part is that EVERY dish is prepared authentically and with high quality. Plus, they often have special offers so you can save money on these delicious bites. I personally recommend trying the ramen and ordering the "Green Jazz" to go with it. Enjoy!

We went here for ramen yesterday and all I can say is: wow! It was absolutely delicious – fresh, incredibly flavorful, and truly authentic. The staff was also very friendly, attentive, and pleasantly present without being intrusive. The only minor drawback: our table was unfortunately quite cold and drafty. If that's improved, it will be practically perfect for me. We'll definitely be back!

I ordered for pickup. The servers seemed very attentive. However, the food didn't impress me. After trying three different pieces of my kaarage, I didn't eat any of it, and the avocado ramen wasn't to my taste either. Perhaps I ordered the wrong thing, since the reviews are generally good.

Best ramen in Nuremberg. Very large portions that will definitely fill you up. You absolutely must try the appetizers, especially the fried tofu – it's a revelation. Very friendly and fast service. It can get a bit noisy when the restaurant is busy. It's best to reserve in advance, especially on weekends.

This was my first time eating Japanese food, apart from sushi, and I have to say it was amazing! Thank you so much for the culinary experience. The ravioli and other culinary highlights were absolutely delicious. Many thanks also to the service, especially to Bao, who was very competent and helpful for people unfamiliar with Japanese cuisine. I'll definitely come back anytime I'm in Nuremberg.

I've been going here regularly for three years, at least 20 times this year alone, and almost weekly for the last three months. That alone should speak for itself. The food arrives very quickly, the service is always friendly, and reservations are very easy to make via the website or by phone. The selection is quite large, and there's definitely something for everyone. Personally, I recommend the "Shio Ramen" for beginners, as it's relatively simple and, in my opinion, a good way to get a taste for it. The price is quite fair, considering the fast service and the very pleasant atmosphere. On average, you pay €20-25 per person without any extras, which is very reasonable. You can come here in all sorts of group sizes, whether alone, in a group of four, or with a larger group; it's always a good place to eat. However, a reservation is almost always required if you want to visit the restaurant in the evening. In conclusion: A nice little restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere, fair prices, good food, and friendly service. However, reservations are mandatory if you wish to eat in the evening.

Great selection of ramen and other dishes. We've been here several times over the years, and the food has always been delicious and the service excellent. The ramen is cooked to perfection, the broth is thick, creamy, and flavorful. The individual components of the soup are also cooked to perfection. Everything is served piping hot and steaming, just as it should be.

RamenCado is a small shop with a passion for ramen. The ambiance is simple yet modern. The music plays softly in the background, making conversation pleasant. The ramen is full of flavor. Everyone will find something they like here, and they can even customize their dishes. The lunch special is also highly recommended. For €15, you get a great selection of dishes plus one soft drink.

Ramencado in Nuremberg is a fantastic restaurant with a unique ambiance. The manga-inspired wall art alone is worth seeing and creates a unique atmosphere. ​The food was delicious and beautifully and appetizingly presented. The quality of the dishes speaks for itself. ​A small personal note: I personally wasn't entirely happy with the metal chopsticks, but that doesn't detract from the overall quality of the restaurant in any way.

While searching for a parking space or garage is part of the experience, as soon as you arrive, you feel a little closer to Japan. Authentic atmosphere, delicious ramen, and exceptionally friendly service – everything is just right here. Tip: Be sure to make a reservation in advance, the restaurant is very popular!

After a last-minute reservation, we managed to get a small but nice table for two at Ramencado. 🥑🍜 Here, "slow food" is the motto, not "fast food"; you'll want to bring your time. The menu selection is diverse, with something for everyone. On the recommendation of the friendly waitress, we ordered Tonkotsu Ramen for €17.00. This is an Asian noodle soup with homemade noodles; it was incredibly delicious and looked very appetizing! 🥰 Highly recommended! We'd be happy to go again :)

I'm of Asian descent and tried every ramen restaurant I could find to find the authentic ramen shop. Unfortunately, I was a bit disappointed here because, in my opinion, it didn't really live up to the good reviews. The broth was too flavorless, noodles were too thin compared to the standard Japanese fare, and I forgot to add an egg. For me, the higher price of €18 for Tonkotsu doesn't justify it, especially since competitors like Monki or Takumi charge less. It's a real shame because the shop has real potential.

After reading such high reviews, I ordered the “Spicy Signature Ramen”. Inside, there was just a clump of noodles, a soft-boiled egg cut in half, a tiny scoop of minced pork (literally just fat, not even proper minced meat), two small slices of kimchi, and a few countable pieces of mushrooms and shredded wood ear. And this was €18! I really don’t understand how they justify that price. I had to pitifully rely on my family to spare me two pieces of meat! Where are all these “high reviews” even coming from?

We can wholeheartedly recommend Ramencado. They cater to our needs and provide excellent advice when we have questions. We come regularly and absolutely love it! ❤️

I had summer edition miso cold ramen. The toppings (except egg) are not typical toppings for Japanese cold noodle (reimen) but the sauce and noodle did resemble very much and tasty. Maybe Tan tan miso reimen because of the minced meat. Not sure what is the relationship between two rooms but the other room look more Japanese than the one closer to the entrance. At first I thought they also offer south East Asian dishes.

1 star – because zero is unfortunately not possible I love ramen – but what I was served here was more like a lukewarm noodle bath with no flavor. "Spicy"? More like "spicy thoughts." Salt? My husband had to look for it himself because no one responded to my question. The egg, which the menu said was supposed to be in the jar, was apparently on vacation. The kimchi tasted like someone had left the jar open in the sun. For €37, I not only lost my appetite, but also my trust in online reviews. Never again.

We ate there for the first time, and also tried ramen in general. The ramen tasted wonderful. We were recommended the restaurant by colleagues, and we were not disappointed. It's cozy both inside and out, as it wasn't as loud as you'd expect outside on the sidewalk. The waitresses were very friendly. I can definitely recommend it.

Easy and quick online reservations. Friendly service. Nice decor. Not all indoor areas serve alcohol. There is an outdoor area. The Japanese food we tried (ramen and gyoza) was quick and the taste was OK. The restaurant seems to have Vietnamese roots.

Really delicious ramen. I had the Shio Ramen, and it was more than enough. Even though it was lunchtime, everything went quickly from ordering to receiving the food.

We were there for dinner. We were assigned a table that was still dirty from previous guests. The ramen was good but heavy with soy, and the pho was okay. However, the fact that a liter of water costs €8 is outrageous. The service certainly wasn't what you'd call Asian friendliness. The ambiance...well...could be improved.

One of my favorite restaurants in Nuremberg, which I've already recommended to all my friends! Super delicious ramen, a wide selection of appetizers, and large portions! Highly recommended for anyone who wants to eat authentic ramen.

A real hit for all ramen fans! 🍜 I visited Ramencado today and was completely impressed. The friendly welcome as soon as you enter – the service was attentive and consistently courteous. For the food: The gyoza were crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and perfectly balanced in flavor. This was followed by shoyu ramen, which immediately won me over. A rich, delicious broth, perfectly cooked noodles, and toppings that were fresh and lovingly prepared. A complementary ramen egg is always a must. To accompany the meal, I had the homemade "Wild Peach" iced tea, which was not only refreshing but also wonderfully fruity – a great complement to the hot ramen. All in all: top quality, friendly service, and a harmonious overall package. I'll definitely be back. Highly recommended!

Super delicious ramen, I always enjoy coming here. Overall, the food is excellent, with a lot of flavor. You can tell they put a lot of heart into the cooking! The broth could be a bit thicker for my taste (it used to be thicker), and charging so much extra for it now is a bit steep...

Ramencado offers a variety of ramen (although the chicken is only minced), and we all enjoyed it very much. The noodles are similar to spaghetti and not as thick. The morels were very finely chopped, which is why even I, a mushroom hater, enjoyed them. I highly recommend the seafood bowl – incredibly good! The beef stew is also very tasty. I wouldn't recommend the avocado curry; the sauce is simply too bland. The service was really extremely fast. The staff are also very friendly. Unfortunately, they don't offer 0.4 or 0.5 liters of water. I would recommend making a reservation.
