RamenCado in Nürnberg

El ramen estaba bien, pero Recibí mi bebida y sopa mucho antes de que mi hijo recibiera nada. De hecho tuve que pedir de nuevo la bebida. También eran estas moscas de la fruta gorda muy distractoras y poco apetitosas.

I ate ramen for the first time during a training course in SH and was so overwhelmed that I wanted to look for a restaurant near me that offered ramen. It definitely worked and exceeded my expectations. RamenCado really offers a lot of great dishes and I'm really looking forward to getting to know many more ramens at RamenCado. What I particularly like is the combination of many dishes with avocado. The service is also really friendly. I am definitely super happy and satisfied and am really looking forward to my next visit.

I can understand all the positive reviews and agree with them: Nice selection of food and drinks, quick and friendly service and delicious ramen/soups. Ideal for a solo lunch or for a visit with small groups. There are deductions for me for small tables, soup served incorrectly (but that was quickly resolved) and the anti-corona ramen not being entirely to my taste because I'm more up for classic combinations.

Simply worth a visit. We even got a seat without a reservation. Therefore, I recommend making a reservation in advance 😃 Frames are perfect and simply delicious. And if the child can't make it, just let them take it with you 😁

Good Asian cuisine Ramen very spicy and rich

Our favorite restaurant in Nürnberg! Every time I visit my boyfriend in the city, a dinner at RamenCado is a must (often more than once during my stay!) Personal fave: vegi anti-corona ramen—it’s simply delicious. Plenty of vegetarian options and gluten free dishes. A special shoutout to the lovely staff who always make the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Ramen better than in Japan Since it opened, RamenCado has been the 'place to be' in Nuremberg when it comes to authentic ramen. The quality and flavor intensity of the broths themselves are unsurpassed. These are topped with varying ingredients of very good quality. We tried several recommended ramen spots in Kyoto, Kobe and Osaka, but none of them tasted as good as the ramen from RamenCado. Even after countless visits, RamenCado always impresses with its consistently high quality. The service is very professional and courteous, the atmosphere is nice but sometimes very cramped. In the summer, air conditioning would be desirable, as eating ramen can make you sweat. An absolute recommendation from me. Anyone who loves ramen will be happy here.

Funniest store in a long time. You feel like you're in a beach restaurant in Vietnam, Thailand, etc. The food is wonderful, the service is very friendly, the Vietnamese espresso tastes like a dream and the black rice still fits in even after two extensive courses, no matter what happened before; you have to have it.

I've known the store since it reopened, but unfortunately things have gotten worse. The portion of ramen cost 11 euros back then and the bowl was full, I compared pictures from before, now you only get a maximum of 70% of what was and pay at least 15 euros, well everything has become more expensive, but that's a real shame , the ramen noodle recipe has been changed, previously the noodles had a delicious, subtle taste and a slight bite, now they are completely thin and soft, taste of nothing, the suspicion is that the noodles are no longer made in-house. I also came for the wonton noodles (9.60) but unfortunately they were already sold out, even though it wasn't a full house, the waiter just shrugged his shoulder. I then ordered ramen for 15 euros (you shouldn't eat pho in ramencado). Conclusion: it's always the same, once a store has made a name for itself, do whatever you want with your customers. Most people don't notice it and that's why it continues. There are still 3 stars because the food itself tasted good, the tonkotsu broth was as usual.

Simply outstanding! Wow! Service top, ambience also very authentic! Ramen...a taste explosion for the palate..I ordered miso ramen and would probably do it again and again. Everything is perfect about the dish! Highly recommended.

Was there for the third time and every time it is really nice. I found the decor great and inviting and the food was delicious every time. There is also a vegi menu. But you have to ask.

So the Tonkotsu Ramen tasted a lot like the ramen I ate in Tokyo a few months ago. 10/10!!

Pleasant restaurant for my first ram testing. The food tastes great. Unfortunately, the place isn't particularly big, so it can quickly get very loud when it's full. The waiters are quick and courteous.

The ramens are fantastic. The staff is even better.

I really enjoyed my vegi ramen with light miso here, customized without corn. Nicely chewy noodles, good broth and everything together with the toppings made great sense, very satisfying bowl of ramen. All wait staff were super friendly and attentive. Good value too and popular, so a reservation is recommended especially during classic meal times and weekends. Menu is available online, it's also easy to make a reservation online. Update in October 2024: after the first great visit I went back, came out pretty disappointed. The ramen was meh, noodles toppings and especially the broth which tasted quite flat, despite it being the special ginger lemongrass etc flavor. Also if you charge extra when choosing a specific broth option under the same menu item, please specify upon ordering. I ended up paying 18 Euro for a mediocre ramen (see above, broth) and that left a bad aftertaste (no pun intended), felt about 50% too expensive. Plus, service acted a bit weird from the start, initially insisting on the 1.5h slot when I came in earlier than my friend - it was 5.15pm on a Sunday and the restaurant was neither very busy when we came nor after we left.

So far I have tried different ramen and pho. All were tasty, but the meat was not always warm and the quality of the broth was always different. Sometimes worse, sometimes better. The space is also very limited and you sit very close to each other. So far, the two of us have been able to enter without reservations without any problems, but this depends heavily on the time.

This restaurant captured my heart from the first visit. Booking via Google Maps is simply great and extremely practical. Very cozy place with cool energy, extremely delicious food and great staff. I adore you ❤️

I had promised more from the interior design to the important thing, the food. Had a frame of soup. Very few vegetables, the plate wasn't full and, above all, the soup was lukewarm. Not okay for the high price! However after my complaint I got a free bedside table and the staff was nice.

The shop has two shops in it (Com Pho 1966 is the other one). We ordered the signature ramen and Pho Bo, both are excellent! This is by far the most authentic pho bo that I’ve ever had in Germany.

This place is very busy, luckily we were able to get in for an early dinner. The ramen here was as good as anything that I had in Japan. It was delicious and was hands down my favorite meal on our vacation to Germany. I had the spicy chicken and my wife had the Tonkotsu. Both were delicious. I will be dreaming of this ramen for years to come.

The atmosphere is like in Tokyo, crowded, lots of people, fast and friendly service and good food. Here you will get a solid and good bowl of Ramen. Great service and Japanese chefs. There's a vibe.

The food was very tasty and beautifully presented. Unfortunately, the ramen broth was a bit lacking in spice, but the ingredients were all very tasty and fresh. My partner's dish was very well seasoned and also very, very tasty. The ambience is nice and furnished according to the style. The staff was very friendly and accommodating of any special requests. Would love to come back.

The Ramencado in Nuremberg is a great location for a casual meeting. The employees are really nice and the food is really tasty. The ramen noodles are homemade and are really successful. What's great is that there are also outdoor spaces where you can refresh yourself with the house's drink creations.

no ac inside and only 5 tables outside. don’t come here expecting good quality ramen, as it has broth that is meant to go with pho, it is extremely fatty and hard to finish because of that. meat is tender but charsiu is way too sweet and they also add chunks of fatty broiled pork meat.

The food is amazing ! I will always chose the same ramen that didn’t disappoint but if it’s summer and it’s hot outside it’s a must to book a table outside otherwise inside is like sauna .. no A/C and humidity.

The staff are super friendly along with delicious ramen! I highly recommend everyone try the Tonkotsu (Pork) Ramen. It is rich with a great balance between pork and chicken broth flavor. It’s also unique in that they use Braised Char Siu along with a pork belly. Will definitely be back whenever I pass by Nuremberg!

The service is an absolute disaster. We were greeted with annoyance, seated at the back table and ignored for a whopping 30 minutes. We couldn't even order drinks. Better not go there. There are better shops in Nuremberg.

Wow... I've already eaten and enjoyed a lot of frames. But I've never had cold frames. And then so delicious. This is really something special, especially in this warm weather. It was very refreshing and filled me up just right. Thanks to the great team - keep it up. I'm looking forward to the next creations from your kitchen.

Best Ramen I have ever had. They cook their broth for 6 hours and make their noodles homemade and fresh (with no egg for vegans). It was wonderful!

The anti corona chicken ramen is the absolute best. A 5/5. However, points deducted for the “papaya salad” which was slimy and tasted like nothing. A smooth 0/5. And the avocado curry was also worthless. A 0/5. This dish should be taken off the menu 😅

All the dishes are very tasty and the ramen is good, but unfortunately the quality and taste of the ramen has decreased in my opinion. The ramen noodles were way too thin and not "chewy" at all, like real ramen noodles should be or in my opinion the ramen noodles used to be here. Although these are from the ramen factory, perhaps the process there has also become worse (in my opinion). The ramen could have had 2-3 spoons more broth. With 16-18€ for a ramen now, it really wouldn't hurt them. The new chairs are also uncomfortable, I would have refrained from commenting if I wasn't the only one, even the previous review talks about it. Ramencado and the entire CoDung group are still highly recommended, and the kombucha is also a unique selling point. The store has only fallen a little in my (personal) favor.

The ramen is definitely the best I have eaten in Nuremberg so far. The service was also very good. The location is not the best but it is also easily accessible by public transport.

The restaurant was easy to find and table reservations were also easy. The food was phenomenal! There is something for every taste without exception, the service is always friendly and in a very good mood, but never over the top. If I didn't live 700km away this would be my regular restaurant.

Oh my! Hands down, this is the best ramen place in town. If you ever have a bad day, come here and treat yourself to a bowl of this deliciousness. My friends and I tried the ramen, spring rolls, and pho, and everything was fantastic. The service was super quick, and the portions are excellent value for the price. Good to know: If you want to drink some alcohol, be aware that it is only allowed in one part of the restaurant. If that area is full, you might not be able to satisfy that need. Still, it's worth visiting more for the food than for the drinks!

This is a small restaurant owned by Vietnamese and I had an amazing bowl of ramen. The chicken soup in this bowl of ramen is sweet but not greasy. One sip makes you feel warm and satisfied. There is also a whole soft-boiled egg in the noodles, and the liquid texture of the egg yolk perfectly combines with the ramen. The addition of minced meat adds rich texture and layers, and the moderate spiciness is the finishing touch. It is not too exciting, but it makes people have endless aftertaste. Finding such delicious food in a foreign land makes me feel like I am back in my hometown. It is a good place to relieve my homesickness. You can taste the care put into each bite, this store is definitely worth a try. The chicken broth was sweet and rich without being greasy, providing a comforting and satisfying experience with each sip. The expectations with which I came to the restaurant were once again exceeded. Our starters were beautifully presented and really tasty. For the main course we chose Spicy Chicken and Tinkotsu Ramen. Price performance was very good and we were both full from the portions. The staff were very friendly and we didn't have to wait long for our food despite there being a lot of guests. I would recommend it to everyone and visit again and again. Thank you!

Ate super tasty cream noodles, chicken was my choice. Nothing to complain about, perfect! The lemon drink that went with it was also really tasty. Service is friendly and the small shop is easy to find. Smoking is also allowed outside. I'll be back.

My companion's Pho was really tasty. My ramen was good, but I didn't like the noodles in the soup. Unfortunately, the chairs are relatively uncomfortable to sit on. However, the service is very friendly! Gladly again. However, a different dish for me next time.

To be honest it's one of the best ramen I've had in Europe and even Asia but a €4 price increase is really harsh. And there is still little meat in the broth. Of course everything will be more expensive, but the new prices are really not proportionate. Such a pricing policy should not be supported.

The place is nice, but make sure to reserve a table. However, the service was disappointing. The waiters were hovering the whole time and kept coming back to take our order, even though I told them three times that I was either waiting for someone or we were not ready to order. This happened literally within a span of 10 minutes! The food was good but not spicy enough, even though I ordered it extra spicy. The experience was basically ruined because of the service.

Ramencado is located in downtown Nuremberg and, in addition to ramen and pho, also has other Asian dishes such as curries on the menu. Food: the food at Ramencado is really excellent. Good ingredients and good portion size. Our summer rolls stuck together a bit, but were tasty. There is also plenty of choice for veggies and vegans. Drinks are also great. Service: Nice and quick service, no objections. Ambience: There is enough space inside and outside and the seats are comfortable. The restaurant is on the street, so it can be noisy. Unfortunately there was an unpleasant smell coming from the kebab shop next door, so I unfortunately have to deduct points here.

I don’t care for the taste of pho so I was disappointed that the ramen soup tasted like pho. I understand it’s a Vietnamese style restaurant, but the ramen shouldn’t have the same taste as pho. The price is ridiculous for the amount of food given. We had a small amount of noodles and it was almost 20€ for a bowl of soup. Definitely not worth the money and it didn’t taste like ramen. The edamame was good, but not enough salt. Spring rolls were great 👍

It doesn't taste good at all. This is not green curry at all. Rice is too wet. Little meat. Meat 5/10. This is not a bento box....

The food used to be good, but now it simply costs €19 per portion and the quality has dropped.

Still the best ramen in town! However, I have to say that the service was a bit poorer, the waiter was a bit inattentive, the starter only came after the ramen, and my drink also consisted more of decorations than drinks. However, as already mentioned, my favorite ramen and great ambience in the narrow, winding restaurant.
