I had summer edition miso cold ramen. The toppings (except egg) are not typical toppings for Japanese cold noodle (reimen) but the sauce and noodle did resemble very much and tasty. Maybe Tan tan miso reimen because of the minced meat. Not sure what is the relationship between two rooms but the other room look more Japanese than the one closer to the entrance. At first I thought they also offer south East Asian dishes.

I always eat here when I'm in Nuremberg. Simply delicious.

The seating is very comfortable. The staff is friendly, and the food is delicious. A nice touch is the fresh herbs and sauces that add a personal touch to the pho.

Tokyo Curry is not necessarily recommended

1 star – because zero is unfortunately not possible I love ramen – but what I was served here was more like a lukewarm noodle bath with no flavor. "Spicy"? More like "spicy thoughts." Salt? My husband had to look for it himself because no one responded to my question. The egg, which the menu said was supposed to be in the jar, was apparently on vacation. The kimchi tasted like someone had left the jar open in the sun. For €37, I not only lost my appetite, but also my trust in online reviews. Never again.

We ate there for the first time, and also tried ramen in general. The ramen tasted wonderful. We were recommended the restaurant by colleagues, and we were not disappointed. It's cozy both inside and out, as it wasn't as loud as you'd expect outside on the sidewalk. The waitresses were very friendly. I can definitely recommend it.

Easy and quick online reservations. Friendly service. Nice decor. Not all indoor areas serve alcohol. There is an outdoor area. The Japanese food we tried (ramen and gyoza) was quick and the taste was OK. The restaurant seems to have Vietnamese roots.

Really delicious ramen. I had the Shio Ramen, and it was more than enough. Even though it was lunchtime, everything went quickly from ordering to receiving the food.

We were there for dinner. We were assigned a table that was still dirty from previous guests. The ramen was good but heavy with soy, and the pho was okay. However, the fact that a liter of water costs €8 is outrageous. The service certainly wasn't what you'd call Asian friendliness. The ambiance...well...could be improved.

One of my favorite restaurants in Nuremberg, which I've already recommended to all my friends! Super delicious ramen, a wide selection of appetizers, and large portions! Highly recommended for anyone who wants to eat authentic ramen.

For me, this is the best place for ramen in Nuremberg! Easy online reservations, fast delivery, and excellent taste and prices. It's a bit noisy inside, but the atmosphere is still nice.

Ramencado offers a variety of ramen (although the chicken is only minced), and we all enjoyed it very much. The noodles are similar to spaghetti and not as thick. The morels were very finely chopped, which is why even I, a mushroom hater, enjoyed them. I highly recommend the seafood bowl – incredibly good! The beef stew is also very tasty. I wouldn't recommend the avocado curry; the sauce is simply too bland. The service was really extremely fast. The staff are also very friendly. Unfortunately, they don't offer 0.4 or 0.5 liters of water. I would recommend making a reservation.

Super delicious ramen, I always enjoy coming here. Overall, the food is excellent, with a lot of flavor. You can tell they put a lot of heart into the cooking! The broth could be a bit thicker for my taste (it used to be thicker), and charging so much extra for it now is a bit steep...

A real hit for all ramen fans! 🍜 I visited Ramencado today and was completely impressed. The friendly welcome as soon as you enter – the service was attentive and consistently courteous. For the food: The gyoza were crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and perfectly balanced in flavor. This was followed by shoyu ramen, which immediately won me over. A rich, delicious broth, perfectly cooked noodles, and toppings that were fresh and lovingly prepared. A complementary ramen egg is always a must. To accompany the meal, I had the homemade "Wild Peach" iced tea, which was not only refreshing but also wonderfully fruity – a great complement to the hot ramen. All in all: top quality, friendly service, and a harmonious overall package. I'll definitely be back. Highly recommended!

The soups were very tasty and fresh, but they gave it a point less because of the cost. €18 for soup is pretty steep.

We came here without a reservation on a Tuesday evening. Next time, I would definitely make a reservation, as the restaurant was packed. But luckily, there was still a table available. We were still given an incredibly warm welcome and served. The service was attentive, super friendly, and super fast. I was thrilled! The food arrived shortly after ordering and was absolutely delicious. Both the ramen and the bowl. There is a mixed restroom, but it was very clean. I would definitely come back. The only thing that bothered me was the noise. It was difficult to have a conversation. But it was still manageable. I hope my review was helpful.

For starters we had gyoza and the tori karaage. Brilliant, the second one in particular was my favorite. For the main course we had Tonkotsu Ramen soup. I expected a lot and it was far exceeded. Above all, in terms of taste. The service was excellent, the food came quickly and the service was always ready and very friendly. Any time again and have already recommended it to friends. The Hot Stone Pho was probably the best Pho I've ever had (so good that I momentarily forgot where I was while eating). Extremely good service and ultra nice and attentive staff, especially Alina, Andi and Båo Long. I also ignore the fact that card payments are only possible from 30 euros (perhaps that will change).

Sehr gute Rinder und gebraten dumplings, the vegetables were a bit too salty. The Japanese chicken rice for lunch was not delicious. And you have to be thirty to swipe your card

The best ramen I've ever eaten.

We've been eating ramen here for several years because everything here is uncomplicated, quick and friendly. Starts with making an appointment. Online reservation in less than a minute including confirmation. The staff were all super friendly, accommodating and relaxed. And of course the food - in my opinion the best ramen in Nuremberg and Fürth. The atmosphere is typically Asian, so it's probably a bit cramped 😁 But that's just part of it. This can and should be overlooked. We'll eat here until the ramencado no longer exists. We always accept the route from Fürth. We have also eaten with larger groups and it is addressed individually and made possible.

It's good that I made a reservation in advance because the place was "full", nice and efficient service, apparently the Japanese run it but there was no time for conversation... we had a "ramen" dinner (my "anticorona" was delicious, my wife's too, she had the version with chicken but I don't remember the name) and we were full and satisfied, the drinks were also tasty, probably Cynar and Passaoe, there are some lunch options here and every day of the week except probably Friday and Saturday has some free options but we we were there on Friday, so we didn't experience it live, we RECOMMEND the place because we didn't like the city itself (dirty, etc.), Regensburg is nearby, which is much nicer and more pleasant to see

Ramencado was my first ramen restaurant, but also one that convinced me so much about ramen. The broth has such an intense and good taste, I would recommend eating there to anyone who wants to try it! Great food & shop, I look forward to it every time :) 5/5!

The ramen is simply incredibly delicious.

I had avocado curry with tofu and ramen. I wouldn't have recognized the taste of the food. Unfortunately it didn't taste like anything. The offer to get dessert on the house as compensation was very nice. Didn't use that. The kombucha was delicious. The restaurant itself is pretty and the service is friendly. There is only 1 single unisex toilet for the entire restaurant. Led to a longer wait.

Based on our first visit I would have given 5 stars to the food as well. We visited the restaurant one week later again and had the same dish. It wasn't that tasty this time. It was either a matter of consistency or a different cook. The personnel was also kind and the atmosphere was vibrating with nice vibes. In any case we enjoyed our stays in any case and we will for sure come back again! 💪 Great job guys!

Was looking to try an authentic ramen place in Nürnberg for the first time, this place was highly rated and try I did… but unfortunately it fell short of my expectations! The food was ok but the standard Shio ramen was not that great… mainly the broth I would say… service was also pretty weird for example deciding to clean all the menus while we wait to pay after completing the meal, a long 15 min of looking forward only 😅

I like ramen. A good restaurant here. Taste and quantity is good. The cocktails are good too. I ate a little too much and had different dishes. Starters karaage and kimchi. Kimchi is a huge amount. And then some ramen. Everything delicious. Come again

These guys won a special place in our hearts with their ramen. It was simply amazing, the rich broth and generous toppings let you have the same balanced umami from the first bite to the last slurp. The atmosphere is great, with good music and skilled/polite staff. We'll come back here again, hopefully soon

Japanese curry and amazing cocktail. Be sure to reserve the alcohol side if you want alcohol though to avoid disappointment. The staff were some of the friendliest people and English and German wasn’t a problem

It was okay in itself, unfortunately it was a little more chaotic today because it was Valentine's Day. However, the soup is unfortunately a bit blander and tasteless than in Nuremberg. Unfortunately, the waitress spilled my drink a little, but that wasn't a bad thing, she apologized very kindly. However, the mochi was great!! Also good vegan/vegetarian options and things can be removed if desired Unfortunately rather disappointing compared to Nuremberg, unfortunately we won't be coming back again

Ramen is okay but chicken pho not good - over priced at 17 eur per person for 2 soups

In mid-2023 I would have given 5 stars, but unfortunately now only a maximum of 3 stars. The prices were increased at the end of 2023 and again at the beginning of 2024. For 4-5 (depending on your mood) pieces of breaded (sometimes breaded too long) chicken just under €10, the Spicey Chicken Ramen is now almost €20, previously €14. I don't think it's allowed to advertise here with just a € symbol, more expensive than cheap now. The staff is also inconsistent, some are friendly, some seem totally listless or pay no attention to anyone. The toilet situation is also very poor with 1 for everyone. The other is an employee toilet. Many dishes are delicious, but as already mentioned, tori tempura are now often dry or breaded too long. I think it's a shame that it's so overpriced. Because there are now a lot of equally good and now also better competitors. Where there is also free pasta. Nevertheless, all the best to you

For me, Ramen Cado is one of the highlights in Nuremberg! The team is super friendly and very attentive. The ramen soups are really exceptional - I've tried ramen in many countries, but it tastes best here. I can particularly recommend the R4 Tonkotsu Ramen 😍🙈 Since the restaurant is often busy, it's worth making a reservation in advance. A real tip for everyone who appreciates good food.

El ramen estaba bien, pero Recibí mi bebida y sopa mucho antes de que mi hijo recibiera nada. De hecho tuve que pedir de nuevo la bebida. También eran estas moscas de la fruta gorda muy distractoras y poco apetitosas.

My only issue with the food is that sadly, they misslabled their vegan food options (it has egg inside) and when asked just said they are sorry and it would not taste as great without it. As someone who is also allergic to eggs and eats only vegan this would have been an easy fatal mistake. So for everyone eating there, just take a double take and read whats on the menu and dont trust the lableing
