Hoserer Rolly's in Nürnberg

Once again - after a long time at the Hoserer. The hamburger was great. Can only be recommended. Unfortunately there is no effective ventilation. Clothes have to go in the wash afterwards. The team is friendly and does a good job. Gladly again.

Its OK. American themed... We made a reservation for 6 and unexpectedly brought 8 people and it was a bit of a drama. Lacking flexibility a bit.

Ever since I had a burger at Hoserer for the first time, I've been addicted to it. I've never had a better burger yet. The combination of patty, sauce, bun and additional ingredients such as bacon, cheese etc. is perfectly balanced. There are lots of burgers to choose from and also really tender and juicy ribs. Every week there is one or more new weekly burgers to choose from. And the Chololate Chip Cheesecake is just bomb! 🥰 If you want to eat there, you should “take the day off” to eat more calories and treat yourself. Then you can enjoy it best. I'd be happy to come back any time!

For me one of the best burgers in Nuremberg! The service is attentive and friendly and the food is served quickly.

There were six of us here, I thought my burger was good-okay. The others also had good burgers here. The atmosphere in the beer garden is relaxed and the wait staff are all very friendly and accommodating. You can park your car directly at the parking lot. However, this is a bit small when the restaurant is full. We were lucky and there wasn't much going on that evening. The sweet potato fries were very good.

Unfortunately very much diminished. We often order to go. The flesh has changed. It's not as tender anymore and it's not a good fillet. The fries were very dry twice and not so fresh anymore. We won't be ordering there anymore because the last two times it's gone down a lot. Too bad P.S. Unfortunately very much diminished. We order a few times a month and you can taste the difference. Unfortunately you get ripped off in this restaurant. Instead of one topping, you wish you had another one. They charge 2 euros for a slice of cheese, even though they explicitly asked for cheese instead of figs. There is no additional charge mentioned. The second burger was requested without cheese and without a bun because the person cannot tolerate dairy products. To be on the safe side, we asked whether there was anything with milk in the sauce. No statement could be made from the waiters. We said: “If there is something with milk or butter in it, it can alternatively be with BBQ sauce.” The burger came without cheese, for which 0.50 cents were deducted, but for a BBQ sauce instead of the homemade mayo, 2 euros were charged. And as I said, 2 euros were added for cheese on the first burger, but only 0.50 cents were deducted on the second burger. What kind of relationship is that? In addition, it took a very long time to be served and the burgers were just about average in terms of taste. Every burger shop in Nuremberg is better. Even Five Guys is much tastier. I advise against visiting. Going to Chong’s Diner, Five Diner or even a burger at Chilli’s are better.

The food is very tasty, the atmosphere is more reminiscent of a sports center or small animal breeders' club than of American cuisine.

If you just love burgers or ribs, this is the place for you. What is sad, however, is that there are practically no real alternatives. My wife had to settle for a - sad - side salad and fries from my meal. The Hoserer Rolly's is a club restaurant - the ambience is zero. Despite reservations (and we were really on time) we were banished to the corner in front of the exit (in the so-called garden) because there was no free table. The service is very friendly and really on the ball. The quality of the food is average at best - we've had better burgers with a larger selection and less expensive prices (yes, even in the recent past). That doesn't mean that the food wasn't good - just average. No risk of repetition...

The burgers are great, but the restaurant is extremely loud. We could hardly have a conversation and we also had to shout at the service staff. We ate the delicious burgers, but then quickly left because it wasn't comfortable at all. @Owner: Please put some sound-absorbing decorations (e.g. lanterns on the ceiling, cowboy hats on the wall, etc.) in the restaurant, the bare walls reflect the sound extremely. We'd love to come back, but only if the weather permits to sit outside. So, now to the actual thing, the food and the great burgers and fries: The burgers are very tasty, there is a large selection and many different flavors and spices. Really great. The fries are very tasty! Maybe even homemade (?!), because you can see the potato peels on the tips. Really great. The prices are ok, between €15-18 for the burger including fries and ketchup/mayo.

Leider wird der Service immer schlechter. Nach Jahren als regelmäßige Kunden kommen wir jetzt nicht mehr wieder. Waren dort spontan an einem Samstagabend. Es gab ca. 1/2 h Stunde vor unserem Besuch ein Regenschauer und somit waren bei Ankunft die Tische und Stühle feucht. Da die Sonne wieder geschienen hat und es auch angenehm warm war, wollten wir gerne draußen sitzen. Auf die freundliche Frage, ob das Service Personal ggf. die Stühle und Tische etwas abtrocknen könnten damit wir uns setzen könnten, kam ein patzige Antwort, entweder es trocknet von allein oder gar nicht. Wir waren auch nicht die einzigen "Kunden" die dann wieder gefahren sind. So vergrault man sich die Kundschaft, so lecker die Burger auch sein mögen, wenn auch nichts Besonderes. Dieses stetige schlechter werden des Services ist uns schon seit 1 Jahr aufgefallen, leider.

Excellent burgers, great side dishes. Everything succeeded. I only give it three stars for the ambience because it is actually a clubhouse. But I'm here for the food, not the amenities.

Went to Hoserer for a burger for the first time as a family on Sunday. It was beautiful beer garden weather and we ate outside. We were served very nicely and courteously and the waiting time for the food was okay - it came relatively quickly. We agreed that the quality of the burgers was really good and we had 5 different burger creations. Overall, a pretty good impression and we would be happy to come back.

I've been wanting to stop by Hoserer Rolly's for the burgers for a while now. I didn't regret it either. The beer garden is rather small, tranquil and definitely quite well attended. People probably know that there is good quality here in Reichelsdorf. The service with the nice waiter was pleasant. The burger also tasted really good and was quite an interesting creation. You can definitely come back here and try a different burger every now and then. I found the atmosphere & the concept overall very good here.

Very tasty and creative burgers (peanut butter + jam), homemade fries... You might wish you had more homemade sauces... But that's probably just a small suggestion for improvement - ketchup from the small packaging is unsexy so far ;) But all in all, I haven't had such a good burger in Nuremberg!

It was very tasty and I thought the prices were okay too. Fries were homemade and the drinks were also tasty. My burger was very hearty and fatty, which I thought was quite good, really juicy and still crispy. Many people in the reviews here say that the ambience is cold; I didn't feel that way. There is a lot of decoration with American vibes and the music is also appropriate👍🏼 My only con: My burger bun had 2-3 black beard hairs on the top (I'm a woman so not mine haha), which of course I removed and what made me look like her We weren't busy anymore, but it was still unhygienic and definitely avoidable. Staff is very friendly and accommodating :)

Rolly’s serves delicious burgers and ribs. Every week there is a special burger that is not on the normal menu. You also have the choice between regular fries or sweet potato fries. The dessert is also super delicious! The only thing I think is a shame is that there is only a small selection of salads; but who goes to a burger restaurant and eats a salad other than me every now and then? The service is great, everyone is really nice and on their toes. We'd love to come back!

After I kept seeing advertisements on Facebook, I really wanted to go there. So we went there with friends today. I don't understand some of these reviews here at all. But everyone is different. Almost everything was great for us (the waitress was supposed to change the ashtray, but that wasn't the case. We were there for three hours with four smokers 😏) and the burgers and spare ribs were amazing👍🏻. Simply recommended.

I went there because of the “best burgers in Nuremberg”!! I have to say, then I feel sorry for the people of Nuremberg. Everyone should do what they do best. In any case, it's not the burgers here.

I was there today on Mother's Day with my family, my mom had several cartilages in her flesh, and so did my dad. The iced tea tastes good, onion rings for €9.50 are steep, especially when they are dripping with fat. Ambience not present. Can't understand all the hype, my crispy chicken was okay, but nothing more. Won't eat there again.

Every time I'm in Nürnberg, this is one of my top places to go when I'm starving. The most juiciest burgers and friendly personnel. 5-star Burgers!

Unfortunately we were a bit disappointed on Father's Day. Although we were looking forward to a hearty meal, this time the amount of meat in the burger was inadequate and left me a little unsatisfied. Even more disappointing were the ribs, which were dry and far from the succulent experience we've come to expect here. Not to mention the waiting time of about 1 hour! Overall, the quality of the food could definitely have been better today.

Waiting 80 minutes for food is unacceptable, even on a public holiday. Fries burnt and dry. Burger put together carelessly. Onion rings look industrially made and only taste like 90% breading. Lemonades were already filled in glasses and stored in the refrigerator. 😏 Guests who were obviously friends with the staff were served more quickly. A young lady at the service tried very hard to limit the damage with great friendliness. A big thank you to her.

1/10 normal burger taste, you can also go to Mc or Burger King. Waitress unfriendly high 10 and the waiter just rude. 36€ bye. Ambiance is more like a Hartz IV soup kitchen. I don't understand all these 10/10 reviews, but to each their own, it was still the first and last time for us!

Good burger place, order arrived wrong but was immediately corrected without any problems. Chicken was still tough in some places, the waiter was very nice, the waitresses were okay. When the weather was good it was very nice to sit outside, but somehow the whole atmosphere seemed a bit cold. You don't really feel comfortable, otherwise it's okay, nothing special. Iced tea lemon mint and onion rings are recommended.

Really good burgers in a relaxed atmosphere. Reservations should be made during peak times. There are plenty of different types of burgers, medium fried and, if desired, with fries or sweet potato fries. All side dishes are recommended over spare ribs. There are new citizen variations on offer every week.

Absolutely top class burgers, every time. However, our visit was spoiled in places by the absolutely unfriendly treatment of the guests by a waitress wearing a cap. He wasn't just snobby, snooty and in a bad mood at our table.

Very tasty burgers. I had the honey mustard burger. Excellent sweet potato fries. Unfortunately there was no sour cream dip with it. Service mixed. The first waitress didn't bat an eyelid. It was almost unfriendly. But the “replacement” made up for everything.

Very tasty American diner, we were completely satisfied with wings, ribs and burgers, especially Surf & Turf, a poem. You don't get Reichelshofer Kellerbier often around Nuremberg, it's very tasty. Price-performance ratio okay, very courteous and friendly service in a cozy atmosphere. We will be back!

In the small Reichelsdorf you will find the best burger in all of Nuremberg, the fries, the salad and the sauces are a dream. The staff is incredibly friendly and personable, you can really tell that they still enjoy their job, the atmosphere is quite rustic (stereotypically American) but goes incredibly well with the delicious food and creates a relaxed atmosphere. And what's important these days... the price of the food is more than just value for money, very fair prices for such delicious food! Conclusion: an absolute Nuremberg insider tip, there is something good here.

Very tasty and unusual burgers. Food was brought quickly and the service was very nice. However, the restaurant itself is very blandly furnished and looks more like an allotment bar than a restaurant. Due to the large food pick-up traffic, the door is constantly opening and there is a draft. You can only stay seated for 1 1/2 hours with a reservation. But you don't want to stay that long because it's really not comfortable there.
