Cocktails waren sehr gut. Essen war auch recht gut. Toiletten waren leider nicht hygienisch und mit Graffiti übermalt. Mussten sehr lang auf Drinks warten selbst wo das Restaurant sehr leer war (3 Tische) Rekord liegt bei ca 45 min für nur 4 Drinks Wie gesagt Cocktails (wenn sie gekommen sind) waren sehr gut aber man muss Zeit mitnehmen und bestellen selbst wenn man noch mehr als die hälfte eines Drinks hat. Service war aber sehr freundlich

Sehr enttäuschend. Tisch hat stark geklebt. Preis von Karte hat nicht gestimmt. Dr Gongs Garlic Cheese Fries Statt 10.50€ auf Karte sagte Bedienung kostet es 12,90€ Warum wird die Karte nicht geändert. "Das ist zuviel Aufwand...ich sage es ja jetzt". Geht garnicht. Das waren Pommes mit Garlic Öl wo man kein Garlic geschmeckt hat und einfach etwas Parmesan drüber gestreut. Für einen Geheimtipp laut Karte eine echte Katastrophe..Viel zu teuer und geschmacklich schlecht. Cesar Salat. Es steht in Karte Romana Salat. Es war aber Eisbergsalat. Woher kommen nur die guten Rezessionen? Wir kommen auf jedenfall nicht wieder und werden auch jeden abraten. Auf die Frage hat es geschmeckt. Sagten wir Nein...wurde kommentarlos von der Bedienung hingenommen.

Sind legit 3 andere Leute da und ich Warte seit. 25 min auf meine Drinks. Das nervt einfach brutal. Würde euch den Laden echt Nicht empfehlen außer es ist sonnst überall voll. Einmal und nie wieder

Wir wurden gebeten zu gehen, obwohl wir unsere Getränke noch nicht ausgetrunken hatten, da es wohl sehr voll war. Kurz darauf wurden wir sogar zum Zahlen gedrängt und letztlich ziemlich deutlich hinauskomplimentiert. Bei allem Verständnis für viel Betrieb – der Umgang mit Gästen war in unserem Fall leider alles andere als angenehm.

Katastrophaler Service. Samstag gegen 20 Uhr mit Freunden dort gewesen. Getränke bestellt und über 45 Minuten gewartet, trotz dreimaligem Nachfragen kam nichts. Vom Personal gab es nur Schulterzucken. Als wir dann gegangen sind (wir hatten noch eine Reservierung in einer anderen Bar), kam eine Mitarbeiterin nach draußen und wollte ernsthaft, dass wir Cocktails bezahlen, die wir nie bekommen haben. So etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Kein Service, unfreundlich und dann auch noch Geld für nichts verlangen. In Nürnberg gibt es zum Glück genug Bars, die ihre Gäste respektvoll behandeln.

Die schlimmste Erfahrung meines Lebens. Ich habe meine Bestellung nicht erhalten und musste dann noch eine Stunde warten. Habe unfreiwillig 2 Stunden und 15 Minuten dort verbracht.

Da ich schon mehrmals im Chillers war, kann ich sagen, dass es auch dieses Mal wieder sehr gut war. Unter der Woche ist dort meist nicht so viel los. Am Wochenende hingegen ist es oft voll, daher lohnt es sich dann zu reservieren. Meistens sind dort eher jüngere Leute unterwegs. Im Hintergrund läuft rhythmische Musik und die Atmosphäre wirkt insgesamt jung und frisch. Die Burger, Pommes und Hähnchenstreifen sind sehr gut. Besonders zu empfehlen ist der Ranch-Dip, der die leichte Schärfe der Chillers-Soße gut abrundet. Die Soße auf den Burgern hat immer eine gewisse Schärfe – nicht extrem scharf, aber man merkt sie auf jeden Fall. Dieses Mal habe ich auch ein paar andere Dips probiert, die ebenfalls sehr gut waren. Was ich besonders positiv hervorheben möchte: Das Essen wirkt immer frisch zubereitet. Ich habe bisher noch nicht erlebt, dass etwas nicht gut oder nicht frisch war. Auch die Getränke (Cocktails) sind gut. Ich trinke meistens einen Mojito – er ist nicht zu sauer und auch nicht mit Alkohol überladen, sondern sehr ausgewogen. Besonders während der Happy Hour lohnt es sich vorbeizukommen, da es eine große Auswahl gibt und man sich gut durchprobieren kann. Natürlich hängt vieles auch vom persönlichen Geschmack ab. Preislich ist es in Ordnung. Ich würde sagen, für Nürnberg ist das fast Standard. Für zwei Personen mit Essen, ein paar Dips und etwa 4–5 Getränken (in der Happy Hour) haben wir etwa 80 € bezahlt. Einen Kritikpunkt habe ich allerdings: die Toiletten. Sie sind zwar nicht dreckig, aber schon ziemlich heruntergekommen. Die Wände sind bemalt bzw. beschädigt, Türen sind kaputt, insgesamt wirkt es etwas unangenehm. Soweit ich weiß, ist auch in der Herrentoilette ein Pissoir schon seit längerer Zeit kaputt. Im Großen und Ganzen ist Chillers aber immer eine gute Wahl: solides, gutes Essen und gute Getränke. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Wir kommen nicht mehr zurück. Mussten zwei verschiedene Mitarbeiter fragen den dreckigen Tisch zu wischen. Essen dauerte extrem lang und dann bekamen wir nicht mal die richtige Bestellung also mussten wir noch länger warten. In den Wings waren 2 lange schwarze Haare. Sehr enttäuschend. Chillers war letztes Jahr so gut also habe ich keine Ahnung warum die Qualität so schlecht wurde… Echt schade.

Das Essen ist mega lecker. Wir saßen in der Nähe des WC's wo die Tür ständig zu geknallt ist. Das war weniger schön, obwohl die Niesche ansich gut war.

Guter Laden mit interessantem Konzept: Quasi alle Speisen und Getränke auf der Karte gibt es nicht. Dafür aber tolle Alternativen.

Wer authentische Deutsche Küche sucht ist hier gut aufgehoben mexikanisch ist hier geschmacklich und von der Zubereitung nichts. Burritos in knuspriger tortilla und quesadillas mit Aufstrichkäse ohne zergangenen Käse. Bei bestellten Pommes das gleiche, 45 Minuten warten auf das Essen, wir wären fast aufgestanden und gegangen, unverschämt langsamer Service und Preise die zu Letzt auch noch deutlich erhöht worden sind ( bis zu 40%) mit aisgebleichten Preisen die nur mit Stift geschrieben sind. Absolut enttäuschend. Außerdem nicht deutschsprachige Bedienung. Cocktail happyhour auch nicht angerechnet.

Ich bin hier eigentlich regelmäßig hin gegangen, aber das Essen wird immer schlechter, die Portionen kleiner und im allgemeinen teurer. Die Wings die ich zuletzt bekommen habe waren kalt und viel zu trocken, als hätte man die in der Fritteuse vergessen. Was für einen Dip man möchte wird gar nicht gefragt, sondern einfach irgendwas serviert. Der Service ist so lala, oft wartet man ewig und wird gar nicht wahr genommen - bei Beschwerden oder negativem Feedback wird gleich dagegen geredet und einem unterstellt man würde das nur auf Grund der Meinung jemand anderes sagen. - Dies ist allerdings meine persönliche Meinung und als ich dem Kellner anbot das Essen zu probieren, wollte er dies natürlich nicht. Zum Ambiente muss ich glaub ich nicht viel sagen, wie es da zugeht sieht denke ich jeder der da einen Fuß reinsetzt. Preis-Leistung = schlecht.

I've been a satisfied customer at this restaurant for a long time and eaten there regularly. This time, however, I was very disappointed. After waiting 1.5 hours, I was served chicken in a dish I specifically ordered as vegetarian. For me, as a vegetarian of 15 years, this is an absolute no-go. The quesadillas are clearly marked as vegetarian on the menu, and meat is only available as an optional topping for an additional €3. The fact that such a topping was added to my bill without my asking, and that I actually ended up with meat in my meal, is unacceptable to me. When I mentioned this to a member of staff, she simply said that the waitress who billed my meal was new and had only started there a few days. That might explain why mistakes happen—and I don't have a problem with small things like ordering the wrong drink or being uncertain about serving. But putting meat in a vegetarian dish and then charging for it as a more expensive option isn't a minor mistake; it's disrespectful to guests. I want to emphasize that the employee's apology was sincere, but the solution offered was a joke. Instead of finding a reasonable solution, they offered me a mere €6 (10%) discount, claiming that "no further discount was possible." This seems uncustomer-friendly and shows no appreciation for the guests. A €6 discount can't make up for something like this. I think it's a shame that no satisfactory solution was found, as I really enjoyed my meal there. After this experience, I will no longer recommend the restaurant and will reconsider whether I want to eat there again in the future.

It's actually good, but prices have risen so drastically that it's not worth going here anymore. I used to come here often, and the last time I was there, cocktails were about 4 euros more each.

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. The toilet looks like someone went completely crazy after that subterranean cheese sauce. If they're going to charge that much money, they should at least have a full toilet door that doesn't catapult you 440 km north into the bathroom of some underground club in Berlin.

I haven't tried all the food yet, but the mixed fries are delicious, soft on the inside and crispy on the outside. The drinks are reasonably priced. The service is very friendly and the atmosphere is very pleasant. The only improvement I would suggest would be the restrooms. Simply repairing the doors to the individual stalls would be enough.

Very expensive. The California Bowl is nothing but a small 200ml bowl with 50% lettuce, 10% beans, 10% bell peppers, 20% sauce, and less than 10% meat, and it costs more than €20, depending on the meat. The staff was nice, but I don't recommend this place due to the overpriced food and drinks.

Food: Prices are getting more and more expensive, and the portions are getting smaller and smaller! Unfortunately, I've felt very sick after eating twice already. The food is often lukewarm/cold - poor service. Drinks: They're good, but it always depends on who's there! Be careful with table water, you get tap water, but you're not told this and have to pay for it. Table water is not tap water. Table water is filtered water!! Service: Leaves a lot to be desired. You have to wait a very long time!! No system - the manager himself told me not to "whine" so much when I asked him if I should eat without cutlery. Ambience: I honestly don't know where all the money goes because there's no soap or paper in the restrooms to wash your hands. The restroom doors don't work, so it's pretty shabby for a restaurant. You can see it yourself, but the restaurant is always empty these days, and that doesn't surprise me. There's also a high turnover among the staff. I assume there is a great deal of dissatisfaction.

Horrible place, never visit it!!! We waited more than an hour and a half for fries and chicken wings and more than 15 minutes for beer. After a long wait, they brought us food that tasted terrible, the sauces and orders were mixed up. However, that's not all. The toilet is another surprise 😂 The doors just stayed in my hands when I tried to open them. This is the worst place in my life!!! I absolutely do not recommend it!

I went there with a friend and was worried because the store looked quite empty, but that quickly changed. We were greeted by a very friendly employee and he also had nice conversations with us. The shop looks very good from the inside and is also relatively large, which doesn't seem like it at first glance. The food is also cheap for the quality and very filling. It tasted very good and we were offered free water after we didn't order anything to drink. Would come back at any time.

Just visited Chillers Restaurant, and it was an amazing experience! The food and atmosphere were spot on. I tried the boneless wings with garlic sauce, and let me tell you, they absolutely knocked my socks off! Highly recommend this place to anyone craving a taste of authentic American food. You won’t be disappointed!

The Chiller Burger restaurant surprises on the inside as it is much larger than you would expect from the outside. What's particularly good is that you can put together your burger however you want - whether with meat, chicken or vegan options, everything is possible. The service is friendly and attentive. The chairs are a bit reminiscent of school furniture, which is a little less comfortable, but still within reason. What urgently needs to be improved, however, are the toilets: a strong smell, overfilled trash cans and a lack of towels to dry off make visiting there unpleasant.

We waited almost 2 hours for food, the burger was raw, it took us half an hour for 2 drinks. A few employees were really nice.

I celebrated my birthday at CHILLERS with friends and it was just amazing! The place is incredibly beautiful and aesthetic, every place invites you to take photos. The food was delicious, but I particularly remember the curly fries - they were simply amazing! The drinks were also great, every cocktail was a pleasure. We took a lot of photos because the atmosphere is really cool and no one asked us about it - the staff was very friendly, always smiling and making funny comments. I'm really glad I chose this place to celebrate my birthday!

Unfortunately we weren't asked if we wanted something to drink with our meal. The food took almost an hour to get to us. It's worth an experience, but I won't see us there again.

I came for a burger because Google reviews said they were amazing, well it was good but not great - was clearly a frozen patty. They could not cook it to doneness because of that, so it was just OK.

We received a friendly welcome, were given an explanation of the menu (great that you can put together your own burger) and were able to enjoy a delicious burger. If this existed in Belgium, we would definitely come back.

We went drinking there with friends on the first night of the Bardentreffen. The cocktails were delicious, the waitresses were friendly. Unfortunately, we found that ordering was very slow for many of the staff. We only had drinks and we waited half an hour for beer alone.

An absolute must for all burger lovers! This burger bar not only impresses with its delicious creations, but also with first-class service. The waitress was extremely nice and professional, and the cleanliness of the restaurant, especially the restrooms, deserves the highest praise. Everything is freshly prepared, which clearly highlights the taste and quality of the dishes. An all-round successful culinary experience!

Forget a Döner, this is where you need to go for a late night snack! We stopped in for an early dinner and we were the only ones there, so we were a little skeptical. But the food was just spot on. The fries and the bowl were absolutely excellent; felt like I was back in the US. Since they close at 1:00 AM, I will make sure to come back after a few beers at a pub and get the loaded fries or wings or burger; or all of it. I'm so happy I stumbled on this place, the food is great. Please support them!!!

I'm here almost every weekend and can only recommend it! The food is super delicious, the cocktails? megaaaa! The service was also really sweet. Always nice and in a great mood, even when there is a lot going on. On the weekend you always have to make a reservation otherwise you won't get a seat, but I think it's fair for the great atmosphere 🤭😉 My recommendation: Strawberry Caipirinha and with food: 10 wings honey BBQ with curly bon appetit 😋
