Authentic Greek restaurant and at least 5 staff members who constantly want to serve people. The food is super tasty and when everyone wants to sit outside in this warm weather, the staff even brings the tables outside. We would love to come back.

Three of us went for lunch on a sunny afternoon. We were seated right away. The waitstaff is very friendly. We ordered a bottle of wine, and octopus salad appetizer, and three gyros. The food was delicious and the portions were huge. We had a great time.

Einer der besten Griechen im Umkreis. Essen frisch zubereitet, keine Convienience Produkte. Service zuvorkommend und höflich. Portionen dem Preis angemessen. Super schöne Dekoration im Innenraum. Möglichkeit im Außenbereich zu speisen. Auf dem WC gibt es Möglichkeiten sich frisch zu machen. Gerne immer wieder. Achtung: am Wochenende am besten reservieren, da immer gut besucht.

We were a very large, mixed group: kids + adults = 35 people. The children were taken care of first, while the adults, who had to wait longer, were treated to meze specialties on the house. (Olives, tzatziki, olive oil, fresh bread, etc.) The portions were very generous, and the service was attentive. The service was not overwhelmed in the slightest, but very competent! Truly top-notch! 5 stars 🌟

We had a reservation. The location is okay a little tricky to find if you don't know the place at all but very visible. We went at 7.30pm and we found parking in the neighborhood pretty easily. You go in and it like you traveled to Greece to your local favorite Tavernaki ( Greek small cozy restaurant). Greek music playing I like the Greek old cinema movies playing on the tvs (no volume of course). It's spacious, big tables comfortable chairs. One small problem for me was that the wooden tables had a stripe of wood horizontal across directly under the main piece of wood of the table making it a bit hard to fit your feet in a 90 degree angle but you work around it fine. The service stuff was amazing, friendly and funny but not funny in a rude/uncomfortable way. We felt very welcome and as if we were regulars there. Good drinks (white wine, tsipouro and retsina), the food was amazing (we got the Ola & Ola plate salat, Dakos salat 😍, Haloumi, Pommes, pita bread of course with garlic 👌🏽, Politiko souvlaki and lamp paidaki). Good flavors, very good ingredients, good combos. And at the end we also got some desserts (very tasty) after drinking some shots ☺️.

Super! We had dinner with clients after a trade fair event (IFAT) tasting the feta made in different ways: baked, breaded and fried, breaded with sesame and honey, natural inside the mixed salad with olives, tomatoes... spectacular. We then tasted the lamb chops, and baked lamb... super tasty. Friendly staff and nice atmosphere. I recommend it and I hope to return at the next trade fair.

We used to come here often. After our last visit, that's definitely over. Our turkey schnitzel was pink and cold inside. We politely pointed this out to the waiter. In response, we were scolded and given a new portion about 15 minutes later. My wife then had to eat alone. There was no apology or anything, which I don't think is right. There are countless other Greek restaurants in Dachau that taste much better and where the service is friendlier and better.

A fantastic place in the center of Dachau. Incredibly unique decor, very friendly staff, and a lovely menu. The dishes were delicious, extensive, and highly recommended! A definite recommendation: a different kind of Greek, modern, and incredibly delicious! You should try it and enjoy.

We felt really comfortable. You can tell that this tavern is run with love and dedication. The employees radiate whatever they convey: they enjoy their work and who they do it for. We are happy to take the long journey and come back for the unique experience.

The staff was very friendly but the food for the price? The warm appetizer plate is underground. WARM APPETIZER FOR ONE PERSON 14.00€ with tzatziki, peppers stuffed with feta cheese, dolmadakia, grilled artichokes (one each), eggplant, zucchini (four slices each) and baked feta cheese. Gyros etc. good but not outstanding.

What a shame, what a shame!!!!!!! I have been a regular guest at Balkalikon for about 2 years. The service is very friendly and the food tastes very good. The owner is the problem Balkalikon has. With his unfriendly and arrogant way of greeting guests at the door, as if he were a bouncer, he made me feel unwelcome. It was very clear how he tried to sort out guests. I will never eat at Balkalikon again.

Followed spontaneous inspiration and instead of visiting the local Greeks in Munich, I ended up in the Bakalikon and from today found a new regular Greek. ;) Great, cozy location, lovingly detailed - like a typical Greek grocery store with a snack bar. Very friendly service staff and the food is simply TOP. Price-performance ratio is completely appropriate, generous portions and the taste is very good and authentic. The dessert menu invites you to treat yourself to even more...and the digestive schnapps is also included. So 5 out of 5 stars and we'll be back.

Great food and great concept! I loved my visit! The grill platter was rich, super tasty and left nothing to be desired. The meat was perfectly prepared and the side dishes were harmoniously balanced – a real pleasure. The Bakalikon concept, with the small market feeling, is truly unique and creates a very special atmosphere. You feel like you are in a cozy Greek tavern where tradition and enjoyment are the focus. A highly recommended place for anyone who appreciates authentic food and a great ambience!

Eight of us went to the Bakalikon in Dachau for the first time. From 6 p.m. you can park your car directly in front of it for free. The two of us had a grill plate with a salad in front of it. Really good. A little bit of everything. The service was very warm and attentive. We felt really comfortable. Another thing worth mentioning is the unusual decoration everywhere. Really funny. Thank you for the lovely evening.

A lively and cozy spot with very friendly staff and good food. Card payments are accepted, which adds to the convenience. It was quite crowded during my visit, and the tables were a bit too close together, which might feel cramped for some. Despite that, the welcoming atmosphere and tasty dishes made it a pleasant experience overall.

Nice restaurant, unfortunately our food was forgotten and we waited a long time. There's a lot going on, especially at lunchtime, and the staff can't keep up. Food was good. The price is a little more than the average Greek restaurant, which is probably also due to the location.

Best decorated Greek ever. There is a lot to choose from, the tzatziki is super delicious! Gyros were okay, unfortunately the fried calamari wasn't crispy.

Excellent. We were so glad that we had resisted the simplicity of eating at the canteen in the museum. We were well looked after here, with a good atmosphere, good food and the other clientele were local which is always an accolade. Our friend spoke German so we can't comment on how easy it would be to communicate in English.

I'm not an expert in Greek food but we went here with a friend from Greek who herself knew the place through recommendations from Greeks. The food was amazing and as confirmed by her a clear 10/10. The atmosphere is a mix of Greek grocer and relaxed restaurant and has a beautifully relaxing vibe. The great and authentically Greek staff make sure you're really well taken care off. Will go again!

Doesn't matter - still five stars: Yesterday the two of us spontaneously came to the Bakalikon. It was quite full, but there were still free tables. Before we sat down, we asked the bar (politely) if there was still a table available. The bar man didn't answer and went back to his work. A (regular) customer who noticed this said that this bar table was actually always free. We sat down there. Never mind – still five stars: After my drink was empty and the food had just been brought, a waiter asked if I could have something else to drink. I thought for a moment and ordered a Black Russian (small cocktail made from 4cl vodka, 2cl Kahlua and ice cubes). After a while the waiter came back and said that according to the bar man they didn't do anything like that there. No problem. I ordered a Kahlua. After a while the waiter came back and said they don't have anything like that. No problem. I ordered vodka on ice. Waiter: “4cl?” Me: "Yes." Waiter: “With lemon?” Me: "No." 2 star deduction: In the so-called sailor's salad, the baby calamari were not properly fried. The pike perch fillet was dry. 1 star to this: Otherwise, the salad tasted great - with class from Greece: olive oil and (!) balsamic vinegar. 1 star deduction: The waiter came and asked: "Vodka without lemon and with ice, right?" Me: "Yes." Five minutes later the waiter brought vodka without ice – lukewarm. After some time going through several options on how to deal with the lukewarm vodka situation and some follow-up topics, we saw a waiter again who also saw us. We told him (politely) that the ice was still missing from the vodka. He took the vodka with him and handed it to the bar man. 2 star deduction: The vodka was brought. Now there were a few mini ice cubes in it - each about 0.7 cm in diameter. In combination with the additional liquid that was now clearly in the glass, we got the impression that it could have been heavily thawed ice cubes with ice cube water that were put into my vodka. A short time later I saw the regular customer adding large square ice cubes to her white wine using tongs. Overall: 5 stars ./. 2 stars + 1 star ./. 1 star ./. 2 stars = 1 star (Without being a woman and without good legs, you often have a bad chance in some southern European restaurants.)
