Restaurant Roula "Zum Römer" in Dachau

Ich war jetzt bereits zum zweiten Mal in diesem türkischen Restaurant und bin wieder sehr zufrieden! Das Essen war super lecker und die Qualität des Fleisches hat mich besonders überzeugt. Das Fleisch wird frisch aus Tirol geliefert, was man meiner Meinung nach auch an der Qualität und am Geschmack merkt. Auch der Service ist einfach klasse – das Personal ist sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Besonders schön fand ich, dass man nach dem Essen sogar noch einen Chai aufs Haus bekommt. Eine wirklich tolle Geste! Der Laden selbst ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Außerdem wird hier großen Wert auf halal gelegt, was für mich persönlich ebenfalls ein wichtiger Punkt ist. Alles in allem ein wirklich tolles Restaurant mit leckerem Essen, hervorragendem Service und einer angenehmen Atmosphäre. Ich komme auf jeden Fall gerne wieder! Absolute Empfehlung!

Super Grieche in Dachau! Lecker, nett und schnell. Hier kann man immer wieder herkommen, man ist willkommen und bekommt sehr gute Qualität für sein Geld. Preisleistung, total in Ordnung… PS selbst wenn man um kurz vor zehn abends etwas zum mitnehmen bestellen möchte, kein Problem!

Wir sind heute ganz spontan ohne Reservierung vorbei gekommen. Wir sind herzlich begrüßt. Unter die Bäume war es kühl. Sehr besonders war die Ventilator auf dem Tisch für die Insekten das die nicht an essen kommen können. Sehr aufmerksam... Essen schmeckt perfekt Atmosphäre war sehr gut. Preis ok. Herzlichen dank an alle mit arbeiter.

Super schön gestaltetes Gaststätte. Das Lokal ist, unserer Meinung nach, das beste Griechische in ganz Dachau. (Kann ich als Grieche ruhigen Gewissens sagen) Einen Tisch zu reservieren ist dringend erforderlich. Auch im Biergarten. Trotz der Lage an der Straße ist der Geräusch Pegel im Biergarten sehr moderat. Das essen ist sehr sehr lecker und frisch. Bestes Gyros was ich außerhalb von Griechenland gegessen habe. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Wir sind sehr oft hier, und bis heute gab es noch nie etwas zu beanstanden. Wir sind jedes Mal aufs Neue begeistert! Der Service ist unglaublich freundlich und herzlich, man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Wir haben inzwischen einen Großteil der Speisekarte probiert – Fleisch, Fisch und Hähnchen – und alles war wirklich hervorragend und voller Geschmack. Für uns ist dieses Restaurant längst ein fester Bestandteil geworden, wir kommen immer wieder sehr gerne hierher. Vielen Dank für die tolle Erfahrung!

Einer der besten Griechen, die ich bisher Besuch habe 🥰🤩 Bei einem Besuch in Dachau suchten wir ein Griechisches Restaurant und stießen über Google auf das Restaurant Roula "Zum Römer". Wir hatten Glück, ohne Reservierung einen Platz zu bekommen. 🙏🏻 🥹 Das Lokal ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Alle Servicekräfte waren außerordentlich freundlich und aufmerksam. Die warme Vorspeisenplatte reicht für zwei Personen aus und war sehr lecker. Auch die Hauptgerichte waren mlr Liebe zubereitet & angerichtet, alles hat im Geschmack absolut überzeugt. 🐠 🍚 🫘 🫑 🐟 🐙 Vielen Dank für das kleine Dessert 🍮 das war eine so schöne Überraschung! ❤️

Sehr Gastfreundlich und ein tolles Ambiente. Es gibt sogar für Kinder extra eine Speisekarte. Essen kann man gut genießen.

Das Mittagsbuffet ist ausgezeichnet, verschiedene Vorspeisen und Hauptgerichte auch einige Nachspeisen. Preis Leistungs Verhältnis ausgezeichnet

Leider kein Ouzo wie alle anderen Gäste erhalten. Das Mittags Buffet ist immer der Hammer, abends wurden wir leider an den ersten Tisch im Restaurant hingesetzt und Nähe des Eingangs ist es im Winter extrem kalt mit Zugluft. Demnach leider sehr ungemütlich.

Super authentisch griechisches Essen! Komme gerne wieder

Wer es laut mag wie in einer Bahnhofshalle und kalt ist hier richtig. Das Essen war bis auf die Pommes (kalt und matschig) und den nicht mehr guten Tintenfisch ,was umso schlimmer ist, okay bis gut. (Souflaki und Gyros). Der Besuch war im Winter und zumindest an unserem Tisch (gleich rechts von der Eingangstür) war es kalt und zugig durch die immer wieder geöffnete Tür. Auf die Frage warum es hier so kalt sei, hieß es "Die Heizung läuft". Abhilfe würde eine Luftschleuse oder ein schwerer Vorhang schaffen wie es in hunderten Lokalen gibt. Man behalten sich dann mit den eigenen Jacken auf dem Schoss. Service war gut und freundlich.

Wir waren mit Freunden zum Essen dort, die Speisekarte ist reichlich aber nicht überfüllt. Der Service immer freundlich und Aufmerksam. Die Getränke waren schnell am Tisch, das Essen kam zeitlich sehr gut, man ließ sich zwischen Vor-und Hauptspeise angemessen Zeit. Die Portionen hatten für den Preis eine sehr gute Größe, fast schon zu viel, aber Geschmacklich eine Gaumenweide, hier nochmal einen besonderen Dank an die Küche. Im großen und ganzen eine sehr schöner Abend mit tollem Essen. Einziger Kritikpunkt, da kann aber keiner vom Lokal was dafür, die Geräuschkulisse ist sehr hoch, aber das kann man mal sich zumuten. Danke und macht weiter so......

I had dinner here today at 5:30 pm with my guests. They were very impressed. The young waiter was incredibly friendly and attentive. The appetizers were plentiful, and the main courses were huge portions. And we were greeted with ouzo. We were also given a very polite send-off. It won't be our last visit. See you soon! Since Restaurant Roula is very popular, it's advisable to make a reservation.

Roula zum Römer is, in my opinion, one of the best Greek restaurants in the Munich area. The reasonably priced weekday lunch buffet is particularly noteworthy, offering a fantastic selection and excellent quality. The regular menu also impresses with very authentic and incredibly delicious Greek dishes. You can tell that the food is prepared with love and traditional recipes. The service is always extremely friendly and attentive – you feel welcome from the moment you arrive, almost like part of the family. Highly recommended; I always enjoy coming back!

Years ago, on our way from Vienna to Bonn, we stopped in Dachau for a few days and stumbled upon this restaurant. We were thrilled. A few years later, again on our way to Bonn, it was a must to stop in Dachau again and visit the restaurant that same day. On what will probably be my last trip to Bonn (due to my age), I'll of course be staying overnight in Dachau again, just so I can eat at "my" Greek restaurant one more time. I'm a big fan of Greece and have a fantastic Greek restaurant nearby that I frequent, but... already in a holiday mood while traveling, such a wonderful restaurant is simply a must-visit.

The food was excellent; we had a hard time deciding what to order. Everything was so appealing that we went back again the very next evening. Reservations are recommended.

We've been to Roula several times, both before and after the renovation. For me, it's the best Greek restaurant I've ever eaten at. The service is always fast and friendly. The food tastes great, comes quickly, and the portions are generous. The gyro is not too fatty and not too lean—simply perfect. I'd definitely love to come back, just like the last few times.

Wir waren zum ersten Mal hier und hinterher nahezu konsterniert, warum wir DAS all die Jahre, die wir schon in Rothschwaige wohnen, nicht schon früher genossen haben. Wunderbares Ambiente, schön und durchdacht eingerichtet, liebevolle Details. Wir bekamen sofort einen Platz, obwohl wir nicht reserviert hatten, und obwohl das Lokal voll war, war es nicht eng oder laut. Die 4 Servicekräfte hatten alles mühelos und mit großer Herzlichkeit im Griff, selbst der ganz junge Mann machte da keine Ausnahme. Ein gratis Ouzo kam noch vor dem Essen, was ich persönlich besser finde als hinterher. Das hat uns überrascht und noch positiver gestimmt. Das leckere Essen von der reichhaltigen Speisekarte war sehr gut und sehr reichlich. Aber danach kam noch eine weitere Sensation: gratis Nachspeise! Die passte wider Erwarten auch noch rein, und wir versicherten der Chefin, die uns persönlich und ebenfalls sehr herzlich verabschiedete, daß wir ganz sicher wiederkommen. Wir würden auch 6 Sterne vergeben!

I ordered a warm appetizer plate in addition to the generous portion of souvlaki (approx. €16). A ticket price of €16.50! What was served for that price is a disgrace. 2 slices of ricotta, 3 zucchini coated in flour and deep-fried, a small red and green pepper, a small feta cheese parcel, and some tzatziki. As shown in the picture, but a thin slice of zucchini is missing.

We came here for dinner. As soon as we entered, we noticed an unpleasant odor—a strong smell of grease, apparently coming from the kitchen. This indicates inadequate ventilation in the restaurant, which unfortunately spoiled our experience. The food was okay, but nothing more than average. It just about meets the minimum standard you would expect from a restaurant—neither particularly tasty nor creatively prepared. Overall, a rather disappointing visit. There's definitely room for improvement here, both in terms of ambiance and the quality of the food.

The food was good and reasonably priced. The staff was nice too. I accidentally sat there longer than the restaurant was open, and no one kicked me out 😅.

There would have been a buffet lunch, but I ended up with the basic gyros. And it wasn't a bad choice at all, the portion was huge, the meat was tasty, the salad was fresh and the olive oil was clearly high quality. There seemed to be a wine selection, but this time we went with Helles beer. For dessert, naturally, Metaxa. The service was friendly, the restaurant was cozy and the toilets were clean. If you're in Dachau and visiting a local attraction, I recommend stopping here.

Authentic enjoyment and a warm atmosphere – absolutely recommended! For me, the family-run restaurant "Roula - Zum Römer" in Dachau is the best Greek restaurant in the region. The generous portions, especially the "Krekeles Platter", are a real treat. The restaurant impresses with its tasteful furnishings and in summer the beautiful beer garden invites you to linger.​ The service is exceptionally friendly and familiar, which makes the visit particularly pleasant. The food is consistently tasty and of high quality - and at a reasonable price-performance ratio (really large portions!). An all-round successful experience that I can only warmly recommend to everyone!​

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Yesterday we were again at the Roula restaurant in Dachau and it was another great experience! As a starter we shared the matzah plate - a wonderful selection of Greek specialties, all fresh and tasty. The main courses were the Poseidon grill plate for me and the Psaroplatella for my friend. Both dishes were perfectly prepared, extremely seasoned and more than plentiful - we really struggled to finish it all! The service was extremely friendly and attentive, you feel completely at home here. To round things off, the boss himself served us a Galaktobouriko on the house - an absolutely delicious dessert that rounded off the evening perfectly. The atmosphere is cozy, inviting and typically Greek - you almost feel like you're on holiday. Conclusion: A great restaurant with excellent food, generous portions and first-class service. 5 stars are actually not enough, we will definitely come back!

Excellent Greek restaurant. The dishes are very plentiful and very honestly priced. Excellent meat and the typical Galaktoboureko cake is worth it! The staff is really very kind: we arrived almost at closing time and they served us without problems, always with a smile.
