I would make a reservation, especially on the weekend. There are a few parking spaces directly in front of the restaurant. There are more in the immediate vicinity.

The tavern ambience and the food at Dreimühlen are fine. The spaetzle could have used a little salt, the Dreimühlenschnitzel tasted good. I was surprised that when we spent almost €30 per person, a piece of aluminum foil was only available for €0.50. The waitresses were friendly and next time I'll bring my Tupperbox with me just in case 😉.

You wanted to try Bavarian cuisine In my opinion, the soup is great with interesting meat, although a bit too salty for my taste. The second course was ok, although I have reservations. One piece of meat was great, the other was burnt on the other side, which made it hard and average in taste. The locals are a big plus, so I guess that's how the local cuisine tastes

Waited over 35 minutes for the menus, and then the table that arrived 30 minutes after us got the menu before us.. Got up and left.. Addendum to the host's comment: we were sitting on the terrace and none of us entered the restaurant (not even to use the toilet), so no one could "vomit" all over the restaurant and we were not banned from eating there. You're obviously confusing us!

Food and beer are really recommended!! The prices are unexpectedly low and hardly OK for the quality. The 'Schnitzel Trip' is particularly recommended. However, you should be healthy and hungry...😉🥩 The white sausages are also recommended, and the price here is really amazing... All in all, a big recommendation from me for the 'Drei Mühlen'!!!

Service oriented towards locals and will turn away foreigners/tourists despite having seats. We went in and were told no seats available (even though there were some seats at the bar). A couple of German men came in immediately after us and were seated right away! Yup! Also would not let us schedule a future reservation. Never again.

Really highly recommended! A schnitzel paradise and the homemade potato salad is simply great! We were very spontaneous and didn't have a reservation. It wasn't a problem, we were able to sit at the same table. Despite the “full house”, the service was really top!

Update* Service is much better now, food is good and inexpensive for the place. Unfortunately service wasn't good. Things were forgotten several times. Everything seemed a little planned. The food is perfectly fine for the price and also tastes good. Highly recommended as a cheap inn with Bavarian cuisine.

Perfect food! Amazing service. Although, We shared a table with a dog. Exactly, a couple ate with us and the dog was at the table with us. That was disgusting.

Local small restaurant and bar, with very tasty Bavarian food and good beer. Reserve a table or seats at the counter, order a Munich-style cutlet, and enjoy the lively atmosphere. Bonus points for the potatoes with cucumbers, and beer starting at around €4 for a pint

The food was good and the portion was very large. The price was right.

Our waiter was incredibly friendly and accomodating. He spoke English to us to the best of his ability and offered to ask the kitchen if lunch items could be served since we came quite early. We decided to come back later during lunch time and he remembered us and our order.

We had a fantastic Christmas graduation party at the Augustiner Drei Mühlen Wirtschaft! The atmosphere was cozy and perfect for the occasion. The team was incredibly friendly and attentive, the service was simply top. We were particularly impressed by the food – excellently prepared, regional and super tasty. The drinks menu with the Augustiner specialties was also just right. Thank you for the great evening!

We went there because they are part of the Munich coupon book. Once we arrived they told us we cannot use the coupon 🤨

They're specialized in Schnitzel, which actually IS the best in Munich (believe me, I've been here long enough to know this😂) 🤤🫶🏽 The service is wonderful. Worth to drive a bit from center. Traditional GOOD german food, super atmosphere and awesome team. Better to book a table in advance.

An absolute highlight! The beer is tapped fresh and ice-cold from the Augustiner wooden barrel - it couldn't be better. The food is excellent, especially the delicious sausage specialties, which I can only recommend. Despite the small and crowded interior, a place was organized for us at the counter. The staff is super friendly and the atmosphere makes the place special. Gladly again!

Everything was fine. There is even the hard-to-find Augustiner non-alcoholic.

Rustic Bavarian restaurant with friendly and committed staff. The prices are very moderate. This business is always very well attended and has good sales. The Munich catering industry, which rips off its guests and mainly tourists and still just complains, can learn from this. That's exactly how it works! I wish the “Drei Mühlen” much further success and many guests!

I came 10 minutes before closing time and asked for something to eat for 2 people. I was told that the kitchen was now closing and we couldn't eat anything hot anymore. When I realized the situation, I left the restaurant. I stood outside the restaurant chatting for 5 minutes, saw another couple come in after us and ordered a schnitzel instead, which they are now eating at the table. (I can see them eating happily from the window)

Price performance very good! You can sit comfortably outside as well as inside. The food was really tasty and, above all, not too expensive. Staff was also very friendly. I'm looking forward to going there again soon.

20 minutes walk out of the city center. They mostly have schnitzel, plus some typical bavarian dishes. Prices are lower than the averaged. However, this results in a very crowded restaurant. The schnitzel were good, however, the amount of noise makes it hard to have a conversation. Still, I would recommend it.

Delicious food and friendly service but depending on when you come you should definitely make a reservation. What I thought was really great was that they also broadcast football. I'll definitely stop by again when I'm in the area

The waiter refused to accept a voucher from the B-MY voucher book on the strange grounds that the vouchers had been printed without the restaurant's consent. The food was good and plentiful. But the place was very crowded and loud and there was football on two screens. We then left and probably won't come again.

Had Allgäu pork sirloin steaks. The meat was very dry and firm. The cream mushroom sauce, like the cheese spaetzle, was a ready meal. Price/performance is therefore very bad for me. Very nice atmosphere, especially outside. Service good. For me, it's another “tavern” in Munich that you can go to for a few minutes. I don't eat here anymore.

It was a very good meal! The 5 of us ordered the large schnitzel plate and barely finished it (but it only cost around €17 for each). And the beer is super cheap and of course very good👍🏼

I actually had dinner there yesterday, even though I had reserved my table at 3 p.m. because I arrived way too late due to traffic, I still got a table. The staff is very friendly and if you needed anything it was taken care of straight away. The portions are very large and the price-performance ratio is great for Munich standards. The beer is very tasty if you want to drink beer cheaply you can go there. The connection to public transport is a 2-minute walk to a bus stop. Next time I'm in Munich I'll definitely come back. Quiet evening during Oktoberfest. Location outside the usual routes of the great October celebration. Better. You can arrive by bus 62 in about 15 minutes from the center. The area is residential, very quiet. Predominantly local German and not very touristy. Inside seats and a few tables outside. Reservation recommended given the 40/50 seats available in the only room. Precise and fast service from the waiter who also speaks a few words of Italian, very well. Excellent Oktoberfest beer, and at a much lower cost than the party where you pay a liter is decidedly high, here an average costs €3.50. Abundant and complete German cuisine with various side dishes. Products used Super. From pork to veal with some dishes based on the fourth and fifth quarter of the beef. What can I say, never made a better choice in Monaco. Congratulations, we'll see you again next year, or maybe even before.
