A very special shout-out goes to Alessandro, the pizzaiolo. You immediately notice that a true professional is at work here – with passion, experience, and heart. He is also incredibly friendly and creates a warm, welcoming atmosphere that makes the visit even more enjoyable. We ate there in the evening. The restaurant was busy, and we received prompt and friendly service. The food was delicious and arrived promptly. The Zipfhäusel is one of our favorites in Ramsau.
