My first restaurant visit of 2026. It was a spontaneous decision, and I was pleasantly surprised. The cleanliness, service, and food were all top-notch. There were almost no tables left, but the staff kindly found one for us, which I really appreciate. It's definitely worth a visit. We were treated very kindly and felt very comfortable. Yesterday around 6:00 PM, my husband and I were at this restaurant. The atmosphere was very pleasant, there was nice music playing, and we were greeted at the reception by two very friendly staff members. The first impression was very positive. Shortly afterward, a waiter came to our table. Personally, I found his interaction somewhat uncomfortable, but that was just my subjective impression. The food was excellent. The meat dish (see photos) was exceptionally good—one of the best meat dishes I've had this year. Unfortunately, a very unpleasant situation arose later. When I ordered a second glass of wine and had taken a few sips, I noticed that the wine glass had several clearly perceptible cracks. This alarmed me greatly, as I was worried that glass shards might break off or that the glass might shatter in my hand. I informed the waiter. He brought me a new glass and said he had replaced the wine. When I explained how concerned I was, he replied that the glass couldn't have been damaged already and must have broken while I was drinking. This reaction really upset me. I didn't feel like he was taking me seriously. We had originally planned to order dessert and coffee, but because of this situation, we decided to leave the restaurant. As good as the food was, this experience was very unpleasant for me.

World-class! One of the best steakhouses in Munich, excellent quality across the board! The location is new and situated in northern Schwabing. It's in a higher price range, but absolutely justified.

Munich's most exclusive brunch! We've been to many breakfast spots in Munich and around the world. The Flying Brunch at La Boheme is absolutely top-notch! The shrimp from the seafood cart are simply amazing. The ambiance is fantastic: stylish, vibrant, and yet totally relaxed. A huge thank you to our waiter Tarek, who, with his humor and incredible charm, made the brunch truly special. You can immediately tell how much passion he puts into it. The whole concept is simply fun. There's such an incredible selection that you don't even know where to begin. A magician even comes to the table every now and then and entertains with a few tricks. Some dishes, like crêpes, are freshly prepared right in front of the guests at small carts, which creates a wonderful atmosphere. We're pescatarians and this was absolutely perfect for us. With plenty of fish and vegan options like the eggplant steak 👌🏽, the variety of dishes is huge, and there are also great, healthy alternatives to sparkling wine among the drinks, such as fresh detox smoothies. All in all, a fantastic experience that we can recommend to everyone. We'll definitely be back! 🥂✨

The worst restaurant in Munich. The service is horrible and charged us 20% as a tip (because apparently in Munich its a must, according to the waiter). The meat is Mid at best and super expensive obviosly for that ridiculous quality. Just horrible overall experience.

The food was consistently excellent. Unfortunately, only the four-course menu was initially presented as an option (€110 per person), and the actual menu was only presented upon request. Wine prices were not entirely understandable; everything was quoted per 0.1 liter and expensive even for Munich, as were all the dishes at the very top end for what was offered. Overall, the value for money was somewhat mixed, unfortunately.

For my wife's birthday, her son invited us to brunch at La Bohème in Schwabing. I can only praise the experience here: from the food, the ambiance, and especially the professional service, which also spread a cheerful mood, everything was perfect. The meal was a succession of wonderful taste experiences, from the first bite to the last course. And all in a cheerful and relaxed atmosphere. The staff contributed a lot to this. I wish it were like this more often.

A wonderful restaurant with a cozy interior, pleasantly surprised by the large portions and delicious dishes, I can only recommend a visit

Why the restaurant has a phone with an answering machine is a mystery to me after a year of returning. Only make reservations through OpenTable, as they won't call you back even two days in advance. When asked about this, the exceedingly snippy blonde "receptionist" said: "Oh, we're very busy, look what's going on here." This kind of staff/attitude is the beginning of the end. "Pride comes before a fall." The first hour was so loud, like a train station concourse, that conversation was impossible. Nevertheless, almost perfect service, top-notch food, also suitable for brunch & birthday parties, where it's quieter and the staff more relaxed.

Please only make reservations via OpenTable. ✓ The telephone/restaurant answering machine is merely a convenience and will neither be monitored nor listened to.

All in all, a rather average steakhouse with relatively high prices. We had to wait an unusually long time for each course and drinks. The concept also didn't convince us: A four-course meal for €110 per person, which two people have to share, leaves you with the feeling that you won't really get enough. The main course was advertised as 450g of fillet – a quantity we doubt. Therefore, ordering individually seems like a better option. In terms of taste, everyone in our group agreed that the food was average at best. The location is also quite loud, making it less suitable for romantic evenings. We probably wouldn't consider a return visit. Positive: very friendly service staff.

Fantastic food and outstanding service, we enjoyed it so much that we went two nights in a row. The steak was grilled in front of our table over open fire which created a unique experience. On the first evening a magician who introduced himself as George Bush came to our table and his card tricks and mind reading were absolutely astonishing. He even managed to unlock a phone despite a strong password. This was one of the most impressive performances I have ever witnessed at a restaurant. The combination of atmosphere, food and service made both evenings truly unforgettable.

Four of us were there one weeknight. Due to the heat, we opted for an indoor table, which was quite bearable. The ambiance is stylish and chic without feeling cold – despite the large, high-ceilinged room. There are different areas with different tables, which adds interest to the interior, and a very spacious, beautiful, and chilled outdoor area. After we ordered our drinks (the Negroni was amazing), we were served focaccia with excellent olive oil for dipping. To try it out, we had the Wagyu Experience on the hot stone as a starter, which was very good. However, we had the impression that the stones cooled down relatively quickly. We found these premium cuts tasted best with the wonderful salt. For the main course, everyone had their favorite steak, and yes, it was fillet and not some other trendy cut, but it was divine: a crispy, caramelized crust with a juicy, tender center. Served with pyramid salt. Really, you don't need anything else... Nevertheless, we ordered various sides, so the whole table was full of delicious side dishes to try. From Caesar salad, mixed salad (with a perfectly balanced dressing), burnt eggplant with ash, gratinated spinach (absolutely amazing), wild broccolini, truffle fries (OMG), to the bacon-covered beans (which were unexpected and therefore even better). We thought we needed a few more sauces, but it was unnecessary with such wonderful meat. Although the sauces (e.g., demi-glace) were very good and rich in flavor. After a short break, we had the bold idea of ​​sharing dessert. Honestly? That was really too much... All in all, a fantastic evening with attentive, patient, friendly, and relaxed service. They always had an eye on us and an ear for us. It feels so good. The only thing we'll do differently next time: everyone will order a different dessert and everyone can try it with their spoon... We've got it covered.

Well, the food itself was good, even if the wait between the starter and the main course "only" took an hour, and a McDonald's burger would have tasted great in that time. The problem was more the service. It wasn't a problem, it just wasn't there. No one seemed to care for the table, and ordered drinks arrived late or not at all. They also felt it was more important to chat with each other on the terrace, which was deserted due to the bad weather, than to serve the guests. It's a shame, even though the food was quite good, I wouldn't go here again...

Unfortunately, you have to select a star to rate, otherwise I wouldn't give it any at all! I don't know where to begin with the dishes we returned because the food was either drenched in sauce or overcooked. We didn't eat anything, and absolutely nothing was taken off the bill until we said it was going too far! You wait a long time for service, and unfortunately, nothing runs smoothly. The problem with the whole thing, though, is the prices. If everything were half the price, you shouldn't expect too much, but at such an expensive restaurant, you expect different standards. Truffle fries were €18, regular fries were €13 for the smallest portion I've ever seen, and no, the fries weren't made of gold, and at the best steakhouse in Germany they cost a maximum of €10 if they're homemade. We tried to politely explain the situation to the manager, but he left, argued with us, and refused to bring us the bill. (He was a tall man with dark blond, slightly unwashed hair.) Ultimately, we left, starving, and went to another restaurant. The price/performance ratio was truly inadequate, and the steakhouse is incapable of cooking a steak to order. Absolutely not recommended.

For a restaurant of this class and price range, bare tables are completely inappropriate. If you don't want to use white cloth tablecloths, then at least use beautiful, high-quality paper placemats – laid out fresh for each new guest. Especially on the terrace, the current lack of these details significantly detracts from the atmosphere.

Brunch at "La Boheme" on Easter Sunday was filled with great anticipation and high expectations. We found the fact that you had to provide your credit card details when making your online reservation a bit unusual, but the restaurant was somehow understandable, and it didn't stop us from booking and going. The reception was warm and relaxed. Our "head waiter" and contact person for our visit was attentive, explained everything to us (flying // sharing // drinks), so we felt welcome and in good hands. Then we started with a berry shot, delicious orange juice, and rose prosecco – which never ran out; refills were reliably and generously provided. Delightful for the eyes and palate: Amuse-Géule >> three "Magentratzerl" (stomach tarts), consisting of taco with avocado, mini quiche, and mini bruschetta. The other dishes, as listed on the menu, arrived "flying in," were briefly explained by the waiter, and devoured with relish! In between, we had a latte or espresso macchiato, and later, we also had a Bloody Mary and one or two espresso martinis. All in all, the dishes were beautifully presented, fresh, and high-quality. Highlights and a few comments about the menu: • Fine truffle salami • Super creamy chia bowl • Deconstructed Egg Benedict is a nice idea/variation in the presentation; it would have been perfect with a bit more hollandaise sauce. • The crispy duck was unfortunately not crispy and rather bland in flavor (unseasoned), there wasn't much of a pomelo to taste, and overall, in our opinion, this was the weakest dish. • The subsequent dishes with tuna, beef, and shrimp were very successful; only with a classic ceviche would we have preferred more "oomph" in the form of coriander, lime, ginger, garlic... in other words, "leche de tigre." • The fin de claire dishes were spectacularly presented—worthy of a good oyster—and were fresh and delicious. • "The Peak" was truly the highlight of the brunch, with balanced dishes that were truly harmonious. The glass of red wine I ordered with it got lost in the hustle and bustle, but that wasn't a big deal. The waiters and waitresses were really busy, constantly on their feet, and always friendly, attentive, and in a good mood. • The desserts weren't really our thing; the crêpes Suzettes were actually just sweet, with a barely noticeable Grand Marnier and only a tiny orange segment. But maybe that's just us, and probably partly due to the fact that we were already quite full. Thank you for the great brunch in a very nice atmosphere; it was an experience that was definitely worth every cent.
