Terrible attitude and service. Took 5 mins to take water order and then another 10 mins to bring it. Starters were good but mains took like 50 mins to cook and when arrived the 90 euro steaks were over cooked and when questioned they didn’t want to take accountability. The restaurant wasn’t even busy. Then when they brought the recooked steak back the sides and sauces were cold and didn’t think to swap them out. Didn’t apologise and had an attitude all night. Defintely wouldn’t recommend to anyone as for the price point and marketed as fine dining you would expect at least top service and ambience even if the food is a little off. 0/10.

A wonderful evening in a fantastic atmosphere. The steak was cooked to perfection, the wine pairing was fantastic – perfectly matched and the advice was excellent. The service was attentive, warm, and competent. We felt completely at home and will definitely be back!

If you're talking about proper service, then it's really bad. If friends are more important than guests, then something has been going wrong here for a long time! I've known this place since day one, and service was always the problem, but it's gotten even worse since my last visit. With prices like these, you simply can't afford for guests to wait 15-20 minutes to order a drink, let alone food! Because there's no time, your friend next to you has to get something to nibble on, and your bro has to say hello too! I beg your pardon, where are we??? As a restaurateur, that was all nicely worded! Kudos to the nice lady at the entrance!

The worst service in the world and in history

It was a truly fantastic experience. The food was amazing. We got free bread with delicious olive oil as a starter. We ordered spinach with Parmesan as a side dish (my partner and I said the best spinach we've ever eaten - highly recommended) and rosemary fries (also delicious). For the main course, the Chateaubriand Aberdeen for two people (medium) was simply wonderful. The presentation at the table alone (see video) - thanks to the very good quality of the meat, the superb marbling and the sous vid cooking - made it so tender, delicious and cooked to perfection that I would say it was one of the best steaks I've ever eaten. Very nice ambience, the restrooms are also very well stocked 🤣 The service was also top-notch and they had a very good wine recommendation (we had 300ml of red wine), plus a bottle of water and a 0.5l shandy for a total of €200 with everything included. Many thanks also to the guy with the hat 🤣😉 who kindly gave us recommendations for nearby cocktail bars upon request, since we're not from the area. We'll definitely be back when we're back in Munich. Thanks for the unforgettable evening!

Are you looking for an unforgettable taste experience? Then you've just found it. The refinement of meat right before the customers' eyes is a true spectacle. And if you have any wishes, the well-coordinated staff will be happy to fulfill them.

We went to the Flying Brunch at La Boheme and really enjoyed the whole experience. A lot is offered for the rather high price of €99. There were nine courses in total, and double portions were always available upon request. Most of the food tasted very good. Service was prompt and friendly, although we did notice some differences among the waiters when it came to their generosity with drinks. Generally speaking, we always got everything we asked for. The crowd was pleasant and not as posh as we had feared. A definite recommendation for a somewhat special brunch.

Four of us were there for brunch and were thoroughly spoiled. I think there were up to 12 courses in total instead of the promised 8, served over three hours. Very friendly service and delicious food, plus a magician's performance. Recommended for groups. It was fun. Tip: Save room for the last courses.

The Boheme has long been an institution for a first-class brunch. Unfortunately, our visit today did not meet the usual standard. Both the quality of the food and the service were not convincing. We hope that it was just a blip and that the Boheme will soon find its way back to its former strength.

A very excellent sharing dinner that was very rich with a starter, main course and dessert. The steak was flambéed and served at the table and was cooked to perfection. The price-performance ratio was definitely right for this rich dinner. The staff is extremely friendly and very attentive, making you feel very comfortable in this restaurant. La Bohème is a very nice location and can only be recommended to everyone!!!

True, the restaurant isn't cheap (but that shouldn't come as a surprise and it's easy to find out beforehand). On our part, nothing was left to be desired. We decided on the sharing dinner. Everything was perfectly coordinated and tasted very good. The chateaubriand was flambéed at the table (a great show of course) and was cooked to perfection. The portions were so generous that we were more than full at the end. The atmosphere was modern and cozy, the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. We felt completely comfortable. Despite the fine dining, you didn't feel out of place at all as a person who rarely affords it. We can't judge the parking situation, but what we really appreciated was the tram stop right in front of the door - so neither of us had to drive that evening. The only thing I would criticize would be that the online reservation didn't work. But since this is due to OpenTable and not directly to the restaurant, I don't want to deduct any points for it. We then made a reservation by phone.

Padron pimientos was not like the peppers we have in Spain, we really liked the truffle fries. We ate Wagyu beef, it was delicious but the portions were incredibly small. With the 300 euros we paid here, we ate top-tier Kobe beef at the best restaurant in Tokyo. I can say that the prices are incredibly high. Other than that, the atmosphere is very nice and the service is excellent. As a result, I do not recommend eating wagyu beef.

Very good steakhouse at the chic Schwabinger Tor. The staff is very friendly and answers all questions about the food competently. The steaks were delicious and the flambéing at the table was of course an eye-catcher. Stylish ambience with seating islands and enough space between the tables. Funny idea that you can buy the chefs a glass of wine, who then thank you at the table and toast (they didn't drink). We would love to come back here.

The quality of the meat here is simply exceptional. Chateaubriand flambé in cognac, flavored with thyme, is a must not to be missed – an explosion of flavors and perfectly cooked. The accompaniments are also up to par, with an absolutely delicious truffle puree. The service is impeccable and perfectly matches the quality of the place. An address to recommend for lovers of quality meat. Thank you for this culinary experience!

Brunch was a rip off : tiny portions weighted to the gram, lack of options, slow service, average food (and drinks) at an exorbitant price (100 eur). This "flying buffet" is simply a pre-set menu, synonym for "limited dishes". For the price equivalent of an entry level star Michelin, la bohème is far off. Also, we lagged upfront an intolerance for one of the persons, and they simply removed the dishes instead of offering substitutes.

Food 5/5, service 5/5, ambience 5/5 but still only 1/5 overall?? Why? Because of the water prices. It's simply ridiculous when 1L of beer (2x5.5€) costs almost the same as 0.75L of Adelholzener water (9.9€). When it comes to food prices, you don't have to make up the margin from the water. Simply outrageously expensive, even for someone who likes to spend more on good food. Alcoholic people come to power - it's almost cheap compared to water. Everything is absolutely great, but in my opinion that is outrageous.

Everything is actually really great, but unfortunately the prices are too high for what you get. 10€ for water. Aperitif €13 etc. It's really difficult to deliver something that can match these prices. The service is wonderful and the ambience and music are also great. We were there for Sunday brunch. The food is excellent and we were also lucky with the service. Some things didn't come to the table very quickly, but everything was taken care of :) It was a shame, however, that the concept had changed a bit, because now you only get the little treats to share and the little courses in between, so we had to make a decision. Which I think is a shame for the price. I would have liked to eat everything like that and, if necessary, on my own plate. Maybe this will be reconsidered. I found it much more pleasant before.

Today we attended brunch at la boheme. Since I have to eat gluten-free for health reasons, my selection is often relatively small. However, at this brunch I didn't have the feeling of giving up at all. So many dishes were prepared especially for me, a lot of effort was put into this. Hosted a business dinner here with guests from across the globe and everyone agreed it was a fantastic evening! Weeks later I am still receiving notes about the amazing food was, the wonderful atmosphere, and the stellar service. The private room was perfect for our group (~30 guests), and the onsite staff were incredibly personable and so helpful. The even put on a great show when preparing the steak course. Planning was a breeze and made super simple by Caroline. If I'm ever back in Munich, whether for business or leisure, I'll definitely be coming back.

Unfortunately quite disappointed. Had high expectations going to this restaurant, expecting high class service and exceptional food. Went there on a Wednesday evening. Result was disappointing, service was not amazing, long waiting time to get served, wrong orders brought to the table, had to ask 3 times for a bottle of wine. Service was a bit snobbish. Food was ok, nothing amazing. For that price (over 450€ for 4 persons), you get better food and service elsewhere in Munich. Nice wine card and desert was good too. Decoration of the restaurant is nevertheless very nice, music a tad loud when the room is full, but it’s fine and common. Overall the restaurant give a feel of “Schikeria” and “instgramable” place, but not a good place to eat.

We went to La Bohème for brunch yesterday. Ambiance: The restaurant generally offers a nice ambience. The furnishings are tasteful and create a pleasant atmosphere. Entertainment: The magician was great and created a good atmosphere. His tricks were very entertaining. :) Reception and service: The reception was friendly and attentive. In general the service from all employees was very nice. Unfortunately, the service left a bit to be desired as the brunch progressed. The waitresses seemed overwhelmed at times, which was reflected in forgotten orders. We had to be reminded of this several times. To apologize: the store was very busy. Food and Drinks: The food tasted very good. The portions for four people are sometimes too small, while tables for two sometimes received the same portions. We wanted to reorder a course because the portion was too small for us, but the waiter replied somewhat bluntly that this was no longer logistically possible. The egg course was completely forgotten at first and when we brought this up, instead of the Eggs Benedict / truffled scrambled eggs we only received the truffled scrambled eggs. Our absolute highlight was the steak. This was very good quality. Dessert was forgotten at several tables and came when asked, but only partially (what was still there). The selection of drinks leaves nothing to be desired and there is something for everyone. For my taste, the cremant and white wine could have been chilled a little better. Cleanliness: The fabric chairs had stains on the seat cushions. There were two faucets on the toilet, one of which was very crooked and the other faucet was completely missing. The idea of ​​the cotton towels is nice, but fresh towels were no longer available after 12:30 p.m. Value for money: The value for money leaves mixed feelings. For 99 euros per person we would have expected a better overall performance. Basically it was a nice brunch with good food and delicious drinks, but would I pay €99 for it again? I don't think so. Conclusion: Overall, the restaurant offers a nice ambience, good-tasting food and has nice service staff. We would have expected better overall performance for the price quoted. Man oh man, the meat was good! This was my best flank steak ever...

The food at this place is fantastic - definitely worth a try if you love steaks. The starter sharer is also worth a try. What I do appreciate is that the sides taste amazing as well - can recommend the truffle mashed potatoes and the spinach! The atmosphere is okay if it’s not busy - the sound design is not well done so it gets quite loud (which is annoying if you’re a bigger party). The tables can also be quite close to one another which also takes away from the atmosphere. I recommend asking for the round tables - they feel cozier. The service is very “meh”. I would not call it proactive - you have to ask for a lot of things. You sort of feel like a burden to the staff (not all of them - I.e the staff at the entrance to take your jacket and show you to your seat are nice and quick). When I join my party I expect to be handed the menu and asked what I would like to drink. Except I found the oversized menu on my chair and having to fight to order something to drink. Real shame given that you will end up spending €100 per person. A bonus for the staff is that when you check a special occasion when reserving, such as a birthday, you will receive a desert with a candle. I would recommend this restaurant once - if you’re from out of town and are looking for a fine dining/ good steak. For locals there are other options.

Here, eating out becomes an experience. Both the service and the food are very good. It's fun to see how the steaks are flambéed again right at the table. The opportunity to buy the kitchen staff a glass of wine is a really nice gesture.

The smaller tables were a bit strangely designed so that there was just enough space for the food on them and you sat opposite each other so that you couldn't have a good conversation at the noise level. Unfortunately for both of us the steak was quite tough and really not good for the price. The side dishes, on the other hand, were really delicious and the waiter was nice too.

We celebrated my wife's birthday at La Bohème and loved the experience. We were able to easily order roses in advance, which then adorned our beautifully set table. Loved our meal, the shrimp and beef appetizers were fantastic. For the main meal we ordered the steak for sharing, it was an awesome experience to have them cook the steak at your table! This place serves an excellent brunch with excellent quality price ratio. Brunch comes in a successive of plates brought to the table and includes a selection of wines and drinks which can be ordered along the way. We had for instance some dry cuts, hummus, scrambled eggs with truffle, gyoza, risotto with truffle, fine meat and fish, crepes, etc. I really like the concept and the service. Even though everything comes in small portion, you have really plenty of food overall! I recommend highly and will come back for sure !

Exceptional dining room staff, Bojan looked after us throughout the evening with attention and kindness without ever appearing intrusive. You need to put credit card as guarantee when you make the reservation. They send you SMS one day before to double confirm your attendance. I like how they organize. The service is good, they are kind and friendly, but the atmosphere was okay, not practically special. The food was okay too, we ordered regular dishes and there was no surprise. You could find underground parking easily. I’m not sure if I will ever go back.

The ambience, service and selection is truly outstanding. The steak and the starters were also very good, although I've eaten much better steak for the prices. Also deductions for me on the prices for drinks. Water 0.75l for 10,- is quite high even for Munich standards.

There was also coffee, cappuccino, latte – simply everything your heart desires. Then we started on a true journey of pleasure: 🥐 Delicious baked goods, plus fine salmon, jam, cheese and a delicious truffle salami - a dream for gourmets! 🍳 Followed by Eggs Benedict & truffle scrambled eggs, cooked to perfection and an absolute delight. 🦐 Shrimp, crab, tender beef and of course the legendary truffle risotto - a taste experience like no other! 🥞 And the crowning finale: Crêpe Suzette, cheesecake in a glass, vanilla ice cream and so much more - you can hardly list it! And if that wasn't perfect enough, there are as many Espresso Martinis as you want! ☕🍸 Simply amazing - you would actually have to provide a room with a bed afterwards because you would like to fall straight into a food coma! 😄 The service? Flawless! The entire team is friendly, warm and absolutely attentive - every wish is fulfilled in no time. You just feel completely comfortable, the atmosphere is fantastic, and the three hours fly by. This brunch is more than worth the money - pure moments of enjoyment, first-class quality and an all-round perfect experience! If you haven't experienced this yet, you definitely have to do it. It's a shame that the oysters were taken out of the program. A lot of people asked about it.

We were there today for Sunday brunch. If I could I would give more than 5 stars. TOP service, incredibly delicious food. There was something for every taste and despite the "fixed" menu sequence in the flying buffet, there was a vegetarian and/or vegan alternative in every course after we had communicated it. In addition, great care was taken to ensure that for religious reasons there was no pork or alcohol for any of us or that the alternative was pointed out. The service was very very good. Price-performance absolutely top. Also great atmosphere, clean and handicapped accessible toilets.

Well. There's not much to say about it. The pictures probably say more than any written word. Therefore... An absolute recommendation!
